08/05/2026: The smash burger was really good! The meat was crispy and succulent, and the bacon was crispy. The staff was friendly. I think I was unlucky; there was a bit of a wait for the sandwich (but nothing major, maybe I was hungry), and when it came time to pay, the people in front of me took a good 20 minutes due to some issue. The seats were very comfortable, but they could use a steamer. I'll leave a photo. The only real disappointment was the fries; for the price, they were too few (I got the ones with truffle oil). All in all, a place I'd go back to! The sandwich was so good.

13/05/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times over the years and have always had a good experience: good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and generally satisfactory service. Unfortunately, in recent weeks, the experience has deteriorated considerably due to a young staff member who proved unhelpful and rather rude. What bothered me most was the lack of attention to hygiene: I saw him touch various objects around the place and then immediately carry the cutlery with his hands, without any care. After these recent experiences, we've honestly lost the desire to return, which is a shame because we've always had a good experience here in the past.

08/07/2026: Luckily, I'm not a regular at these places that are worth zero and are listed for billions of dollars... The atmosphere was McDonalds-level, an iced coffee shaker tasted like dirty water, cold but with a sour ghost inside, and ZERO coffee flavor. Uncomfortable seating, service bordering on disgusting, barely perceptible air conditioning. Never again.

17/06/2026: Reluctantly, despite it being a place I've always gone to since college, I have to leave this negative review. I have nothing to say about the food or the location, which is nice, but I called weeks in advance to reserve a table for 20 people for my graduation and requested to be seated outside. When I arrived, the table was inside, and I was arrogantly told by the owner that he had no record of my request. In the end, we stayed inside so as not to wait for a table to become available and they could prepare a new table outside for us. I've always gone to this bar, and even with 10-15 people, everyone would get their drink and for €10, they'd get their aperitif. We got there and they asked me to select four pitchers (one for every five people) "because that's how we do it at graduations," they told me. I replied, annoyed, saying that this had not been made absolutely clear on the phone. In short, four pitchers of Spritz washed down with water to pay not €10 per person, but a whopping €15 per person just because "it's a degree." A truly negative experience. I would advise the staff to reevaluate the whole situation.

16/06/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance, had breakfast, and then stayed to work at Smart. The breakfast was good, the prices were very reasonable, and the staff were friendly.

17/04/2026: Arriving at the restaurant we immediately noticed that from outside there were all the tables outside to be cleared with an absurd mess, we enter the clearly chaotic environment we ask for a table for two and the girl makes us sit over there indicating a table still to be cleared so instead we decide to wait outside for a moment, we order the famous fries I kindly ask if it is possible to make a change since I am vegetarian and I ask if they could remove the bacon from the cheddar and bacon fries and I am told that it cannot be removed "to avoid making a mess in the kitchen" oh well, very medium sandwich honestly I expected much more, so much hype for nothing however I would advise you to organize yourself more and update the staff

31/07/2026: They only have the coupons they want, and even when they accidentally have a coupon you want, you make sure it works by ordering from the app, but when you physically go to order, they don't see it. Terrible management, you should call yourselves "the kings of we-do-whatever-we-please." If you have other options, go to other Burger Kings. Unfortunately, I was comfortable living here, but after the umpteenth time I came to your place and found not the STANDARD Burger King, but a family-run cafeteria-style operation with the specials of the day, you won't see me again. No coffee or ice cream, and they'll never buy the equipment since it's never been there since they opened. Furthermore, over the years, I don't know how many times they've run out of ingredients, sandwiches, but you don't know how to order the right quantities? Yet everything is frozen with very long expiration dates. You should have the good sense not to call yourselves Burger King because you're not.

29/07/2026: The burgers were dry, as were the fried onion rings, which seemed to have been made a long time ago, not freshly made. The fries and chicken nuggets were just okay. I certainly don't expect gourmet food from Burger King, but comparing this location to other fast food chains, this is seriously below average! The guys who served us weren't overtly rude, but they seemed annoyed by having to do their job. The place was empty, but 90s disco music was blaring. Regardless of musical taste, which is personal, I had a hard time talking to my daughter. The bathrooms were dirty. We stopped here because we were passing through, but if we were in the area again, we'd avoid this place.

02/06/2025: A pub with good potential. But many things to review: Staff: only two people who had to manage everything (reception, counter, kitchen) with small problems arising from this. At times even annoyed. In addition, given their difficulty in managing 15 people present, to be able to take an order, a lot of patience was needed. Precisely for this reason, potential orders were skipped because we didn't want to wait for someone to arrive after 15 minutes. Beers: there is a blackboard in addition to the menu. So you expect the blackboard to be the most up-to-date (as is done in every place). But no. A third of the beers marked were not present. And the funny thing is that the ones annoyed were the owners! As if we shouldn't even dare to consider that blackboard! Those that were present were average anyway. Food: average fried food. Hamburgers absolutely to be reviewed. Just defrosted and grilled (I worked for years in pubs and the like). Too bad because if they had been treated better they could have had their reason. In conclusion: we probably had a bad night or they didn't expect such voracity XD. These are defects that can be corrected.
