10/04/2026: It’s a really bad place. The waitress are so rude and they shout us for they own mistakes and made us to pay more. Also the quality of the food was less than average for the grilled restaurant.

22/04/2026: Terrible experience. Today, April 22, 2026, at 12:50 PM, we were treated terribly by a cleaning worker (from I.M.I.). He forced us to interrupt our order and literally kicked us out of the restaurant with extreme rudeness and disrespect. ​Despite the fact that the kiosks were free and the kitchen was open, he wouldn't even let us order takeout. To add insult to injury, we weren't refunded our money. This is unacceptable behavior for a place like McDonald's.

25/11/2025: I'm reviewing an experience I had a couple of years ago. I ordered a pizza over the phone after not stopping there for a year. After a year, the price of the pizza had increased by about 50%. I mentioned this to the cashier, and she rudely told me it was my fault because I hadn't asked for the new price list. It's not entirely incorrect, but a 50% increase for the same pizza from one year to the next is unthinkable. The food was also fair; I'm giving it a 4-star rating, even though it's nothing special, by all accounts. My impression is that Neapolitans flaunting Brianza's culinary traditions is a bit strange, but that's just my opinion.

29/04/2026: I'm making this review, but then the usual automatic service will answer me anyway. Read them, they're all the same. What can I say? The unlimited drinks have been nothing for a while. The receipts are out of the question. You have to remember the number by heart. They take away the number. The table service, and in all of this, they're much more expensive than McDonald's. With all the negative reviews I've read, the head office should take away the management... This would be better for improving the restaurant.

03/05/2026: The pizza is better when you order to take away. We ate there the last time and the pizza wasn't cooked enough. The fries were totally greasy. The chips for the nachos tasted old and there was cold grated cheddar on top. I definitely wouldn't recommend eating there.

29/03/2026: The rating isn't so much for the food or the atmosphere, but for the staff, who were truly kind and patient. Yesterday we went to a friend's son's birthday party and were impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the entertainment staff.
