11/05/2026: I had a truly fantastic experience at this burger joint! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and very welcoming, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a relaxed evening. The burgers were exceptional: top-quality meat, fresh ingredients, and truly well-balanced flavors. The fries were also crispy and tasty, while the desserts rounded off the meal perfectly. You can tell there's passion and attention to every detail. Fast service, generous portions, and excellent value. Definitely one of the best places to eat a burger. I'll gladly return and recommend it to everyone!

14/03/2026: I regret giving it two stars. I've always enjoyed coming here for your pizza. I was told on site that you only serve pan pizzas, but I accepted it anyway; it costs nothing to try. I ended up with two small pizzas, barely larger than those from a bakery, at an exorbitant price and completely devoid of flavor. Please, at least report the change on the website.

26/04/2026: Terrible experience: Embarrassing value for money I strongly advise against stopping at this Old Wild West (Lingotto). For €22 total, I would have expected at least some decency, but instead it was an all-out failure. The meal: Pulled Pork Burger: Definitely the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. The meat was completely tasteless, devoid of salt, and—a serious problem for pulled pork—without the slightest trace of marinade or smoke. It was basically boiled meat with no soul. Side Dish (French Fries): Inedible fries. They were soft and lacking in texture, tasting as if they'd been fried hours earlier and left to languish. Drinks: A decent beer (€5.50), but considering it's not their own, it certainly doesn't improve the overall experience. The bill: €14.50 for a sandwich and fries of poor quality. €2.00 service charge (the only positive note: the staff was efficient, but that's not enough to justify the culinary disaster). €5.50 for a beer. Moral of the story: If you're at the Lingotto, eat elsewhere. Don't waste your money here; the food quality has fallen below par. OWW never again!

06/05/2026: Introduction: I was a regular until about a year and a half ago. There was a period when I'd go two or three times a week, I was so taken with the place. Then, suddenly, I stopped going, for no particular reason. A few days ago, passing by at lunchtime, I decided to return. I ordered a Western Grill x2 with Coca-Cola on tap. A TOTAL DISASTER. Let's start with the Coca-Cola glass: it was filled just over halfway, practically only the narrowest part of the glass. Okay, we're off to a bad start, but I'm still waiting for the fried foods I ordered before the grill. Nothing new: the same old fried foods, except they were lukewarm, almost cold. I'll overlook that, too. The grill arrives, with the requested beef cooked medium. I'll start by saying that all the cuts of meat, as well as the fries, were completely lukewarm, almost cold. The beef was a disaster: one of the two pieces had only been cooked on one side, while the other, already blood red on the outside, was just like the inside, so completely raw. Obviously, it was left on the plate. The portion of beef was meager compared to what I remembered. One last gem: once we'd finished eating, we went to the cashier to pay. The woman there asked us if everything was okay. I, of course, didn't respond as I would have liked, but simply said, "Well, not so good today." The cashier looked at me, gave me the full bill, and completely ignored my comment, without even trying to elaborate. I rate this latest experience of mine as more than negative. Since last time, I've noticed that the menu has changed, removing some dishes we loved, including chips with the skin on. And we certainly understand this, given that these are business decisions followed by in-depth consideration and analysis by the OWW chain. But the rest, no, I find it unacceptable, especially on a weekday with a half-empty restaurant.

16/05/2026: Excellent food served in a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is truly superb, everyone is very kind and professional. The slow-cooked chicken is highly recommended, but all the dishes are really good.

02/05/2026: A very relaxing place with a slightly American, slightly Piedmontese atmosphere. The meats were tasty and well-presented before you chose your food. In our case, the only thing that wasn't up to par was the service. We were looked after by a waitress who gradually annoyed all four of our guests, a real shame. Highly recommended.

05/05/2026: I've always loved KFC and have always been a fan, but recently the quality and service have declined. The food used to be always hot, fresh, and tasty, but in recent months I've found the sandwiches cold, the fries unsalted and limp, and even the ingredients inside the sandwiches are sparse. The chicken, especially the tenders, I always find delicious. The service is very chaotic; there seems to be internal disorganization within the restaurant, perhaps even a bit dated. There always seems to be too few staff on duty compared to customer demand. I found the kebab fries terrible, and the sauce truly nauseating, both for me and my boyfriend, so much so that I felt sick and had to throw them away.

02/05/2026: I've been to Old Wild West and had a positive experience. I had a mixed grill served directly to the table along with a burger, and I have to say it was all well-made. The meat was good, well-cooked, and served hot, which isn't always a given when it comes to mixed grills. The burger also impressed me: tasty, balanced, and made with fresh ingredients. The portions were just right, not overly large but not too small either. Fast service and helpful staff, and the atmosphere is casual and comfortable, without being overly pretentious. Overall, it's a classic, safe-for-all: you eat well, pay the right price, and you won't be disappointed.
