16/06/2026: I get home and the fries from a menu and the sauces are missing. I made a mistake in not checking the bag, but the McDonald's in Corsico doesn't see me anymore. Unbelievable. Instead of reclaiming customers after the burgers are getting smaller and smaller, we're starting to not give them what people pay for. I'm really pissed. My son, who just had his birthday, is without fries. Never again. Burger King forever.

03/05/2026: I ordered a large crispy onion and bacon, at the drive in they make me a sandwich with just one hamburger, a slice of cheddar and onions... when it should have been a double hamburger and also with bacon, 12.10 for the sandwich... not to mention the classic coke served instead of the zero and hard and black potatoes... bah I don't even waste any more time doing the rounds again and going back

09/07/2026: Unbelievable. Yet another incompetent Burger King! Is there a Burger King anywhere in Italy that operates professionally and fairly for the benefit of the paying customer? It's not necessary to be served like a king, but at least with a little respect and better organization. I arrived at 10:20 PM. The order was fulfilled at 10:24 PM. There was only one other person ordering at the same time as me. At 10:34 PM I'm still sitting there without my food. Yet I see that my two burgers have been ready for a while, as have the fries. I'm given a lame excuse: "We had problems with the burgers 🤦🏽‍♂️," even though they were actually already ready. Then he put everything on his tablet, brought it to me, and then laughed with his colleague. The burgers were dry, the fries were okay. A sorry and beyond unprofessional situation: it makes me want to never set foot in a Burger King again. Maybe you should get some lessons from McDonald's!

09/05/2026: Excellent experience despite an initial hiccup. I had ordered via the app, but there were some issues with Glovo's delivery management. The Burger King staff responded promptly and with great professionalism, taking charge of the situation and ensuring my order arrived at my door. Truly excellent and super efficient customer service!

03/05/2026: I often come for lunch after the pool and find speed, hospitality, and quality standards. Just what you're looking for at Mac. Today I have to note for the umpteenth time that when Mr. Shehan, a young man probably from Sri Lanka, is on duty, the place is always clean and tidy.

28/04/2026: It's not open 24 hours. From 11 pm onwards, it's drive-thru only.

20/05/2026: They gave my order to someone else, and when I asked them about it they were rude.

20/05/2026: Highly not recommended. I had a Dubai McFlurry with extra toppings. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo, but it was unsightly. It looked half-eaten, and there wasn't even half a glass of ice cream left. When I asked if they could make me another, I was told that the portion sizes were correct, but if that were the case, McDonald's would have gone out of business by now. 😂😂😂 In short, avoid going there. Opt for a McDonald's that isn't downtown.

30/11/2025: The shithole of restaurants and their staff. Spending €30 on a cold, day-old burger. An incomplete sandwich without all the ingredients and a first-rate rudeness. It would be better to employ people who have a modicum of desire rather than simply annoyed and arrogant.

11/07/2026: By far much better than McDonald's... The fries are good unlike the competition and the rest is good too even if I'm not a fan of fast food so to take the kids there once a year it's more than fine!

15/06/2026: Excellent food, Zangaloro is a guarantee. Very professional and friendly staff, fast service. Highly recommended.

19/07/2026: A disaster! We waited 20 minutes to be served, standing at the counter without anyone explaining why we had to wait. People kept cutting in line to get their orders. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed, even though there weren't many customers! We finally got our order without a single apology. They barely even looked at us. The wrap was very average. The fries were good.

13/07/2026: By far the worst Mac in Europe. I always visit at least one in a given city. It's a disgrace, poorly cleaned, and there's no air conditioning or ventilation on the first floor. I don't recommend it!

11/07/2026: Free parking at the port, pub located in a fantastic setting, young and friendly staff who exude youth, super-good sandwich (planet)! We reluctantly ran away because we had a ferry! Thanks guys🖤 🖤

24/06/2026: Very disappointed. The burger was tiny and not very tasty; the only redeeming feature was the melted cheese on top. The "fresh fries" listed on the menu were actually just chips from a bag, refried and served as if they were a specialty. The service and friendliness of the staff were questionable. The only positive note was the beers, which were unique and good.

03/07/2026: Excellent service, clean premises and very helpful staff.

30/06/2026: Today, June 30, 2026, I'm having dinner at MC in Gerenzano with my family. After a half-hour wait, everything arrived freezing cold. The place was also half-empty, and usually when there's three times as many people, it arrives within two minutes. My daughter politely went to ask for an explanation and brought back the frozen fries for an exchange. She hadn't received the two toasted sandwiches she'd ordered. The manager questioned whether the toasted sandwiches had arrived with her order, when that wasn't the case. She refused to take responsibility for what happened, questioned my daughter's word, and responded very rudely. I would conduct a background check on the staff you hire, not out of malice, but out of professionalism, even at a simple fast food restaurant.

15/07/2026: The standards at this McDonald's have really dropped. We ordered food at the drive-thru, but unfortunately, after we got home, we realized the Coke was dirty water. It tasted like nothing, they'd put in a drop of Coke, I think, and the rest was all water—paid for Coke, obviously. They should definitely rethink their staff training and supervision.
