13/01/2026: Old Wild West – Aprilia ⭐⭐ I had the Pulled BBQ Chicken: cold chicken strips, clearly pre-made and stuffed into the sandwich without even being heated. At these prices, it's unacceptable. The sandwiches have gotten smaller than they used to be. The Coppa Alaska is just a showpiece: two scoops of ice cream with a little Nutella and a lot of cream in a tall glass that looks big but is narrow underneath. €6 is too much! €50 for two for a sandwich, drink, and dessert is too much for this quality. I think the quality needs to be better at these prices. It used to be better, but I don't recommend it today. 👎

08/01/2026: This evening I had a truly well-prepared McCrunchy Chicken. Unlike other times, the sandwich had a perfect balance of ingredients: just the right amount of sauce, fresh and well-distributed lettuce, and the tomato was present as expected. The result was a very good, tasty, and balanced sandwich. It also looked significantly better than usual, very similar to the advertising images, which unfortunately isn't always the case. When a product is prepared with care, you can definitely taste the difference, and I was pleasantly surprised. I especially want to compliment the kitchen staff: they're young, and when their work is done with care and professionalism, it's only right to recognize it. I've already expressed this appreciation verbally, but I wanted to leave it in writing as well. When things are done well, they deserve recognition. 👏 Keep up the good work! I'm attaching a photo of the receipt to verify my purchase and review.

09/01/2026: Ostia 27/07/25 12:49 PM So the "service" is zero stars because I've learned that when I ask for a McFlarry the way I like it, I have to say double "topic"—I think that's the right word—and then tell the person who makes it... "Please, double ice cream without caramel or anything else underneath, and finally a drizzle of caramel on top and Snickers," for example, but the lady tells me, "You can't do double ice cream, and who told you you can?" I told her about all the other McFlarrys I've been to, and she reiterates, "You can't do it," so I thank her and leave... I think it's a matter of courtesy towards the customer. Instead, at the McFlarry in Spinaceto, I made the same request and the girl did the exact opposite. One of the managers (Francesco), seeing my look of disapproval, comes to my aid and asks, "Isn't that what you'd like?" I say, "Okay, fine." He asks me how I'd like it, and he says, "How I wanted it," and he says, "Have a good day." I didn't feel invisible or even despised there... in fact, he made a difference in my tiring day. 16/01/2026: In short, I don't think I'll go back. The appetizers are cold, smothered in this cedar cream cheese, and they all taste the same. The meat served on these metal-top, wooden-bottom plates that get cold before you finish it is low quality. The service is lacking; you have to ask several times for water, and the dishes arrive before the plates. The only positives are the nice atmosphere and the fact that we paid little because we had the fork discount, but I won't be going back.

02/01/2026: Honestly, there are better places in the area. The place has a cold interior; it almost reminds me of a cafeteria. The service, at least in my experience, was slow and inaccurate. The food is nothing to complain about; the burgers and appetizers are average. The prices are a bit high.

12/08/2025: My wife and I entrusted Simone and Sara with the open bar service at our wedding. Nothing to say except... Fantastic! They're two young, but already very experienced and very professional guys. They pampered us and made everything right. The cocktails were delicious, and they were always kind and courteous.

24/11/2025: It's been years since I've eaten at a fast food restaurant. The prices are much higher, but compared to the well-known competitor chain, the meat here tastes like meat—obviously not like Florentine steak cooked on lava stone—but the flavor of the meat is real. The guys who served me were very kind and gave me a Naruto T-shirt, since I had a notebook with drawings of the anime. It was a truly kind gesture, and I hope they read this review. In short, you can go there every now and then. I recommend this chain to everyone over the other, more famous one, which sells cardboard instead of food.

16/12/2025: But who do the staff talk to, given that they constantly wear earpieces with microphones and DON'T LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS, thus serving them terribly? The woman at the bar who was chattering into her earpiece (and clearly wasn't listening well to customer requests) did everything wrong: someone asked for a cappuccino to go, and she put it in a cup on the tray, and when the customer tried to remind her, she just didn't understand! In the end, he gave up and consumed it on the counter. Another person asked for a teaspoon, but couldn't be heard at all, so he ended up having to get it himself; another asked for a piping hot cappuccino, but it arrived tepid, almost cold... And she was constantly chattering into her earpiece! Is this intentional? A guy remotely in their ears to DISTRACT the staff so that the (paying!) customers are served poorly? Booooooooh

07/12/2025: The place is spacious, the service is fast, the food and cleanliness are ok. Cons - I ordered a McFlurry Baci and got vanilla ice cream with just chocolate sprinkled on top.
