11/06/2025: good food like mc donald's and clean environment, both work and public. what struck me was the service: I had taken a crispy mcbacon wrap and it was served to me with the piada base a bit in pieces. I kindly asked if they could remake it, since I couldn't eat it well and without batting an eyelid they remade it with more care and apologizing. I really appreciated the service given because they immediately realized the mistake made and solved it. I consider THIS an excellent service and a perfect relationship with the customer, you are sure to eat in a place where care and attention to the customer is respected, we on the other side should do the same for them. I thank again the boy in charge of preparing the sandwiches for the kindness and courtesy shown :)

12/06/2025: Warning. Takeaway. Sandwich arrived with mold stain underneath. Luckily I always check before eating.

02/06/2025: Large spacious airy, products as always top, fast and friendly. Very tidy clean and above all with large decent bathrooms!!! A must stop when you arrive in Bologna or before leaving!!

30/05/2025: Meal vouchers are formally accepted, but the POS systematically refuses them, forcing payment with another means. Another means (credit card) that works punctually. This happens ONLY in the BK chain. And this makes me think...

27/05/2025: I had a problem with the payment by debit card at the cash register and I paid in cash but the payment by debit card that both I and the clerk thought had been cancelled due to technical problems was later charged to me so that in the end I had to pay twice for a menu. The manager replied that if in the following days she had not credited the money back to my account I could come back for assistance in this regard. After two weeks I went back and another manager welcomed me and I explained what had happened and with great kindness they let me use the menu that due to the technical problem I paid twice and I must say with great kindness and a nice way of treating the customer. I thank the employees of the McDonald's at the ferry terminal always very kind I have been going there for many years. Bye

29/04/2025: In this McDonald's I noticed obvious difficulties in organizing the staff. I don't know if it was a matter of inexperience or a particularly chaotic day, but the efficiency left something to be desired. The real Achilles' heel remains the service: with a little more training and coordination we would be better off.

12/06/2025: I went to the Mcdrive on foot in the morning at 3 to order a sandwich, because at the Mcdrive in Certosa they always made me order, the very rude and impolite manager invited me not only to go to the Mcdrive in Certosa (if it had been open I would have done so) but also to urge me to find a bike that if I returned with it he would give me the sandwich. But are we serious? I'm not ordering from Cracco...

Ritorniamo spesso con piacere in questo luogo molto suggestivo, dove, oltre alle camere dotate di ogni comfort, troviamo un grande chef con esperienza internazionale che presenta menù raffinati preparati con sapienza utilizzando materie prime di eccellente qualità (per le carni chianina per un'ottima fiorentina servita su pietra calda e sale affumicato tra le altre, innumerevoli piccoli e ricercati antipasti caldi e freddi in aggiunta a salumi e verdure sia fresche che conservate in ottimo olio d'oliva locale e ottimi primi piatti preparati con cura e originalita' mista a tradizione. L'accoglienza del proprietario Vincenzo e' sempre sorridente, accogliente e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, oltre che molto professionale. Inoltre il b&b affaccia sul bellissimo borgo di Roccagloriosa del quale e' possibile visitare l'antico centro storico, i ruderi del castello risalente al VI secolo dal quale si gode un belvedere mozzafiato sul golfo di Policastro fino a Maratea e la costa calabra, oltre al ritrovamento archeologico della citta' sepolta di Fistelia risalente al V secolo a.c. i cui reperti sono custoditi nel locale museo. Esperienza dove si lascia il cuore e dove si ha il piacere di ritornare.
