19/04/2026: We went there hoping for a nice place to eat delicious, high-quality meat. It was a complete disappointment! We told the waiter this clearly. Thinking we'd have some variety, we all ordered the DEGUSTACION DON JUAN (Tasting of 3 cuts: tenderloin, skirt steak, rump steak Angus). Except for the tenderloin, the other cuts were terrible; they were so hard to chew and inedible. In my life (56), I've never had anything so awful! I'm giving it 2 stars because of the waiter's attentive and friendly attitude, and especially the dessert, the tiramisu.

03/05/2026: I return here few times per year. Seems that the meat quality dropped but only slightly (or the kitchen was on a bad day). But if you are looking for the best combo of show and food. This is the place to try - at least once while in town.

24/04/2026: A sublime dinner. You're in Milan but you feel like you're on vacation! The atmosphere and setting are perfect. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. We live nearby and this is our second time here. It feels like home and the food is delicious. The quality of the meat is very high, and the combinations are both important and unlikely, but very successful. A+++

26/05/2026: Great place to spend a nice evening with friends. The rotating beers are always delicious, and there are several gluten-free options (for drinks, I haven't seen any for food). Obviously, the cocktail selection is limited, but it's primarily a beer bar, so that's to be expected. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!

This Viro Steakhouse location is the perfect example of the one in Gallarate: the same excellence, the same care, and the same passion. If you want to eat meat prepared properly, come here because it's the perfect place. Even though it's a restaurant we already know and appreciate elsewhere, it still deserves a consistently positive review because maintaining such high standards at every location is not something everyone can do. The raw ingredients are incredible, the cooking is meticulous, and the atmosphere is so convivial that it makes you want to return. Whether you're in Gallarate or here, if you're looking for the best grilled meat, Viro remains an absolute must. A surefire hit for those who don't want to compromise on quality!

08/05/2026: Everything was good, the staff were friendly. It's a shame the guy at the cash register was clearly annoyed when we paid, leaving us to pay alone, then coming back and almost throwing the receipt in my face. I'm sad that a place like OWW has to lose credibility because of rude clerks.

02/06/2026: Two of us went yesterday. The place was crowded but not full. We were told to wait 10 minutes (they couldn't clean the tables). After 15 minutes, we went in and, upon ordering, discovered that many items were sold out (1:15 p.m.). We managed to eat after 45 minutes. The place emptied out, the tables remained dirty, people came in, and everyone was told to wait 10 minutes. Two gentlemen came in, one in a wheelchair, and sat at a (clean) table, but were rudely thrown out. Honestly, it was a terrible place, poor service, long waits. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Change staff, maybe you'll gain customers.

16/05/2026: We arrived, sat down, ordered, and waited 45 minutes. I had ordered an XXL cutlet, which from the menu photo looked large. They brought me a small plate with a regular-sized cutlet, which was clearly not 300 grams as stated on their menu. I told them they probably made a mistake and gave me a regular one, not an XXL. They took it back and told me this was their XXL size cutlet. Fine, I ate, and asked for another bottle of water (which was never brought). Really terrible service from the staff and a very deceptive menu policy, designed to make you believe the portions were larger than what they actually deliver. Given that the cutlet I received, even though it was 200 grams, was dripping fat. SHOCKING! I will never set foot in there again!!

03/07/2026: Returned for a very casual dinner and, as usual, it didn't disappoint. The staff was kind and helpful, especially with my somewhat annoying requests, like sharing the charcuterie board, as I'm pregnant and can't eat all the charcuterie. 🥲 Free parking in front, but hard to find... alternative parking options available. Moderate noise; reservations recommended.

22/06/2026: Simple but tasty dishes. Clean atmosphere and friendly staff. Unfortunately, this time we ordered a grilled meal for two, and the fillet of something or other was practically inedible. We reported it, but nothing happened.

07/06/2026: We've been frequenting the Roadhouse in Baranzate for a long time and continue to return, primarily for the quality of the service. The staff is always kind, helpful, and very fast—qualities that, unfortunately, aren't always a given. We're greeted with a smile every time, and every request is handled with care and professionalism by Omar. The staff truly contributes to creating a pleasant, family-like atmosphere. Even at peak times, the service remains efficient and organized. Congratulations to the entire team, but especially to the young woman who welcomed and served us this time (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was wearing the gray uniform instead of the red one). She was particularly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the service. It's thanks to people like her that we often choose to return to the Roadhouse in Baranzate on Sundays instead of going elsewhere. Keep up the good work! 👏👏👏
