02/03/2025: I am very sorry to leave this review but given the gravity (in my opinion) of the situation created, I consider it necessary. Severity that I evaluate on the basis of the feeling of discomfort and embarrassment with which we left the place. This late afternoon I was with two friends and together we decided to stop for a drink. It wasn't the first time at Yerbabuena, it's a place we often take into consideration and that's perhaps also why I was doubly disappointed and sorry. 6.30pm we asked if there was room for three people and they immediately seated us, warning us, however, that the table would only be available until 7.15pm. (It wasn't a problem for us, we just wanted to have something to drink, enjoy the atmosphere and be in good company.) 7.40pm the waitress comes to take the order: a coffee and a coke. Already at the mention of coffee he makes a face and after an initial hesitation he tells us that they don't serve coffee at that time. So we decide on two cokes. The unwell waitress tells us that she could not leave the table for us unless we had consumed (food). So we replied that she herself had told us that the table was free until 7.15pm. On the other hand we hear the reply with a smug and annoyed air 'frankly, I'd rather seat 4 people who spend 15 euros each instead of you' followed by a series of excuses which, honestly, I struggle to consider sincere. Given that no one had warned us of an 'obligation' to consume, given that it is understandable that they want to optimize the spaces and please everyone, given that one of us was not consuming; I believe there are ways and means to suggest a different solution to a customer. Assuming that, if we had consumed food, would they have been able to serve us in half an hour, or would we have had to stuff ourselves and race against time? We left the place instantly, without consuming and completely astonished. They could have warned us before, they could have said it with courtesy and grace, they could have made us move to the counter, they could have handled the matter with greater kindness and diplomacy and instead they chose rudeness. I am very sorry It might seem like a small thing but I believe that not making your customers feel welcome and making them feel uncomfortable and embarrassed is the last thing that a restaurant or managers and whoever they should do to their customers. The customer is not always right but respect and kindness must be guaranteed by both parties, always.

02/03/2025: Excellent food, typical of Bolognese cuisine, beautiful and inviting displays with meat and desserts, fast service, even though there were about fifteen of us who had taken different dishes, thumbs up 👍 😊

12/03/2025: -Quality of the meat: excellent, juicy, cooked to the right point; - Variety: excellent choice of hamburgers, I took the carbonara one, it was really very tasty, next time I will take the Florentine steak; -beer: lots of choice -dessert: I had a tiramisu, traditional, delicious and creamy. Price. Just right in proportion to the quality of the meat and the service I recommend this place to everyone. Very friendly staff who care about customer service and satisfaction.

28/02/2025: This is the first time I've gotten up and left the restaurant before I've even ordered food; as well as the first time I feel embarrassed and uncomfortable with how I am treated as a celiac. I and 3 other friends of mine arrive at the restaurant without having booked, they seat us immediately and before even sitting down I ask the waiter who is accompanying us if they have a gluten-free menu. He kindly replies that they don't have a real menu but that there are options, including meat and possibly some sandwiches. Let me start by saying that before going I looked at the Old Wild West website and found an entire menu, complete with allergens, of dishes that could be made gluten free. Then once seated a boy comes to take the order and I ask again what I could eat. His first reaction was to laugh in my face and say "absolutely nothing"; Thinking he was joking, I stay silent for a few seconds and ask if there was nothing to eat at all and I am told no. I was also told that they have gluten-free products, including bread, but since everything in the kitchen was extremely contaminated they couldn't give it to me (the question naturally arises as to why they stock exclusively gluten-free products if a person with celiac disease can't eat them). Very unnerved by the pedantic and almost annoyed tone of the room, I decided to ask if it was possible to cook a piece of meat on the grill, and I was also denied this proposal, reaffirming that they couldn't do anything for me. I decide for this reason, both annoyed by the truly rude ways and by the actual impossibility of eating, getting up from the table and going out. At that point the waiter follows us and says "so guys nothing?" and at that point I replied that I wouldn't know how to fill my time in a restaurant where I couldn't even eat a salad. All this to give a little food for thought: first of all I don't understand which waiter I should have listened to, given that I heard two different versions of the same question; subsequently I don't understand the point of making me sit down if it was known that I couldn't eat anything regardless. Thirdly, regardless of whether or not the restaurant decides to keep things gluten-free, I would invite the waiter to treat these situations with more kindness and less conceit, perhaps trying to be polite and trying, as far as possible, to find a solution. Having said this, I am sure that, even if I could, I will not return and I really hope that, sooner or later, they will be able to try to be more inclusive and update themselves a bit (also in terms of good manners).

20/02/2025: Lunch on the go fixed menu 13 euros without wine and coffee.. The food wasn't much, the frying was very greasy and with a few charred vegetables even if there was some fish, the first sedanini or boscaiola or very anonymous calamari Cabbage side dish not decent. Total 17 50..
