I often go to Mc's in the Trevi Fountain for breakfast in the morning. The staff is friendly, attentive, welcoming, and very patient, which is a big plus: if you breathe in the fresh air and the atmosphere is peaceful, you'll always want to come back! The cappuccino is excellent, perfect for those looking for an Italian-style cappuccino: just the right amount of creaminess, with quality coffee!

Clean place, fast service time. But incredibly busy as it is just down from the Trevi fountain. When I went it was very busy with nearly every seat taken. There is only one toilet for women and you need to ask for a separate QR code to use, or pay €1.

Has a lot of seatings even the rooftop. Toilets are €1, suggested to go elsewhere if you can wait. Pistachio mcflurry is our favourite 😍 😋 comparing to uk prices which is our home country, the burgers are quite pricey but the breakfast is the best with a lot of variety of options

I went to lunch today with a class on a field trip. We were greeted by the manager who seated us on the terrace after reserving an area for the 20 students. The service was quick and the staff were very kind and helpful. Excellent experience.

One of the most important places to bookmark when visiting Rome because of the lack of public bathrooms. This is The place to find one that is relatively clean as long as you buy something from the McDonald's. Make full use of the opportunity whenever you see one, and they usually have security at the main door so it is safer inside the establishment. Highly recommended for quick stopover or treating yourself to a Rome-exclusive dessert or something.

We find it interesting to check out McD’s in other countries to see what different offerings they have. The usual menu items (chicken nuggets, sundaes) were standard, moderately priced for the area. They offer Italian beers on their menu, and quite the array of sweets and panzerotti (we didn’t try them). Expresso was surprisingly good and came with a chocolate chunk to melt inside. Service extremely slow, and while there was lots of empty tables, none were cleaned so had to do it yourself. Restroom line up was very long, doors don’t lock, and like most public restrooms in Rome, no toilet seats. Located conveniently close to the beautiful Trevi Fountain, a good place to rest with a snack, when needing to escape the heat and the crowds.

Reliable McDonald's. I make it a point to try the local McDonald's at least once in each country I visit, so this time it was in Rome. With your receipt, you can use the restroom (which is relatively clean and has an attendant), so it's best to combine it with a break during sightseeing. A Big Mac set was 8.5 euros. That's about 1500 yen in Japan, so it's a bit pricey, but it's reasonable considering the cost of living here.

I'm writing from Castelfranco di Sotto (PI). Last Friday, we had lunch on the beautiful terrace with our group of 81 children and 10 teachers on our school trip to Rome. We were warmly welcomed by all the staff, especially Valentina. The staff who assisted us with bookings in the days leading up to the event did their job impeccably.
