27/06/2025: Yesterday evening, after three years of always making the same type of order on Fridays, after work, to take home with direct payment at the restaurant cash register, I was the victim of very unpleasant behavior! I'll start by saying that I've worked in restaurants for 15 years and, above all, I've been working with the public for 40 years. I don't like writing reviews, but this time I have to, because I hope that measures will be taken for the rudeness of two waiters who also called themselves shift managers (Mr. Roberto and Mr. Without a name because he didn't want to give it). Around 7.45pm, after greeting the man at the cash register, who then introduced himself as Mr Roberto (the usual manager, who I know well, since I have been going there for many years, unfortunately he wasn't there and I can confirm that he is very kind and professional), I asked please to be able to order the CHICKEN TENDER BOX to take away and the aforementioned Mr Roberto replied that you cannot buy it directly from the restaurant, but only from the app; I told him that I have been ordering the same thing for three years and with the same method, i.e. paying directly at the cash register, but he brusquely told me that it was impossible and that I was remembering badly, trying to dismiss me like that! I kept calm and asked him to check better, because it is an order I have been making there for years, but he again brusquely denied me the purchase. I asked to speak to the usual manager, but a copy of his ineptitude Mr. Without a Name showed up and didn't even open his mouth!!! I went out trying to insert my prepaid card on their app to make up for their negligence and finally order dinner, but after 15 minutes of useless attempts it was still blocked. I went back to the restaurant, reporting that I couldn't pay on the app, and to please try to help me since I had already ordered at least 50 Chicken Tender Boxes in that restaurant previously. I also asked when the real manager would be returning (obviously they didn't give me any information) and suggested that I learn to use the cash register to avoid making fools of myself like the one they were making with me. Do you know what happened???? Mr. Roberto and Mr. Unnamed turned their backs on me and walked away from the cash register leaving me there like an idiot, no greeting, and positioned themselves on the side of the dining room with their backs to me and chatting with colleagues who were certainly younger than me since they were looking at me. I have never witnessed a scene like that, I always asked for everything please and never raised my tone or voice. I have suffered in the past three times, errors in my order (sometimes nachos or sauces or fries were missing, I never check because I trust by nature) but the kindness of the real manager, who unfortunately was not there and the unwillingness to burden their work that I know very well, has always made me desist from asking for refunds or anything else, but being treated like an idiot, is crossing a line of rudeness is unacceptable!!!! As soon as I can I will go back to speak to the real manager because I want to understand if they are aware of the situation. UPDATE: AFTER ABOUT A MONTH I WENT BACK TO THE RESTAURANT AND TOGETHER WITH THE MANAGER EVERYTHING WAS PERFECTLY CLARIFIED AND RESOLVED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I AM HAPPY BECAUSE FOR ME IT IS AN IMPORTANT PLACE OF REFERENCE. THANKS

10/07/2025: Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. But the people who work here are really distracted when preparing food. I only placed a simple order. But when it came time to eat, I noticed they hadn't added an ingredient (melted cheese). The other time I paid for 8 chicken wings that arrived by train, and they only added 4. I trusted you to do your job well, but not even that. Be more careful.

19/03/2025: Locale caldo e accogliente, spettacoli di qualità che però si pagano a parte . Qualità medio buona della carne ma si spende veramente tanto ovvero facile arrivare a 100 a testa con vino . La cosa che però più ci ha infastiditi è pagare 3 gin tonic 70 euro . In nessun posto li abbiamo pagati così cari . Bicchieri tra l’altro stretti e lunghi non adeguati e nessun sconto visto che avevamo già cenato . Mi sembra veramente esagerato anche per chi può spendere .

01/03/2025: In questo posto, dalla gradevole ambientazione argentina, hanno completamente perso di vista il senso della realtà sui prezzi praticati, in relazione a quanto viene offerto. Di fronte ad un tale eccessivo, esorbitante ed ingiustificato livello di prezzo anche ciò che si mangia, di qualità medio-alta ma pur sempre dei tagli di carne, passa in secondo piano. Con un antipasto, un filetto alla griglia (accompagnato da dei minuscoli contorni da dividere in 10 commensali…….), una bottiglia di vino la più economica della carta, ed un dessert conto da oltre cento (100) euro a testa. Superfluo il commento. Non casualmente e ormai da tempo i tavoli sono spesso vuoti e quindi anche L atmosfera col locale poco occupato e’ purtroppo meno conviviale.

20/02/2025: I came to this restaurant with my niece, she wanted carbonara and I got it for her... It tasted like everything except carbonara, it was truly pitiful. I don't recommend it

05/02/2025: Cheap but great variety and quality of food. Recommended for an informal but tasty lunch or dinner.

12/07/2025: The worst service I received. The waiters are very unfriendly and the way they receive people.

20/06/2025: The lunches are very good, but as always the weekends and holidays with only à la carte dishes change and they cost more and are less good, so I recommend coming only to enjoy the lunch menu during the week.

25/06/2025: I had a great time. The location is a bit inconvenient, as it doesn't perfectly connect the Bennet galleries to this location, but the whole experience was positive. Inside the decor was truly unique, as this chain knows how to give, with a truly realistic cage. The two guys on staff were very fast and even willing to let me plug in my dead cell phone. The food, as always, was truly excellent. Nothing to say, except positive things.

11/06/2025: A classic tourist trap. Overcooked pasta floating in the water. The sanitary facilities are terrible; there's one toilet for both of you, and it's a squat toilet, which is unhygienic.

06/05/2025: I have to say that we were satisfied with the food and the staff. The meat was excellent and plentiful.

26/06/2025: The place was poor, both in terms of service from the waitress and the food. In fact, all we could manage was grilled chicken fillets, which were dry and tasteless. Any other dish we ordered wasn't feasible. It was cheap, but there was no way we could spend more, not even on dessert or coffee. I don't even know how they're still open.

20/05/2025: A quaint little place tuckin in a big city. Great service, very friendly staff, room is spacious and clean. The food was okay. It was very peaceful and the weather was just perfect.

04/05/2025: Unfortunately, a complete disaster! Even though our first impression of the lobby and grounds was quite good, the hotel room shocked us. A musty odor wafted from the bathroom, and the sewer smell was very strong. To counteract this, a pungent air freshener had been installed in the room. The entire shower area is moldy! Breakfast consisted of two-day-old, hard bread and a few cakes. Absolutely unloving...

10/03/2025: Business dinner to forget. Ribs burnt if not charred. Staff normal but tending to be absent. The only delicious note is the apple tart with ice cream. Clean but aseptic place

22/02/2025: Solito Roadhouse, del resto da una catena ti attendi che lo stile, la qualità e in generale tutto il format di offerta sia lo stesso dovunque tu vada. Purtroppo in questo caso una delle poche variabili non controllate dall'alto è saltata. Il locale era freddo, per problemi all'impianto di riscaldamento. Succede, ma quando poi senti che sono giorni e che non hanno ancora "avuto il tempo" di chiamare l'assistenza per irparare il guasto, beh, allora c'è un problema.
