10/05/2025: Ambiente raffinato e curato. Ottima la musica di sottofondo. Personale molto cortese e la proprietaria molto attenta e competente. Abbiamo gustato dei carciofi fritti superlativi, crostini ai funghi prugnoli deliziosi. Passatelli con pomodorini e prugnoli ottimi e una ribollita stupenda. Per dolce, abbiamo ordinato un'altra porzione degli indimenticabili carciofi fritti.

25/11/2025: The place is a bit difficult to find, inside a dimly lit courtyard. I only ate one dish, the portion was just right, tasty and well cooked. I recommend it.

29/11/2025: I spent almost €12 in total for a dessert and a water. I ordered an apple pie; desserts weren't available on the paper menu, so I scanned the QR code at the bottom right of the first page of the menu. The selection wasn't extensive, but on the online menu the price was €4.90. My dessert arrived with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, which I hadn't requested but was appreciated. It's a shame that adding the unsolicited scoop costs an additional €1.40; this cost isn't written or specified anywhere. I don't find it fair at all. Furthermore, even though I hadn't eaten dinner, I was charged a €2.50 cover charge. It's starting to get quite expensive if you decide to just order dessert, with all these "hidden" costs.

02/10/2025: I can't help but give it one star because we placed an order that never arrived. Delivery with Glovo was scheduled for 8:00 PM, but they kept sending us messages about a delayed delivery until 8:50 PM when they told us the order had been cancelled because the store was closed. We also tried calling the store several times to ask for an explanation, but no one ever answered.

11/09/2025: We have it often, at least 3 times a month. Spectacular large chicken, excellent cooked perfectly and the highlight are the truly amazing potatoes.

26/10/2025: Saturday morning, 9:10 a.m. We were planning on having a coffee and croissant at the counter. We were probably being transparent. After spending five minutes at the counter, facing the owner and the staff preparing coffees and serving trays to our tables, I didn't seem to be paying attention. I asked if we needed to get a receipt first. I was given a refreshment, which wasn't necessary, but after another five minutes we left the place. No one had yet asked us what we wanted. Now they'll tell us that the place was full of the usual kids, but that wasn't the case. I also think that since there are three people behind the counter and one at the register, one of them should be dedicated to those like us who just want a coffee and croissant to go.

10/11/2025: Crazy. Ads at self-service gas stations are the latest in terrible customer service. What's more, besides being incredibly long-running, they also prevent refueling. These people clearly think I have time to waste. I'll reveal that's not the case. Of course, I've refueled at another gas station, and that's how it will always be: for me, Eni is now the "gas station with the ads." It would be funny if it didn't make me cry. Ridiculous.

28/10/2025: A 70s-style restaurant with a great atmosphere... WE ATE THE MENU OF THE DAY ON FRIDAY FOR 15 EUROS. RED FISH RISOTTO INSEDIBLE, JUST ENOUGH CUTTLEFISH AND PEAS, INDUSTRIAL FERRARA BREAD. IT'S DEFINITELY A PLACE TO TRY EEL AND GRILLED MEAT.

26/10/2025: Raw fish, nonexistent service (I asked for bread three times, but it never arrived), and a staggering bill for a starter and a second course that were certainly not of the highest quality. Avoid this place.

11/12/2025: I'm giving it a low star rating because, as I've already reported to The Fork and the Road House website, I wasn't given the discount I reserved, and the attitude of the manager at the register was questionable. She pretended the price of the menu we ordered was a discount (unfortunately, it was her price). She didn't know anything about our 20% discount, but she knew our table number and everything else. And my name was listed on their terminal with the reservation through The Fork. I asked for a copy of the receipt because I threw it away because I was really upset. I need it to prove that the discount wasn't applied and get a refund from The Fork. So far, no one has responded. Unfortunately, that was the only reason I booked there; otherwise, I would have chosen something cheaper!

16/06/2025: Trattoria essenziale, siamo andati con un gruppo di volontari sportivi di 26 persone, ottima l'accoglienza , menu' alla fiamminga , tutto molto buono e abbondante, personale accogliente e simpatico. Siamo stati molto bene. Esperienza da ripetere

07/12/2025: For the umpteenth time, I asked for the meat to be cooked thoroughly, and they served it raw and still bleeding. It's truly shameful. If I want to eat the grilled burger and ask for it, you have to cook it!!!!!!!! Never again. Unfriendly, and the girl Laura at the cashier is incompetent and beyond reproach. For the price, the quality and customer service are awful.

05/12/2025: I purchased a large quantity of meat from their e-commerce site. I have no complaints about the quality of the meat. I could complain about something, but it's superfluous compared to the carelessness of the shipper. They left the package with someone else without even calling or notifying me!!! The person in question wasn't aware of the nature of the goods, so the meat sat out for 12 hours, partially opened, and now almost entirely spoiled. I wrote to their customer service, and they were very helpful and refunded the entire amount.

03/11/2025: I've ordered several times, but the last time I received two ribs with the vacuum seal already leaking. I opened them and the smell was nauseating. I explained the problem, but they thought it was normal. I asked two friends who are chefs, and they told me not to eat them. The result: €90 in the trash because even when cooked, they smelled awful.
