I came to Italy and really wanted to eat bistecca, so I looked it up and came here. It's delicious and reasonably priced. The wine is great too! I went to the wrong branch and it was far away, but they were happy to accommodate me.

Sat down and ordered the vegan burger, got drinks, then was told they no longer do the vegan burger on the menu. The only other vegetarian option was a hummus wrap, so I would not recommend for vegetarians. Thankfully I do eat fish so had a salmon steak instead, and they gave us free fries for the mix up.

The place is spacious, typical for American style with American music.
Beacon Hamburger was good size, good at taste but the bread could have been better - was kind of dry.
Server were polite and attentive.

This place doesn't deserve a 3.9 rating; it should at least be a 4.6. Excellent service, exquisite food, and a great atmosphere. I would definitely return. I recommend ordering the ribs; they're a generous portion. I hesitated for a moment because of the low rating, but this place is a 10/10.

Perfect for a change after several days of eating pasta and pizza. The place is large, modern, and not too crowded—plenty of room, which is much appreciated after endless queues at osterias that don't take reservations. Everything was delicious, the burgers were cooked to perfection, and the desserts were especially delightful. The steak and ribs at the next table looked amazing. The waitresses were very friendly and efficient. €26 per person including drinks and desserts.

We were a party of 8. Honestly, some of the food was very good and some was just average. However, most frustrating was that we were told that without a reservation we had to be out quickly. Still, we were forgotten about and could not even get the check when needed. Better choices out there on the Eternal City.

I knew this place because I worked nearby and used to frequent it often. Since I was in the area for a while, I was happy to take my partner to eat there. I have to say that, aside from the prices having gone up slightly, I was disappointed to find the place very, very dirty. I'm at least heartened by the fact that the service was friendly, courteous, and fast. As for the food, I have to say that the quality is evident, and thank goodness, since that's their trademark. But it's a shame to find the place dirty and the bathroom so disgusting! Let me start by saying that we went on a Sunday for lunch. I understand the Saturday night before, but cleaning is required if you open at 12:30.
