14/04/2026: Varied menu, all fresh Besides the meat, the excellent pasta dishes and the fresh and spectacular French fries are also worth mentioning. Attentive service Above-average prices, especially for the meat. 20% less and it would be the perfect place.

26/07/2026: It's been a while since we've been back to the Old Wild West on Tiburtina, and unfortunately, we found it to be significantly worse. We arrived around 7:30 PM and the place was practically empty: only one other table was already served. We ordered two meat dishes (beef experience and ramp steak XL). After about a half-hour wait, when we saw people who had arrived after us being served, we asked the waitress for information, but she didn't even bother to give us an answer. When the dishes finally arrived, we immediately noticed that the meat didn't look good: it was dry and overcooked (we had asked for medium rare), and when tasted, it tasted cold and quite salty. Furthermore, the sauce bowls had a dark coating on their surfaces, as if they had been exposed to air for a long time. It seems clear to me that they forgot about our order, prepared it, and then forgot it in the kitchen. A disappointing evening, especially considering the increasingly high prices and the practically empty place.

30/07/2026: The pizza was delicious and the service was fast. All the waiters were knowledgeable and friendly. I gave the atmosphere a 4, but only because they have ovens, so it's hot inside. Just ask when you book to be seated outside. Otherwise, everything was great.

09/06/2026: We were staying in the nearby Novotel, and realised that on Sunday the hotel restaurant closed. The area did not look like it had much to offer but a quick Google search found this place, and what a result! As soon as you walk in you feel welcome. The restaurant feels authentic. It is a family run business. The waitress, Cristina was exceptional in every way - friendly, helpful and always smiling. She provided recommendations that we would not have considered and they were superb. All the food was superb, and indeed the best restaurant that we dined at in Rome. Price was reasonable. Menu was in English. Superb. Recommended. Peerless.

27/06/2026: We dined at this restaurant twice, on June 6th and again on June 27th, hoping the first experience was a one-off. Unfortunately, the second was even worse. Let's start with the bathrooms: on June 6th, the men's bathroom was out of order, and upon returning 21 days later, we found it in exactly the same condition. The working bathroom, however, was in terrible condition, and on both the first and second visits, there was no soap. It gives the impression that it's not even replenished. On June 6th, we were 3 adults and 2 children. The children didn't even sit at the table because they had already eaten and remained in the play area the entire evening. We ordered three set menus plus drinks, but we were still charged a €2.50 cover charge for each child, even though we hadn't used it. On June 27th, we returned: 4 adults and 2 children, same situation, with the children not occupying the table or consuming anything. We ordered four €15 pizza menus. When we received the bill, we were asked to pay €3 more per person because we had booked through TheFork and, according to the restaurant owner, "TheFork is expensive." The worst part is that, that afternoon, I had written to the restaurant asking if we would have to pay a cover charge for the set menus. I was clearly told that the cover charge only applied to those who booked through TheFork and ordered à la carte, while with the set menus we would not have to pay any extra. When we pointed out this discrepancy and complained about the lack of transparency, the restaurant owner decided to "pardon" us customers, telling us that he would "pay" the cover charge because TheFork costs him a lot. Frankly, I found this attitude unprofessional. Whether a restaurant should incur costs or commissions with TheFork is a relationship that concerns only the restaurant owner and the platform, not the customer. Prices must be clear and respected, without any surprises at the checkout. As if that weren't enough, after payment, the restaurant owner canceled my reservation on TheFork, causing me to lose my accumulated Yums, stating that "the restaurant is closed." This behavior I consider highly unfair and I hope TheFork will investigate, especially since I have the receipt proving our presence at the restaurant. Consumers should be protected from situations like this. One final note: in the space of a few weeks, the cover charge went from €2.50 to €3 per person. The only positive note of the evening goes to the staff in the dining room, who were very kind, helpful, and professional. Otherwise, a decidedly negative experience from every perspective: lack of transparency, appalling restroom conditions, and behavior from the manager that leaves no incentive to return. Shameful.

01/06/2026: We ordered two different types of meat, one almost edible and the other inedible (it was tough and hard to chew). The side dishes were good but sparse. The price was too high for what we ate.

10/06/2026: I love this place!! The meat is delicious and you can choose it right at the counter where you decide the type, cut, and quantity. But the first courses, excellent bruschetta, and desserts are also delicious.
