McDonald's In Ancona

Far be it from me to frequent fast food restaurants, though... in the "Ospedale Torrette" area, it's one of three places to eat here. Being a suburban area frequented mostly by people visiting relatives in the hospital, who don't have a car, there's practically nothing beyond desolation. I think in these cases, the Mac is a lifesaver... after trying the only restaurant in the area, the next evening I opted to come here to the MC and eat cheaply. I wasn't thrilled with the sandwich; it didn't have much flavor... but the fries with cheese and pancetta were amazing, really delicious. The staff was fast. The next morning, I also decided to have breakfast, and I must say, the cappuccino was truly creamy and frothy, and the croissants, even though they were frozen, were really good! So, all in all, if you want to at least survive in this desolate area... It shares a parking lot with the Coal supermarket, so it's quite large, and there's also MC Drive. Of course, on Saturday night it was packed with kids and families.... In the morning, everything was really calm.

All good, lunch with nine friends. All good.

Coming from Belgium, I'm quite impressed by the large touchscreen with games for children. A great innovation. They should also increase their caramel stock; when I ordered ice cream, there was very little because they were running low.

Excellent food, no doubt. But they're terribly organized when it comes to taking orders.

This classic fast food restaurant from the same chain has good parking and is easy to get to. Its flaw is that it's located on Via di Torrette, which leads to the highway and the hospital—in short, one of the busiest roads in Ancona. If you like a quieter place, choose another McDonald's...
