27/01/2025: Poco fuori Brisighella, nella frazione di Sant Eufemia, si trova l’omonima trattoria, fra le piu’ antiche d’Italia. Locale spartano e un po’ datato, ma comunque decoroso e pulito. Piatti semplici, molti della tradizione romagnola, ben fatti, con porzioni generose. Servizio informale, simpatico e veloce. A pranzo menu’ fisso a 15 euro, mentee a cena e festivi si mangia alla carta con ampia scelta. Da provare.

15/03/2025: It's been too long again since my last visit. Unfortunately I see the effect of shrinking here on sandwiches and dishes, nevertheless I had a good time and spent the right amount to spend a nice evening with friends. As always, the "reduced" choice of menu has favored this chain of restaurants, few dishes done quite well. Relaxing and serene environment. All the staff are extremely kind and helpful, always with a smile.

10/03/2025: I recently went to the Roadhouse and tried the offer of unlimited ribs for €10. The service was excellent: friendly, quick and very attentive staff, really nothing to say in this respect. Unfortunately, however, the ribs disappointed me. The flavor was far from what one would expect: they were almost reminiscent of frankfurters. It must be said that the meat came away well from the bone, but the taste just wasn't convincing. Even the place, which I find nice and welcoming, had an unpleasant odor which made the experience less pleasant than expected. In conclusion, excellent service and a pleasant environment, but the quality of the ribs and the smell in the restaurant leave something to be desired

11/01/2025: Very nice place, I liked everything! The buffet is well stocked and the meat is very good. The staff is super friendly and very attentive to every need. I read reviews saying that the waiters don't speak Italian well but we didn't have any problems with that. They understood our every request very well and were really very kind. Super recommended!!!

26/03/2025: Le civette is a culinary jewel.. Every course is a pleasure... The waiting staff is polite, friendly, helpful and quick to take orders. The place in the middle of nature, an unparalleled respect for people and animals!! It is a culinary experience that I highly recommend to everyone!

Outdoor tables too. Closed on Thursdays. I have returned several times, I have always eaten very well. The service needs improvement, slow. Good quality-price ratio. 24/02/2025: I've been going to this place for years now, the service has never been the best. Lately, however, I often happen to witness very unpleasant situations, which should not happen in a bar. One of the waitresses, who have never been particularly polite, uses to rant and scream in front of all the customers to reprimand certain behaviors. Ok they could have been wrong, but I think it's very rude to shout and ruin the atmosphere of the place. I was hoping it was an isolated incident but it has happened several times and I'm sorry to admit that I will never return to this place again.

04/03/2025: Nice enough place, if it weren't for the very strong air conditioning. Normal food, value for money. The shocking thing is the service: we enter, a girl looks at us and says nothing. Another one arrives and without saying hello asks us how many we are and takes us to the table, even after saying "good evening" 3 times, nothing, they don't say hello. All the girls who approached, with total disgust and exaggerated haste. 5 waitresses, with maybe 4 tables occupied. We ask for dessert and the one who brings it to us literally slams the plate on the table. We pay, we leave and no goodbyes even at the end. There was a promotion on tagliatina that evening, of course if there is a discount but you bring half a tagliatina, you simply charge me for a mini portion and it seems quite a joke.
