17/08/2024: Well I would say that I was pleasantly surprised, given the experiences in other OWWs of which I didn't even review otherwise I would have had to say not nice things. Compliments to both the dining room and kitchen staff. 4 of us ate and even my wife who doesn't eat meat was happy with her tacos, obviously I had a nice cut with grilled vegetables and a pink thorn. Well done guys, congratulations on your commitment which can never be taken for granted for a chain as large as OWW. 👍

04/08/2024: Very nice restaurant, good food, perhaps a little slow to serve but otherwise the staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and the price is honest. I'll be back for sure

10/08/2024: The Old Wild West chain is always safe when it comes to eating particular sandwiches, different from the usual. For the first time we went vegan on this occasion and we were not disappointed: also in this case the flavors were sublime and well balanced with each other. The only flaw, which always seems to follow this chain regardless of location, is the wait. What I hypothesize is that they do not use the same personnel resources in the kitchen as the dining room staff. But other than that, the guys were kind and helpful towards customers. The professionalism is there and you can feel it.

13/07/2024: They are not all the same, the cuisine is similar but I find the dishes excellent and the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It far exceeded my expectations.

22/08/2024: about 5 years ago it was a nice place to eat since the sandwiches and dishes were large and they also served peanuts whereas now there is none of this and the prices have also increased.

23/08/2024: It can happen, a dish that comes out not cooked perfectly. But if a customer asks to redo his dish, and to have the dish cooked correctly. In my opinion, they should indulge the customer. Since the customer, that is, I was a very calm and polite person. But what really made me nervous was: First of all, you can't go so far as to tell a customer that you serve him like this, semi-raw potatoes, are you kidding me? Second of a waitress I didn't like her way of attitude. Third to repair the damage they tell me they would give me a little more than the second I asked for! It doesn't work like that. In fact I even left the beer halfway done and walked away. It's true that they didn't make me pay for that dish, even though I was willing to pay for everything I had ordered. But one thing is certain given the arrogance or arrogance, I don't know how to consider it of the waitress, they will never see me in there again.

22/07/2024: We are looking for a hamburger restaurant with good reviews and we found La Ponte Burgheria. Great service, awesome burger, cozy place. I recommend it to anyone who loves artisan burgers.

13/07/2024: In Milano is difficulty to find a hamburger… We were tired of pasta and pizza. And Fatto Bene was a good surprise. Very good hamburger, that you can choose between 3 different sizers, depends on your hunger. The service is very good and they have amazing playlist! We recommend it! 🖤

08/08/2024: We were there this evening with my husband for an American dinner...fabulous place that absolutely recalls America...we ate burgers and a dish with various types of meat...they were delicious!!! The owner and his girlfriend are very helpful and kind... a rare gift now!!! We will definitely be back 🤩

09/08/2024: A guarantee when looking for a place to eat. Good dishes, fast and precise service, clean environment (they always clean and disinfect the tables after each customer). Good value for money. I definitely recommend.

01/07/2024: Conoscevo questo posto perchè ci siamo stati l'anno scorso e passando da queste parti abbiamo deciso di tornarci....Una conferma, anzi, ancora meglio... Abbiamo preso degli ottimi sciatt, pizzoccheri della Valtellina, fantastici e la zuppa di cipolle, spettacolare.

10/07/2024: Let me start by saying that I am a long-time customer... I used to go there with my family when the name of the place was "212". It's been a long time since I've been back to eat there and my expectations were fully met if not EXCEEDED! Exquisite! I would eat 1000 of their 212 sandwiches if it weren't for the fact that I had trouble finishing one given the size (which I was particularly pleased with). The super welcoming and warm environment just like their staff In short, GO THERE!
