12/05/2025: This positive review is mostly addressed to the blond guy with long hair and glasses who works in the dining room, great patience, availability and professionalism, even if he was alone to serve the entire room he was always ready and smiling.

23/04/2025: Sandwiches in quantity but of medium quality, the flaw is that they don't arrive very hot, the 21 euro meat dish was of good quantity but some pieces could be cut with a knife, the children's area was unfortunately dirty and dusty. We came on a Wednesday and in total there were 4 tables to serve (20 people maximum). After 15 minutes of sitting down, we had to approach the counter to ask if they could come and take our order and there were 5 staff members at the counter who were chatting amusedly.
After ordering, the food arrived quickly, although the sandwiches were not very hot. The staff was never seen in the room but only at the counter and I say this because for any need we had to get up to ask, even due to forgetfulness caused by the staff themselves (sauces requested twice).
However, the staff were friendly and polite.
Spotless bathrooms.
I advise the very young staff, if I can, I understand personal relationships and teamwork but what really needs is to go around the tables and relate to customers.

10/12/2024: The frost characterizes this place Unable to manage the popularity it inexplicably obtained. You are welcomed into an environment that is cold in color and temperature and in the mise en place (a napkin that they don't even give anymore at the bar). The person who takes care of the orders cancels any possibility of schnitzel, too bad it is reported in the
Menu. Any mention of wines present on the site are equally deleted as if anyone who takes a look at the site is retarded (Updating the site too difficult?). Good meat, a little cold inside, but not enough to lift a negative experience.

After a long time I returned to this restaurant for dinner with my wife. The restaurant has old origins as it has been present since 1969 in the same location in Milan. Initially opened by Mr. Angelo, a true Tuscan, from whom he takes his name, unfortunately passed away a few years ago, and is now managed by his two sons: one takes care of the kitchen and the other in the dining room. The interior has a warm and welcoming decor, forget about hi-tech, soft lights and various pandering: here what matters is eating well... and you eat well! In order to better savor the Florentine we left out the first courses today, however, promising to "make up" for the lack next time which will surely be there soon. We therefore started with two appetizers of excellent bruschetta with lard and livers and we shared a plate of Tuscan raw ham cut with a knife which has nothing to envy of the much mentioned Spanish jamon serrano. Then comes our classic real Florentine steak on the bone which is the restaurant's signature dish: I have no doubts in recognizing that for us it is the best Florentine steak eaten in Milan, and beyond! Tender, lean but with that little bit of fat that doesn't hurt at all, cooked rare, salted and peppered just right, soaked (not drowned) in extra virgin olive oil. As a side dish we took a plate of spinach and one of grilled Trevisana. All accompanied by an excellent 2020 Carignano red wine. We then concluded with a slice of homemade apple pie, coffee and bitters. Final bill normal. In conclusion, what can I say? Beautiful evening, excellent food, friendly and attentive but never intrusive staff, ready to advise you and satisfy your every need. In short, it deserves all 5 stars! Until next time!

22/02/2025: Solito Roadhouse, del resto da una catena ti attendi che lo stile, la qualità e in generale tutto il format di offerta sia lo stesso dovunque tu vada. Purtroppo in questo caso una delle poche variabili non controllate dall'alto è saltata. Il locale era freddo, per problemi all'impianto di riscaldamento. Succede, ma quando poi senti che sono giorni e che non hanno ancora "avuto il tempo" di chiamare l'assistenza per irparare il guasto, beh, allora c'è un problema.

They should get more workers because people got annoyed by the waiting time.
10/05/2025: ....less and less staff in the dining room, half an hour to get some mayonnaise while everything gets cold, 15 minutes difference between my dish and my daughter's....

17/05/2025: I ate an excellent chicken cut.
I love the Roadhouse chain and have always eaten there.
The restaurant is a little different from usual because it is inside a shopping center, so there are also a lot of people who arrive all at once and this can sometimes affect the service times.
However, it is nice to see that there are people who work with a smile and pamper customers like the two girls at the bar Debora and Veronica.
17/05/2025: Went for dinner last night 05/16/2025. All ok. Very kind and helpful staff...great burgers and beer.

It's been a while since I've been here.
The quality has unfortunately remained the same... or perhaps even lower and the prices have risen... I see this place for sale abandoned compared to the others in the surrounding area...
The service is very slow, imprecise and confusing...
We can do much better!
It seems to be in a different place every time because one time it's very good and the next terrible... This was the not good time, in fact I was really disappointed...
Hamburger meat weighing perhaps just 100 grams, overcooked that you couldn't even taste the flavor and disproportionate to the sandwich which was much larger than the meat.
The fries weren't great...they looked kind of reheated and a little dried out.
However, the mozzarella sticks and the cheesecake were good, especially the peanut topping on the cheesecake!
Stratospheric sauce!
The soufflé is good!
What to note is that since my last visit (February 2023) the prices have risen but the quality has really worsened... terrible value for money.
Nothing to say about the service: everyone was helpful, kind and fast service.
Another point is the super slippery floor and the sticky tables but in my opinion it is due to the products used and not the lack of cleanliness also because I saw that the tables were cleaned correctly.
In short, for the moment I don't want to go back but later who knows... I'm fond of this place as I often go to the cinema but we'll see...
But damn the prices have increased a lot...and I no longer know if at this point the quality-price ratio is still worth it...over time I have the impression that the quality has dropped drastically...among other things I don't understand why the fidelity circuit isn't valid in this place...

20/05/2025: A quaint little place tuckin in a big city. Great service, very friendly staff, room is spacious and clean. The food was okay. It was very peaceful and the weather was just perfect.
04/05/2025: Unfortunately an absolute failure! Even though the first visual impression of the lobby and the grounds was quite good, the hotel room shocked us. A musty smell came from the bathroom and we could smell the sewer very strongly. On the other hand, a penetrating scent plug had been installed in the room. The entire shower area is moldy! Breakfast consists of 2 day old hard bread and a few cakes. Absolutely loveless...

21/04/2025: We stopped last night for dinner, out of curiosity, so as not to go to the usual well-known chain, I must say that it was a success! Very good food, the staff, in particular the waitress, very kind and above all expert in the menu. The tiramisu they produce was very good.
I recommend it!
