26/07/2025: Excellent welcome, very kind waiters, we had pizza and tagliolini allo scoglio + crispy mixed fried food.!!! The pizza was excellent, I recommend the "Luveria" mortadella, burrata, pistachios. The Romana was also good, my husband had a pizza with asparagus, spinach and parmesan. Excellent. 😋😋😋😋. Definitely worth returning!!?

06/07/2025: Delicious chicken, cooked to perfection, the best I have ever tried. Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. Great price. The take away packaging is also very convenient. Highly recommended.

11/08/2025: You eat on paper tablecloths soiled by those who ate before you with stains of sauce, bits of leftovers and therefore probably various spitting while talking... I've pointed this out several times because once it was different and then it was convenient for lunch being close... but nothing, they persist in the dirt and if so much gives me so much I don't want to think about in what other areas they save... at dinner the same you eat on paper tablecloths soiled at lunch with very expensive prices... enough I've put a stop to it

10/08/2025: I went there this evening with my family, and to say it was awful is an understatement. Aside from the food, which was decently good, the place is tasteless, bowling alley-like, and above all, the service leaves much to be desired. The side dishes buffet (which are included with the lunch cover charge) in the evening cost €4.50, regardless of the quantity. We weren't told this, and even though we ordered two half-empty plates, the waitress didn't give us the right instructions. Furthermore, something VERY SERIOUS in my opinion, we dined on paper tablecloths (stained with sauce, etc.) from lunch. And let me start by saying that this isn't the first time this has happened. When it came time to get the bill, the owner pointed this out, and she looked at us condescendingly and haughtily, without even apologizing for what had happened and the poor impression we made. In her place, I would have felt mortified. Spending that amount of money between four people (over 80 euros for a course each and two coffees) for such service, and in such a questionable location, seems truly absurd to me. Avoid!

23/08/2025: I ate terribly, never again. A dry, industrially made cutlet. Tough meat served on a wooden and aluminum tray to keep it warm. Unsuitable. Poor atmosphere.

10/05/2025: Ambiente raffinato e curato. Ottima la musica di sottofondo. Personale molto cortese e la proprietaria molto attenta e competente. Abbiamo gustato dei carciofi fritti superlativi, crostini ai funghi prugnoli deliziosi. Passatelli con pomodorini e prugnoli ottimi e una ribollita stupenda. Per dolce, abbiamo ordinato un'altra porzione degli indimenticabili carciofi fritti.

24/08/2025: In the city center, yet in a quiet spot nestled in the cloister. It had piqued my interest some time ago, and I must say that what we ate far exceeded my expectations: tasty, impeccable dishes. Lots of options, truly high quality. We'll definitely be back. Well done, well done!

06/07/2025: We have always frequented this place and have almost always had a good time, but tonight absolutely not. We brought our 2 medium-sized dogs with us and already at the entrance they made a fuss and explicitly told us that "if they hadn't had a table in the corner they wouldn't have welcomed us". When it was time to go and pay, we went with our dogs tightly leashed and in front of the cash register there was a table with a dachshund that as soon as he sees ours runs away from the owners and is about to attack ours (who absolutely didn't react as they are trained to interact with their peers). At the cash register, I hear the cashier complaining to her colleague about "the big dogs". I clarify the situation and the cashier replies "ok, but still the big dogs..." I hadn't finished hearing that I ran away and I will hardly return. We felt and were stigmatized from the entrance. When it comes to such famous chains, in my opinion what makes the difference is the staff. In this case we had a bad experience, at times very bad.

31/08/2025: First time ever this evening, August 30, 2025. EATEN WELL, food quality and portions were just right. Perfect cooking method. The girl who welcomed us and followed us from checkout to payment was always friendly and smiling. Service was fast and attentive. I think I'll gladly return. I'm sad to read all these negative reviews. Personally, I didn't find anything negative or bad. I'd definitely recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

18/08/2025: My food isn't bad in general, but what I notice every time is the lack of care and attention to the customer. I finish eating and ask for the dessert menu, I wait and wait, but no one pays attention to me and the dining room was half empty. Being the way I am, I take the bill and go to pay it. If you bring me the menu, wouldn't you at least think to come get it? A waitress behind me was engaged in a pleasant conversation with a customer I assume she knew, and so on, blah blah blah even after I had paid the bill, so let's just say there wasn't much to kill in the dining room!
