11/01/2026: We went to this place at 8:30 pm, the temperature was freezing. I ordered a club sandwich and they had run out of sliced ​​meats. It can happen even if you're in the middle of service, it's not midnight. I asked for a vegan burger and it ran out of this too, and there weren't 1000 people in the place, but maybe 15. In the end, I got a cutlet with no shape or form. We left smelling of fried food, looking like we'd worked in a deli.

04/01/2026: A terrible experience in every way. From the moment we entered, my companion and I noticed a dirty and neglected environment, but despite this, we decided to go in because you can never judge from the outside. Once we were seated, we immediately realized it was extremely cold, so much so that it made our stay extremely unpleasant. We ordered an appetizer, which we had to send back because it was served cold. At that point, I checked the sauces on the table and discovered that all the mayonnaise had expired. I mentioned this to the lady in the dining room, who was rude and unprofessional; even worse, she didn't even remove the expired sauces from the other tables, even though they were the same ones. Annoyed by this correct observation, she was unable to offer us alternatives to pair with our food, and furthermore, she left the expired sauces on other tables, while customers continued to consume them. The burgers were the final blow: inedible, so salty that they completely covered every other flavor. You couldn't distinguish the ingredients; the only thing you could taste was the salt. A truly negative experience, with poor hygiene, poor-quality food, and rude staff. Absolutely not recommended.

There were two people before us and all 5 of us were told that the kitchen closed at 9:00 PM. So we decided to leave. I would say bad behavior... I don't think that's the way to welcome customers I've never seen anything like this!

The dining room was very dirty, with bins overflowing with trash. I pointed out the situation to the manager, who very kindly replied that they would clean up after the 7 pm shift arrived. He then went back to laughing and joking with some of his colleagues.

03/02/2026: At 9:15 PM today, February 3, 2026, I ordered two CBO menus at the Drive-Thru. I got the wrong change, the bag handles were added without asking, and I asked for a sandwich without onions, but I got a plain sandwich with just bread and meat. I went back and asked for a change, but in the meantime, both the other sandwich and the fries got cold. I'd say it was a poor dinner. I don't know if I'll ever go back to Gerenzano again.

02/06/2025: A pub with good potential. But many things to review: Staff: only two people who had to manage everything (reception, counter, kitchen) with small problems arising from this. At times even annoyed. In addition, given their difficulty in managing 15 people present, to be able to take an order, a lot of patience was needed. Precisely for this reason, potential orders were skipped because we didn't want to wait for someone to arrive after 15 minutes. Beers: there is a blackboard in addition to the menu. So you expect the blackboard to be the most up-to-date (as is done in every place). But no. A third of the beers marked were not present. And the funny thing is that the ones annoyed were the owners! As if we shouldn't even dare to consider that blackboard! Those that were present were average anyway. Food: average fried food. Hamburgers absolutely to be reviewed. Just defrosted and grilled (I worked for years in pubs and the like). Too bad because if they had been treated better they could have had their reason. In conclusion: we probably had a bad night or they didn't expect such voracity XD. These are defects that can be corrected.

12/01/2026: Very disappointing. We bought food for 50€ & I was freezing. We‘ve asked several times politely if we could drink at least our hot drinks inside. It‘s my birthday today, I‘ve mentioned that as well. The responsible guy only said „I know you, can‘t stay here.“ - how does he know that it‘s my birthday? I feel ignored, not taken seriously or even respected as a paying customer or human..you could have at least let me taken a sipp of my birthday coffee! I‘ll never visit this Mc Donalds again or recommend it to anyone. Just disappointing and disgusting.

05/02/2026: I'm sorry to give it 3 out of 5, but honestly my kids couldn't wait to come and have a happy meal and then find the surprise with the Playmobil animals (they're collecting them), but in this restaurant they no longer have them available even though the collection ends next Friday.

26/08/2025: After a positive first lunchtime experience about a week ago, I happily went this evening, hoping to be sure of a safe bet. Unfortunately, this time, when I reached the kiosk, a girl who looked like a South American (short, straight black hair tied back, plump, and I'm not racially biased) rudely told me to order at the kiosk because there were only a few of them and they were too busy. When I complained, a colleague of hers quickly showed up and took my order: a small double cheeseburger + an additional double cheese burger, all to go. The same girl took care of the packaging, and once my order was ready, I picked up the bag and left. When I reached my destination and opened the bag, I discovered that not only were the paper napkins completely missing, but instead of two double cheeses, I found one double cheese and one hamburger. Terrible experience with the employee, extremely rude, unmotivated, and unacceptable. We're McDonald's customers; if you can't handle it or don't want to, change jobs, so you'll lose customers for the people who provide the work.

I'd like to focus on the "restroom management"... aside from the cleanliness, which leaves much to be desired, there is no way to dry your hands! It's unbelievable! I come regularly once a week and every time they tell me that the hand dryer is broken and they need to fix it, but there are always paper towels missing, and when I point this out, they apologize and say they'll fix it... the following week the same thing happens again...

15/01/2026: The place hasn't changed much in years, and it's fine that way. The food is also excellent! The only downside is the atmosphere: eating in the cold in winter isn't ideal! The toilets are kept completely cold, with no heating, and the ice-cold water for washing your hands is quite unpleasant!
