02/05/2026: Beautiful, large sandwiches of the highest quality, all the ingredients delicious and well thought out. The fries with smoked salsa are excellent, and the beer selection is simply exceptional (delirium is highly recommended). The owner is friendly, and the chef is mesmerizing, making the sandwiches so quickly. The place is small, but the service is excellent, and the beer is impeccable!

30/04/2026: Definitely one of the best burgers I've ever had! Looking at the price, I thought they were a bit pricey... but after trying them, I can say they're worth the money! Quality meat, quality filling, and generous portions! I'll definitely be back! (Not too often, otherwise I'd gain 200kg!) 😅

14/03/2026: I regret giving it two stars. I've always enjoyed coming here for your pizza. I was told on site that you only serve pan pizzas, but I accepted it anyway; it costs nothing to try. I ended up with two small pizzas, barely larger than those from a bakery, at an exorbitant price and completely devoid of flavor. Please, at least report the change on the website.

26/04/2026: Terrible experience: Embarrassing value for money I strongly advise against stopping at this Old Wild West (Lingotto). For €22 total, I would have expected at least some decency, but instead it was an all-out failure. The meal: Pulled Pork Burger: Definitely the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. The meat was completely tasteless, devoid of salt, and—a serious problem for pulled pork—without the slightest trace of marinade or smoke. It was basically boiled meat with no soul. Side Dish (French Fries): Inedible fries. They were soft and lacking in texture, tasting as if they'd been fried hours earlier and left to languish. Drinks: A decent beer (€5.50), but considering it's not their own, it certainly doesn't improve the overall experience. The bill: €14.50 for a sandwich and fries of poor quality. €2.00 service charge (the only positive note: the staff was efficient, but that's not enough to justify the culinary disaster). €5.50 for a beer. Moral of the story: If you're at the Lingotto, eat elsewhere. Don't waste your money here; the food quality has fallen below par. OWW never again!

02/04/2026: Quality meat and friendly staff. Like any Old Wild West, the place is very quaint and well-kept. Personally, I found the chairs particularly uncomfortable and didn't appreciate the table placement. Since it was a last-minute weekday lunch and we were only two people, we didn't book, but the place was pretty empty. We chose to sit inside, and they sat us at a small table in front of the bathroom door, near the entrance, with the cash register behind us. So, despite the small number of people there, we were exposed to a lot of people passing by. That's the only reason I'm not giving it full stars. I felt like I was back in school, when the teacher would put you in detention at the small desk next to the teacher's desk. But it's not the first time we've been there, and we'll definitely be back.

02/05/2026: A very relaxing place with a slightly American, slightly Piedmontese atmosphere. The meats were tasty and well-presented before you chose your food. In our case, the only thing that wasn't up to par was the service. We were looked after by a waitress who gradually annoyed all four of our guests, a real shame. Highly recommended.

27/03/2026: Prices have increased and a new ordering method is a bit inconvenient, especially for multiple people. A decrease in service means a price increase. This is strange, or at least there should be a choice for those who want to order the traditional way. It's not about being forced to use only kiosks, and their menus and layout aren't even very well designed (if there are any errors, who would you ask for clarification?) Okay, the competition has adopted similar rules, but their devices are more intuitive to use and the layout is more convenient (in front of the cash register). Not to mention that you don't have a drive-through option. Regarding ordering via app, your restaurant doesn't offer it. Some customers rightly complain about long waits and the lack of kiosks, but things need to be done and designed well. Ideally, without raising prices. I've been a customer for years who's been a bit shocked by some of the choices. Update: Some organizational improvements have been made. Renovated furnishings, changed table layouts, optimized space, and added the option to order via app. Prices remain affordable, food quality average, Service speed and courtesy average.

02/05/2026: I've been to Old Wild West and had a positive experience. I had a mixed grill served directly to the table along with a burger, and I have to say it was all well-made. The meat was good, well-cooked, and served hot, which isn't always a given when it comes to mixed grills. The burger also impressed me: tasty, balanced, and made with fresh ingredients. The portions were just right, not overly large but not too small either. Fast service and helpful staff, and the atmosphere is casual and comfortable, without being overly pretentious. Overall, it's a classic, safe-for-all: you eat well, pay the right price, and you won't be disappointed.
