28/03/2026: A delicious cutlet enjoyed on a beautiful day, standing at one of the tables outside this excellent butcher shop. The quality and price are fair. The meat is very tender, even though it's not pink, but it's well-cooked inside and out, just like the classic cutlet. The cutlet isn't traditional; it's baked in butter, and the result is excellent. The breading is crispy, light, and very tender, and the quality of the meat is impeccable. The potatoes are decent, and some very appreciated details are well-tasted, like the cutlery, bread, wine included in the price, and a mandarin. Overall, a great place, but I only give it 4 stars because I prefer to eat sitting down. Will I go back? Definitely!

13/04/2026: A delightful Milanese trattoria, where I saw only young staff. The dishes were spot-on and exquisite, the risottos impeccably cooked and intensely flavorful. The ossobuco melts in your mouth. The wine served was sincere and delightful. The tiramisu was homemade and prepared with love. What a wonderful lunch, one that will need to be repeated more often. In fact, I can't wait to return! Congratulations, guys.

13/04/2026: The salmon was excellent, and the beef fillet was excellent, cooked to perfection. The empanadas were good but not exceptional. The service was helpful and courteous. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The wine list was extensive, although the markups seemed a bit high.

11/05/2026: We had a wonderful experience at Osteria La Bistecca in Milan! The food was simply impeccable, everything was very tasty and of excellent quality. For an even more special experience, we highly recommend being served by Francesco. He was absolutely sensational — attentive, friendly, and made all the difference to our evening. We had an incredible experience, and we owe a large part of that to his excellent service. Without a doubt, a place we recommend and would gladly return to!

09/05/2026: It was absolutely delicious. The staff were also very kind. We went around 7 PM without a reservation, and it was full, but they told us, "It's okay until 9 PM," and we were able to get in. Dinner times are quite late in Italy, so we were really lucky!

02/05/2026: Pretty good meat. Too bad it always arrives almost cold at the table!! Price?? You need a "bank loan" to eat..!! For €114 (a vague appetizer, a nearly cold and tough steak, a bottle of water—I never drink alcohol, no bread, and a small bowl of strange, cold potatoes), I eat much better anywhere else in Italy..!!! 🤷 100% FAILED

17/04/2026: A paradise for carnivores, with cuts hung in plain sight for blending and a rather extensive selection. Homemade sausage as an appetizer was very tasty, and the sliced ​​meat was equally good, accompanied by excellent potatoes. Attentive service, reasonable prices, though certainly not cheap.

31/03/2026: I had Roman-style friarelli, very fresh and well-seasoned. Then I had braised beef with polenta. The meat was tender, well-cooked, and the sauce was flavorful. The polenta was good, not salty, and paired perfectly with the meat. I also tried something unusual, something I'd never had before: pistachio and pepper gelato soaked in gin. I have to say, it went really well!

12/04/2026: Just steps from Sempione Park, with outdoor seating to watch the moon set over the Arco della Pace, this Old Wide West restaurant is among the chain's best locations for location, food quality, and service. The classic filet is incredibly tender, and the rib-eye steak is delicious. We've also had the burgers and fries, and they're truly delicious. For lager, the Raffo lager is on tap, served perfectly chilled: wow! :-).

05/05/2026: I went to Roadhouse with a group of friends—there were eight of us—and we spent just over €100 total. I have to say that, for the quantity of food and the experience, the price was more than fair. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends without too many expectations. Service was quite quick despite the large number of us, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. Overall, I recommend it if you want to eat well and spend a quiet evening with friends, without spending too much. I would gladly return.

31/03/2026: Excellent selection and preparation of meats, and an interesting wine list, especially for the South American selection. The Italian selection is basic. It's a shame about the strong meaty smell, even in the dining room.

03/05/2026: I return here few times per year. Seems that the meat quality dropped but only slightly (or the kitchen was on a bad day). But if you are looking for the best combo of show and food. This is the place to try - at least once while in town.

Unfortunately, the experience was highly unpleasant and fell far below the standard of service I expect from a reputable brand like Sheraton. Upon check-in, I was allocated a room that was not fit for purpose. The room NO decent table or any suitable surface to place personal belongings. More importantly, there was no adequate area to work or enjoy a meal, leaving me with the uncomfortable choice of sitting on the bed or in the bathroom. I found it surprising that I had to personally suggest to the hotel manager that a chair be provided just to have a place to sit during my stay. While the manager did acknowledge the issue and promised to call me the following day to arrange for another room change, that call never came. When I followed up with the reception later the next day, I requested a callback, but again, no one contacted me. The lack of proactive service was very disappointing. A promise from a manager should be reliable, and empty commitments reflect poorly on professional accountability. It concerns a guest having to repeatedly chase the hotel for basic amenities and promised solutions. I hope the management team can use this feedback to reflect on how staff are trained to handle guest issues. Proactive communication and following through on promises are essential to ensuring guests feel valued. This Viro Steakhouse location is the perfect example of the one in Gallarate: the same excellence, the same care, and the same passion. If you want to eat meat prepared properly, come here because it's the perfect place. Even though it's a restaurant we already know and appreciate elsewhere, it still deserves a consistently positive review because maintaining such high standards at every location is not something everyone can do. The raw ingredients are incredible, the cooking is meticulous, and the atmosphere is so convivial that it makes you want to return. Whether you're in Gallarate or here, if you're looking for the best grilled meat, Viro remains an absolute must. A surefire hit for those who don't want to compromise on quality!
