08/02/2025: Review – Old World West, Parma Last night I went to Old World West, in via Sergio Leone in Parma (Campus area), with three friends I hadn't seen for a long time. It was a truly pleasant evening, both for the excellent company and for the excellent experience in the venue. We ordered three main courses: a fillet, a steak and a San Diego wrap, all accompanied by french fries, baked potatoes and vegetables. Each dish lived up to expectations, well prepared and tasty. To end the dinner in style, I chose a pistachio cup, which turned out to be a real delight! The service was impeccable: the boy who served us was very kind, courteous and friendly, helping to make the evening even more pleasant. The prices were also normal, absolutely adequate for the quality of the dishes. Overall, a very positive experience. If you are looking for a cozy place, with good food and great service, I absolutely recommend it!

13/02/2025: We've been coming to eat at this OWW since it opened a bunch of years ago and have watched it get worse and worse. I would say that last night - Wednesday 12 February - we hit rock bottom. Having bought tickets for the 8.30pm to 7.25pm ​​cinema, we sit in a fairly full restaurant. Next to us, another couple who have already been sitting for a while are consulting the menu. There appear to be only two waiters, who then become one, because the girl suddenly disappears. The boy walks around us, takes other orders, talks at the counter, serves drinks and other dishes but we and the other couple next to us are ignored. She starts waving, calling him, but nothing. My friend, who was facing the room, also tries. Nothing. At 7.50pm, now resigned, we got up and left, just like the neighboring couple. The terrible thing was that no one - including these phantom waiters, the steward and those at the cash register - noticed. Regardless of the fact that with such carelessness there are people who could eat and take advantage of it to slip away without paying, I find it really painful not to be organized enough to realize that you have people waiting to order for half an hour. Good times when in a packed restaurant you were seated and served within that same half hour.

I pointed this out but the manager's arrogant response was "I don't make the meat"!!!!!!! Absurd! Congratulations to those who train the staff!!!!

27/02/2025: It's been a while since they went to this old one, but we returned on Sunday evening and it was practically empty, but despite everything we had to call the waitresses several times to take orders. Cold food, poor quality meat. She's the curly girl always with the pissed off and haughty face. Not to mention the gentleman and owner, a rude absurdity And the bill is very high. Once upon a time there was quality and friendliness, but now you have fallen short in many respects. I don't recommend it.

16/12/2024: For the service and the environment, if I could have given zero stars I would have done so. I went to this place to buy "a truly King combo", the collaboration with One Piece. I found a bare and dirty environment, with the automatic checkouts turned off and not dispensing the receipt. We asked a girl in the room for information and she reluctantly informed us that we had to go to the cashier. There we paid and asked if it was possible to choose the shirt offered. The "manager" (?) on duty yells at the employee at the checkout that you can't choose the colors and then leaves. I certainly won't be coming back again.

10/12/2024: The place is in dramatic condition: all the rubbish bins are full, the ordering machines are turned off or out of order, among the few that worked, the one I used did not print the receipt with the number to collect the order. A single black boy was busy preparing all the orders, the other clerks chatted and wandered around the counter aimlessly. An embarrassing situation to say the least.

12/03/2025: one could say that the historic McDonald's in Turin, almost 20 years since I've known it, has changed positively over the years. I really spent many evenings, as a teenager and then as a mature man, let's say. for me it is the best McDonald's in Turin, the food is better than in other places and the atmosphere is calmer and more beautiful, then there is also the McCaffè which for this reason alone deserves an extra star. regarding cleanliness, I think it's normal, given that there are thousands of people every day, and anyway it's much cleaner than Piazza Statuto, the castle or the cranes! I recommend this McDonald's restaurant to everyone!!!

14/03/2025: the service, for a few months, has been something that cannot be offered. As a commuter I often go to the station's burger king, but the quality of the food and service cannot be seen. Today we waited half an hour (timed) and then left with the takeaway bag (we had picked up food on the spot, but as commuters we didn't have time). The order was also wrong, we had taken chips with cheddar and bacon and we were given chips with "cheddar" and onion. The order was also incomplete, a portion of nuggets was missing, and to make matters worse the food was all cold, because it had been made and left there, even though they had prepared it in front. The employees argue with each other in front of the customers, and the lady serving yells at those who work for just est delivero and things like that. These problems before they didn't exist, they happened with the change of employees, don't put incompetent people to work because you'll lose yourself😁 (the kitchen is in plain sight and you can see the slowness with which they work)

03/12/2024: Pessima cena. Hamburger bruciato. Contorni di verdure che sembravano del giorno precedente. Club salad con insalata appassita, sicuramente non fresca. Non tornerò sicuramente.
