The place was recently renovated. Clean (on the occasions I've been there), the bathroom was clean in the morning. At lunchtime it gets very crowded, but they always prepare the snacks quickly.

Local of the chain of the same name located in the Sarpi/Chinatown area of ​​Milan. Fairly full, not very large, it is the place where most of the home delivery riders depart from. For the little time I frequent fast food outlets, nothing to report but more than acceptable waiting times despite it being often crowded and in fact I find it improved in this sense.

16/10/2025: We went to Americans for lunch as a group of nine without a reservation, and the experience was truly positive. The gentleman who served us, presumably the owner, was extremely kind and friendly, attentive to everything, and always with a smile. The burgers are excellent, tasty, and well-prepared, and we really appreciated the convenient and affordable lunch menu. The fries are good, with a special mention for the sweet ones. Overall, a place where you eat well and feel at ease. Recommended, we'll definitely be back!
28/09/2025: Good food, friendly and fast service, although they messed up a few details on the order. Overall, a classic chain restaurant.
