02/06/2025: A pub with good potential. But many things to review: Staff: only two people who had to manage everything (reception, counter, kitchen) with small problems arising from this. At times even annoyed. In addition, given their difficulty in managing 15 people present, to be able to take an order, a lot of patience was needed. Precisely for this reason, potential orders were skipped because we didn't want to wait for someone to arrive after 15 minutes. Beers: there is a blackboard in addition to the menu. So you expect the blackboard to be the most up-to-date (as is done in every place). But no. A third of the beers marked were not present. And the funny thing is that the ones annoyed were the owners! As if we shouldn't even dare to consider that blackboard! Those that were present were average anyway. Food: average fried food. Hamburgers absolutely to be reviewed. Just defrosted and grilled (I worked for years in pubs and the like). Too bad because if they had been treated better they could have had their reason. In conclusion: we probably had a bad night or they didn't expect such voracity XD. These are defects that can be corrected.

07/04/2026: The inside room was very hot, there were 4 adults and three children. The manager, let's call her that, said that one of us had to eat alone inside because we couldn't take the chair and put it next to the table. Even the high chair was forbidden, so where do you think they're going to put my baby in my pocket? I understand the rules, but COMMON SENSE AND EDUCATION ARE THE MASTERS IN THE RESTAURANT, RUDE AND STUPID, MC YOU ARE GETTING WORSE WITH THE CHOICE OF STAFF. F. LAMBORGHINI'S WORD

16/10/2025: We went to Americans for lunch as a group of nine without a reservation, and the experience was truly positive. The gentleman who served us, presumably the owner, was extremely kind and friendly, attentive to everything, and always with a smile. The burgers are excellent, tasty, and well-prepared, and we really appreciated the convenient and affordable lunch menu. The fries are good, with a special mention for the sweet ones. Overall, a place where you eat well and feel at ease. Recommended, we'll definitely be back!

02/05/2026: I just left the restaurant and I have to say I found the staff to be really friendly. The cleaning guy was smiling, the gentleman who served us was also very friendly, and they were very quick in delivering our order to the table. The bathrooms were clean, and finally, the fries were crispy. I'm from the Varese province, and I'd like to see this standard maintained there too. The only negative I wasn't the only one to complain about, as several customers commented, was that the air conditioning was a bit too strong and it was cold compared to outside.

05/04/2026: Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star. Finding a hair in a sandwich at a chain like McDonald's, which is supposed to give top priority to hygiene, is unforgivable. I contacted customer service, and they didn't even ask for a photo. Just an email apologizing. €35 thrown in the trash because of an employee who apparently doesn't have the proper clothing (hairnet and hat) for working in a kitchen.

23/05/2025: Tonight we went to the mall to eat right there. We arrived (there were three of us) at 8:30 PM. Closing time was 10:30 PM. There were two people before us, and all five of us were told the kitchen closed at 9:00 PM. So we decided to leave. I'd say that was terrible behavior... I don't think that's the right way to welcome customers. I've never seen anything like this before!
