What can I say? I've been going there every now and then for several years and... nothing, when a brand catches on, the quality declines. It seemed like a good substitute for other brands with similar offerings, but like everything, it declines over time. Service 5 Dirty cutlery, waiting, little empathy Food 6 All in all, it's not bad, but it used to be better. Now, little attention. 24/07/2026: An excellent experience at this location! The food was delicious and carefully prepared. We ordered takeout, and I greatly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff: before handing us the bag, they meticulously checked that nothing was missing from the order—a remarkable detail and very rare to find! Furthermore, the place is very well presented: clean, quiet, and frequented by a good clientele, which makes the atmosphere pleasant even for those who decide to stop by.

13/06/2026: We often go for pizza, it's a quiet place even for those with children and the pizza is very good.
25/05/2026: Peaceful atmosphere, very crowded on weekends, but a relaxed atmosphere. I was very impressed. Edit: After frequenting the place several times, I can say the people who work there are wonderful. Thank you all for your efforts in serving with a smile, for being present everywhere, and for making us feel at home. Your work makes this place truly special. Edit/2: I think it's important to point out that the karaoke room is separate from the restaurant area. You can either dine in or just enter the karaoke room (which has a separate fee), as you prefer.
