18/07/2025: This evening we were waiting for our order to take it home, we had been waiting for a while, at a certain point an employee appears in front of the counter and starts screaming like crazy in front of all of us that she needed I don't know what, then not satisfied she grabs another employee and starts screaming in her face in a horrendous manner, these are not nice things to see I have to say that my daughter and I were shocked to see a scene like that, some people should stay home if they don't like the job they do, good food but employees need to be reviewed

12/07/2025: We asked for a menu and were charged for a sandwich and fries, a price higher than the menu. Plus, the service was poor, haughty, arrogant, and unwelcoming. We definitely won't be returning.

23/06/2025: Classic McDonald's, like all the others. Obviously you don't go there for the quality of the food, but to be quick and not spend a fortune

20/06/2025: Very good food and environment. Staff, regarding the evening shift 20:45 on 20/06/25, left a lot to be desired regarding a not very formal and respectful language towards the customer (drive customer)

18/06/2025: Mc drive receipt n.2141-0233 at 11.50pm I take a big tasty menu and two donuts but alas cold sandwich boiling hot coke... strange mc rarely makes such fools of themselves!!!!

14/06/2025: We ordered drinks and had to wait 20 minutes... When we finally got our order, it was wrong and incomplete. The staff walked away after asking about our order.

16/05/2025: The most beautiful Mac. Beautiful location, in the sun and a few meters from the Ostia Pier and the sea. Friendly and kind staff. My favorite in Rome and surroundings

10/07/2025: I really like Mac and I come here once a month. They constantly get the wrong orders at the Mac drive-thru. I always end up with the wrong products. Complete sloppiness. The manager needs to be replaced ASAP.

24/06/2025: The restaurant is well organized, the appetizers are good quality and plentiful (even the smaller portions). The review would have been positive and above all average but the main course disappointed us. The sirloin not much flavor while the wrap was neither infamy nor praise. We will definitely return for the appetizers but we will try the hamburgers....

07/07/2025: I was in the Burger Kind of Aprilia 2 by chance, after a long car ride, at dinner time, around 9:30 pm, good food considering the fast food chain; unfortunately I can't say the same for the staff, the girl at the cash register was incredibly rude and impolite, a person who works with the public shouldn't behave in this way towards a customer; I asked if there was a vegetarian sandwich, and she decides which one to make me without giving me options and without letting me know what's inside; I greet her cordially and she answers me with a snarky smile without saying a word; I won't be back on principle; try to be more selective about who is in contact with customers.

27/05/2025: This burger king in Aprilia 2 has terrible customer service; I asked for a sandwich instead of meat to make it with chicken and I was told that they can't do it, which is not true, because Burger King unlike other fast food allows you to change the sandwich, I have been asked several times by other colleagues always there, but today it was not possible, and not even to come to meet the customer by proposing a substitute or advice, but just with a lack of desire and a wall continued to tell me that that sandwich since it was born as meat could not be made, even if I would have been willing to pay the difference.. I can't say the classic phrase "the customer is always right" but usually you have to meet or find a compromise to the needs of a customer, especially if you work in the restaurant sector....

06/07/2025: passed by with my husband and my children for some happy meel the other night before returning to the hotel .. shame about the 20 minute wait for a sandwich because the guy who works in the kitchen was on the phone .. but later a colleague of his the one with the blue shirt gave my children a stuffed toy .. anyway a normal and clean place and the guy who served us was kind

06/07/2025: I came here for a meal after the club. I would never eat McDonald's in America but it's actually surprisingly good in Italy! Love the late hours, and the fast service. The location wasn't so busy and ordering digitally is so much faster. Great experience!

14/12/2024: Io posto esteticamente è carino, riporta il design americano e francese assieme. Il personale è scortese, poco simpatico e superficiale; non ti invoglia a rimanere. Il cibo è super over priced: 15 euro per delle scramble eggs due strisce di bacon mezzo pomodoro e funghetti, manco fosse un hotel o un posto dove si mangia bene. Sconsiglio.
