16/10/2025: We went to Americans for lunch as a group of nine without a reservation, and the experience was truly positive. The gentleman who served us, presumably the owner, was extremely kind and friendly, attentive to everything, and always with a smile. The burgers are excellent, tasty, and well-prepared, and we really appreciated the convenient and affordable lunch menu. The fries are good, with a special mention for the sweet ones. Overall, a place where you eat well and feel at ease. Recommended, we'll definitely be back!

After receiving my order, my girlfriend noticed that her Double Cheese sandwich was missing cucumbers. After reporting the problem to the manager, the same sandwich was returned to me with eight slices of cucumber inside. Since I'm a regular customer at other Mc Donald's, I know full well that only two slices fit inside and that eight are inedible. At that point, my girlfriend moved on, and I left very dissatisfied. Annoyed by this correct observation, she was unable to offer us alternatives to pair with our food, and furthermore, she left the expired sauces on other tables, while customers continued to consume them. The burgers were the final blow: inedible, so salty that they completely covered every other flavor. You couldn't distinguish the ingredients; the only thing you could taste was the salt. A truly negative experience, with poor hygiene, poor-quality food, and rude staff. Absolutely not recommended.

But after eating there, I had to change my mind. Aside from the enormous number of dishes on the menu that are unavailable (at 1 pm, you can't have more than three dishes available), paying 9 euros for a sandwich with a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham, and 7 slices of sweet mustard (almost revolting, it was so sweet) along with 7 euros for two fries is, I think, bordering on a rip-off. To give them a point, some dishes were truly incredible, like the fried fish and salted caramel ice cream, but far too many dishes didn't live up to the price, especially the quantity, which was so meager it was almost like a gourmet restaurant. I won't say anything about the sweet salami, which was truly shameful (5 cm of salami with a half-centimeter diameter, warm and buttery, all for 5 euros). Almost poor but with a lot of room for improvement. I recommend reviewing the portions and proportions of the ingredients in the dishes as their quality is very high, but poorly used.

Furthermore, the owner also provided us with a fantastic ski instructor for our children, Fabrizio. The rooms were very comfortable. An excellent experience, definitely worth repeating.
