27/08/2025: The food is beyond awful, we did the allyoucanit formula and honestly it's not worth the money paid, they bring you a lot of bread and chips so as to bloat you, the meat is poor and they only serve pork, I do not recommend this place at all

25/08/2025: Decent food, we "escaped" the heat! 3 air conditioners turned off! Evening ruined! When it could have been fixed with little effort, the staff instead said that since the grills were on, the air they were producing wasn't enough. A lie because they were at the lowest setting! Too bad, I would have gladly returned with my family.

04/12/2025: High quality fish prepared with real skill, I highly recommend it... only the quality of the wines is not up to par, everything else is top.

26/10/2025: Terrible experience. We sat down at 7:45 PM and ordered four pizzas and a portion of fries (which arrived promptly). The pizzas arrived at 9 PM (after asking). For practically an hour, they only did takeout, while everyone in the dining room waited. In the end, we went to pay and they couldn't find our order! Highly discouraged in my opinion.

12/10/2025: Terrible experience. Yesterday I ordered two pizzas over the phone. First, I asked for a specific time, but they told me it wouldn't be available at that time. So, I asked what time, and they responded, "Eeeeeeh, late," almost annoyed. We agreed on 9:10 PM. I arrived shortly beforehand, and was told that since it was Saturday, they were running a little late. Okay, that's fine. I waited two minutes and asked the lady if I could order a portion of fries, also to-go, while I waited. An employee promptly intervened, coming out of the kitchen and shouting, "Eeeee, you have to wait; there are a lot of people ahead of you waiting," simply because I hadn't ordered them over the phone. As if I weren't already waiting, or as if an extra portion added to the one waiting at the tables would further slow down the process. I find this unprofessional, and honestly, I won't be returning, nor would I recommend it.

03/10/2025: This is how our vacation was, 3 couples with 5 children aged between 1 and 5 years. A vacation of over 6000 euros for 7 days, 6 of which were with parties. They shamelessly lie to the National Authority for Consumer Protection, They say that "the music stops promptly at midnight", attached you have the evidence !!!! We come to relax, the children to rest at night... this is not relaxation, and the music does not stop PROMPTLY as far as you can see! We have more videos to be posted! Thank you! P.S. We came to a "RESORT" for a lot of money, not to an events salon !!!! Mention this wherever you advertise!

20/09/2025: The hotel is in a very nice location. Spacious room with a beautiful view of Stromboli. Excellent breakfast. The restaurant is excellent, but lacks variety, especially fish. The wait staff and reception staff are very kind and helpful. The only slightly tiring thing is the numerous stairs.

10/12/2025: Everything is very good, they stock every product, for those on a diet, vegan, or following a gym diet, etc. I always get the pizza with lactose-free mozzarella, zucchini, cooked ham, and pumpkin, or four cheeses, and it's always fresh, lactose-free. They also have focaccia with Nutella spread on it. The pizzas are soft and crispy, with a nice golden crust. Everyone is very kind, humble, and friendly. Most of the time, I have it delivered to my home. The delivery man is also very kind.

18/11/2025: If there were a zero, I'd give it a zero! We ordered two sandwiches, totaling €13.00, one with cutlet, salad, chips, and mayonnaise, and the other with turnips, sausage, and potatoes. So: raw sandwich dough, stale salad (it tasted like it was taken from the garbage, even from the taste), raw chips, and a charred cutlet. The rest of the ingredients were of terrible quality. Let's hope they never get inspected, but one thing's for sure: we'll never set foot in there again!

21/06/2025: I have been there several times. Exceptional, staff always very helpful, I happened to have to cancel a reservation at the last minute due to a family problem and I only lost a very small deposit left at the time of booking. They did not ask me for anything else.

16/06/2025: I slept only one night but we had a good time, good cleaning, comfortable room, good breakfast

21/10/2025: Quite okay—considering it's in a beautiful location, you can say that. They don't speak a word of English, but they're helpful. The coffee and cake were also okay. The furniture and decor are a matter of taste... but the view is nice.

12/12/2025: The real pizza made Calabrian style as God commands! Thin dough, fresh ingredients, the tomato is a delight. A pizzeria that stays true to its own way of preparing pizza. In my opinion, there is no point in imitating the inimitable and grandiose Neapolitan pizza because it remains unique in its flavor and style! So congratulations to the pizza chef of Pizzeria 13 who has his own identity and his pizzas demonstrate it by delighting the palates of those who eat them!!!! 👍🏻👏🏻

30/08/2025: The staff was completely absent. There was no one at the register, and we had to wait 20 minutes for two covers at an empty table. The covers never arrived. We left with two takeaway arancini because no one was setting the table. There was no service at the register either.

01/11/2025: The staff is extremely kind, courteous, and patient. You feel right at home when you walk in, thanks to the warm welcome and politeness they all have! Always with a smile. They are NUMBER ONE!

24/08/2025: That evening, I wanted to get a pack of Delias from the vending machine, but it took €5 from me, saying I had insufficient credit, and wouldn't give me change. I then tried the machine next door, which is also part of the same tobacconist. This time, everything was going smoothly, until it says "dispensing" and nothing comes out. In total, it took €10 in change.

20/09/2025: Unfortunately, the room hadn't been cleaned. There was dust on the tables, and in the bathroom there was a used bar of soap, contact lenses and dental floss in the wastebasket, and mosquito larvae in the toilet. Overall, the rooms are apparently neglected and old. Breakfast is good but limited, and the hours are limited. At the end of the day, when we returned, mosquitoes were in the room; I imagine they entered during cleaning.
