10/02/2026: A lovely discovery. During our stay in Bologna, we wanted to treat ourselves to a good burger for one evening, a break from the traditional Bolognese fare. We chose this place both for its excellent reviews and its proximity to the B&B where we were staying. We had two truly excellent burgers, accompanied by equally excellent fried foods as an appetizer. A pleasant surprise, discovered on site, was the presence of a sort of loyalty card: it allows you to accumulate points for free gifts and, on certain days of the week, to take advantage of events, discounts, and promotions. For example, one of their sandwiches is free on your birthday; in our case, since we were there on a Sunday, we were treated to a delicious New York cheesecake. It's a shame this chain isn't available in my city. Finally, a special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely kind.

25/01/2026: I was strolling through the streets of Bologna and accidentally stumbled upon this chain. At first glance, it seemed like the usual American fare, but the menu and cozy bar atmosphere piqued my interest. Excellent menu, brilliant, super-helpful staff, especially the two young men in their twenties. Truly quality products and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Special mention for the sweet potatoes. I don't want to return for the usual tortellini and tagliatelle, but for this magical place that takes you on a wonderful gastronomic journey.

06/12/2025: I thought I'd reviewed this McDonald's! UNIQUE, and I mean UNIQUE, McDonald's, which I frequent regularly. I think it's an extremely clean, well-kept restaurant: you can tell the owner (whom I greet) cares about his work. It's not a franchise but a private one, which is why its quality and price standards are very different (more affordable) than average. Always friendly, courteous, generous portions, and well-seasoned. I'll continue to say it's the best there is.

12/11/2025: The outdoor parking lot is large and always has room. The interior has always been clean every time I've been there. The only drawback is having to wait for your order and the counter, and not having it brought to your table. As for the drive-thru, the line can move a bit slowly, but the staff at the toll booth where they take your order and where you pay have often been kind and friendly.

31/01/2026: Every now and then I like to order takeout and enjoy their sandwiches at home. Unfortunately, this is the second time I've ordered a 1955 double menu (double sandwich, coke, and chips) at the same place, and once again, the sandwich I received was the one with only one slice of meat, even though it was marked "double" on the package. It's okay to check that the contents of the bag match the order, but do I also have to open the individual packages to verify that the sandwiches inside are the right ones? I also had an order that wasn't mine (luckily resolved immediately).

01/12/2025: Don't get ripped off! They don't bring you what you order and they even charge you for oxygen. Very nice atmosphere, but we had dinner and if I had known beforehand I would have gone to a Michelin-starred restaurant for what we spent. The average burgers cost between 13 and 16 euros (the quality is medium-low, nothing fresh), the fried foods 6.50!!!! Plus we got some mixed upside down (very poor for the price) where they promised cheese + pickles, or eggplant balls BUT NOTHING of the sort! Replaced with fried polenta and mozzarella balls. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she replied: This is what was available. Absurd. Adding that in addition to the cover charge, they asked me if I wanted some bread to go with the meat and I found it on the receipt!!! Absurd! Then again, it was bread that wasn't defrosted and good! But not even that. Total 54 euros for 2: a hamburger, a skewer, a beer (less than 6.5, not even the 33 in a can) and a canned drink.

09/01/2026: I ordered takeout last night, let me start by saying, a little before closing time. I don't think that justifies the sandwich I was sold, though: the chicken was rock hard, clearly cooked hours earlier. I wish they hadn't sold it to me.

07/01/2026: Burger King is the best in Europe, until I explore other continents to say so. The staff is often young and very approachable, fast and friendly, the food is excellent, my favorite place for a tasty lunch in pure peace. The only downside is that the bathrooms are often neglected.

09/02/2026: A McDonald's like many others, the only flaw is the service. I ordered, in addition to the sandwich and snacks, Fanta on the rocks, which arrived without any, and the glass was half empty. Upon my request, they added a little more, but still, half the drink was missing. Same story with the ice cream (Flurry), a truly meager portion, very little ice cream and very little topping, something I haven't seen in many other McDonald's, where the portions were much larger. The place is fairly clean, although there is a lot of waste, such as napkins and crumbs, on the floor.

When it was time to pick up my takeout food, the girl looked at me askance because I didn't have my own bag: "What do you care?" The food was an adequate amount to carry with just the bags, and the cups were on their own tray. I ASKED: "Is everything there?" Of course, ma'am, the straws are in the bag. I left, but didn't check. I ARRIVED HOME: COLD, SOFT, AND UNCOOKED FOOD... NO STRAWS... NO FOOD WITH THE REQUESTED FLAVOR, CARAMEL, NOT CREAM... NO AMOUNT PAID, one cream-filled zeppole was missing. EVERYTHING IS DOCUMENTED WITH PHOTOS.

26/01/2026: The staff is really friendly. They even deliver to your table. The thing that keeps me coming back is that dogs are allowed. That's why we often meet up with friends.

13/12/2025: Terrible experience. The "plant-based" burger we ordered was supposed to have vegan bacon inside but there wasn't any. So we paid for something that wasn't there. The communication was pretty bad and they treat customers like intruders, especially the old woman who acts like the manager. They made fun of us for asking for vegan burgers and the woman treated us with huge disrespect in her eyes, making herself look important and ignoring our efforts to communicate. She even scolded us for leaving our heavy bads on the chairs like we expect her to watch them. This kind of attitude is just unexpectable and makes you want to leave immediately. The "plant-based" burger doesn't even have vegan cheese nor mayo(why is it called plant-based then?). Everything was falling apart. NOTHING like the pictures. Huge no-no.
