20/12/2024: Parking too small and place always very crowded

15/12/2024: One star because you can't do less. Before sitting down I had to clean the table, but unfortunately the handkerchief was not enough, as there was encrusted dirt. Once the food arrived the chips were cold and so were the nuggets. The waste station around it had small fin bones, but the girl who had changed the bin bags shortly before evidently considered them part of the furniture.

21/12/2024: Staff almost annoyed in serving tables and taking orders. 45 minute wait during lunch break, almost empty place. Sandwich arrived still cold and meat almost frozen. To do it again another 15 minutes of waiting.

14/12/2024: When I can I gladly go to this place where I find good food and excellent staff. From experience I recommend chicken with baked potatoes. Thanks guys 🫶

24/08/2024: Excellent little spot to escape the heat for a fresh juice. The home made protein bars are delicious!!!

06/08/2024: It’s okay I guess. The fruit bowl is just a yogurt in a plastic cup. €5.50 for a yogurt seems a bit much. Cappuccino was nothing special.

01/12/2024: I bought a big tasty mcbacon menu and a big tasty mcbacon sandwich at mcdrive. but when I got home there was only a big tasty one and no bacon! I called and they said I could come back but they couldn't give me a voucher for my next purchase. Terrible!!!

01/12/2024: Panini fatti sempre frettolosamente con gli ingredienti impilati storti e parzialmente fuori dal pane, per cui poi se vuoi riuscire a mangiarli senza che ti cada il ripieno devi cercare di rispostarli tu a mano o servendosi di tovaglioli.. brioches a colazione di produzione industriale troppo evidente, di bassa qualità per sofficità, secche dopo mezz'ora che le hanno sfornate. Peccato , preferirei pagarle un po' di più ma mangiarle di più alto valore dell'impasto, che me le ricordi per la bontà e non perché non ci sia aperto nessun altro alle 6 del mattino.

20/07/2024: We waited a very long time for the order. We waited 20 minutes for the burger. Burger 🍔 dry cutlets. Not good. The potatoes 🍟 were soft, long cooked, and not tasty. The savory nuggets were delicious.

01/12/2024: Ottimo servizio dei camerieri, veloci, cortesi attenti, sopratutto il ragazzo cameriere che serviva di più la nostra area. Peccato invece per l’acqua: dovrebbe essere microfiltrata e invece ci siamo dovuti far cambiare due bottiglie, dato che in entrambe appena portate galleggiavano delle briciole (o residui da lavastoviglie?) nell’acqua. Nelle bottiglie sostitutive, l’acqua era pulita, ma le bottiglie avevano le pareti interne con qualche crosta: non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere da nessuna parte. Anche un tavolo di fianco al nostro si è fatto cambiare la bottiglia. Per quanto riguarda le mitiche costine (mitiche perchè sono stato molte volte in moltissimi Roadhouse di Domenica): tutte arrivate fredde, tranne una (arrivata calda per esplicita richiesta al cameriere, che evidentemente ha controllato che fosse calda prima di portarla), senza parole. Un vero peccato, pensiamo di essere stati molto sfortunati.. ma tant’è purtroppo

08/12/2024: Il locale e’ intimo, silenzioso ed elegante. Il personale gentile e rapido. Le pizze erano indimenticabili: leggere e dai sapori unici, soprattutto la loro “ Trentino”, molto grandi e con ingredienti freschissimi. Il tiramisù buono e diverso dalle numerose pizzerie che lo propongono a Palermo.

18/11/2024: Sabato sera esperienza pessima! Tavolo di quattro persone, tavolo regolarmente prenotato per 4. Abbiamo atteso un’ora subito dopo l’ordinazione. Ho ordinato pancia di maialino (che mangio da una vita) quindi so esattamente di che parliamo, mi viene portata una porzione con 4 mini fettine di carne che non era affatto maialino! Avevo ordinato per contorno una porzione di patate al forno, ne sono arrivate due contate inserite nello stesso piatto della carne e pagate 5 euro come se fosse una porzione di contorno a parte! Faccio presente al cameriere che è anche il titolare che non era maialino quello, lui mi risponde con fare aggressivo e ultra presuntuoso e arrogante dicendo che “lei non ha mai mangiato maialino in vita sua” io ovviamente ribatto inizialmente ma poi capendo l’antifona della sua cattiva educazione, lo mangio comunque e neanche riesco a. Finire il piatto perché mi viene da vomitare. Finiamo la cena, quel piatto è costato ben 28 euro più 5 euro di contorno di contorno di patate che erano esattamente due di numero, paghiamo il conto ma nessuno si è scusato! COMPLIMENTI PER LA QUALITÀ E PER L’EDUCAZIONE!

22/08/2024: I was there this evening, the environment was very dirty, there was everything on the tables and on the floor and people were slipping..... the service was terrible because the operators seemed angry with the customers and didn't offer help to those who asked for it, in fact while I was talking the cashier he turned his back to me without answering and to top it off the sandwich was dry, the hamburger was very cold and looked like a shoe sole.......I will definitely never go back there again

17/08/2024: I never thought I would get robbed on the MC Donalds parking lot. After a year of sacrifice and it's not true that the fear you made my family feel is the same, it will have to be reciprocated a thousand times. Yes, now you can celebrate with money and glasses and the cable but you didn't realize that this car also records the inside and outside with a Daschcam where you can see who did it. To the group of young people with the blue VW Passat dressed as Mirabilandia workers, pray to God because if it was you, tomorrow morning I will contact your employer immediately.

28/08/2024: I would say that by now the location seems a little dated in some places. In the evening there is no possibility of eating out because they say closed (😱) many would have liked to unfortunately, even though they don't understand the reasons, it wasn't possible. Staff a little distracted but courteous. The food doesn't live up to the reputation, and consequently the prices are a little high for what they offer. The dessert was not good at all, it didn't seem very fresh to us, we left almost all of it there. It has room for improvement!

24/12/2024: Lunch with family on Monday 23rd. We waited a long time and compared to the portions the cost was above expectations. Good quality food and friendly staff.

01/12/2024: The staff at the restaurant is always very kind and above all very quick. I generally get takeout and have never had to wait long. The portions of the dishes are generous and the price is excellent.
