22/02/2025: Excellent restaurant oriented towards meat connoisseurs, but not only... the chef was able to manage a celiac and vegetarian diner in a positive way and without warning. Indisputable quality of the meat, wide and assorted wine list, tidy and clean place and absence of cooking smells in the room. Excellent value for money. Experience to be repeated

Unfortunately, however, the experience was disappointing: I ordered oysters and raw shrimp from Puglia, but — for me — they were not fresh enough. Being a guest, I did not want to cause discomfort. I did not suffer any physical consequences, but I felt a certain discomfort. I also tasted the cooked fish of my companion: well cooked, but — in my opinion — same problem. I hope it is an isolated case

21/06/2025: We stopped last night after 3 hours of traffic on the highway, a place with very few tables occupied, we were turned away with the excuse that the place would soon fill up with customers who had booked. We found another restaurant not far away (highly recommended by the way!) and on our way back to get back on the highway, 1 hour later, we passed by this restaurant again, the parking lot even emptier than when we stopped and the place half empty. So let's say that as tourists it wasn't nice to feel unwelcome! Staff not at all professional. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

22/06/2025: We ate an excellent 1.2 kg steak for four people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wine was also excellent. It was quite hot in the reserved garden. The air conditioning inside ensures a pleasant temperature.

18/06/2025: A beautiful experience! I went to Old Wild West last night for dinner and I have to say it was a really positive experience. The place is welcoming and well-kept, the atmosphere is warm and perfect for an evening with friends. The service was impeccable: kind, attentive and very helpful staff, always with a smile. The food arrived on time and was really excellent! I really appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the care in preparing the dishes. Large portions, strong and well-balanced flavors, just as you would expect from a western-style restaurant. I will definitely return and I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a good dinner in a pleasant and relaxed environment. Congratulations to all the staff!

It should be noted that we witnessed unpleasant behavior from two customers tonight who wanted to pay only half of what they consumed and verbally attacked both the waitresses and the manager who behaved in a very professional and polite manner. We will return often, friendliness and professionalism are not lacking here!

01/07/2025: Bad Review – An Experience to Avoid at Old Wild West My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. First of all, the waiters were absolutely disrespectful – rude, annoyed and not at all helpful. Unfortunately, the manager was no exception: rude and arrogant towards the customers, as if giving explanations or finding solutions was a nuisance. The food was below all expectations – bland, banal, seemed reheated and prepared without any care. The quality-price ratio is totally bad: you spend a lot for mediocre dishes and terrible service. Instead of enjoying a peaceful meal, you leave irritated and with a bitter taste in your mouth – in every sense. I do not recommend it at all, and I certainly will not return. 🥵🤢🤮

22/06/2025: La Taverna dei sapori represents a point of reference for the province of Parma for its mainly meat-based cuisine. The restaurant is very spacious with the possibility of eating outside and inside. Our journey began with a mix of culatello, culaccia and prosciutto crudo, and a mix of cheeses; the appetizers were absolutely promoted. The journey continued with two different cuts of meat, very good but the low temperature of the meat should be noted. Average price, considering an expense of about 50/60 euros per person with wine included.

28/06/2025: The location is fantastic and needs no comment. We attended an evening of the 'il giardino del suono' events. Buffet dinner, averagely tasty. Drinks aside. If you order a glass of wine the portion is for tasting and not for the glass. If you order a cocktail you will find it diluted compared to the 'regular' doses for example the gin and tonic was not 3/4 tonic 1/4 gin. The crushed drinks on the other hand are not crushed. However the prices are for cocktails according to the rules of the art. The idea of ​​these musical evenings is excellent
