16/10/2025: We went to Americans for lunch as a group of nine without a reservation, and the experience was truly positive.
The gentleman who served us, presumably the owner, was extremely kind and friendly, attentive to everything, and always with a smile.
The burgers are excellent, tasty, and well-prepared, and we really appreciated the convenient and affordable lunch menu.
The fries are good, with a special mention for the sweet ones.
Overall, a place where you eat well and feel at ease. Recommended, we'll definitely be back!

20/12/2025: I booked for 173, two of us showed up, and these rude people didn't even bother to recycle the leftover wrought iron chairs, despite the name of the place, which I will report for misleading advertising. If I could give zero stars, I would still give one because it seems fair and correct.

01/03/2026: I got takeout today, the place was renovated like shit, I preferred the old one, as soon as you open the loaves they are really badly made, some have the meat all out, and tonight around 8:15 I went here and they didn't have bags so I had brought my own drinks and I got all wet.

We arrived (there were 3 of us) at 8:30 PM.
Closing time was 10:30 PM.
There were two people before us and all 5 of us were told that the kitchen closed at 9:00 PM.
So we decided to leave.
I would say bad behavior...
I don't think that's the way to welcome customers
I've never seen anything like this!

21/02/2026: A fantastic transformation, from nothing—there weren't even any walls—to a popular and bustling establishment. You're greeted by a large counter filled with all kinds of delicious things, from bread and focaccia to pizza and ready-made dishes like lasagna, meatballs, and much more. Everything is delicious. The breakfasts are also excellent, with a wide selection of pastries. The only problem? You come in for a coffee and leave with bags of delicious food; it's impossible to resist the temptation!

10/03/2026: Despite the place being practically empty, I had to wait an interminable amount of time. The slow service was caused by the staff's total lack of professionalism: they spent their time chatting among themselves, deliberately ignoring the customer and displaying a complete lack of attention to their duties.
28/02/2026: A very negative experience.
During my stay, I witnessed the manager (wearing a white shirt) making remarks to employees that I found unprofessional and inappropriate. He chuckled while speaking and made comments about how he could fire anyone he wanted.
I find this attitude disrespectful toward workers and inconsistent with the image of professionalism that a company like McDonald's should project. It was unpleasant to witness this scene.
I hope management takes action to ensure a more respectful work environment.

01/01/2026: I ordered through Deliveroo and, unfortunately, this time the experience was very disappointing. The products arrived cold and the meat was rather dry, definitely below their usual standards. Furthermore, I had requested a bucket consisting exclusively of Original Recipe chicken thighs, the most expensive option on the menu, but I was delivered half thighs and half wings, which are less valuable. I find it unacceptable to pay for one product and receive another, and less expensive, one. I hope this is an isolated incident, but it's a situation that absolutely should not happen again.
