08/03/2026: We booked on Instagram for a birthday party, and they initially accepted our reservation, confirming they'd put us on the list. Then, on the birthday, as soon as we arrived, they told us the list was only a "waiting list," but since there were ten of us, we wouldn't even have priority access (so the point of putting us on the list by deliberately creating a misunderstanding is unclear). The girl responded rudely, saying, "You're neither first nor last, you have to wait." When we asked if we could have at least one dessert after all this fuss, the answer was that if there was any left over at the end of the evening, they'd give it to us. Zero professionalism. The surprise was ruined; they knew it was a surprise party, and first confirmed on Instagram that we'd arrive at a certain time (which we even showed up early), and then told us we'd have to wait who knows how long. We always came, although they never agreed to pay separately, evidently to avoid POS fees, even though the prices are high. We'll never make that mistake again. P.S. Since they activated the ephemeral messaging feature on Instagram and I wrote to them at two different times, I don't have the screenshots where they also asked me for the name of the list. Response: After the review was published, the restaurant responded, citing possible defamatory content and highlighting the staff's professionalism. I should point out that the review simply reports what happened to our group last night. The request had been made via Instagram at a specified time; upon our arrival, we were told that it was actually just a waiting list that didn't guarantee entry. We, a large group, experienced all of this. Furthermore, it was stated that the ephemeral messaging feature hadn't been activated by them. However, the Instagram chat screenshot clearly indicates that ephemeral messaging was active. Regarding the professionalism cited in the response, I can only report the impression I had during the interaction with the staff, which wasn't cordial. I'll leave readers to draw their own conclusions.

The manager, let's call her that, said that one of us had to eat alone inside because we couldn't take the chair and put it next to the table. Even the high chair was forbidden, so where do you think they're going to put my baby in my pocket? 03/02/2026: The staff was unfriendly and lacking in customer service. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the premises left much to be desired: there was paper trash on the floor and food residue (such as chips) on the chairs and sofas. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of a restaurant and should be treated with greater care. I hope management can take action to improve both staff organization and hygiene standards.

30/11/2025: The shithole of restaurants and their staff. Spending €30 on a cold, day-old burger. An incomplete sandwich without all the ingredients and a first-rate rudeness. It would be better to employ people who have a modicum of desire rather than simply annoyed and arrogant.

01/12/2025: Don't get ripped off! They don't bring you what you order and they even charge you for oxygen. Very nice atmosphere, but we had dinner and if I had known beforehand I would have gone to a Michelin-starred restaurant for what we spent. The average burgers cost between 13 and 16 euros (the quality is medium-low, nothing fresh), the fried foods 6.50!!!! Plus we got some mixed upside down (very poor for the price) where they promised cheese + pickles, or eggplant balls BUT NOTHING of the sort! Replaced with fried polenta and mozzarella balls. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she replied: This is what was available. Absurd. Adding that in addition to the cover charge, they asked me if I wanted some bread to go with the meat and I found it on the receipt!!! Absurd! Then again, it was bread that wasn't defrosted and good! But not even that. Total 54 euros for 2: a hamburger, a skewer, a beer (less than 6.5, not even the 33 in a can) and a canned drink.

04/04/2026: The meat is old and the cooking leaves something to be desired. The space is small. I strongly advise against it. I hope it was only in my case.

07/04/2026: Yesterday was a low point (perhaps it often happens at this restaurant). Yesterday, I arrived at Burger King at 10:00 PM and found it busier than usual. I could see two billboards out of order due to missing receipt paper. After paying, I waited half an hour before eating. During this time, there were roughly four employees preparing food for at least 30-40 people. I found the service disorganized; there was no table service because everyone was rushing around the kitchen to fulfill orders. To top it all off, the 8D Cinema, a children's attraction, has become a cleaning room.

06/04/2026: We placed an order with Glovo at 9:07 PM and canceled at 11:01 PM. They didn't answer our phone calls, they didn't give us any news. They won't see us again, terrible service.

23/03/2026: Since there are only two McDonald's in La Spezia, I can say it's quite competitive. Both are excellent. Even at Mc's delle Terrazze, you can find quality products and friendly staff. In my opinion, the staff is EXCELLENT, and they know how to treat all customers in the best possible way, always with a smile. Being inside the shopping center, there are plenty of tables to sit at. The cleaning staff are always under the watchful eye of the staff, who keep everything impeccable. I recommend it!

29/03/2026: Not only was our 8:30 PM reservation moved up two hours, but I also found the confusion in the place completely embarrassing. If you know you can't handle two groups at the same time, or if you know that moving one (as happened, a group passed us and entered before us, pretending to have our table and the 8:30 PM reservation) won't guarantee seating for the second, then it's better than just not making a reservation. Plus, after waiting an hour (before briefly heading home) in the cold, we definitely expected better treatment. 🤷‍♀️

12/03/2026: I'll start by saying I don't usually write reviews because I'd rather never return to that place... but the rudeness and arrogance of the staff really annoyed me. The platter was presented with burnt bread... (see photo) Cured meats fresh from the fridge, frozen caponata, and chicken not even heated in the microwave. The chips... as they call them on the menu, are nothing more than bagged crisps and pureed (at least the fried ones would have saved some face) specify that on the menu IN A BAG. The spritz?? Never mind.... The Aperol wasn't even there. I asked for clarification and was asked if I wanted to change anything... I said no, thank you, and we went to pay without having touched practically anything... I explained the reason for my complaint and was told it was a useless criticism... they didn't even have the "nose" to charge for at least one person and apologize... at least to try not to get a review... Because we're not even thinking of returning, much less recommending it.

10/07/2025: The staff was a little rude, and it's unacceptable to pay 50 cents for coffee.

18/06/2025: Had the bacon and eggs. Eggs were only offered one way (sunny side up) but we're prepared well. Bacon was ok - if you prefer crispy bacon you will be disappointed. Overall it was nice if you want something other than just a pastry and want some protein with your breakfast. Good value for the price.

03/04/2026: My favorite hamburger brand, wherever I go the taste doesn't change. What's more, the toilets are free.

02/04/2026: Fast food better than Bolo, along with Chicken Taste, hands down. They have issues with the cash registers every now and then.

15/02/2026: I arrived well over 40 minutes before closing at Mac Drive, as soon as I arrived I was asked to wait, the wait was 15 minutes so after asking several times I scanned the various QR codes on my own and then I was asked to go to the cashier but after another 20 minutes they told me that they could neither let me pay with my debit card nor with cash and that my order could not be processed all this for a total of 40 minutes, now I can understand everything but if you can't process my order maybe next time you tell me right away...
