23/08/2025: For a while, I stopped going to the Old Wild West in Valmontone because they'd turned me down for reservations, and honestly, I was a bit fed up with it. After trying other restaurants in the same chain, however, I realized the food here is better and the staff is more attentive, so I returned. The restaurant is large, well-decorated, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food is always good, and the dishes are well-prepared and plentiful. The wait staff also works hard and tries to make customers feel comfortable. The Tuesday program is very interesting, when kids go free with the free Piccolo Lupo menu: a nice touch for families. The only downside is that on busy days, especially weekends, you have to be patient because the line to get in is long and they don't always take reservations. Overall, though, it remains one of the best Old Wild West restaurants I've tried.

13/08/2025: A homey restaurant in a popular neighborhood, with a simple, uncomplicated menu, which is definitely a plus. The atmosphere is welcoming, although the tables are perhaps a bit haphazard (waiters were forced to double-cross tables with plates in hand, and customers had to walk across the entire dining room to get out for a cigarette). The wood-fired oven is always a guarantee, with well-made pizzas and good-quality meat. The staff is young and quick, especially the waiter who looked after our table (Daniele), who is always attentive to the guests' needs with skill and professionalism, even remembering the table numbers by heart. But why don't you just number them like everyone else does? Service would be faster, and it would also make things easier for the young staff wandering around the dining room with their plates in hand. In any case, it's a place suitable for everyone: families, couples, etc. I recommend it.

13/08/2025: Il trapezzino in Ladispoli, a nice place with friendly owners. The trapezzino is a stuffed bread pocket: we tried the one with chicken Cacciatore, very good! The one with fresh burrata, perhaps more suitable for the summer season, still pleasant. The least favorite one was with the meatballs, even the supply didn't taste good. I drank a decent vermouth. Consistent price. Perhaps, the only flaw is the wine list, in my humble opinion not suitable for the type of place. In essence, a pleasant experience to repeat.

The dough is incredibly light, and the ingredients are truly delicious 🤤. I recommend the meatball with tomato sauce. Amazing.

09/08/2025: A stunning restaurant surrounded by greenery, perfect for parties and children, but also for business meetings. Excellent food and professional, friendly staff. You can also admire their mascot, "Pedro," a gorgeous parrot that will appeal to both adults and children. Great prices and plenty of space if you're a large group. Highly recommended!

20/07/2025: A true agriturismo with its own produce, carefully thought out and maintained. The property is naturally surrounded by nature, so expect spiders and flies. However, the helpfulness of the owners will put you at ease and allow you to address any specific needs.

20/08/2025: I bought some wines from this great wine shop in Bracciano, which I've always liked. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. I ate there for the first time after always trying the wine shop and the food was truly delicious. Let them guide you in choosing the right wine and food pairings. Amaro della Principessa, 10 stars.

16/08/2025: I highly recommend it, the service is top notch, they recommend wine to go with the selected dishes, this is not the first time we have visited and the level of service and quality of the dishes only improves, the choice of wines is huge.

22/06/2025: Nice pub in the town of Colleferro. I really appreciated the choice of music and the Porter I had was very pleasant. Good food not exciting, the ziggy chips are worth it even if they are not very spicy. The pannicolo is excellent, I would have just let the meat rest a little more because it lost some fluids on the plate. Very fast and very friendly service. If you pass through Colleferro it is a great place to drink and eat

23/04/2025: Unique room created from a period building with enormous fireplace, convivial tables, few seats. There is therefore intimacy and the proposal with local foods, mostly self-produced, is refined and excellently executed. It remains possible to socialize with Anna and Marco who are more than happy to explain the courses and more, but also linger to share wine and chat with the diners. A rare possibility in modern catering, at least in cities. Considering the care and rarity of the proposal, the prices are correct.

26/01/2025: Fantastic! A unique menu with many interesting and unusual options. High-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. Kudos to the meat processing team; we tried several dishes and the meat was always perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful! The revisited gyoza are fantastic, and last but not least, the desserts are truly remarkable; the crispy shortcrust pastry is a sight to behold. Small and cozy place, friendly staff, and a delicious menu. Highly recommended; I can't wait to return!
