The famous burgers...fast service...polite staff. But be careful, there are people who target tourists. They tried to steal our bags!!!

After the renovation, there's more space and it's more comfortable. However, the staff never cleans the outside tables. They're always dirty, pigeons crawl on the tables, defecate on them, and no one cleans them. Not to mention, they should be disinfected. The hygienic conditions are terribly precarious.

Friendly staff, especially Mrs. Alessandra. She's a really nice and cheerful lady. She helped us a lot with our order; she's truly a smiling and polite woman.

The staff was perfect, as was the food and cleanliness. The problem is that a single McDonald's, not even particularly large, is obviously too small for all of Como.

21/04/2026: The usual new McDonald's. Service is fairly fast, but lacks empathy and friendliness. Too much air conditioning. It's freezing.
15/04/2026: I got take away. The fries were cold when I walked out of the restaurant. Very slow service. A lot of people just standing around doing nothing.

02/01/2026: Tasty, generous burgers and crispy fries, all freshly made. Good value for money. Definitely worth trying again.
26/12/2025: Best place to eat Halal food. It’s easily accessible from both Como and Lecco Area. Their best signature burger is Mega Chicken Parmaggiano and then Naan Tikka grill is the second best. Just try these two , you will thank me Later
