08/08/2024: Mcdonalds, one of the best known fast food restaurants in the world, but this one in Cinisello is literally the slowest. 2 happy meals and 2 McMenù ordered at 9.16pm (non-chaotic time), received at 9.48pm. More than 30 minutes of waiting! Never happened in 31 years of life. There are no words! Give your employees a wake up call!

31/07/2024: Been seeing some american burger on the net so we searched a place here in milan that can satisfied that and this place did it so well. Would probably go again! There were a little crowd when we get there and the place was a little small but all in all, it’s a recommended place

22/08/2024: I took my mother for lunch who is a "carnivore" and I know that at Roadhouse the meat is always of excellent quality. I, who don't eat meat, chose the tricolor salad with dried tomatoes, fried aubergines and stringy hot tomino cheese, mouth-watering 😋😋😋. There were three of us, and we took: sliced ​​beef with fries, XL hamburger with fries, salad, a medium beer, a draft Coca-Cola and a bottle of water and we spent around €60, I would say really excellent value for money -price. Definitely coming back and recommending.

The staff is quick and courteous, and with the touch screen panels choosing, ordering and paying is even quicker and easier. The mc drive service is also convenient, especially when the car park is full (which happens often). Cheap and tasty but unpretentious and unhealthy food. Just don't abuse it.

03/07/2024: 5 su 5.. ma facciamo anche 6.. Quando c'è da lodare mi piace farlo con il cuore.. Spulciando su Google Maps, cercavamo un posto tranquillo, in zona, per passare una serata semplice ma con Gusto, e abbiamo capito subito che eravamo nel posto giusto. Personale cordiale e disponibile, e soprattutto veramente onesto. Qualità dei prodotti eccellente, gli hamburger sono eccezionali così come le alette di pollo, le patate che accompagnano e i dolcetti . Se in zona, torneremo senz'altro

06/06/2024: Per la prima volta decido di pranzare in questo locale. Promosso su tutta la linea. Servizio rapido e cortese, disponibilità in cassa a fare conto separato, ma soprattutto cibo davvero ottimo, servito anche in tempi brevi. Prezzi onesti, a maggior ragione per la zona (con € 13,45 un doppio cheeseburger e una bottiglia d'acqua), simpatica ed efficace l'idea di consentire l'ordinazione con tablet: consente al cliente di agire in autonomia, anche aggiungendo o togliendo ingredienti. Sicuramente tornerò per provare gli altri piatti

After sitting down, the service was very poor among listless, never smiling, unhelpful and annoyed people who couldn't wait to leave (the latter which I can partly understand). A positive note from the manager who, however, and rightly so, proved to be quite the opposite. As for the food, we ordered ribs which arrived without much of a wait and which I honestly appreciated

I went there at around 11:08, and being a new customer, they must need to offer me something tempting or amazing. The restaurant staff just handed over the menu, and he couldn't even speak English, although I asked him "parle Inglese," and he replied. Yes. The Chicken Burger was not up to the mark, and Fries were not hot and crispy. Deal costed me 8.5 euros, which include Burger, Fries and one cold drinks of your choice. However, I didn't like it at all.

The size of the sandwiches is perfect for any type of appetite, with 100g, 200g and 300g options. The fries are really crunchy, and the sandwiches are very tasty, especially the smoky one. Bacon is so good it will make you forget everything else. Potato flour bread is a great choice because it doesn't make the sandwich too greasy. There isn't much to say about the service, which is typical of fast food, but the prices are fair and the quality is high. It's a great place for a quick lunch break or a casual dinner.
