24/09/2025: I recommend it for a quick coffee or breakfast. The spacious, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere is complemented by friendly staff. It's located right next to my company Lux-Co Edizioni's office on Via dei Castelli Romani. The croissants are pre-baked and the cappuccinos are excellent (see photo). Recommended if you're passing through Via dei Castelli Romani.

12/08/2025: My wife and I entrusted Simone and Sara with the open bar service at our wedding. Nothing to say except... Fantastic! They're two young, but already very experienced and very professional guys. They pampered us and made everything right. The cocktails were delicious, and they were always kind and courteous.

14/06/2025: We ordered drinks and had to wait 20 minutes... When we finally got our order, it was wrong and incomplete. The staff walked away after asking about our order.

12/07/2025: Ieri sera ho deciso di assaggiare la pizza senza glutine in questo posto. Prendo una margherita che mi fanno pagare 12 euro . Vicino alla cassa vedo un cartello con su scritto menu fisso 10 euro con pizza crocchette e bibita (solo a cena) allora chiedo se è anche dedicato per chi prende senza glutine pagando ovviamente in più...e visto che una margherita l'ho pagata 12 immagino si potesse fare....ma niente "solo per chi prende la pizza con glutine!" Mi hanno risposto. Comunque la pizza inizialmente mi è stata consegnata dal pizzaiolo cotta sopra e cruda sotto ..ho dovuto chiedere di rimetterla in forno. Inoltre me l'hanno data semicotta sotto... ho mangiato di meglio anche tra le precongelate onestamente. Non mi sono sentita a mio agio in questo posto il servizio da parte del pizzaiolo è pessimo e il proprietario poteva a mio avviso evitare di creare questo divario tra con e senza glutine ..al massimo fai pagare un po di più ma rendi accessibile a tutti le promo. Ovviamente non ritornerò .

18/09/2025: I went to this McDonald's to celebrate my son's birthday. When we arrived, I asked to speak to the manager (as previously instructed), but after waiting over half an hour, she didn't show up. Eventually, I was followed by an employee, the only one who approached. We organized a self-managed party for eight people, with a final cost of about €150. For a McDonald's, honestly, that's quite a budget. We had also purchased the cake directly from them, so it seemed natural to ask for the classic "Happy Birthday" song to be played during the cake service—a truly minimal request, to make the moment special. The employee said I should ask the manager, but she was in front of me, 10 meters away, busy preparing orders. The girl told her my request, yet the manager deliberately chose to ignore me. She never approached me, looked me in the face, and then turned her head away. After another 20 minutes of pointless waiting, I gave up. In the end, I asked for at least the cake, without music. The same employee brought it hastily, left it on the table without saying anything, with the candles still unlit, and quickly left. I asked her for a lighter, and the response was: "Why, you don't have one?" I wonder: is a customer really expected to bring a lighter from home for a cake they bought there? After 5 minutes, the lighter arrives. Then another 5 for the plates. Then another 5 for the knife. Everything was delivered little by little, as if every request was a nuisance. The manager never showed up or was heard from, completely ignoring the situation. A person like that shouldn't even be in the public eye. If I could I would give zero stars.

18/09/2025: It was a truly heartbreaking experience. We went to the cashier to order and only 4 of the 10 screens worked. The cashier Eleonora initially made us order and then sent us away saying that we couldn't order from the cashier when in fact that wasn't the case. It was a truly heartbreaking experience. When we checked, we left and didn't even take anything.

20/10/2025: First of all the the staff was super rude . I asked him to repeat in English and he told me no English I don't care you should know Italian. .... The toilet was super dirty and the fun part is that u had to pay..

She carefully supervised everything, ensuring the children had fun and everything was organized to perfection. She managed to create a cheerful and peaceful atmosphere, making this day truly special for my son and all the guests. Thank you, Rossella, you were fantastic! Your energy and smile made the difference. We will definitely be back for more happy moments!

13/10/2025: Let's start with the food: old, rubbery chips that had probably been sitting there for hours. Sandwiches assembled poorly and without passion, with ingredients thrown in haphazardly and often incomplete. The housekeeping is terrible, with the cleaning staff unwilling to work and glaring at you if you ask them to clean your filthy table. Every table is dirty and they don't care. The bathrooms often lack soap or paper towels. The order kiosks often don't work, and you can't use your donations. Furthermore, you often hear scolding and yelling coming from the kitchen. The atmosphere is negative.
