09/03/2025: McDonald's with high prices like highway/airport. Very slow. Approximately 10 minutes for a standard order with low/medium flows. They have a habit of not salting their chips 😭. They seat everyone who eats in the nearby premises outside, so it's difficult to find a seat as the employees do nothing to change this. Congratulations.

Very good pizza, environment, service and good waiters available and ready for any advice, suggestions and explanations on their various specialties 😀
Thanks to everyone I recommend it and I will be back
13/09/2024: Booked a reservation online which was accepted. When we showed up the place was closed. It looks like maybe permanently.

14/02/2025: Good food, welcoming service. Unfortunately the environment was not very clean when we arrived. The only thing that comes to mind are the prices of the menus, either 10 euros and you eat little or from 20 and up they give you a ton of food, there is no middle ground if you are alone. A bonus, the meat is halal from what I'm told
11/02/2025: This guy standing at the counter is very rude and has a very dirty behavior when taking orders.When he talks, a very foul smell comes from his mouth.The food I ordered was incomplete when I got home and checked it.So please teach him some minors, how to talk, how to deal.

The tables and environments in general are clean and tidy.
The food was served to me very quickly, the chips were balanced as they should always be: crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

17/03/2025: I had a terrible experience with an employee at this McDonald's in Milan. He didn't speak English well, and when I struggled to understand him for a few seconds, he sighed at me in frustration. When I said I didn't understand, he suddenly yelled at me. I responded by raising my voice back, and then he started cursing at me-so I cursed him back. Completely unprofessional behavior from an employee. McDonald's should ensure their staff treats customers with basic respect, regardless of language barriers.
16/03/2025: Appalling. Too busy and the staff does not have the ability to provide good customer service.

24/03/2025: Yesterday evening March 23, 2025 for the drive I had to wait at least 30 minutes outside.....and the great thing is that there weren't that many people...
And on top of that, when I got home (which is only 4km from the facility) the products I purchased were indecent!

18/02/2025: Location inside the City Life Shopping Center. Living nearby I often go there for the quality of the food and the always attentive and punctual service. Excellent value for money.
A special mention to the staff who are always smiling and kind even during peak hours.

12/02/2025: I ate some fried chicken (spicy chicken wings) and got intoxicated. The first time it happened months ago in another KFC, I thought it was a coincidence. But it happened again in this one and I'm at home since yesterday as if I drank some pond water or some other harmful thing. Never again.
