I had a great experience at the Ranch Dambros restaurant. The dishes are all truly excellent: fresh, carefully prepared, and meticulously prepared. The kitchen offers both meat and fish, with consistently high quality. The on-site grill is also particularly noteworthy, making some dishes even more flavorful and distinctive. The prices are incredibly affordable: it's hard to find such value elsewhere. I personally come almost every day to order the "Ranch Platter" with a bottle of sparkling water for just €7.10, a truly unbeatable price for what they serve. The staff is always very professional, friendly, and cheerful, and helps make the experience even more enjoyable. This is precisely why I chose to return every day: I've had a truly enjoyable experience in every way. The only major flaw is that it's incredibly hot, and I can imagine the staff working the grill without exhaust ventilation and air conditioning dying. I hope this review helps to make some changes out of respect for the customers who pay for comfortable service.

Today I want to applaud all the staff at the Ranch restaurant in the D'Ambros shopping center and best wishes to all the women who work and prepare dishes like this one, which are very good in the Lombard tradition. Compared to previous times, since we have been customers for many years, they are also very abundant in this case, and this is said by a person who was adopted from the north because he comes from the south, Calabria. Today I had the traditional Lombard dishes, which in this case are the pizzoccheri and the casserole with cabbage, very good. Congratulations to the chef who cooked because I know that she was a woman who has worked in this restaurant for many years. I offer my compliments and if I may make a small consideration, I hope that these guys who work every day serving people like us who come to eat are more valued by the owners because they give themselves every day and do their best to try to make the customer feel at home, but if they have the same time, they experience a bad job, often it can happen that this discomfort is transmitted to the customer.
