The service is nothing to complain about, the food is hit and miss in my opinion, sometimes it's good, sometimes a little less so... what disgusted me was how they put the rubbish in the bin with the same trays they use to serve the food... and sometimes they are still dirty from whoever had eaten there before 🤦🤦.
If you don't have time in this now hyper-fast world, stop here... Superfast

The place is nice, spacious, and they bring the food to the table quite quickly, but I understand that you are full of people, but can you wait half an hour at the bar? For a coffee?! There are people who huff and puff every time I don't know how they can make customers wait so long and it's not the first time so just for this service I give 2

Well, what can I say!
It's a fast food restaurant, not a high-end restaurant, so there are no expectations.
The only flaw I have with this place is the outdoor play area, which has closed and has been closed since the pandemic. It hasn't reopened since then. They must be devoted to the virus and care about the health of our children, which in the spring is a great way for the kids to play outside while we parents eat. Unfortunately, and I repeat, unfortunately, it's the only McDonald's that follows this policy. WHAT A SHAME!

We thank Cristina for kindly offering us a sandwich due to the following mix-up: We ordered two Gran Mattino menus with freshly squeezed orange juice, donuts, and a latte macchiato, along with a Royal Deluxe sandwich, but unfortunately, after paying, they told us they were out of oranges.
They still offered us bottled orange juice.
We are satisfied with the customer service.
