30/12/2025: It's a shame there are so few photos, and only of beers! There are no photos of appetizers, toast, sandwiches, club sandwiches, etc.

21/09/2025: A pub like you're finding less and less often... "Rude" in the best sense of the word, honest and informal. A place where you can enjoy a good beer with a sandwich or some appetizers at a fair price, or maybe teach your kid how to throw darts or play table football. The menu is varied, and Michele, the owner, is super welcoming.

15/03/2026: Had breakfast at the cafeteria: out-of-service order boards, ordered at the counter, coffee and cappuccino served in paper cups and croissants 🥐 served directly on the tray on a paper napkin, instead of the classic pittino. Very disappointing. Oh, I forgot: the icing on the cake: cappuccino and croissant cost €2.70 when at all the other Macs they cost €2.50... ugh!

15/02/2026: Terrible place, too small and chaotic for the number of customers. I immediately regretted paying because I then had to wait with a crowd of people all crowded in front of the balcony, waiting for their number to be shouted out. Not at all organized.

23/05/2025: Tonight we went to the mall to eat right there We arrived (there were 3 of us) at 8:30 PM. Closing time was 10:30 PM. There were two people before us and all 5 of us were told that the kitchen closed at 9:00 PM. So we decided to leave. I would say bad behavior... I don't think that's the way to welcome customers I've never seen anything like this!

24/03/2026: I had a double hamburger, it had no seasoning and no salad and tomatoes and not even cheese as their menu said, soggy fries apart from this the education they have towards customers is terrible, NOT RECOMMENDED, DISGUSTING NEVER AGAIN

20/03/2026: Terrible experience! I hadn't been there in a while and really wanted to go back, but I don't think they'll see me again! At the drive-thru, the people taking orders also make money, and rushing to finish the order doesn't help them do a thorough and complete job. Plus, I started my order with a girl and suddenly found myself talking to a guy (I guess because of a shift change... ugh!). They left ice in my drink (which I only discovered when I got home), they didn't put a sauce in my order, and when I realized it when I picked it up, I couldn't even have it because I didn't have the 30 cents... what can I say! 🤷🏻 I'll go back to the competition!! 👋🏻

04/01/2026: I've probably sat down there a couple of times and ordered takeout 4–5 times. The food quality is excellent, especially considering it's conveniently located. Unfortunately, the organization leaves a lot to be desired: bad sandwiches and extremely long delivery times are almost the norm. Avoid it on weekends, and if you want to eat within a reasonable timeframe, you're better off looking elsewhere.

Pub B House is unfortunately distinguished by a total lack of seriousness, professionalism, and respect for the customer. This isn't an isolated incident, but rather a clearly habitual way of working. Enormous and completely unjustified delays, payment immediately collected, and then nothing: no option to cancel or change the order, no assistance, no solution. Once the money is taken, the customer is simply ignored. Inappropriate behavior that borders on mockery. Communication is nonexistent: they don't respond, they don't warn, they don't apologize. The customer is left hostage to waiting, unaware, as if it were an inconvenience and not the very reason the place exists. The food is of poor quality, poorly prepared, and far from what was promised. Added to this is a sense of general poor hygiene that leaves more than a few doubts about cleanliness, food preservation, and basic procedures. What makes this even more serious is that numerous very recent reviews (even from just a few weeks ago) report the exact same problems: absurd delays, lack of communication, low quality, and sloppy management. This is a clear sign that nothing is being corrected and that the poor service is structural. In light of all this, a place like this shouldn't operate on delivery platforms, where reliability and customer respect are paramount. Continuing to allow them to work online means exposing other users to the same unacceptable treatment. Honestly, more than a negative review, this is a call for action: urgent checks by the health authorities and a suspension of business until minimum standards of hygiene, quality, and fairness are guaranteed. Absolutely avoid. This isn't a matter of bad luck, but of chronic incompetence and a total disrespect for those who pay. By the way, I'm not attaching photos because nothing ever arrived.

22/12/2025: I found a pleasant surprise in this restaurant. They serve both pizzerias and pubs with traditional dishes. The beer is also excellent. I recommend it if you want a quick bite to eat and a drink, or even a night out with friends. I personally ordered fried rice balls with zucchini flowers and Ascoli olives, a pizza with artichokes, pancetta, and melted pecorino cheese, and a medium beer.

11/01/2026: We went to this place at 8:30 pm, the temperature was freezing. I ordered a club sandwich and they had run out of sliced ​​meats. It can happen even if you're in the middle of service, it's not midnight. I asked for a vegan burger and it ran out of this too, and there weren't 1000 people in the place, but maybe 15. In the end, I got a cutlet with no shape or form. We left smelling of fried food, looking like we'd worked in a deli.

04/01/2026: A terrible experience in every way. From the moment we entered, my companion and I noticed a dirty and neglected environment, but despite this, we decided to go in because you can never judge from the outside. Once we were seated, we immediately realized it was extremely cold, so much so that it made our stay extremely unpleasant. We ordered an appetizer, which we had to send back because it was served cold. At that point, I checked the sauces on the table and discovered that all the mayonnaise had expired. I mentioned this to the lady in the dining room, who was rude and unprofessional; even worse, she didn't even remove the expired sauces from the other tables, even though they were the same ones. Annoyed by this correct observation, she was unable to offer us alternatives to pair with our food, and furthermore, she left the expired sauces on other tables, while customers continued to consume them. The burgers were the final blow: inedible, so salty that they completely covered every other flavor. You couldn't distinguish the ingredients; the only thing you could taste was the salt. A truly negative experience, with poor hygiene, poor-quality food, and rude staff. Absolutely not recommended.

12/03/2026: We arrived and there was already ample parking. The place is large and suitable for children, where they can play in an interactive room. There's also an 8-disc movie theater available for birthday parties. The food was very good, and the place was clean and the staff were helpful. We'll be back soon.

25/02/2026: The restaurant is really clean and the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly, which is not a given. The manager takes great care of her customers. We'll definitely be back.

16/02/2026: I took 2 takeaway menus and when I got home I noticed that the sandwiches were made with half hamburgers and frozen, speechless

15/02/2026: Fast food sandwiches and wraps with beef, chicken, and some veggie options. Wraps are less filling than they used to be. They often forget to give out more wipes. Drinks are scarce. The bathrooms have been quite clean lately. There are some deals available with the app.

09/10/2025: I ordered two sandwiches from Just Eat, one regular and one gluten-free (there was a gluten-free Schär bun option). Once the sandwiches arrived, I noticed that the gluten-free one was clearly not a Schär bun (which I know well because it's the one used at McDonald's) and was identical in appearance and texture to the other regular sandwich. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but there was no answer. The result: a ruined dinner and a waste of money.

09/10/2025: I believe that ordering a gluten-free sandwich (which should be schär, according to the menus on delivery apps) and receiving one that contains it is quite dangerous for the consumer. Furthermore, we tried calling several times to get an explanation, but obviously received no answer. Terrible.
