29/09/2025: My wife and I live in the area, and every Tuesday for dinner we go to this Roadhouse, located inside City Life, because the little restaurant we usually go to is closed on Tuesdays. The place is nice enough, but we always ask to sit on the sofas, and they've always accommodated us. The staff is welcoming, but not always; it depends on the person: some are super friendly, others super angry. As for the food, it's quite good, although they've raised the prices a bit lately. In any case, there's a variety of choices. I often order the tagliata with a side of new potatoes, while my wife usually goes for a salad. One special feature I haven't found at other Roadhouses is the drinks menu. I often order the cherry-flavored Coke Zero, but they also have vanilla, lime, and other flavors. Overall, even though they're reducing the portions a bit, it's fine for a quiet, informal evening.

28/09/2025: Today I thought I was eating good meat, but instead of the Italian tagliata, I received pork coppa, instead of the medium-rare picaña, I received a steak cut into strips and overcooked, and instead of my grilled meat, I received a dish that looked like cat leftovers. The only positive review I can give is the cutlet. A unique disappointment. The waiter understood and replaced the Italian tagliata with a "tagliata" that was only half edible; the other half couldn't even be cut. There's no point in complaining further in the dining room; we didn't even get coffee. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

08/10/2025: Okay, it's a bit hard to find. It's on the second floor, right at the entrance to The Galleria Vittorio.

03/09/2025: Nice, quiet place, except for the occasional rude delivery driver who comes in and disrupts the tranquility. I can say I had a lovely evening with my Milanese friends. The prices were reasonable for the city I was in, and I ate well and was satisfied. The owner was friendly, and I'll repay him with a great review.

02/09/2025: This is definitely the best fried chicken in Milan, in my opinion. Crispy and not greasy, it's a fantastic value. It's especially delicious when it's still warm from the oven! He's definitely a fried chicken expert, and the owner is incredibly kind, polite, and helpful!

13/09/2025: I went on a Friday night with a group of friends and had to wait over an hour to get our order. The burgers were good, but definitely overpriced. There are various games available, but it was so loud we could barely hear each other. Overall, it's not worth it.

10/09/2025: High-quality beer and burgers, beautifully presented. The place is bright and clean, and the service is friendly. They play board games. It's not exactly cheap, but we're in Milan.

02/06/2025: A pub with good potential. But many things to review: Staff: only two people who had to manage everything (reception, counter, kitchen) with small problems arising from this. At times even annoyed. In addition, given their difficulty in managing 15 people present, to be able to take an order, a lot of patience was needed. Precisely for this reason, potential orders were skipped because we didn't want to wait for someone to arrive after 15 minutes. Beers: there is a blackboard in addition to the menu. So you expect the blackboard to be the most up-to-date (as is done in every place). But no. A third of the beers marked were not present. And the funny thing is that the ones annoyed were the owners! As if we shouldn't even dare to consider that blackboard! Those that were present were average anyway. Food: average fried food. Hamburgers absolutely to be reviewed. Just defrosted and grilled (I worked for years in pubs and the like). Too bad because if they had been treated better they could have had their reason. In conclusion: we probably had a bad night or they didn't expect such voracity XD. These are defects that can be corrected.

31/05/2025: Great place to have a drink and eat. Great beers and really good sandwiches. Great staff!

17/10/2025: I think that if this Mc was located in another part of Milan it would fail immediately because the thing that still keeps it afloat is the Duomo location. The worst thing is that the opening hours are NEVER RESPECTED, I pay for the menu and then they come to bring me other things even though you pay for what you order not for what they want, the ladies are rude, and the quality is really really poor.

14/09/2025: I understand that it can be confusing at lunchtime. But you open the sandwich and it looks like it's been hit by a truck! It's basically a mess! I didn't go back to the cashier only because I would have had to wait in another interminable line.

26/08/2025: After a positive first lunchtime experience about a week ago, I happily went this evening, hoping to be sure of a safe bet. Unfortunately, this time, when I reached the kiosk, a girl who looked like a South American (short, straight black hair tied back, plump, and I'm not racially biased) rudely told me to order at the kiosk because there were only a few of them and they were too busy. When I complained, a colleague of hers quickly showed up and took my order: a small double cheeseburger + an additional double cheese burger, all to go. The same girl took care of the packaging, and once my order was ready, I picked up the bag and left. When I reached my destination and opened the bag, I discovered that not only were the paper napkins completely missing, but instead of two double cheeses, I found one double cheese and one hamburger. Terrible experience with the employee, extremely rude, unmotivated, and unacceptable. We're McDonald's customers; if you can't handle it or don't want to, change jobs, so you'll lose customers for the people who provide the work.
