22/12/2024: Classico mc donald uno dei mc storici tra i primi sorti che ancora tiene botta anche se bisognerebbe un restyling.credo però che i prodotti siano buoni o comunque in linea con gli altri mc e forse i prezzi un pochino più bassi ma il quid in più è dato anche dalla cortesia del personale soprattutto del responsabile molto carino e cortese!

11/05/2025: Excellent food, my girlfriend and I took two classic smash burger menus for 9.50 euros each which included: a delicious and super loaded sandwich, a portion of chips, two chicken wings and a drink of your choice. Excellent price considering the quality and quantity of the food. Acceptable service but nothing special. Nice place, very appreciable that you have the sauces to season the meat and chips already at the table, bathroom not very clean but decent.
16/03/2025: Small and simple place, it's been a long time since I ate in this restaurant chain (I usually frequented the one on Corso di Francia).
Good food, the flavors are really similar to what you can eat in America; Fast enough service and fair prices.

05/06/2025: McDonald’s is, apparently, as popular in Rome as anywhere else. Busy and not very clean, but the usual menu, with the unique addition of Tiramisu for Italian consumption. It seems that the main attraction is that a purchase guarantees a place in the queue for the toilets, which are, quite frankly, disgusting. However, for a big city, Rome is a bit short on decent, or any, free public conveniences.
02/06/2025: Asked for a couple of "fresh" bottles of Water... The Lady, the responsable as visibly older than all staff located at the Cashier took the money and gave me two bottles room temperature with 33°C (Nearly 92F) outside.
I lamented and she said she can't help me... and if I wanted some ice. I didn't want ice (never use ice). She was supposed to return me back money because that was not keeping the trade promises from the beginning but she went on serving others and ignoring me. I Wanted to go to Municipal Police or Guardia di Finanza but then had no-time. If Mac can't keep promises must not propose instead other solutions but give the money back, for Law.

01/01/2025: Ci siamo fermati per cenare. Dopo quasi un'ora, malgrado i nostri solleciti, avevamo sul tavolo solamente l'acqua. Ce ne siamo andati a stomaco vuoto pagando solo quella.... Quindi fate scorta di noccioline all'ingresso!
30/11/2024: esperienza deludente, piatti appena sufficienti, tutto sotto misura, il Burrito sono piccoli, i Nachos da "condividere" arrivano in un piatto enorme con dentro 20 nachos contati..per 12€ mi sembra poverello..

30/04/2025: My daughter and I were in an almost empty place, I ordered a glass of Coca-Cola and some water was absentmindedly brought to me and then replaced upon request.
I asked to remove the mozzarella from the veggie sandwich and I certainly didn't question getting a discount. The sandwich arrived very dry and when the attendant asked me if I wanted some sachets of ketchup I said yes (two microscopic sachets which he charged me 50 cents each), something I pointed out to you immediately after paying the attendant.
There was no toilet paper in the bathroom.
30/04/2025: Eravamo io e mia figlia in un locale pressoché vuoto, ho ordinato una coca-cola in vetro e mi è stata portata distrattamente dell'acqua poi sostituita su mia richiesta.
Ho chiesto di togliere la mozzarella dal panino vegetariano e certamente non ho fatto questione di avere uno sconto. Il panino è arrivato molto asciutto e quando l'addetto mi ha chiesto se volevo delle bustine di ketchup gli ho detto di sì (due bustine microscopiche che mi ha fatto pagare 50 centesimi cadauna), cosa che ho fatto notare subito dopo aver pagato all'addetto, poteva anche compensare la mozzarella che non ho avuto con le due bustine microscopiche.
Nel bagno non c'era carta igienica.

27/02/2025: Niente di speciale. Soprattutto i prezzi risultano alti una volta che si aggiunge servizio e, purtroppo, l'acqua del rubinetto. Mi sfugge quale sia il senso di chiedere 2.50 euro per una caraffa d'acqua del rubinetto (ho chiesto quella). Se avessero evitato questa furbizia forse avrei lasciato una recensione migliore.
08/12/2024: Non è la prima volta che vengo in questo oww e ho sempre mangiato discretamente. questa volta purtroppo non è andata benissimo. i fritti, l'hamburger e le ribs sono arrivate tra il tiepido e il freddo. All'hamburger mancavano le salse e le ribs erano secche. il servizio un po' lento e alcune volte distratto. forse solo una giornata storta.

E' disarmante questa incapacità a comprendere l'importanza della percezione reputazionale che ha il "probabile" cliente di questo ristorante.
Soprattutto vorrei capire dal management di questa multinazionale quali sono le regole relazionali con la clientela
Ovviamente non risponderanno.
Grazie vi ho pagato l'acqua e ho fatto pipì....
Ma non metterò più piede in nessun ristorante della catena
