The usual Starbucks in Milan, nothing new. The coffee is good, and as always, there are plenty of options to choose from. The staff is average, and the bathrooms are quite clean.

The Starbucks is small, but there's plenty of space, even outside, to sit and watch the tram go by. Despite the language barrier, the server understood me perfectly and even gave me some recommendations. I had a mango dragon fruit tea, and it was excellent.

I visited this Starbucks in the Vercelli area and had a great time. I ordered an iced matcha latte and drank it inside, in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I honestly don't understand the many negative reviews I've read; my experience was positive in every way. The place is in line with Starbucks standards. Recommended.

Consistently good quality and always open. But the disgusting toilets are like something out of a horror movie, the dirty air conditioners are probably all moldy inside, and even the customers around them all had runny noses.

16/06/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance, had breakfast, and then stayed to work at Smart. The breakfast was good, the prices were very reasonable, and the staff were friendly.
