27/03/2024: The place wouldn't even be bad, if it weren't for the very small detail that made my niece (celiac) end up in the emergency room after having served her a sandwich with gluten instead of the one she ordered... and only by chance if SHE noticed after a few bites. Luckily, she is no longer a child and after more than two hours on an IV they got her back on her feet, but certain mistakes in 2024 are not acceptable. Calling them "incompetent" would be a compliment, but the fact that we ended the matter with a very elegant "we won't make you pay for the sandwich" makes it clear what other definitions they deserve and what level of problems they may have. Personally, I would do a lot of concrete and replace it with some parking.

04/02/2024: Place surrounded by nature, Mrs. Enrica's cuisine is excellent. We had a Sunday lunch with excellent cured meats, a delicious dish of ravioli with herbs and wild boar hunter style. The house gardener is delicious and finally a good nougat parfait. I really have to compliment you...everything was impeccable

03/01/2024: Siamo stati con un gruppo di Amici di Faenza. Devo dire cibo gradevole, abbiamo assaggiato sia i primi che i secondi...soddisfatta anche del doce, in un ambiente familiare. Unico appunto...il bagno. Non funzionava (unico bagno gender free)..e non ci è stato permesso di utilizzare quello privato...con grave disagio dopo il pasto saremmo dovuti ripartire per Roma in un giorno festivo.

31/03/2024: Place in the center of Parma, very welcoming and beautiful. The owner and staff were very kind, prepared and quick. They explain the whole menu! I chose the Chicken Burger with Roquefort cheese without the bun and the chips. Never had such a juicy and tasty chicken burger, high quality and fresh meat. You could tell it wasn't frozen, but freshly made. Compliments to the chef, I will return to taste the rest of the menu. Top 5 stars well deserved
