McDonald's In Roma

Nice rooftop terrace. Very cumbersome toilet policy with small, dirty toilets. Food was good.

I went to get pistachio ice cream, but about 10 minutes after ordering at the kiosk, I was told that they were out of stock and could not give it to me. I don't know what happened, but since I went there specifically for the ice cream, I asked if I could get a refund. However, the employee insisted that refunds were impossible and that only exchanges for other food items were available. They explained that we had paid by card, and while refunds would be possible with cash, they are not accepted with cards. I looked it up online and found that at places like McDonald's in Europe, sometimes even the manager cannot cancel an order. If you had explained the situation to us, we would have gladly exchanged it for something else. I ask that you please provide a more detailed explanation to others.

I often find myself having breakfast early in the morning at this McDonald's... but I noticed something that honestly made me understand the difference between one morning and another. When I found the three girls on shift this morning, they were one step ahead... There was a bit of a line, but they processed all the orders in a few minutes... despite so many people and a heavy workload, I always saw them smiling and polite towards customers. And the rest of the staff, which I find to be no less, But when I find them, breakfast has a different flavor. Smiles, kindness, and thank God, a desire to work... 5 well-deserved stars for the 3 girls.

I highly recommend this McDonald's location for a quick, clean, and satisfying meal! I ordered a McChicken sandwich meal with a large portion of french fries, mayonnaise, and a Lipton iced tea, and by simply downloading the app, I secured a great discount that brought the total to just €10. The food looked incredibly yummy and the portion size was very satisfying for the price. The staff members were nice, and the service was lightning fast, with my entire order ready in just about 5 minutes. On top of the speedy service, the fast food environment was spotlessly clean and best of all completely pet friendly, making it a wonderful spot to visit. After that I got an oreo ice cream at only for 4.10 euros.

food was good but the service of the first women in the cashier omg… im not italian then I saw her talking to a indian guy and she was extremely rude and I notice and think, I will talk less its possible… theres no way, extremely rude and zero energy at least educated?

Classic McDonald's, just like in the US, except it also has beer, wine, and espresso.

The McDonald's next to the tourist attraction was unsurprisingly crowded, but it was very clean inside, the air conditioning was reliable, and there were even outlets on the second floor to charge your phone.

Very friendly staff and excellent food quality. A must-try, go here!
