18/09/2024: Mi marido y yo nos alojamos en el agriturismo de Susanna durante aproximadamente una semana en junio. Fuimos tratados como familia. La unidad que alquilamos tenía una cocina completa y un patio justo fuera. Susanna y su madre nos invitó a un desayuno delicioso cada mañana. No hablábamos mucho italiano, pero usamos google translate según fuera necesario. La piscina es preciosa y limpia. Había otras personas que usan la piscina durante el día. Disfrutamos conociendo gente de la comunidad. ¡Todo el mundo era tan amable! Fue la base perfecta para nosotros mientras visitábamos los pueblos cercanos de mis abuelos. Fue un viaje especial. Alojarse con Susanna lo hizo aún más especial. Nos sentimos como si viviéramos allí! Esperamos volver a alojarnos con Susanna.

08/08/2024: I was in this wonderful place with some friends for an after dinner at the Gala. The barman was very knowledgeable and made us some phenomenal cocktails, the service was also impeccable. I'll be back!

06/08/2024: A marvel in every sense. The hotel has a great location, next to the Vatican. It has a pool with a bar which is great. The staff is excellent, in every way, friendly, helpful, I think it has been the best experience of the entire trip. When you arrive after the day of suffocation and you get into the water, you drink a cool beer, you see Rome with a different sense. To highlight, the staff at the Amaro, Fiorentina are charming and Marco is great, a great person, a great professional, helpful, decisive, I can only thank them for making us spend our stay. Also thank the pool staff, the waiters who were serving it and don't forget the reception and concierge staff, who were so kind and attentive. The dinner at Follie was wonderful, exquisite and really good, to highlight, the cod pil pil in the Italian way, the excellent carbonara, the octopus and in general everything we tried, as well as highlighting the kindness of the chef and room staff to which better. At the Gala, the dinner was excellent and the treatment was similar to that of the Follie. Super friendly and helpful. In addition to the delicious dinner, the octopus, the pinsa, everything in general. Without a doubt, we would return to Rome for the hotel and especially for its staff, of whom only good things can be said. Thank you very much for everything and receive a big hug from the guests of 509.

07/12/2024: Good food, shame about the quantities, truly negligible given the cost. Before ordering, I specifically asked the waiter how many ribs there were in the "ribs in BBQ sauce" dish (the quantities were indicated in all the other dishes on the menu) and I was told 6: the dish arrived and there were only 4. The side chips were very few (the accompanying sauce was excellent). I spent €30 and left the restaurant hungry.

08/12/2024: One of the best sandwiches ever. Original selection of beers (unfortunately, however, my beloved Bitter and Dunkel are always unobtainable). Generally excellent and refined products, which naturally raise the cost compared to the average for this type of venue

23/11/2024: We ate at this place for the first time after hearing so much about it. The sandwiches are really excellent, I took an "Oklahoma traditional burger" which is a special sandwich and has smashed meat inside, onions fried in the meat juices, mustard, gherkins and BBQ sauce; the bread was a potato bun and was really soft without ever being chewy. I would have avoided the gherkins because they were a little out of keeping with the flavor of the sandwich but apart from this little thing it was worth a lot. All the flavors were well balanced. The only flaw were the chips which, which are paid for separately, were really full of pepper/spicy in fact they can cause a bit of discomfort. There is no coca cola but they have a "mole cola" which would be their similar coca cola zero. The staff is also quite slow in coming to take your reservations but certainly friendly. The environment is cold, we had to have dinner with a jacket and we were inside. For the rest I would say it deserves to be tried!

17/08/2024: Questa sera sono stato a cena con i miei genitori. Volevo fare i complimenti a tutto lo staff; personale gentile e cordiale, dinamico, preparato. In particolare faccio i complimenti alla ragazza che ha preso le comande (non so il nome), e la simpaticissima Alessia che è stata super professionale, gentile e rapida, che ci ha servito con molta cura. Tornerò nuovamente. Anche i miei genitori sono rimasti molto colpiti. Ps: mangiare 🔝 Alberto Loi

06/10/2024: Drinks, service and location always at the top! I would only add a few snacks to the menu to accompany the cocktail, (e.g. nachos, "classic" chips) But in any case 5 stars well deserved!

08/12/2024: We went for dinner and found a beautiful environment, well decorated for Christmas, warm and welcoming. We ordered the pulled pork, really good, and the brisket, super soft and tasty. The only consideration to make is that the side dish with the dishes was really poor and therefore it is practically mandatory to add the side dish separately (even for the pulled pork where it was indicated that it was served with red cabbage salad). As a side dish we had the mashed American sweet potatoes which wasn't bad, although it should have been slightly creamier. We also ordered the chips (also available in a version with American potatoes), very good. For dessert we had the creme brulee and the dessert with mascarpone, biscuits and dulce de leche: EXCELLENT. The welcome aperitif also deserves praise because the truffle sauce was really good. I also have to mention that at the end they brought us a big jar with marshmallows in it that we could eat at the end, after the coffee. Finally, excellent service. The girl who looked after us was really good and nice. The only note that I would consider negative was the fact that they came to ask us for the bill at the table (while the other tables got up and went to pay calmly at the cash register) and it gave me the impression that they were afraid that we left without paying.
