23/06/2025: Slow, ingredients missing from the sandwich, they tell you that the ingredients are out but they sell the sandwich anyway. Dirty place and tables.

22/06/2025: A common McDonald's, the sandwiches are almost always the same and the additions to the menu are monotonous and poor. Then it is a classic Mc with its strengths and weaknesses. You have to be careful what time you go, because in half an hour it could fill up with people and half an hour later be empty.

21/05/2025: I arrived at the drive in no time, they took my order and the food was hot, the girl at the drive was super nice 🥹

11/05/2025: Like all Mc's, the food is terrible and expensive for the quality, the only advantage is the welcome, but that's not enough!

11/07/2025: I left for a moment to go to the restroom, and they took away and threw away my food and drink. To make matters worse, I ordered a McFlurry, and they brought it to me in much smaller quantities than at other McDonald's locations.

03/06/2025: It's a fast food, so expectations are met. However: 2 Euro cover charge and 4.5 Euro for a medium coke. Unacceptable.

05/07/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Everything I ordered arrived completely dry and tasteless. The dishes were so dry that they were practically inedible, as if they had been prepared hours before and reheated several times. I definitely expected more both in terms of the quality of the food and the attention to preparation. A real shame, because the place seemed promising, but unfortunately the kitchen is not up to par. I hope that in the future they will improve the freshness and care of the dishes. At the moment, I would not recommend it.

26/04/2025: The environment is very nice, in Italian 60s style and this makes the place very welcoming. The sandwiches are tasty and "crispy", as the name of the place suggests. Good starters but perhaps the quantities could be improved considering the prices. Nice place for a quiet evening with friends or as a couple. Service ok.

26/04/2025: Honestly, quite a disappointing place, it looks like an excellent place with fried foods and foods that are not only local and from the surrounding area, but also of high quality. But after eating it I had to change my mind. Except for the enormous quantity of dishes on the menu that are not available (at 1pm you can't help but have more than 3 dishes available), paying 9 euros for a sandwich with a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham and 7 slices of sweet mustard (almost revolting given how sweet it was) together with 7 euros for 2 chips I think is bordering on a rip-off, to break a chord in their favor some dishes were truly incredible, like the fried fish and the salted caramel ice cream, but far too many dishes are not up to the price, especially the quantity, really scarce even if it were gourmet. I won't say anything about the sweet salami which was truly shameful (5 cm of salami with a diameter of half a centimeter, hot and buttery all for 5 euros). Almost poor but lots of room for improvement, I recommend reviewing the portions and proportions of the ingredients in the dishes as the quality of them is very high, but poorly used.

14/07/2025: The supervisor should fire the watchdog by the stairs asap,he is so rude to anyone going upstairs and shouted to a lady “get out”,shame on him!

10/07/2025: I strongly advise against this Mc Donald's near the Duomo in Milan. The food was served cold. My son ordered two gluten-free sandwiches, and not only did he wait 20 minutes, but they also served them cold! And by cold, I mean, not room temperature. Also, consider that gluten-free foods cost a lot of money. Such a lack of respect! Treating a kid like this who paid to be made fun of by you? Shame on you!! I hope you're unemployed forever!

10/07/2025: Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. But the people who work here are really distracted when preparing food. I only placed a simple order. But when it came time to eat, I noticed they hadn't added an ingredient (melted cheese). The other time I paid for 8 chicken wings that arrived by train, and they only added 4. I trusted you to do your job well, but not even that. Be more careful.

16/05/2025: Friday at 10:36 pm the staff says that it is not possible to eat because the kitchen is closed. It is the second time that this has happened. The management of the place is abnormal. Terrible service. The place on via Col di Lana is half empty and they are sending customers away... I recommend avoiding this branch of Hamericas.

30/12/2024: A really nice surprise. We went for a quick lunch and that's what it was. The food was well prepared and served. But what surprised us the most were the exotic wonders on the shelves! There's everything... drinks, sweets, savories, even soaps and toothpastes. It's all a bit chaotic, you have to hold back and observe calmly, but wow, congratulations!

18/05/2025: The restaurant is in a central location, so it is easy to reach even by public transport. However, overall, the experience did not fully meet expectations. The environment is well-kept but not particularly original: some themed stickers, a sword hanging on the wall and a screen with games in loop give the idea, but you would expect something more immersive, especially considering the concept. The menu does not offer particularly surprising proposals and, in our opinion, the prices are rather high in relation to what is offered. For example, my partner ordered only a portion of chips and a beer and spent about 15 euros. The menus start at at least 20 euros and unfortunately the dish I ordered did not arrive particularly hot, but at room temperature. The service was nevertheless kind and polite. It must be said that the restaurant was not crowded, with only a few tables occupied.
