14/04/2026: We ordered two takeaway sandwiches: a porky burg (hamburger, bacon, cheddar, pulled pork, mayo, and BBQ sauce) (€12.50) and a lallo bomb (hamburger, double bacon, double cheddar, double burger sauce, sweet chili sauce, and caramelized onions) (€12.50). Both were incredibly good and, above all, huge. Final rating: 9/10.

20/03/2026: Everything is delicious, I recommend getting the smash burger, it's really good, we got a classic one with a smash bun and a coke, we wanted to try the tenders and they are really good, if you do like us and avoid the tenders you can get by with €15-20, otherwise obviously you'll spend a little more but it's worth it

The beer selection is very well curated, with a careful rotation to introduce new products, always seeking quality and unique flavors. The owner is a beer lover, and his place reflects that. The food is refined and unique. I recommend a visit.

05/10/2025: I'm starting from the premise that I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I finally got around to going with some friends, but the experience wasn't the best; in fact, if I have to be completely honest, it was one of the worst places I've ever been to. The meat they brought couldn't be cut. At first, I thought it was the knife, which wasn't suitable, but it was still tough, as "un sercio," as they say in Rome. Then we moved on to the tiramisu, which I finished in four spoonfuls—truly miserable. I don't think I'll ever go there again, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone else.

13/07/2026: The selection of meats is sublime and delicious! We ordered the Tagliata all-limits menu, and the meat was delicious. The only downside, besides the difficulty in finding parking, was the unproverbial friendliness of the waiters. Otherwise, a very positive experience.

24/07/2026: A pleasant discovery in Ladispoli, a welcoming restaurant, as are the staff. The chef's dishes are delicious, featuring classic Abruzzo cuisine, interesting reinterpretations, and original dishes. The service was prompt and attentive, and we were even asked if each course was to our liking throughout the dinner. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy high-quality dishes and feel at home at the same time.

20/07/2026: I visited this little place a few nights ago with my whole family. We found the welcome wonderful and very friendly. Even my four-legged friend was made very welcome! The food is high quality, and the value for money is not to be underestimated! We ate very well, and we'll be back to enjoy the winter setting inside!

31/05/2026: We went last night (we had a reservation), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had excellent liver and mutton arrosticini, both accompanied by very good roast potatoes. The pizza dough and toppings were good. The price was a little higher than usual, but I'd say it was good value. The atmosphere was good, and I'd say it was a great experience. Thank you.

27/05/2026: From the always fast and friendly service to the simply extraordinary food. I've been there several times and can say I've had exquisite pizza, as well as cured meats and cheeses, but the real praise goes to the quality of the meat; I've never tasted such good meat. Rubia Gallega is truly top-notch. Kudos to the owner, Ubaldo, and all his staff.

25/06/2026: Unfortunately, I had to delete my positive review after yesterday's dinner. We've been customers at this restaurant for over five years, always traveling half an hour to eat here and always having a great time, but they've probably changed management, because otherwise there's no explanation... Yesterday, Wednesday evening, the place was crowded but not fully packed, and the service was terrible. After an hour and 20 minutes, several dishes were still due... we asked three times, but nothing. Toward the end of the dinner, the sashimi arrived, and unfortunately, we had to spit out a piece of tuna because it smelled so bad of fish—it was nauseating! I told a waitress that "the tuna smells too fishy" and we couldn't (and didn't want to) eat it. She reported the matter to the manager, who then came over and said, "What do you mean tuna smells like tuna?" I corrected her by saying it smells like fish, and she replied, "Tuna is a fish, it's normal for it to smell like fish!" We all know very well that frozen fish shouldn't have any odor, otherwise it means it wasn't stored properly. We got up and left because we still had the famous dishes we'd ordered over an hour ago, and we were fed up. I especially don't want to be made fun of! I repeat, we've been going to this restaurant for years, and nothing like this has ever happened. In fact, Paola and another girl have always been incredibly kind to us; they even knew which table we wanted without even specifying! I recommend reviewing the way you respond to customers, especially when they ask politely and expect not to be treated like idiots. I also recommend checking the freshness of the products. I'm sorry to have to write this review; it was my favorite restaurant until yesterday, and I have no reason to start a futile argument! If things had been handled differently, simply with an apology without trying to create a debate, I wouldn't have written anything because mistakes can happen to anyone. Obviously, they did apologize in the end... but always after trying to prove me wrong.

05/06/2026: I come back every now and then because I like the place and the food; unfortunately, my last experience wasn't a positive one, as the Custer salad was absolutely not worth the price (12 euros). The dish is 80% lettuce, with a couple of thin shavings of cheese, a handful of cherry tomatoes and corn, and a small piece of beef (????) that was full of fat and overcooked. Bread isn't included, at least they didn't serve it to us. The desserts were good but expensive. It's a shame; I think they've changed something in the kitchen, as the quality was much different a while back. The service also seemed a bit improvised and inexperienced.

26/08/2025: Authentic pizza from the region, very local spot. We picked up the pizzas to go. Big recommend!

23/08/2025: Excellent for pizza and grilled meats. Prices have gone up a bit since last year, but they're still good.
