23/05/2025: I stopped for lunch and I have to say very frankly that if the menu has these prices, you expect to eat at least well. I don't expect to eat meat like in Tuscany or in luxury restaurants but not even like this. I ordered a rare tagliata (weighing about 250 gr.) and a small beer. At first I received a tagliata served on a grill that was overcooked and I had it taken back. In exchange I received the tagliata served just seared on a cold plate and the empty grill on which I tried to heat the meat that was also covered in pepper. On the menu they also offer the tagliata with rocket and cherry tomatoes (with an extra charge of €2) but wanting to try the meat I didn't want extra. In short, a small draft beer and a tagliata to forget €23. I would say the perfect place for a business lunch. Goodbye

23/04/2025: This is already the second time that I take the pistachio mc flurry with extra pistachio, and I find it with very little pistachio, even less than the basic product. The first time I passed, but the second time I was told the extra had been placed at the top instead of the bottom. Unfortunately this is not the case. I hope there is someone who explains to all the employees how to work. For the rest everything perfect as always.

13/04/2025: Ordered a product from the totem that was not available at the time of collection. Obviously I bought a replacement product (obliged to do so) but that's not really how it works, you can't force people to eat something else and not give a refund for your mistake. I think it's a simple thing to organize and provide for these shortcomings. Obviously I collected the thing in replacements and left it on the counter, I don't miss it for 3 euros. The bartender could instead learn a little education since that is free and doesn't cost anything.... Another tip for the poorly educated girl, you always address customers as she, not as tu, and don't attack and mock customers with an air of superiority when you're in the wrong. Another basic tip, don't touch your hair before serving food. Obviously I won't let the issue of forcing you to eat more go unnoticed, for information purposes I will inquire with the relevant offices whether this can be done or not.

07/05/2025: I expected much more! On the site it said €50 but when I called they told me that it was €55 and that the prices were not updated, I understand but still it's not a great start. The cake (Lemon pie) was too sweet and the meringue had lumps of sugar which made it difficult to enjoy. For €55 I expected much more quality.

14/05/2025: I put one star because I can't put 0, the staff tonight 14/5/25 shouldn't work in contact with the public, we arrived 15 minutes before closing and were rudely kicked out because according to the woman at the grill "everything was closed", we only wanted two sandwiches... we could have been warned in a much more polite way, needless to say we will never return! Horrible experience to say the least.

26/04/2025: Honestly, quite a disappointing place, it looks like an excellent place with fried foods and foods that are not only local and from the surrounding area, but also of high quality. But after eating it I had to change my mind. Except for the enormous quantity of dishes on the menu that are not available (at 1pm you can't help but have more than 3 dishes available), paying 9 euros for a sandwich with a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham and 7 slices of sweet mustard (almost revolting given how sweet it was) together with 7 euros for 2 chips I think is bordering on a rip-off, to break a chord in their favor some dishes were truly incredible, like the fried fish and the salted caramel ice cream, but far too many dishes are not up to the price, especially the quantity, really scarce even if it were gourmet. I won't say anything about the sweet salami which was truly shameful (5 cm of salami with a diameter of half a centimeter, hot and buttery all for 5 euros). Almost poor but lots of room for improvement, I recommend reviewing the portions and proportions of the ingredients in the dishes as the quality of them is very high, but poorly used.

26/04/2025: The environment is very nice, in Italian 60s style and this makes the place very welcoming. The sandwiches are tasty and "crispy", as the name of the place suggests. Good starters but perhaps the quantities could be improved considering the prices. Nice place for a quiet evening with friends or as a couple. Service ok.

21/05/2025: We stop for a snack and the girls are always nice and smiling, fast service. Mattia (one of the managers) always available and kind. Although the icing on the cake is Elena who works at "caffè Napoli" always smiling cheerful and fast who always keeps the counter tidy and clean. Without her I would definitely go drink coffee elsewhere! People make the difference, because the world is full of food and coffee!

26/05/2025: McDonald's Busto Arsizio offers quick service and a clean environment. The food is fresh, but peak hours can be crowded. Staff is friendly, and the self-order kiosks are convenient. A reliable fast-food spot!
