09/04/2026: I've been to this restaurant and I must say it was a truly excellent experience! I started with a truly hearty chicken steak: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, accompanied by crispy, tasty fries. It was all enhanced by a glass of Nero d'Avola, intense and well-balanced, the perfect accompaniment. For a sweet finish, I chose an Alaskan cup, refreshing and delicious, a truly delightful surprise. Finally, a perfectly made macchiato capped off the meal perfectly. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere: definitely a place to return to!

22/03/2026: Best sandwich I've eaten so far... congratulations. I'd also like to say a few words about the waiters, who were very, very courteous.

09/03/2026: I went to this place on a Friday night with my friends, and it was a rather unpleasant experience for everyone. When we ordered, we were met by an inexperienced waiter who had to go back to the kitchen for every question. It was only 9:00 PM, and she informed us that some of the beers we'd ordered, as well as all the sandwiches and vegetables, were sold out. Unfortunately, I'm celiac and could only have the plated meat and vegetables (except for the potatoes, since they decide to gratinate them, making them inedible for us celiacs), and a friend of mine doesn't eat meat, so instead of the salmon sandwich and vegetables, they offered Asiago with scallops, which I won't even comment on here. The accompanying bread that my friends requested and didn't spontaneously bring was clearly defrosted (warm on the outside and cold on the inside). It's certainly not a good image to be without essential ingredients on a Friday night and at a common dinner time. I do not recommend the place, especially to those with dietary restrictions who have to rule out half the menu right away.

29/03/2026: I was there this evening with a group of friends, and we all had issues with both the food and the service. The food was served to several people cold, and when we asked for it to be reheated, we were repeatedly snorted and rudely yelled at, clearly annoyed. One star for the service, as most of the waiters were rude and unhelpful throughout. The only friendly one was the waiter Emanuele, who always served us with a smile and was always available.

12/04/2026: As always, I had a great time at Old Wild West. Courtesy, professionalism, and good service. The food was excellent, and even some requests for modifications to dishes were accommodated and respected.

10/01/2026: Yesterday I had lunch with my mom. The fries arrived cold on the plate, and my chicken with cheddar and bacon was also almost cold, and it remained indigestible all day until the evening. My doubts arise as to whether the oil used to fry the fries was poor quality (too much use) or the meat was not good quality. I don't think I'll go back because quality is a given in certain places! The guy at the cashier was awful, not a smile, not a greeting.
