01/07/2024: I love eating at OWW. Very good food, very nice staff towards us, I will absolutely return. Strategic place being outside the shopping center and next to the cinema, disco bar. The prices are slightly high but for once in a while you can indulge!

02/08/2024: Beautiful restaurant in the center of Bergamo. Tables outside the square but also inside the restaurant are very beautiful and well-kept. You eat excellent meat and you can enjoy an excellent pizza. Highly recommended

19/08/2024: Oggi con mia mamma ci siamo fermate al rodahuse al vulcano a fare un piccolo pranzo, ci siamo trovate benissimo e abbiamo trovato su consiglio delle ragazze un menù perfetto per me che sono celiaca, Francesca e Giorgia sono state davvero gentili, veloci e simpaticissime

06/08/2024: Good quality food, poor service, waiting after the end of dinner for well over an hour: I call the guy with the Bridge piercing and the horse and pawn tattoo on his arm and he tells me wait.... more arrived at the table. But during the service he was always nice and polite. I call the curly blonde lady with long hair, annoyed she comes to the table to order the desserts not a smile or a nod of anything, the brunette girl behind the cashier with glasses arrives and clears the table for us. Notice the coffees first and then the desserts arrive. Note well, the lady with blonde curly hair also responds badly because to a question about a sandwich included with chips on the side we asked if we could change the chips and in an annoyed and arrogant tone... and no you can't if they are already there!! !!!!!! Whereupon we ordered a separate portion. I believe to do this job or any job in contact with the public you must always have a smile, whatever happens and whatever has happened to you during the day or if you woke up badly, dear curly blonde, customers always hope to find a comfortable environment. 06. 08.24

02/08/2024: Abbiamo visitato questo ristorante con la famiglia dopo il cinema. Siamo entrati verso le 20:30 e, essendo in sei, abbiamo chiesto un tavolo che imitava una carrozza. Tuttavia, ci è stato negato perché ci hanno detto che era per otto persone, non per sei. Ho fatto presente alla cameriera che era il 2 di agosto e il ristorante era mezzo vuoto; inoltre, avevano tre di questi tavoli 'carovana' e tutti e tre erano liberi. Nonostante ciò, non ci hanno permesso di sederci lì e ci hanno fatto accomodare altrove. Siamo entrati con i tre tavoli che desideravamo ancora vuoti e siamo usciti che erano ancora vuoti, come era prevedibile. Questi signori non conoscono la customer experience. Pertanto, l'attenzione al cliente è pessima.

27/07/2024: But what happened to you? Willy's has always been a staple in my life: if I wanted a great burger, I ordered from them. I fed on it throughout my university years. Today, with great disappointment, I also add Willy's to the list of those "historic" places that have sacrificed what matters most on the altar of an increasingly less authentic Milan: the quality of the food. In a city now oriented only towards profit, branding and extreme marketing become more important than the quantity and quality of ingredients. The meat has become so thin that it resembles any commercial fast-food restaurant, also losing a lot of taste. The sandwich was really "light": all the edges were empty, there was no seasoning inside. It was like eating only bread. To conclude, offering a 0.3 cup of craft beer for €7 in a little place without too many pretensions seems really cheeky to me. But it's Milan, I'm not surprised by anything anymore. Too bad, you lost a historic customer.

10/08/2024: We stayed for 2 nights to sleep. Super clean, spacious rooms, friendly and kind staff and their truly top burgers!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!

29/06/2024: The place is nice and close to Città Studi and the staff, even if they are kind and also the owner, does not mean that it is one of the nicest places to come and play board games. The only thing I don't like is the famous rule who force you to eat something or else they'll throw you out I can understand that it's not charity. But you can't force people to leave outside the venue if it was almost time to start playing, so I reluctantly give everything to the venue 1 out of 5 stars in the sense of indicating (no offense to the owner since I felt disappointed and I often had to suffer disappointments) that must lower the prices and remove this rule which from my point of view is toxic or rude so I advise everyone not to come to the heroes' forge as there are other better places to play board games that do not have this mandatory consumption rule without rancor obviously.

20/06/2024: - duscrete sandwiches and veg choices - Simple environment, with choice of board games ***Sore points are the service, with the waitress being a bit passive-aggressive, she took the sandwiches while we were playing with the excuse of keeping them warm while we played (say it's because you're worried about the game getting greasy, without insist on removing the sandwich while you are eating), so nothing at this point I would recommend eating elsewhere or at home and just drinking. Among other things, you spend around 25 euros or more for a sandwich and drink, so if you have to spend to have to wait more than an hour to eat the next one, I choose the kebab shop. In summary, there are places where you can play and be able to relax while spending the right amount: this isn't it guys

26/03/2024: Pleasant atmosphere, great place to gather with family and friends. I recently discovered Hamerica's and I am happy with the advice given to me by a friend. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the food is plentiful, with a great balance between quality and price. I recommend everyone to try this venue at least once!

01/07/2024: As always, the food was very good, especially the fries, plentiful and crunchy at the right point. The only flaw, I had to have a menu removed because I couldn't pay with cash and THEY DIDN'T ACCEPT BAMCOMAT... and it seems absurd in a place like this... especially because it's not written anywhere. I was forced to get the additional menu at the fast food restaurant next door...a huge flaw in my opinion, something like this.
