28/10/2025: The restaurant is well-kept! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they're very attentive to food allergies and customer needs, accommodating them whenever possible. We often return to take advantage of the weekly specials, especially on Fridays with the fantastic all-you-can-eat fried chicken.

18/09/2025: It was a truly heartbreaking experience. We went to the cashier to order and only 4 of the 10 screens worked. The cashier Eleonora initially made us order and then sent us away saying that we couldn't order from the cashier when in fact that wasn't the case. It was a truly heartbreaking experience. When we checked, we left and didn't even take anything.

18/09/2025: I went to this McDonald's to celebrate my son's birthday. When we arrived, I asked to speak to the manager (as previously instructed), but after waiting over half an hour, she didn't show up. Eventually, I was followed by an employee, the only one who approached. We organized a self-managed party for eight people, with a final cost of about €150. For a McDonald's, honestly, that's quite a budget. We had also purchased the cake directly from them, so it seemed natural to ask for the classic "Happy Birthday" song to be played during the cake service—a truly minimal request, to make the moment special. The employee said I should ask the manager, but she was in front of me, 10 meters away, busy preparing orders. The girl told her my request, yet the manager deliberately chose to ignore me. She never approached me, looked me in the face, and then turned her head away. After another 20 minutes of pointless waiting, I gave up. In the end, I asked for at least the cake, without music. The same employee brought it hastily, left it on the table without saying anything, with the candles still unlit, and quickly left. I asked her for a lighter, and the response was: "Why, you don't have one?" I wonder: is a customer really expected to bring a lighter from home for a cake they bought there? After 5 minutes, the lighter arrives. Then another 5 for the plates. Then another 5 for the knife. Everything was delivered little by little, as if every request was a nuisance. The manager never showed up or was heard from, completely ignoring the situation. A person like that shouldn't even be in the public eye. If I could I would give zero stars.

15/09/2025: Super Angelo, always available!!! Highly recommended... excellent burgers and excellent beer in a casual atmosphere nestled in a sports complex (arena and soccer/rugby fields).

15/09/2025: Spacious and relaxing spaces, large parking lot and service to the sports facilities. Excellent sandwiches, crispy fries, top-notch beer! A must-try evening with the kids!

06/04/2025: McDonald's di Eboli, personale spesso scortese, soprattutto il dipendente con gli occhiali e i capelli attaccati, già una volta ci tolse il numero per le ordinazioni al tavolo. Anche questa volta non ci ha consegnato l ordine al tavolo e siamo dovuti andarlo a prendere, quando sul tavolo c'è un QR con scritto ordina qui e te lo portiamo noi. Ripeto già una volta lo stesso dipendente ci tolse il numero di mano.

12/10/2025: McDrive experience on Sunday afternoon was awful. Wait times were incredibly long, the sandwich base was incredibly hard, and the wrong order was made for different fries than the ones I ordered. Unfortunately, I only realized this when I arrived. There's a lot of room for improvement.

29/09/2025: Super negative review. I threw a truly pitiful party. The girl who was in charge left, so I had to ask for music for the cake. I don't think this is a party to entertain the kids. I'll give it a star because I have to, but it was below zero.

27/07/2025: The pub is on the road, and unfortunately, parking is difficult. One of the two dining rooms has broken air conditioning, which isn't exactly the best these days. The staff is inattentive, the service is incredibly slow, and you have to wait a really long time to eat. Even though the food is of good quality, the sandwich arrives freezing cold because the side dishes are from the refrigerator and don't heat them up. The baked potatoes are freezing cold, the eggplant is freezing cold, the burrata is frozen, and the bread is soggy and not very well-grilled. It's a shame, because, as I said, the quality of the food was good. The meatballs were delicious, even though the menu said 6 meatballs, but the plate only served 5. The fries? Well, those everywhere are good! They need a lot of improvement.

10/10/2025: I called to ask if they had gluten-free sandwiches, and they said yes. I made a reservation for the same evening. I placed my order, obviously with the gluten-free sandwich, and after 15 minutes the waitress came back to me saying that, unfortunately, they made a mistake and didn't have any gluten-free sandwiches. So I ordered something without bread. However, I asked for a discount at the end, of course. When I got to the cash register, I reminded them of the discount and was promptly told it had already been applied. In the photo, you can see the actual discount: not even €2. You be the judge... It's not the discount, but rather the mockery.

14/11/2025: My partner and I went to Maccafé for a cappuccino, and Lorenza, a red-haired employee with glasses, was chatting with her boyfriend and ignored me after I placed my order. The first time, she told me outright that they didn't have lactose-free milk, so I had to leave empty-handed. The second time, she made my coffee five minutes later, after she'd been talking to her boyfriend. The service was appalling; I'll never go back.

12/11/2025: I ordered a breakfast menu with ginseng, a croissant, and freshly squeezed orange juice. When I picked up my order, I noticed an insect in the juice and politely asked for a refill, which was granted. I picked up my order again and headed upstairs, and again there was an insect in the juice. Please pay more attention to these things; I asked for freshly squeezed juice, not a bug for breakfast.

24/10/2025: There are no stories, Elys is an institution so just a few words for this review to justify the more than well-deserved five stars. Quality and speed are always top-notch. Very nice staff. It almost feels like going to eat at your mother's. I've always had a great experience from the first to the last time. Ely's has never disappointed me.

19/10/2025: I almost always went to eat there with my partner and, despite knowing that one of the women who works there is called Claudia Tassi, she had a very compromising conversation with my partner on Instagram.

06/11/2025: I booked through The Fork and we had a family dinner on the evening of November 5th... the lady in the dining room was incredibly friendly, the food was good, and the place was well-maintained. If we're ever in the area again, it'll definitely be a regular stop.

29/09/2025: I didn't know there was a Kids' McFlurry, too bad I ordered and paid for a regular McFlurry. I politely pointed this out at the checkout, and they told me it was normal for it not to even fill half the container (looking at me as if I'd said Putin was my best friend).
