03/12/2025: A wonderful place with excellent food and drinks: high-quality meat, soft buns perfect for burgers, and a wide selection of beers! The menu is constantly updated with selected ingredients. The takeout service is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome!

19/11/2025: Coffee shops are risky for me. Sometimes they're smart guys, sometimes I assume they're managers, green sweaters, horrible coffee, and cappuccinos worse than those instant ones.

23/11/2025: Large parking lot, good food, fast and friendly service. One of the two interactive tables doesn't work, and the men's bathroom, besides smelling of urine, is dirty (black corners), and you're stuck on the floor...

17/08/2025: The savory food was very good, while the desserts were cakes with the same flavor, but dry and cloying after a while. The presentation was very nice. Friendly staff.

12/11/2025: The outdoor parking lot is large and always has room. The interior has always been clean every time I've been there. The only drawback is having to wait for your order and the counter, and not having it brought to your table. As for the drive-thru, the line can move a bit slowly, but the staff at the toll booth where they take your order and where you pay have often been kind and friendly.

04/11/2025: Services beyond filthy. Cleanliness is nonexistent, and the cashiers are rude, failing to provide even the slightest assistance with app glitches or resolve issues.

02/12/2025: Good food, quality of raw materials and professional and above all polite service, ideal environment for a dinner and post-dinner both as a couple or in company, the only flaw was that the meat in the burgers which on the plate was tending to be cold, overall a more than positive experience

12/10/2025: Today 12/10/2025 we went for breakfast around 10 in the morning and it's not the first time.....after 15 minutes of waiting for cappuccino and croissant they tell me the croissants are finished and we have to wait a bit for them to put them back in the oven......empty place not many people there was already a customer who was arguing with the staff me too......I laughed about the money back... now I understand why in the morning it's always empty..........female manager tells me to wait again.....they open at 9 I arrived at 9.45 and she tells me there were people out of croissants.....it's absolutely not true......remove breakfast if you are not capable of managing........

14/09/2025: The place is very clean, the staff is well-organized, and they work hard to prepare burgers and other delicacies, making them true explosions of flavor. The beautiful Miriana and the other girls, always smiling, make this place top-notch. McDonald's in Thiene is super.

09/09/2025: Totally messed up, unable to manage. I waited an hour for the menu. Lots of people running around and yelling.

19/10/2025: The food arrived late and cold, the staff was unhelpful and arrogant. The floor is sticky and the tables are dirty. I didn't have high expectations given the reputation, but not that much... I don't recommend it, but rather the competition...

19/10/2025: When I walked in, there was a cloud of smoke. I'm genuinely worried. The food arrived 20 minutes late, and I had ordered cheese balls.
