01/11/2025: The food tastes good, but ordering a set meal is a bit complicated. It's usually more cost-effective to order a smaller set meal as an add-on.

04/12/2025: The restaurant is as per the brand's standards, clean and functional. The sandwiches are the same as those you'd get at any other restaurant in the brand... the staff makes the difference, but even here, everything is as planned, precise and attentive. A sure thing.

02/12/2025: Today we'll be reviewing the MCDONALD'S in Sora (FR). It has recently been beautifully renovated, and the bathroom is in perfect condition, equipped with all the essentials. Inside, there are all the men's, women's, and disabled restrooms. It's absolutely perfect.

26/10/2025: For a fourteen-year-old's birthday party, I booked and agreed with the manager on the Smash menu, consisting of a burger, fries, and a small appetizer for €10, for 12 kids, plus drinks and cake, which he kindly offered at a discount from €65 to €50. That evening, the girl went to pay: €300. The next day, I called for an explanation; the famous manager answered, checked, and stammered that the kids had ordered extra items. I replied that the set menu was chosen specifically to prevent the kids from randomly ordering the whole restaurant, and he agreed with me and said he'd speak to the colleague who took the orders (but he's the manager!) and if I wanted, I could call back. I replied that if he had anything to say, he should have called me back himself. Of course, no one heard from me. Very rude and unprofessional. Avoid.

09/11/2025: This biryani is simply extraordinary! 😋 The rice is perfectly fluffy, with an irresistible aroma of spices—not too spicy, not too light, a perfect balance. The meat is incredibly tender and flavorful, every bite is a delight. And the potato… fantastic! 🥔🔥 The presentation is also beautiful, it looks like a restaurant dish. After tasting it, it leaves only one word in your mind: "Wow!" 💯 👉 In short: the best biryani for taste, aroma, and satisfaction! 🌟

15/12/2025: We paid for an orange juice. I went to the bathroom as you needed to buy something or pay for the toliet. Turns out the line was so big you didn’t even need to scan the QR code. only women’s ONE toliet!! After 30 minutes of waiting I get in and it’s blocked!!! Went to collect my orange juice but my husband still was waiting for the 30 minutes I was in the bathroom. When I went to complain they didn’t even explain and they get saying it was coming. This was after having asked them many times even after 5 minutes. Terrible experience

11/12/2025: The burger wasn't very good, but otherwise I love that it has a place to charge my phone.

12/08/2025: My wife and I entrusted Simone and Sara with the open bar service at our wedding. Nothing to say except... Fantastic! They're two young, but already very experienced and very professional guys. They pampered us and made everything right. The cocktails were delicious, and they were always kind and courteous.

16/12/2025: But who do the staff talk to, given that they constantly wear earpieces with microphones and DON'T LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS, thus serving them terribly? The woman at the bar who was chattering into her earpiece (and clearly wasn't listening well to customer requests) did everything wrong: someone asked for a cappuccino to go, and she put it in a cup on the tray, and when the customer tried to remind her, she just didn't understand! In the end, he gave up and consumed it on the counter. Another person asked for a teaspoon, but couldn't be heard at all, so he ended up having to get it himself; another asked for a piping hot cappuccino, but it arrived tepid, almost cold... And she was constantly chattering into her earpiece! Is this intentional? A guy remotely in their ears to DISTRACT the staff so that the (paying!) customers are served poorly? Booooooooh

07/12/2025: The place is spacious, the service is fast, the food and cleanliness are ok. Cons - I ordered a McFlurry Baci and got vanilla ice cream with just chocolate sprinkled on top.
