01/12/2025: I'll start by saying that I've always loved Old Wild West. I have no complaints about the food, which is always delicious. Unfortunately, I have to complain about the service, except that the staff was practically nonexistent. There were only two waiters, so the wait was long. Even though we arrived before others, they took their orders before ours. I recommend increasing the staff.

02/01/2026: We sent back burnt ribs... they brought them back burnt again. Same with the hamburgers. Slow service on several occasions, with the place almost empty. We asked for receipt details, but the girl didn't know how to split the costs, she didn't ask for help, we waited 20 minutes to pay... Without any response or attempt to please the customer. There have been similar problems before... They need a thorough review and reorganization of how they serve customers and what to do in situations that need to be managed.

31/12/2025: Dinner with friends, cold and raw mixed grill. The fries arrived at the end of the meal... even the waitress asked if we still wanted them. When I shared everything with the manager, she replied, "It's just a night like this." Not even an "excuse me" or anything. Terrible evening ruined... thank you.

23/12/2025: We ordered four smashburgers, their new sandwich, consisting of four burgers. It would be great, except that each smashburger is less than half the size of the bun, meaning there's no meat.

17/11/2025: After a while I went back, but still nothing if I could. Yesterday, Sunday, November 16, the ribs arrived lukewarm, colder than hot, and even the fries, which, no, no, if I wanted to eat them lukewarm, I'd have stayed at my house. They were sent back and returned, at most, a little hotter. I say, having worked in this industry and unfortunately for them, since I'm sitting at a table facing the kitchen, the cooks can't prepare fries and ribs because they think everyone takes them, and leaving them on the counter hoping the first unlucky person will take them, I pay, I pay to have them hot. There were sandwiches that had been there for 10 minutes, I don't dare imagine how they got to that poor customer. Next time, if I'm back, as soon as the first cold forkful hits, I'll get up and leave.

10/01/2026: They are not clear with the prices, they offer something that then when you pay you are surprised to find yourself having to pay double…

29/12/2025: It was our first time here because the other restaurant is closed on Mondays. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't very positive for the following reasons: The atmosphere was very cold, with virtually no heating, very slow service, and then, after waiting more than 30 minutes, we were told our order was out of stock... they offered us other dishes... the food wasn't bad, but you can't treat your customers like that. I hope it was just a one-off.

02/01/2026: The service was truly awful! There were only four people there, and I placed an order and waited over half an hour! Luckily, I know that in these places, the people who work are just passing through, but there must be some basics!

06/01/2026: An excellent experience! Surrounded by greenery, just steps from Chiaravalle Abbey and convenient for Milan, the rooms are spotless and well-maintained, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are truly friendly and helpful. A perfect place to relax and unwind, I highly recommend it and will gladly return.
