27/09/2025: This bad review begins with me asking the service clerk to clean the table, which was covered in crumbs and hair. So he takes the cloth from the trash can and cleans it. He returns to the container and cleans it too, all around the edges. When he realizes he's done, he leaves the cloth there to ferment bacteria. Furthermore, the black and greasy floor, the window frames, and everything around it were teeming with dirt. Unnerved by the scene of normalcy on the part of the clerks, who indifferently watch these scenes of poor hygiene, I report the matter and am told, "Thank you." He then makes the cloth disappear. And that's it. I hope the amount of negative reviews out there is enough for the manager to reconsider his work and do something about his team, because work should be a serious and conscious service, not a favor granted with the desire to live underfoot and the conscience of someone who doesn't care. 27/07/2025: The pub is on the road, and unfortunately, parking is difficult. One of the two dining rooms has broken air conditioning, which isn't exactly the best these days. The staff is inattentive, the service is incredibly slow, and you have to wait a really long time to eat. Even though the food is of good quality, the sandwich arrives freezing cold because the side dishes are from the refrigerator and don't heat them up. The baked potatoes are freezing cold, the eggplant is freezing cold, the burrata is frozen, and the bread is soggy and not very well-grilled. It's a shame, because, as I said, the quality of the food was good. The meatballs were delicious, even though the menu said 6 meatballs, but the plate only served 5. The fries? Well, those everywhere are good! They need a lot of improvement.

29/11/2025: Five of us ordered five burgers, all undercooked; the inside was red and completely raw. From what I'm told, this is how they cook burgers. Serving undercooked burgers can be dangerous because the ground meat can contain bacteria like E. coli and Salmonella, which are spread during the grinding process. Unlike a whole steak, where bacteria are only on the surface, burgers can also be contaminated inside. Undercooking doesn't kill these microorganisms, creating a risk of foodborne illness. Overall, the burger was unpretentious. I also didn't appreciate the fact that as soon as I received the bill, I immediately got up to pay, and when I returned, they had already cleared the table while the other diners were still seated.

01/12/2025: I'm a regular customer of this company, and since I don't have much time, I use the drive-thru, expecting everything I've ordered and PAID for in my bag. However, it's very common to find sauces missing, and sometimes even the wrong sandwiches. Imagine, after a grueling day at work, getting home, opening the bag, and not finding a single item you requested at the order counter. If I were the manager, I'd get rid of the incompetent, rude, and even uncoordinated employees. I won't add anything else; it speaks for itself. HORRIBLE!!

27/11/2025: Unworthy, like all the MCs in Verona, two sandwiches with two Cokes and nuggets for €30. I order a chicken sandwich, specifying no cheese and more crispy onion. He replies, "Yes, okay, there's no onion." I tell him that it's in other sandwiches, so if he could have added it, I would have easily paid extra. I reiterate, specifying no cheese and no sauces. When I get home, there obviously weren't even straws for the Coke, so the service was less than zero. Why are they paying you? I still don't understand. I open the sandwich because I'm skeptical. There was cheddar. But excuse me, if I had been allergic, would I have had to throw the sandwich away? If I tell you no cheese and no cheese, no, you can do whatever you want, leaving out cold sandwiches and raw chicken inside. I repeat, as I said at the beginning, unworthy. This is the second time something like this has happened, and I've already had a sandwich changed!

15/12/2025: We paid for an orange juice. I went to the bathroom as you needed to buy something or pay for the toliet. Turns out the line was so big you didn’t even need to scan the QR code. only women’s ONE toliet!! After 30 minutes of waiting I get in and it’s blocked!!! Went to collect my orange juice but my husband still was waiting for the 30 minutes I was in the bathroom. When I went to complain they didn’t even explain and they get saying it was coming. This was after having asked them many times even after 5 minutes. Terrible experience

12/08/2025: My wife and I entrusted Simone and Sara with the open bar service at our wedding. Nothing to say except... Fantastic! They're two young, but already very experienced and very professional guys. They pampered us and made everything right. The cocktails were delicious, and they were always kind and courteous.

04/11/2025: Disgraceful experience. I left work late, got home at 10:30 pm, and decided to order McDonald's from Via Notarbartolo through Glovo for a quiet meal... and I still couldn't eat! They forgot the fries again, and the food arrived cold, inedible, and without any attention to detail. The absurd thing is that Glovo no longer gives refunds for this place, probably because they constantly mess up orders. A McDonald's run like this is a disgrace: terrible service, no customer service, and awful food. After this, I will never order from them again.

26/11/2025: Terrible experience repeated several times in the last few months... especially at the MC drive, inadequate staff... I ask for a large Coke which I pay regularly and I am served half... the inexperience is evident but above all the passion is lacking... undoubtedly the quality has also deteriorated in my opinion.

16/11/2025: We showed up after going dancing; two girls were on duty. They came out of the back and told us the cash registers were jammed and they wouldn't let us order. Luckily, it was supposed to be open 24 hours a day. We were forced to go all the way to Fisciano for a crappy Crispy McBacon. Since he moved, the quality of service has dropped dramatically. Thanks for ruining a lovely evening.

The menu is constantly updated with selected ingredients. The takeout service is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome!
