I chose to eat out and had a very good salad and blue cheese fries, which would have really earned five stars if they were hot. They were brought to me after literally 2 minutes and were already cold. What a shame.

We dined on Saturday evening without a reservation, 6 of us + 3 kids. Everyone was very kind in finding us a place and serving us, and very helpful in finding alternatives for various allergies.

We tried this place for the first time, inspired by the Valentine's Day promotion that included a free dessert with the burger. The first positive note was the courtesy of the staff, helpful and always smiling (especially Alice and Roberto). The service was very fast. The portions were generous. The decor and table settings were very thoughtful, a bit retro. The prices were quite high compared to the competition. One thing I didn't like was the extra charge for a vegetarian version, not for economic reasons but for ethical reasons: healthy and sustainable choices should be encouraged. I think we'll return on another special occasion.

02/04/2026: Went there for the XXXL offer. The food was really good but i had to wait for an hour outside cos it was full. Luckily it was a warm day

06/05/2026: It is very nice that they introduced plant based burgers. We had to wait a little bit longer but it's ok. Hope they will add completely vegan options cause I had to deselect cheese and mayonnaise from mine burger, but it was still tasty. The bacon was also plant based. Seems like with coupons you can have a plant based whopper as well, so it could be even cheaper.
18/04/2026: Everything was good, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It was obvious, however, that they were very understaffed due to the workload; we waited an hour for our order. Despite the difficulty, the staff were kind and friendly, even when dealing with the rudest and most brash customers.
