08/04/2026: April 8, 2026, half an hour for a sandwich... I had to have a quick lunch. Crispi sandwich only €9, from today only Burger King.
02/04/2026: The cashiers complained because I don't speak Italian well and some of them aren't wearing work uniforms.
And when I hadn't been given bottles of water, they didn't bring them to me. I had to go and they gave them to me with a horrible expression.

10/04/2026: Apparently there are some talented comedians working here: I ordered a McFlurry ice cream to go at the self-service kiosk. It was handed to me lying down (!), placed horizontally in a paper bag along with a wooden stirrer normally used for coffee.
06/04/2026: I had two espressos. Terrible consistency, they don't have a bar, the coffee comes from the kitchen. Classic coffee from a coffee machine with pods.

02/01/2026: 30 minutes of MC drive seems excessive to me for 6 cars in line...it would be called fast food...
12/12/2025: Am I the only one who eats cold sandwiches here (so much so that the cheese hasn't even melted) or sandwiches made with your feet? This is the third time I've tried since they changed management. In 30 years of eating at Mc's, I can say this is one of the worst I've ever had. Terrible.

26/03/2026: They are always very slow, regardless of the time and the number of people.
23/03/2026: BROKEN DOORS ARE ALWAYS OPEN!! In the winter, you can't eat inside KFC because the two doors are both broken and when you open them, they don't close on their own but stay open. And it's freezing inside! I've been going there for three years now, and the situation has never changed.

01/01/2026: I ordered through Deliveroo and, unfortunately, this time the experience was very disappointing. The products arrived cold and the meat was rather dry, definitely below their usual standards. Furthermore, I had requested a bucket consisting exclusively of Original Recipe chicken thighs, the most expensive option on the menu, but I was delivered half thighs and half wings, which are less valuable. I find it unacceptable to pay for one product and receive another, and less expensive, one. I hope this is an isolated incident, but it's a situation that absolutely should not happen again.
17/12/2025: Waited an hour for an inedible sandwich, go to McDonald's, need I say anything else?

16/02/2025: È stata una bellissima esperienza, bel locale, cibo ottimo abbondante e di alta qualità. Personale gentile e preparato. Un plauso a Nicola per i consigli sulle portate e l'intrattenimento. Ci tornerò sicuramente per provare altre gustose portate.
