23/08/2025: I stopped here for a poke bowl for lunch: the friendly and helpful staff also helps you choose the right ingredients, suggesting the best pairings. You order at the kiosk and can eat outside on the terrace with tables right in front. The quality of the food is excellent: three different bowl sizes and a wide variety of ingredients to choose from. Prices are average and excellent value. Recommended!

05/04/2025: Very large room, with lots of seating and a pool table. They also have evenings with live music. Very good burger and super fries! There is a lot of variety and all burgers can be made vegetarian by adding €1 I also had a very good beer. Advised! The only flaw: the music before the live show was a little loud and it was difficult to hear the various members of the table.

29/07/2025: Today I had the fortune of meeting two exceptional people, Maurizio and Roberto. Owners and creators of the Mauri's hamburger joint. Although I was fortunate enough to meet them only today, I know they're well-known in the Brescia area and beyond for their professionalism, which they've applied to creating fast food restaurants worthy of the name. An excellent concept, extraordinary and friendly staff, but what makes them special and unique are their burgers, a delicacy made with raw ingredients that make your palate celebrate like New Year's Eve. Meat, cheese, vegetables, and spices, carefully selected using what the local area has to offer. All this comes together in an explosion of flavors that will leave everyone speechless. I tried the creation of the month, "Calabrese Burger," and I can sum it up in two words: extraordinarily good. What more can I say? Well done guys, this will definitely go a long way.

07/08/2025: We went to the Roadhouse in Treviglio on a Saturday night, four friends and I, after a stressful and busy week. We really wanted to unwind over a nice dinner with friends. We arrived around 8:30 and the parking lot was practically full, but after a few searches we managed to find a spot. The place was crowded, but the welcome was quick and efficient: we were seated almost immediately and with great courtesy. We were immediately struck by the atmosphere: well-kept, warm, well-lit, with dark wood furnishings, an American steakhouse atmosphere but with a modern twist. Tables were well-spaced, good soundproofing, and we were able to talk without shouting despite the typical Saturday night commotion. We were also pleased to see such attention to cleanliness, not only at the tables but also in the bathrooms, which were tidy, stocked, and smelled fresh—a detail not always taken for granted. The service throughout the dinner was simply perfect: attentive without being intrusive, the waiters stopped by several times to check on us, always with a smile, and explained some dishes in detail to help us choose. A special thanks goes to one waiter who recommended some off-menu options, including a portion of extra-glazed ribs with a slightly spicy sauce that were absolutely blasting. We started with a few appetizers to share: the chicken wings were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with a balanced, not-too-sweet BBQ sauce; the onion rings were well-fried, not greasy, and served hot; and the mini burgers immediately put us in the right mood: small but packed with flavor. The main courses confirmed my positive impressions: I had a burger with bacon, caramelized onion, and melted cheese, served with crispy, golden fries. The bun was thick and well-constructed, the meat flavorful and cooked to order. The others ordered the mixed grill, smoked ribs, and Texas brisket, and one of my friends had the pulled pork sandwich, and everyone was satisfied. The brisket in particular was tender and flavorful, perfectly smoked, and served on a rustic board that made a statement. No complaints about the portions, all generous but never overwhelming: just enough to leave feeling full and satisfied without feeling heavy. The beers were also good, well-tasted, fresh, and served with a smile and always on time, which we appreciated because service in these places often slows down as the crowds increase, but here they were always on point. The evening proceeded smoothly, with a perfect pace: we never waited too long between courses, nor did we feel pressured to vacate the table. Toward the end, even though we were full, we were persuaded to order dessert: I had the classic warm brownie with ice cream, a real treat, melted chocolate on the inside, slightly crunchy on the outside, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a chocolate topping. The others tried the cheesecake, tiramisu, and Oreo milkshake: all passed with flying colors, beautifully presented desserts, generous portions, and balanced flavors. Dessert capped off a dinner that maintained consistent quality from start to finish. We paid around 30 euros each, including a shared appetizer, main course, dessert, and beer. Considering the portions, quality, service, and ambiance, the value for money is absolutely fair, if not downright convenient. In an era where restaurants are either expensive or disappointing, finding a place like this, where you spend the right amount and eat well, makes all the difference. It's a perfect place for dinner with friends, but I can also see it being a great option for families with children or couples looking for meat in a casual yet refined setting. I'll definitely be back, perhaps during the week to enjoy the atmosphere.

27/08/2025: It's been a while since I've had such a good, well-cooked Chianina burger. The bun's texture is excellent, and it stays dry. It's not easy to find (I'd probably cut out a few sauces and extra ingredients). Excellent service, very friendly staff. I'd add a sign outside to make the place more visible.

A plus is the vegetarian options, which give diners a wide variety to choose from. The desserts are always excellent, and the Old sauce that accompanies the fries is fantastic!

28/08/2025: I found the place while searching for a burger restaurant on Google Maps. The place is quiet and clean, and the music is at a volume level that's comfortable enough for conversation without raising the volume. We chose several specialty burgers and a chicken burrito; all delicious. The service was quick and friendly. Gabriele was also nice and willing to talk to us and answer some of our questions about Milan.

26/08/2025: It was a late August evening, with few places open, but the Skuisito Wine Bar looked inviting, with a very nice and well-kept interior and exterior. We didn't want dinner, but rather a drink around 9:30 pm. Two standard-quality gin and tonics, neither good nor bad, a small bowl of chips (unsolicited) and probably from early August (2024!), and a bill of €22. With crispy, fresh chips and two olives, it might have been okay, but it didn't really make us want to try the restaurant.
