07/07/2025: Veramente un peccato!!!! Cibo ottimo pizza carne bruschette tutto…. Ma il servizio è dei più scarsi mai trovati, oltre due o tre gl altri ragazzi sono scortesi e disattenti. La sala è quasi sempre sguarnita di personale, sedie e tavoli sono rimediati. Un vero peccato perchè la qualità del cibo è suprema. La proprietaria una persona squisita a differenza della ragazza che prende le comande. La prossima volta? Take away meglio

15/09/2025: I regularly take advantage of Ribs's All You Can Eat offer on Sundays, and this is my favorite RH restaurant. The meat is always good and the place is very welcoming, but unfortunately, last night's experience with the service has prompted me to write a review to highlight a problem. After my first two courses of ribs, I waited over 30 minutes without receiving any further service, after which I decided to get up and pay. No one checked whether my order had been placed, no one picked up my finished dish, and no one asked for dessert or additional drinks, as is usually the case. It's also my fault, as I'm depressed and introverted. I hate waving my arms and attracting the waiter's attention, so I waited with bated breath. I definitely should have called someone, but I always see it as disrespectful to those who work in such a stressful industry as the restaurant industry. That said, I don't blame the wait staff either, and here I highlight the problem that led me to write this review. In the 30 minutes I observed the staff, the three-person dining room staff didn't stop for a moment. The place filled up exponentially, with the addition of couriers with JustEat/Glovo orders to handle and customers at the register. There wasn't a fixed person, but one of the three dining room staff had to "notice" that customers wanted to pay and leave, interrupt service in the dining room, and handle them (yes, I even waited to pay, albeit very briefly). Visually, I think RH is the place with the most customers in the Romanina district; three people in the dining room on a Sunday evening is unacceptable. If I had worked in that context, I probably would have also accidentally "ignored" the silent customer given the workload. I urge management to reconsider. ✌🏻

23/09/2025: Good music, but the food was very poor. I ordered a four-cheese pizza and was served a kind of piadina with a type of cheese. Terrible, and the dessert was just sugar. I'd go back for the music, but definitely not for the food.

02/09/2025: Amazing meat! From the appetizers to the first and second courses! They welcomed us with a taste of truly delicious hand-sliced ​​prosciutto that melted in our mouths! The prices match the quality. The service is a little slow, but they will definitely improve. We'll be back! The owner is very kind and welcoming. He loves to wander around the tables and ask how things are going. Bravo!

21/09/2025: We ate a slice of picanha for lunch today, it was practically tough as leather, we even had to spit out a few bites because they were difficult to chew... the one we ate is still indigestible, it's 5.44 pm and we still feel the lump in our stomachs... never again!

04/10/2025: Not always, but often (as in this case), you can tell the value of a restaurant if it's frequented by locals. Well, our experience was positive, based on what we ate, and certainly fun, having spent dinner in direct contact with some locals. Is this a relaxing situation? Maybe not, but some encounters still make you smile and leave the place feeling happy.

07/10/2025: Kilo is a gluten-free restaurant in Rome that's definitely worth a visit. The quality of the food is truly exceptional, with dishes prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients. Every dish we tried left us satisfied and impressed by the care taken in preparing them. The staff is very attentive and helpful, ready to recommend dishes and ensure a pleasant experience. We felt welcomed and pampered, which made our meal even more special. If you're looking for a safe, high-quality restaurant for a gluten-free diet, Kilo is definitely a great choice. We can't wait to return to try more delicacies!

30/09/2025: Saturday night: slow service, food takes over an hour to arrive. The atmosphere is noisy, but the food is excellent. No discount after such a long wait, and it was a large table that paid the price.

25/07/2025: Dinner with family and friends, a lovely outdoor setting, a family atmosphere, the waiters were very polite and attentive, the food was good, the pinsa was quality, the appetizers very tasty. I'd probably leave out the tripe and coppa, for a matter of taste. It won't please everyone. Next time, we'll try the first courses; the prices are a little above average.

28/09/2025: Truly too expensive, €80 per kilo for a steak that could be from anywhere in the world (and not Kobe) is way too much! Not to mention we're on Via di Pietralata. Madness!!
