19/03/2026: Friendly staff and the usual Roadhouse menu. Outdoor parking. Prices and offers are in line with the Roadhouse chain, with the option of using your membership card and app. They also accept restaurant vouchers for lunch.
17/03/2026: We had dinner here for Women's Day. The place was packed with waiters, yet the service was very slow and quite disorganized. For the occasion, all female customers were given a complimentary sweet, but it wasn't mentioned or offered.

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is very unique. '70s American with various very nice gadgets, I recommend it.
27/12/2025: They accommodated our special request and were very kind and professional. We ate finger food (perhaps a small plate could have been placed for those, but no big deal) and then we indulged in the various delicacies of the American-made BBQ. The portions were generous, so we'll definitely be back. I recommend using TheFork for a 20% discount on food.

05/11/2025: This evening we wanted a beer before dinner, and we ordered two beers, both very good, with a wide selection! With the two beers, we enjoyed some fries, nice and hot and crispy. Intrigued by the burgers served at the next table, we decided to have a burger and a focaccia, which were very well cooked and excellent quality. What can I say... what a great discovery, Doktor Maltz!!! We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
19/09/2025: I've lived in Rescaldina for many years, but in recent weeks, Doktor Malz has become my weekly "refreshment spot."
Wednesdays have become my regular stop at the bar: Franco is someone who has made history here, and maybe it's the atmosphere, maybe it's the friends I've met at the bar, maybe it's the food and beer that are exceptional—honest and authentic, no frills—but every now and then, an evening like this is truly refreshing.
What can I say... just writing about it makes me wish it were Wednesday already!

11/03/2026: This is a roadhouse chain, so the food quality is typical of the chain: compared to other chains, it's acceptable and doesn't disappoint.
This review, however, is specifically about this location. The staff here is very attentive, kind, and fast, the place is clean and well-kept, and the entire staff is always helpful, making the experience truly enjoyable.

10/01/2026: I've never eaten such a terrible burger! We wasted 50 euros. I admit that since we're used to Streat on Via California, our standards may be high, and we made the mistake of changing places. We thought we'd find something similar in Hamericas, but these sandwiches were INEDIBLE. Starting with the difficulty in choosing because there's very little variety in flavors, the meat was tough and overcooked, the bread so dry it seemed two days old. We couldn't eat more than one bite. The nachos were moist and sticky, definitely not fresh. Even though dinner ended with us only having fries in our stomachs (even the mediocre ones), we were so nauseated that we couldn't order anything else as a fallback. Never again.

21/02/2026: Small burger joint in Isola, may be they are a chain...
They have great burgers here in smash style and some fried chicken sandwiches too.
The price range is regular for Milano, the place its not huge but still comfortable for a fast food type.
I always come back when i'm in Milano. The marketing strategy its also interesting, the slogans and hints hanging in the walls.

11/03/2026: About 15 minutes after I arrived, I wasn't contacted for my order, but I saw other people who arrived after me and were already eating. I'm very sorry, but I shouldn't be the one to look for the staff to take their orders. I'm now in an adjacent restaurant that's only available after. Within a minute of my arrival, Orca took my order, and within 5 minutes, I was already eating. I think that at certain times, like lunchtime on weekdays, speed of service should be the priority.
10/03/2026: The experience was exactly what we expected from the chain. The place is saloon-style and clean.
• Food: The burgers are good, and the fries are generous. The meat was cooked properly, though the flavor is standard for the chain (without that artisanal touch).
• Service: The staff was friendly but a bit rushed. We waited about 15-20 minutes for our main courses, which was acceptable but not particularly fast considering the place wasn't packed.
• Price: Fair if you use the coupons or app promotions, otherwise a bit high for a fast-food/steakhouse.

06/12/2025: Good burgers, reasonable prices, a somewhat small place with slightly cramped tables, but I've been there more than once, which means the rating is positive. EDIT 2025: In my opinion, the quality is better; the ribs sandwich isn't as good as it used to be. Today it was cold, with two Gouda slices on top that still held their shape, not melted. The ribs inside the sandwich are also decidedly less flavorful than they used to be. I'm basing my review on that specific product since it's the one I've had most often over the years.
27/11/2025: A great discovery, we stumbled upon it by chance. The food was good, the welcome was warm, and the place was well-kept.
