01/06/2025: terrible service arrogance of the employees at mc drive towards customers I went to the mc drive at 1:30 and was forced to wait 30 minutes without an answer when I asked for information they refused to give me the order justifying that the mc drive was closed left the mc drive and a car that entered was served normally

25/04/2025: I don't usually write more negative than positive reviews but this time I'm sorry I have to. 1pm, place with only 3 tables occupied so the service had to be quite fast. Instead, we waited more than 10 minutes to order because they gave priority to those at the counter. They apologized to us because they had forgotten about us, ok it can happen but then the service was fast. It's a shame that the piadinas which are supposed to be good here, however, were dry and empty: one slice cooked and the other raw... let's not exaggerate, eh! Normal prices but only if the piadinas were good in my opinion! Good coffee on the other hand.

20/05/2025: I gave two stars not for the bar or restaurant but for the environment itself. I was quite surprised at how dirty the environment was; crumbs on the floor everywhere, chairs at the tables with the cushions all ruined. This place must be old by now because I have known it since I was in the first year of middle school. Maybe it is time to do some modernization of the place and try to keep it a little cleaner in general because I found it really, really dirty.

22/04/2025: Absurd original dodecahedral chicken. I admit that I reached an orgasm when I ate the first piece of non-oily chicken with perfect golden breading. 02/04/2025: Excellent venue! Both from the point of view of the really good food and the welcoming environment. There is a wide and very inviting choice, with XXL menus and even vegetarian choices. The staff are also very friendly and noteworthy for the value for money.

02/04/2025: I went to eat with a group of friends, I had already heard of Hamerica's because it has an excellent reputation in Bologna. The environment is very nice with attention to detail, the service is perfect with very kind waiters ready for any request, I would try everything on the menu because any dish makes your mouth water. The guy at the register also recommended the beers to have and they were all super spot on compared to the dishes chosen. I would definitely eat there again. P.S. The best cheesecake I've eaten so far.

24/05/2025: The food and the environment are really nice the problem is booking in the sense that I tried to book online and nobody answers me and then I tried to book by phone itself.

19/05/2025: Unfortunately it didn't live up to the good memory I had of the brand... the kindness and helpfulness of the waiters wasn't enough to raise the rating, due to the cuisine. I ate with my family and a couple of friends... My Dakota wasn't very good and other people had a similar opinion.

08/05/2025: Burger King for me is the best, first of all, what you see and order is exactly what you get to eat, it has a cozy place to eat with the view of the main road and a park. But if there are a lot of people sitting there, you probably can't find a place to sit

31/05/2025: I placed an order through Glovo, it took them more than an hour to deliver it to me but the fact is that it was in preparation for 40 minutes or more, then at least I expect good food after such a long wait instead I received the opposite: it was dry, they added condiments that I didn't request etc.

22/03/2025: Locale spettacolare, cibo ottimo, musica di qualità, eventi organizzati bene e soprattutto il titolare disponibile, attento, simpatico e generoso. In un sabato dove ci saranno state qualche centinaio di persone, ha trovato il tempo di accoglierci, scambiarci qualche battuta, raccontarci la sua storia e offrirci da bere a due ragazzi di Senigallia che si erano trovati lì un po’ per caso. E’ stata una serata splendida, merito anche suo. Consiglio vivamente di frequentare questo posto e seguire la pagina Instagram perché ci sono tanti eventi interessanti grazie davvero spero che questa recensione possa ripagare un po’ dell’impegno e del sacrificio che sicuramente mettete per realizzare questo bel progetto

22/03/2025: Pessimo in tutto sia per il cibo e drink e staff non faccio mai recensioni ma questa volta non posso passarci sopra locale bello solo per ascoltare un po' di musica se no sarebbe da chiudere immediatamente

03/05/2025: Just ordered and picked up from this place. Store manager chatting at the checkout with her friends and making people wait for you to pay and delaying the order. Inedible, cold, rubbery and burnt chips. Sandwich that was completely disassembled as soon as it was opened... mc toast perhaps the only thing they managed to make come out normal. Below other outlets.

16/12/2024: For the service and the environment, if I could have given zero stars I would have done so. I went to this place to buy "a truly King combo", the collaboration with One Piece. I found a bare and dirty environment, with the automatic checkouts turned off and not dispensing the receipt. We asked a girl in the room for information and she reluctantly informed us that we had to go to the cashier. There we paid and asked if it was possible to choose the shirt offered. The "manager" (?) on duty yells at the employee at the checkout that you can't choose the colors and then leaves. I certainly won't be coming back again.
