The service was truly awful! There were only four people there, and I placed an order and waited over half an hour! Luckily, I know that in these places, the people who work are just passing through, but there must be some basics!

ROADHOUSE RESTAURANT VIMERCATE

10/03/2025: A business dinner to forget. The ribs were burnt, if not charred. The staff was average but tending to be absent. The only delicious touch was the apple tart with ice cream. The place was clean but sterile.
03/02/2025: Good food, excellent service... I want to say a word about the girl who, alone, managed practically everything, smiling, precise and kind.

25/05/2026: Peaceful atmosphere, very crowded on weekends, but a relaxed atmosphere. I was very impressed. Edit: After frequenting the place several times, I can say the people who work there are wonderful. Thank you all for your efforts in serving with a smile, for being present everywhere, and for making us feel at home. Your work makes this place truly special. Edit/2: I think it's important to point out that the karaoke room is separate from the restaurant area. You can either dine in or just enter the karaoke room (which has a separate fee), as you prefer.
13/12/2025: Good pizza and great staff. We also had a lot of fun with the karaoke.
