18/05/2026: Update, May 18th. The increasingly frequent "technical problems" that are delaying the opening continue, even though the website says it's open. 😉 Today it was the turn of the cash register issues. 😀 Update, March 2nd: Again today, due to the usual "technical problems," the opening was delayed by 30 minutes. The same notice was on the door. Even though the website says it's open... Update, February 23rd. Again today, at 11:15, despite the website and app saying the place was open, there was a notice on the door saying, due to technical problems, they would open at 11:30. It would be best to define the ACTUAL opening time once and for all, so customers can plan accordingly. Update February 12, 2026. It's already been three times that, despite the fact that they say they open at 11:00, even arriving at 11:15, I can't get in, even though I see the staff inside. I ring the bell, they see me, and they don't come to the door to explain; and there's no written notice on the door. Today they opened for me at 11:30, again without apologizing, and just because I asked for an explanation, they said, in an apathetic tone, that there were technical problems??? Three times in a month??? It's all very strange... Too bad. If this happens again, I'll stop being a regular customer like I have been in years past. Furthermore, the last two times I've noticed lettuce in my sandwich isn't as fresh as usual.

14/09/2025: The staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was well-maintained, the decor was beautiful, and it wasn't huge but it was well-used. The pizza was excellent! We'll be back!

28/05/2026: Reported as open....... Found closed for renovations, it seems for a long time, and with no opening signs! Disappointing.

06/05/2026: I often eat at this MC, the staff is always kind and helpful, but the food often happens to be cold, the chips are obviously not freshly made and are soft, last night I bought food at the Mc drive thru for my daughter and we got the Dubai chocolate flavored Mc Flurry it was the second time I had it, the first time it was perfect, but last night I was disappointed with the kataifi pastry completely missing, the chocolate was barely there, I understand the rush, I understand it was 10:30 pm, but if a person pays it is right that they get what they paid for.

04/05/2026: McDonald's is clean and the staff are very friendly. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. We took advantage of it after a volleyball game nearby. It's also convenient to get to on the way back from the beach.

04/05/2026: I came to Italy and really wanted to eat bistecca, so I looked it up and came here. It's delicious and reasonably priced. The wine is great too! I went to the wrong branch and it was far away, but they were happy to accommodate me.

30/04/2026: The steak was fatty and fairly tasteless, it is not a good cut of meat, the side of spinach was unseasoned , the service was good and a decent bottle of house red but shame about the quality of food served

16/12/2025: But who do the staff talk to, given that they constantly wear earpieces with microphones and DON'T LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS, thus serving them terribly? The woman at the bar who was chattering into her earpiece (and clearly wasn't listening well to customer requests) did everything wrong: someone asked for a cappuccino to go, and she put it in a cup on the tray, and when the customer tried to remind her, she just didn't understand! In the end, he gave up and consumed it on the counter. Another person asked for a teaspoon, but couldn't be heard at all, so he ended up having to get it himself; another asked for a piping hot cappuccino, but it arrived tepid, almost cold... And she was constantly chattering into her earpiece! Is this intentional? A guy remotely in their ears to DISTRACT the staff so that the (paying!) customers are served poorly? Booooooooh

07/12/2025: The place is spacious, the service is fast, the food and cleanliness are ok. Cons - I ordered a McFlurry Baci and got vanilla ice cream with just chocolate sprinkled on top.

02/06/2026: Stay away from this place! I've lived in Rome for years, and this was absolutely the worst service I've ever received. I had a small foldable scooter (which takes up no space when folded), but the security guard at the entrance arrogantly prevented me from bringing it inside, demanding that I leave it unattended on the street. We all know how easy it is to get robbed in Rome! When I asked him if he'd reimburse me if it were stolen, he ignored me. To avoid any problems, I picked up my order and stood near the door to eat, keeping an eye on my scooter. Then the guard came back to hassle me, saying that "food can only be eaten inside." An absurd paradox: you won't let me in with my scooter, and you won't let me eat outside. A true abuse of power and zero common sense. Eventually, after a heated argument, the manager had to intervene to let me in with my scooter so I could finish my meal. But the evening was already ruined. If you don't want to be treated badly by needlessly overbearing staff, avoid this place. I'll never go back!

09/05/2026: Excellent experience despite an initial hiccup. I had ordered via the app, but there were some issues with Glovo's delivery management. The Burger King staff responded promptly and with great professionalism, taking charge of the situation and ensuring my order arrived at my door. Truly excellent and super efficient customer service!

08/04/2026: I saw a review by Samira and I think my problem was with the same person, a woman with graying hair and a medium build. On Easter Monday morning, I stopped for breakfast. I usually place my order on the screen or directly at the cash register. I went to do it at the cash register and this rude person answered me without even replying to my "Good morning" and without a smile. I'm a poor Critas employee. GO TO THE SCREEN!! If your employees are forced to come to work, in my opinion, they should stay home and make room for younger people who need to work. This rude person doesn't understand that there are thousands of bars around that care more about the customers who come in to start the day with a smile, not just for a coffee or croissant. After this taste, I immediately went to another bar instead of SCREEN. Note: This isn't the first time.... Once, she delivered my drinks (Sprit) without carbonation; it was just water and sugar, and I realized after I got home....

06/04/2026: The product we ordered and paid for wasn't available; they gave us something different instead. They only managed to prepare a simple order in 20 minutes.
