16/06/2025: We also had a terrible time! They should do an education course for the staff in charge. Children's menu arrived cold with a ridiculous portion (hard and cold strips of meat) We ordered the ribs and when we asked for Tabasco they arrived with an empty bottle saying: we only have this, they didn't take them from the warehouse, I'm sorry! …………. In the end we pay the bill and the manager didn't even bother to pay attention to the customers. Terrible! Now I understand the reason for all these negative reviews.

21/07/2025: Brescia from above. If you want to escape the heat of the city or the lowlands, here in the evenings it's always 3…4 degrees cooler. A good restaurant where you can enjoy good food. We had mixed grill, grilled fillet, fillet with green peppercorns, sautéed porcini mushrooms, and fried porcini mushrooms with polenta… recommended.

The ambiance is rustic and charming, with the perfect balance of cozy and elegant. The food? Out of this world. The carbonara was easily the best I’ve ever had — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of pancetta and pecorino. No shortcuts here — just traditional Italian excellence. And the steak… wow. Cooked to perfection, juicy, and incredibly flavorful with a gorgeous sear. You can tell they take pride in sourcing quality ingredients and preparing them with real care. It was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the whole experience felt personal and heartfelt. La Carbonella is more than just a meal — it’s a celebration of authentic Italian cooking done right. We’ll be back again and highly recommend eating here.

25/05/2025: Very good meat. The owner interferes with the food, acting friendly. Be careful with the prices. Take a photo of the prices at the door, they're deceptive.

01/07/2025: We were there last night and had a great time. The new Big Bang appetizers are really tasty, super approved! And the 1-liter carafe of beer is perfect to accompany everything. Relaxed atmosphere and fast service. Well done!

Average prices, but well justified by the quality. Ideal for those who love strong flavors and a convivial environment.

16/07/2025: The food and atmosphere are excellent... but the rudeness and sullen faces of the waiters (especially the waitress) are forgettable. The rudeness and the biblical wait times (three-quarters of the place empty)... are unbearable. I don't recommend it!!!

08/03/2025: Petty is an understatement! Unfortunately my experience at this place was very disappointing. I had to wait because there was an event with a buffet for €35, and when they finally let me in, they still made me pay the same amount. It's a shame that, unlike those who had arrived earlier and were able to eat without limits, I found the waiters already busy taking the dishes. Basically, I paid full price just for the free cocktail. When I asked for explanations, I was told that I would have to wait another quarter of an hour to pay less... too bad I had already waited 45 minutes to avoid paying that amount. Lack of transparency and incorrect management, not recommended!

05/08/2025: We had a delicious meal. Several dishes are prepared on charcoal. Highly recommended, located on the edge of the town center, near a large parking lot.

23/07/2025: We returned again this year after having a very good time last year, but unfortunately we were very disappointed.....the fish appetizer was very poor despite the price, ditto also the grilled fish where the price has not changed but the content of the very poor dish has....calling two prawns that you can also find defrosted at the supermarket, a scallop, a scampi and nothing else a grilled fish seems a bit low compared to last year where there was also swordfish, squid and other fish....a can of coke for 4 euros seems excessive to me.....in short, I feel sorry for the kind staff but for the rest I will not return...money wasted, we left hungry and with a bill of 259 euros paid

26/07/2025: We were there last night. As soon as we entered, we were warned that a table of 17 people had slowed down service throughout the restaurant, and we had to wait 10-15 minutes to be served—unthinkable for a restaurant with more than 100 seats. We waited over an hour, and after some persistence, we managed to eat. The restaurant has helpful staff, but it's understaffed, especially in the kitchen. They need to reorganize quickly! The food was average.

24/07/2025: Young lady was kind enough, not her fault but in general it was all crap, we came here to avoid the mcdonalds as we wanted a quick decent meal, but should have just gone to mcdonalds, half hour wait time for drinks and then another 10 for food, restraunt had about 10 people inside including us. Burger wasn't bad not worth the money or the wait, probably just avoid this if you can. Burger didn't come out anything like the pictures either, nor my friends kebab. Also toilets smelt like urine.

03/08/2025: Cena fuori dal comune, camerieri inesistenti non tiene le stesse regole degli altri ristoranti della catena impossibile ordinare dolci loro chiudono alle 23,30 io lo ordino alle 22,30 la risposta è non possiamo la cucina è chiusa non ci è venuta nemmeno ad avvisare che la cucina stava chiudendo una cosa assurda sconsiglio vivamente almeno quello di bergamo gli altri ristoranti della catena sono veramente impeccabili

17/04/2025: Come al solito quando sono a Bergamo per affari, riprendendo l’autostrada per tornare in sede mi sono fermato per pranzo da Roadhouse. Stavolta invece della solita ribeye ho provato la bistecca marinata alla messicana che si è dimostrata buona e tenera. Sempre valido per un pranzo veloce.

11/08/2025: Unfortunately, I can no longer go to this restaurant. I've eaten there several times and felt sick afterwards. Today they offered a kebab, with a list price of €14, but I can say that a €6 kebab at the kebab shop is better. There was very little meat, the bun was tiny, the meat was burnt and bitter; not even at the kebab shop does the food taste this bad. The other day, however, I came for a different dish—I think it was wok. It's really difficult to eat well at this restaurant; you rarely get anything good. They're not professionals in the business. It's a chain worse than McDonald's because at McDonald's you're guaranteed standard service. I've never had burnt meat at McDonald's in my entire life. I'm sorry, everyone is very polite, but politeness isn't what goes into my stomach.

09/08/2025: I emphasize that the positive review is for the restaurant and the negative 0-star rating is for Deliveroo's service. The Indian/Pakistani delivery driver named ALAMIN gave me two bags when he arrived, one of which was broken and open. He immediately justified himself by saying not to worry about the open bag. So, suspicious, I looked inside and saw some grease stains on one package, and the chips seemed sparse, so he ate them. So I called the Roadhouse in Montano Lucino, and the guy who was immediately helpful told me to ask Deliveroo for a refund and that they were willing to reorder. So I asked for a refund, explaining the situation, and Deliveroo gave me ONLY €16 REFUND ON A SPEND OF ALMOST €65. ABSURD. So I went to the Roadhouse in question and returned both bags, and the very kind guy let me reorder, obviously without paying anything. He even called Deliveroo again, and they said the refund was fine with them, and they even said I claimed the fries were cold (THIS WAS NEVER SAID IN THE CONVERSATION WITH THEM). So I recommend you go directly to the restaurant to pick up your food, because unfortunately, some delivery drivers are so unreliable and rude. When I use the paltry €16 refund on an order, I'll immediately uninstall the Deliveroo app.

10/08/2025: Hi, I'm a typical Italian worker who goes to the MC with his friend and receives his food (half of what he ordered) after 40 minutes, paying for everything. There were 3 people eating and 20 working in the restaurant, so you can't take 40 minutes to prepare the food and then mess up all the sandwiches and put out less.
