16/12/2025: But who do the staff talk to, given that they constantly wear earpieces with microphones and DON'T LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS, thus serving them terribly? The woman at the bar who was chattering into her earpiece (and clearly wasn't listening well to customer requests) did everything wrong: someone asked for a cappuccino to go, and she put it in a cup on the tray, and when the customer tried to remind her, she just didn't understand! In the end, he gave up and consumed it on the counter. Another person asked for a teaspoon, but couldn't be heard at all, so he ended up having to get it himself; another asked for a piping hot cappuccino, but it arrived tepid, almost cold... And she was constantly chattering into her earpiece! Is this intentional? A guy remotely in their ears to DISTRACT the staff so that the (paying!) customers are served poorly? Booooooooh

07/12/2025: The place is spacious, the service is fast, the food and cleanliness are ok. Cons - I ordered a McFlurry Baci and got vanilla ice cream with just chocolate sprinkled on top.

03/05/2026: I ordered a large crispy onion and bacon, at the drive in they make me a sandwich with just one hamburger, a slice of cheddar and onions... when it should have been a double hamburger and also with bacon, 12.10 for the sandwich... not to mention the classic coke served instead of the zero and hard and black potatoes... bah I don't even waste any more time doing the rounds again and going back

28/09/2025: The atmosphere is a bit shabby, but it's nice to have lunch overlooking the sea. The welcome was warm. The pizza is very light, the sandwich soft and with the right combinations, and the fried food is good and plentiful. I recommend it.

18/06/2025: Had the bacon and eggs. Eggs were only offered one way (sunny side up) but we're prepared well. Bacon was ok - if you prefer crispy bacon you will be disappointed. Overall it was nice if you want something other than just a pastry and want some protein with your breakfast. Good value for the price.

11/05/2026: So I was served the new Dubai chocolate-flavored McFlurry... half melted, and the portion seemed smaller than usual... it's not worth it. I almost never come here for sandwiches because they're always cold and the chips are stale and dry... now even the desserts aren't good.

29/04/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience at the McFlurry Drive-Thru on Via Preare in Verona. Unfortunately, it's not the first time this has happened, but today it was beyond belief. The waits are always interminable, even for the simplest orders: it's unthinkable to have to wait so long even for a McFlurry. Today I wanted to try the new Dubai Chocolate flavor, and because the amount of "standard" toppings is often ridiculous, I even paid extra to get a decent product. I ordered two McFlurrys, but after a long wait, they only showed up with one, and even without the bag with handles (which was paid for separately). I had to point out the mistake, which led to even more waiting. As if that weren't enough, the McFlurrys still didn't have the extra sauce I'd paid for: practically "normal" products after all that wasted time. Long waits and incorrect orders: a truly frustrating combination. I understand there can be busy times, but that seems to be the norm here. Service was inattentive, and the organization needs a complete overhaul. Without a doubt, for me, it's the worst McDonald's in Verona. I've only been going there recently because it was the closest, but after experiences like this, I've decided I'll never go back.

09/05/2026: An employee, hopefully, given that he wasn't uniformed in the kitchen, opened the sandwich box and tore it open with his hands before bringing an order to the table, right in front of the counter with all the customers. I find this very unhygienic.

04/05/2026: Hygiene is lacking, tables are dirty, greasy marks are even on the seats, trays are cleaned with a black cloth used to wipe down order screens. Let's forget about the restrooms. At this point, the question naturally comes to mind: was I right to throw everything away and get all worked up? I think so. If what you see is pitiful, imagine what you don't see. Then a restaurateur has to stress over HACCP regulations while the giants' affiliates do their own thing. Our country is beautiful, beautiful.

22/12/2025: I found a pleasant surprise in this restaurant. They serve both pizzerias and pubs with traditional dishes. The beer is also excellent. I recommend it if you want a quick bite to eat and a drink, or even a night out with friends. I personally ordered fried rice balls with zucchini flowers and Ascoli olives, a pizza with artichokes, pancetta, and melted pecorino cheese, and a medium beer.

02/05/2026: I just left the restaurant and I have to say I found the staff to be really friendly. The cleaning guy was smiling, the gentleman who served us was also very friendly, and they were very quick in delivering our order to the table. The bathrooms were clean, and finally, the fries were crispy. I'm from the Varese province, and I'd like to see this standard maintained there too. The only negative I wasn't the only one to complain about, as several customers commented, was that the air conditioning was a bit too strong and it was cold compared to outside.

05/04/2026: Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star. Finding a hair in a sandwich at a chain like McDonald's, which is supposed to give top priority to hygiene, is unforgivable. I contacted customer service, and they didn't even ask for a photo. Just an email apologizing. €35 thrown in the trash because of an employee who apparently doesn't have the proper clothing (hairnet and hat) for working in a kitchen.

09/10/2025: I ordered two sandwiches from Just Eat, one regular and one gluten-free (there was a gluten-free Schär bun option). Once the sandwiches arrived, I noticed that the gluten-free one was clearly not a Schär bun (which I know well because it's the one used at McDonald's) and was identical in appearance and texture to the other regular sandwich. I tried calling the restaurant several times, but there was no answer. The result: a ruined dinner and a waste of money.

09/10/2025: I believe that ordering a gluten-free sandwich (which should be schär, according to the menus on delivery apps) and receiving one that contains it is quite dangerous for the consumer. Furthermore, we tried calling several times to get an explanation, but obviously received no answer. Terrible.

02/05/2026: The MC food is average, so good for my taste. The space isn't too big, with parking out front. A plus is the friendly, smiling staff, which isn't always easy to find. Thanks.
