Today, just today, all the tables had dirty trays. The girl who served the table left the tray, not even being polite, if not, she likes the job, she shouldn't do it. I've never seen this girl often, poor thing, who behaved with everyone like this, and seeing the dirty tray on the table, she took them away. Dirty Tivoli, she didn't even look after them. I didn't take photos of the tables to show what situation I found myself in. I also reported it to the cashiers, it was always clean, nice people, not today, really bad place.

Waiting 18 minutes for two takeaway coffees is a bit excessive. We'd be served faster at a café. On top of that, orders disappear from the screen; it's total chaos.

As I always say, the speed isn't McDonald's in Italy, but the food was well-prepared and hot. It's a shame there were so many people asking for money and food while we were eating.

06/04/2026: Consistently good quality and always open. But the disgusting toilets are like something out of a horror movie, the dirty air conditioners are probably all moldy inside, and even the customers around them all had runny noses.

13/05/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times over the years and have always had a good experience: good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and generally satisfactory service. Unfortunately, in recent weeks, the experience has deteriorated considerably due to a young staff member who proved unhelpful and rather rude. What bothered me most was the lack of attention to hygiene: I saw him touch various objects around the place and then immediately carry the cutlery with his hands, without any care. After these recent experiences, we've honestly lost the desire to return, which is a shame because we've always had a good experience here in the past.
23/04/2026: Amazing burgers and a really nice atmosphere! We'll definitely be back!!
