13/05/2026: I had dinner at 7pm on Wednesday, there was a barbecue on offer at 30% off, fast and friendly service, a good glass of red wine at a fair price.
09/05/2026: The atmosphere is beautiful, but unfortunately the bathroom isn't suitable for wheelchair users. The staff, however, is fantastic.

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is very unique. '70s American with various very nice gadgets, I recommend it.
27/12/2025: They accommodated our special request and were very kind and professional. We ate finger food (perhaps a small plate could have been placed for those, but no big deal) and then we indulged in the various delicacies of the American-made BBQ. The portions were generous, so we'll definitely be back. I recommend using TheFork for a 20% discount on food.

17/04/2026: Terrible departure. Lots of confusion and almost no designated system to get everyone through in an orderly fashion. What saved me was the fact I could get through because of my disability.
16/04/2026: The slowest and most inefficient “service” I have ever experienced at any airport in the world. Check-in took an hour, and security control took just as long. There were no staff anywhere to help manage the queues. The security process was a joke. This airport ranks among my top three worst airports of all time.

06/04/2026: One of the most active scenes of Milan student life on a thursday. International nights were the highlight of my year there. Every week I would come here and speak to people from all over the world whislt chugging my 9% Carlsburg. Truly a sacred place.
You would be a fool not to expirience this at least once, I reccomend going on thursday (international student night) during term time.
06/04/2026: A very nice stop just a step away from the most crowded area. Risotto Milanese was perfect and hamburger big and juicy with perfect fries.

05/11/2025: This evening we wanted a beer before dinner, and we ordered two beers, both very good, with a wide selection! With the two beers, we enjoyed some fries, nice and hot and crispy. Intrigued by the burgers served at the next table, we decided to have a burger and a focaccia, which were very well cooked and excellent quality. What can I say... what a great discovery, Doktor Maltz!!! We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
19/09/2025: I've lived in Rescaldina for many years, but in recent weeks, Doktor Malz has become my weekly "refreshment spot."
Wednesdays have become my regular stop at the bar: Franco is someone who has made history here, and maybe it's the atmosphere, maybe it's the friends I've met at the bar, maybe it's the food and beer that are exceptional—honest and authentic, no frills—but every now and then, an evening like this is truly refreshing.
What can I say... just writing about it makes me wish it were Wednesday already!

It's getting worse!
Don't go between 4 and 5:30 because they close.
08/04/2026: Quiet during the week, with carefully prepared dishes. There's a children's play area on the first floor (avoid weekends). Birthday parties can be booked.

10/06/2026: Nice location and friendly staff, but the wait was incredibly long, even when the restaurant was only a few tables full. After two hours, my dish arrived: pasta stuck together with two whole slices of speck on top.

03/02/2026: I frequent this place both with colleagues and in my free time. The variety of their menu doesn't compromise the quality of the food. A welcome addition in recent years are the "spadellate," tasty one-pot dishes with the right balance of carbohydrates, protein, and fiber.
Very friendly staff.

09/06/2026: If you love the atmosphere of classic American diners, this place will take you back in time. As soon as you enter, it feels like you're in an episode of Happy Days or the movie Grease: an immaculately maintained location, full of details, and a truly unique atmosphere.
As a celiac, however, what I appreciated most was the attention to gluten-free options. Knowing that one of the waitresses is celiac instills enormous peace of mind: you immediately feel understood and reassured, which is invaluable for those who have to live with celiac disease.
The food was truly excellent, tasty, and plentiful, offering the opportunity to enjoy a true American diner experience without compromise.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always available. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a gluten-free restaurant, but also to anyone who wants to eat well and immerse themselves in a wonderful American atmosphere.
I'll definitely be back!

18/05/2026: Last night I had two glasses of wine. Last night and this morning I felt terrible, with acid reflux and tachycardia.
What kind of wine is this?
Since a glass costs €8, you could at least serve a quality one.
I won't be going back.
02/05/2026: A wonderful restaurant where we went every night. Each dish was a delight and generous. The atmosphere is magical, the staff are very welcoming, smiling, lovely, and highly professional.
Their success is not surprising and is well deserved.
