08/05/2024: Very disappointing lately. When you order takeaway the coke is always out of gas and the portions of chips are half full. Tonight I had ordered (and paid for) 2 sauces and they weren't in the bag (unfortunately, I only noticed it once I got home). I'm sorry, because I felt good in the past, but for a few months now, I can no longer say the same thing. I hope they return to their past quality.

07/04/2024: I went to this Old Wild West for lunch during my last visit to the Le Befane shopping centre. I got some onion rings and a hamburger to eat. The fried onion rings were delicious. They almost tasted like they were freshly made with a fresh onion straight out of the fridge. The sandwich, specifically the "20 year Smash Burger", is a little more normal. It was certainly good, and we can't argue with that, but I've tasted even better ones. Let's say that, in terms of quality, it was halfway between a sandwich from a fast food restaurant and one from a real sandwich shop. However, it was appreciable that the fries were included with the burger. Wild West style atmosphere, very rustic, with soft lighting and wood everywhere. Service normal. Prices not too exaggerated. If you get a burger (with fries included) and something to drink, you can get away with less than €20. It's worth trying.

28/03/2024: The quality of the products is not as excellent as advertised. The hamburger meat leaves something to be desired

21/03/2024: TOO SLOW, my lunch break was spent waiting about 20 minutes for an order (in total there were 3/4 orders) and there were a lot of them. Staff listless, distracted and very slow in my opinion. I worked in a MC for about two years and we "flew into the kitchen" especially at lunch and dinner.

08/05/2024: Today 05/08/2024 at 4.00 pm, a 10/10 to the employee who is on duty who served me, as well as advising me, she helped me with the procedure on the phone and is very nice, she greets all the customers, she deserves a promotion in short ♥️

29/03/2024: When I say the words "Old Wild West" I sometimes get demotivating responses regarding the quality of the food and hygiene. In all honesty, leaving aside the original and pleasant environment, I have never found poor quality food or hygiene problems. However, an improvement could be made: bring back the nuts!

05/04/2024: A measly slice of bacon for the size of the sandwich would require at least 3 slices, in all the other MC's the chips are always freshly made so they are quite hot after eating the sandwich here perhaps they prepare too many I always find them cold or at most lukewarm It shouldn't be like this. I hope someone in charge reads my review and does something to improve

08/05/2024: In this Old wild west of Cento the food is good, of quality and well cooked (despite the prices which were already a little high before but have recently increased again anyway... the quality is there) too bad that in the other Old restaurants wild west around Bologna, same prices but the food is not the same in quality and flavor 😒maybe cooked differently?

29/04/2024: Bad service, and I repeat BAD, starting from the curly girl who with a listless and rude air showed us a table to sit at, which was also dirty and sticky, followed by the Moroccan girl who took our order, doing practically everything wrong and in a , after having pointed this out to her, she very rudely replied that it was our fault... without words... if you don't want to work, quit!!!

05/04/2024: That they don't know how to help you on the apps. For discounts this is just the last straw. Which I later discovered was very simple. Rude staff.

31/03/2024: I wanted to let you know that every time we order something there is something wrong, for example today we got food and a CHEESEburger was missing the cheddar slice

04/04/2024: The worst beer I've ever had in my entire life. I took the large menu specifically to have the medium beer, but I had to leave it there because it was undrinkable. If you're a teetotaler, it might be fine: the food is in line with that of other Burger Kings. If you want to have a drink, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

02/04/2024: I've been coming here for years Monica is her colleague a few minutes ago, as well as being VERY KIND as usual, they offered me a FREE Shake I will also return to Romania in another 20 years Always fast and professional. Even when it is packed with people, the staff does their best to please the customer. Of all the Burger Kings in Italy, I would recommend Bologna without a doubt as the best. See you next time 🙏

03/05/2024: I ordered strips of beef with rocket and cherry tomatoes, I waited just long enough to have the dish, it must have been about fifteen minutes more or less, the boy arrives with the dishes and I am shocked... there was no rocket on the plate , but about the iceberg salad, I asked him why and he replied 'we ran out of rocket', it's fine that it's over, but at least be warned, I would have had something else. The meat however was cold and chewy. It's a shame about the dish, because the nachos that are served as a compliment are really delicious, and the atmosphere isn't bad. The menu was wet, probably with disinfectant gel on some pages, we had ordered a bottle of water which we had not opened and before paying the bill we had asked if it was possible not to charge us and to give it back, the answer was yes, but then he charged us anyway, and when we asked him about it, the guy was a little taken aback by saying that he thought we wanted to take it home and said yes, to have it taken away... then he tried to solve it the problem by removing it from the bill, but the overall impression was not the best. Again, it's a shame, because if we wanted it could be more.

14/04/2024: Non amo questo genere di locali ma se si deve andare ad uno spettacolo all’auditorium della fiera e si vuole mangiare un po’ prima o subito dopo questo ristorante è purtroppo una scelta quasi forzata e non certo entusiasmante. C’è poco da recensire: la cucina è standard un po’ come in tutto il resto della catena ed è il format che lo prevede. Posso solo dire che l’organizzazione è buona, il servizio veloce, la qualità discreta, i prezzi a mio avviso troppo alti per il genere di cibo, di ambiente e di tipologia di locale. Quanto meno dovrebbero essere inseriti in menu un maggior numero di proposte che possano consentire anche di pranzare con una spesa complessiva più contenuta a quanti abbiano l’esigenza di non passare nel locale la serata ma di fare solo uno snack-pasto veloce.

26/03/2024: Personale del tutto impreparato, difficile capire cosa c'è nei cibi e nelle salse proposte. Poca varietà nonostante un menù di grandi dimensioni ma con foto enormi ...poi i piatti...nulla di che carne discreta ma proposta antica e soprattutto di tipo vieni una volta non ci torni più. Prezzi eccessivi per il menù proposto.

02/04/2024: The place is also nice, the staff at the table were friendly, but the quality of the dishes is somewhat questionable. If you get burgers they fill your plate. If you take more… I paid €9.80 for a thin piadina with two strips of peppers, two of courgettes, the onion I don't even know if it was there and a spit of something which, reading the menu, had to be fondue with scamorza. A whole different story compared to even the idea that one can get by reading the menu. Terrible!! Really, really BAD!!

30/03/2024: I went for lunch on Wednesday with my son: service was slow even though the place wasn't crowded, at the end of lunch I asked for a coffee at the counter otherwise we wouldn't have gotten up again, the hamburger bread was terrible, it looked like it was three days old; in general throughout the chain I noticed smaller sandwiches compared to some time ago. Very greasy fried.
