15/11/2025: As with the rest of the chain, the meat is very good. Here in Guidonia, the atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is friendly. I'm not adding photos because I don't usually take pictures of dishes; I prefer to spend time with those around me. 😉😁 I ordered the lunch menu, a very generous salad with chicken, hard-boiled egg, green beans, and cherry tomatoes. Excellent!

13/11/2025: We chose this restaurant for an alternative evening, booking through The Fork. It was a great decision. We found ourselves back in the West. The menu is extensive, and we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service. The appetizer was generous, with a wide selection of cured meats and cheeses. We absolutely recommend the grilled pork for two.

17/09/2025: Sausages were overcooked, dry, steaks acceptable, but cooked fairly roughly. The requested medium-rare steak arrived practically blue (cold inside) and almost burned on the outside. Service was fairly courteous, the Cessna wine acceptable. Acceptable. Overall costs, in my opinion, were disproportionate. The steak was cheap, but two fried meatballs were also dry. It was 10 euros, rather than a large cheese platter with sweet provolone, a very good aged pecorino, and a young pecorino from the supermarket. It cost another 10 euros, also because the order was for a small, dry sausage with a small piece of cheese. The sausage was actually there and paid for separately. The cheese platter would have been returned, but it was my fault. I had too high expectations...

18/04/2026: Maybe it was Easter Monday, but there was a lot of confusion at the tables. Dishes meant for other tables kept arriving, and we all ate at different times (there were 6 of us, 3 and 2 of whom had the same dish). The location was very beautiful, the food was good, especially in some areas (meat), but the "Roman" dishes weren't the best (the carbonara didn't seem to have an egg, the supplì fell apart, and it didn't taste like supplì). We hadn't gotten the message sent days before that we were fewer, even though they had responded.

12/04/2026: Positive experience. My girlfriend and I stumbled upon it by chance. The restaurant was very busy, but they still found a place for us. The service was quick and efficient. We ordered a large, very good and well-stocked platter, two glasses of red wine, and two delicious rosemary tagliata (beef steaks). Perhaps it would have been more worthwhile to try the sliced ​​meat, since they have a wide selection and it looks beautiful and delicious. The baked potatoes were very good, and the strawberries with cream were equally good. The price was fair, the service good, and the quality good. We'll definitely be back!
