07/08/2024: The toilet was broken, there was no lock, and there was no prompt to knock. Hopefully the toilet door will be repaired soon and a key will be added. Staff attitude is perfunctory. The taste of the food has dropped significantly compared to the previous KFC, the taste is very bland, it needs extra sauce, and it doesn't taste good after a while.
06/08/2024: Air conditioning not working, while its 38 degrees Celsius outside and inside. The food is good for KFC standards.

30/07/2024: Visited in July 2024 from Canada. We came to try out the different items they have in Italy.
The food was good and the service was quick. I really liked the chicken wings, the Parmigiano, and the Bacio McFlurry. The location is not very clean, and it was very busy. It was hard to find a table to sit at because it’s not very big. The other McDonald’s in Rome are much nicer. The one in Piazza di Spagna (near the Spanish Steps) is probably the one you’ve seen on Instagram - it's really spacious and beautiful inside. I found it later while walking around and wished I had gone there instead to try out the unique Italian menu items.

30/08/2024: It's a McDonald's like many others but it creates problems for the environment. In the sense that the club's customers leave their remains on the beach in front. It is not the venue's responsibility. However, managers could raise the awareness of their customers to avoid incorrect behavior and to use the waste bins. They are few and often full. The managers would be doing a good thing if they asked the municipality to put in more.
27/08/2024: I ordered CREME croissant for delivery and it didn't come. I didn't like it.
Arrived painted with pistachio
The drinks bag was tight and the paper gave way.
The sandwiches came ok.

25/06/2024: thanks to the humble and kind waitress who served us. She was attentive, friendly, of course its not her fault I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was not cooked properly - there was blood in the chicken, the strips and grill meat were mostly frozen, and everything lacked flavor. It was clear that there was no attention to detail in the kitchen. I was also disappointed by the lack of response or concern from the owner when I brought up my concerns. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my meal and do not recommend this place.

21/08/2024: At the selforder pad we could not pay, we went to the cassier, for 10 minutes everyone just ignored us so we went back and strated the whole process again.
Dirty dining area and restroom, for a usual McDonalds it is horrible.
20/08/2024: Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, tourism has destroyed you guys, I feel sorry for the staff. I witnessed 3 people having big arguments with staff.

Ordine arrivato sbagliato e personale molto scortese al telefono. Ha detto che il panino sbagliato non lo aveva fatto lui e non lo aveva messo lui nella busta della consegna, che non vendono quel pane e che non poteva essere un loro prodotto.
Avevo ordinato un panino da 200gr di conghiale e tutti i condimenti. È arrivato un hamburger di circa 50gr con 2 cetrioli.
Sembrava un panino baby del Mc.
Assurdo.
Le patatine mollicce e fredde.
Tra l'altro i prezzi non sono assolutamente economici, anzi!
16/09/2023: We ordered two delicious burritos at home, they arrived in the right time and reading the terrible reviews we even thought about canceling the order, but in the end we decided to give this type of format a chance.
We were very satisfied with the burritos because they were really filling and very good. They look small but it is very well seasoned. I recommend it

03/07/2024: Sono rimasta veramente sorpresa dalla qualità del cibo. Ho ordinato delle patatine al cheddar e bacon buonissime, anche la porzione era molto soddisfacente. Stessa cosa per i panini, non 'chimici' o di scarsa qualità. Anche il personale era molto gentile, ci torneró sicuramente.
08/04/2024: Me and my family went to "Maximo" shopping center and ate here at Johnny Rockets, the food was very cold and the cheddar fries were not that good. The cheddar sauce was frozen. Also saw the worker smoking in the kitchen.
The only thing i liked was there Float drink but the rest was not good.

30/03/2024: cena buonissima, i polletti sono spaziali e ci hanno offerto anche le salse. proprietari gentilissimi ci hanno offerto anche due porzioni di patatine fritte.
17/02/2024: Conosco il locale da tempo, e il cibo non sarebbe male se ogni volta non arrivassero in consegna panini smontati, patatine sparse per tutta la busta. Carne nei burger cruda non tollerabile. Ormai sono varie volte che arriva una salsa al posto di un'altra, panini sbagliati, tutto sottosopra...ma almeno la cura nei piatti sarebbe il minimo. Peccato perchè potrebbero fare anche bene, ma questo non è il modo di lavorare. Premetto che prima di ricevere carne cruda, ho provato ad annullare l'ordine perchè in realtà non era mia intenzione ordinare da loro proprio per questi motivi elencati.
Come sempre l'attenzione nella preparazione è stata pari a zero...sabato a pranzo...
Davvero incommentabile...un millimetro di carne...cruda.
Il sito di consegne dopo aver ricevuto le foto ha già disposto il rimborso...
Questo non è il modo di lavorare...MAI PIU'. Non regalategli i soldi, posti così dovrebbero chiudere, se non si riesce nemmeno a cuocere un burger

10/03/2024: Cibo superfluo commentarlo perché è buono come ogni old wilde west. Quello che è stato davvero superlativo è il servizio: ragazzi davvero attentissimi a capire quando avevi finito di mangiare, quando avvicinarsi. Davvero complimenti! Sono queste le cose che alla fine fanno la differenza anche in "catene" come questa!

29/04/2024: From another former employee, I advise you to stay away from this place, both as customers and workers.
They are exploiters, there are people who have worked for months and yet have not been paid. After almost 9 months I still have not received the salary for a month and a half of work, more than €1000, and not even a response. Just looking at the reviews is enough to understand that it is now their habit to hire workers and then not pay their salaries and pretend nothing happened.
Please don't give your money to dishonest people and go spend it elsewhere
