The tables and environments in general are clean and tidy.
The food was served to me very quickly, the chips were balanced as they should always be: crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

12/03/2025: Cold burger, chips and the Bacon inside the burger were made hours before the dish was served, a burger as good as the Sitting Bull was one of the saddest burgers I've ever eaten. It has nothing to do with the old wild west chain that's around. Zero score
08/03/2025: Disponibilità da parte del responsabile per trovare posto al mio amico in carrozzina cercando un tavolo adatto, trovato ci siamo fermati a pranzo.Direi che per una catena di fast food sono rimasto sorpreso dalla bontà dei piatti.
Personale gentile e presente, lo consiglio a persone in carrozzina trovando anche un bagno adatto, anche perché è difficile trovare locale con bagno ok.
Sicuramente ci torneremo magari per un dopo cinema

17/03/2025: I had a terrible experience with an employee at this McDonald's in Milan. He didn't speak English well, and when I struggled to understand him for a few seconds, he sighed at me in frustration. When I said I didn't understand, he suddenly yelled at me. I responded by raising my voice back, and then he started cursing at me-so I cursed him back. Completely unprofessional behavior from an employee. McDonald's should ensure their staff treats customers with basic respect, regardless of language barriers.
16/03/2025: Appalling. Too busy and the staff does not have the ability to provide good customer service.

24/03/2025: Yesterday evening March 23, 2025 for the drive I had to wait at least 30 minutes outside.....and the great thing is that there weren't that many people...
And on top of that, when I got home (which is only 4km from the facility) the products I purchased were indecent!

05/04/2025: We have lunch often and even when full they know how to guarantee kindness, excellent service and quality.
The restaurant manager and the boys and girls serving at the tables are always kind and helpful.

12/02/2025: I ate some fried chicken (spicy chicken wings) and got intoxicated. The first time it happened months ago in another KFC, I thought it was a coincidence. But it happened again in this one and I'm at home since yesterday as if I drank some pond water or some other harmful thing. Never again.

30/12/2024: A great surprise. We went for a very quick lunch and that was it. Food discreetly prepared and served. However, the thing that surprised us the most were the exotic wonders on the shelves! There's everything... drinks, sweets, savory, even soaps and toothpastes. It's all a bit chaotic, you have to hold back and observe calmly, but wow, congratulations!

28/12/2024: Cambio di location ma Babi è sempre Babi. Mi è mancata tantissimo in questi mesi di chiusura per cambio locale. Sono andata con mia figlia ed un suo amico per una cioccolata calda. Io e Luca abbiamo preso la classica mentre mua Rebecca quella bianca che da Babi è rosa: entrambe sempre buonissime.
La location non è più tutta rosa come quella della vecchia ma ha mantenuto l'arredamento del locale a cui è subentrata: elegante con tavoli di legno, poltroncine e divanetti. Vendono anche abiti.
Devo tornarci al più presto con mio marito che adora la cioccolata di Babi che, per noi, è la migliore in tutta Como.
27/12/2024: Mi spiace fare questa recensione ma il locale è cambiato completamente da quando si è trasferito cambiando completamente le origini. Il bar sembra un negozio, infatti si può acquistare l'arredamento, idea particolare. Peccato perché il vecchio Babi era tutto rosa, più grande e fantastico!

12/02/2025: Very bad. 20 minutes for a snack with ice cream and cappuccino. Despite repeated reminders, they didn't care. And the place was also half empty. Never again!!
11/02/2025: Good food but worse service. Empty restaurant, order at 4pm. The order arrived after half an hour. Not to mention the service at the bar where there are employees walking around without caring about the customers. Scandalous. Worse than this I don't know if there is a worse service.
