18/09/2025: It was a truly heartbreaking experience. We went to the cashier to order and only 4 of the 10 screens worked. The cashier Eleonora initially made us order and then sent us away saying that we couldn't order from the cashier when in fact that wasn't the case. It was a truly heartbreaking experience. When we checked, we left and didn't even take anything.

18/09/2025: I went to this McDonald's to celebrate my son's birthday. When we arrived, I asked to speak to the manager (as previously instructed), but after waiting over half an hour, she didn't show up. Eventually, I was followed by an employee, the only one who approached. We organized a self-managed party for eight people, with a final cost of about €150. For a McDonald's, honestly, that's quite a budget. We had also purchased the cake directly from them, so it seemed natural to ask for the classic "Happy Birthday" song to be played during the cake service—a truly minimal request, to make the moment special. The employee said I should ask the manager, but she was in front of me, 10 meters away, busy preparing orders. The girl told her my request, yet the manager deliberately chose to ignore me. She never approached me, looked me in the face, and then turned her head away. After another 20 minutes of pointless waiting, I gave up. In the end, I asked for at least the cake, without music. The same employee brought it hastily, left it on the table without saying anything, with the candles still unlit, and quickly left. I asked her for a lighter, and the response was: "Why, you don't have one?" I wonder: is a customer really expected to bring a lighter from home for a cake they bought there? After 5 minutes, the lighter arrives. Then another 5 for the plates. Then another 5 for the knife. Everything was delivered little by little, as if every request was a nuisance. The manager never showed up or was heard from, completely ignoring the situation. A person like that shouldn't even be in the public eye. If I could I would give zero stars.

03/10/2025: Pathetic service and experience. Food is okay, but the guy at the billing counter was not friendly.

09/10/2025: A place that oozes absolute negativity from every brick and mortar. I can't find a single positive point. I'm a business owner, and from experience, I know for sure that the staff can make a positive difference to a restaurant, even if it's part of a chain. In this establishment, it's the complete opposite! Poorly prepared dishes...greasy fries with a strong fishy smell, and sandwiches with a poorly treated interior, to say the least. Extremely rude staff! Incorrect bill, but resolved at the cashier by an annoyed and arrogant employee! It really puts you off. I don't recommend it!

26/09/2025: During a recent school trip, my class and I stopped at McDonald's in Busto Arsizio for lunch. Part of the group, particularly some female students, had brought a sandwich from home, a circumstance agreed upon with the teachers for organizational reasons. Initially, a staff member strongly objected to the consumption of food not purchased on-site. However, after one of our teachers intervened, the restaurant manager authorized this on an exceptional basis, given the unique situation and the limited number of people involved. Despite this, the employee in charge of distributing the sandwiches continued to be rude, insistent, and disrespectful, repeatedly telling us to "eat quickly and leave," effectively ignoring the manager's permission. On one occasion, she even made a completely inappropriate and rude comment to a student who had done nothing, telling her to "don't eat and shut up." This behavior created a strong sense of unease among the entire group. As if that weren't enough, a student who had purchased a sandwich found a screw inside. Naturally, the sandwich was replaced with another after she notified the staff of the problem. However, this is still an extremely serious matter from a hygiene and food safety perspective. Such an incident could have had very serious consequences and cannot be ignored. We expected a chain like McDonald's to meet a minimum standard of professionalism, hygiene, and customer service. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and concerning from both a human and health perspective.

06/04/2025: McDonald's di Eboli, personale spesso scortese, soprattutto il dipendente con gli occhiali e i capelli attaccati, già una volta ci tolse il numero per le ordinazioni al tavolo. Anche questa volta non ci ha consegnato l ordine al tavolo e siamo dovuti andarlo a prendere, quando sul tavolo c'è un QR con scritto ordina qui e te lo portiamo noi. Ripeto già una volta lo stesso dipendente ci tolse il numero di mano.

05/09/2025: There's a female employee who waits tables, but I don't think she's been there very long. I'm sorry to say this, but she's very rude and easily irritated. She's not very young, probably in her fifties. As for the rest of the staff, everyone is very kind.

18/09/2025: The staff were extremely kind and professional....we even went to compliment the manager on this. The food was very good. The only downside was the noise from the children screaming outside, using the toys provided. Other than that (which wasn't a minor annoyance, though), the rest of the experience was a very positive one.

15/09/2025: Wonderful experience. We were there for dinner last night. It was very crowded and our order was delayed, but there was a very sweet and polite waiter, Adriano, who apologized and paid close attention to our order. He made us smile and immediately accommodated our request. ❤️

27/07/2025: The pub is on the road, and unfortunately, parking is difficult. One of the two dining rooms has broken air conditioning, which isn't exactly the best these days. The staff is inattentive, the service is incredibly slow, and you have to wait a really long time to eat. Even though the food is of good quality, the sandwich arrives freezing cold because the side dishes are from the refrigerator and don't heat them up. The baked potatoes are freezing cold, the eggplant is freezing cold, the burrata is frozen, and the bread is soggy and not very well-grilled. It's a shame, because, as I said, the quality of the food was good. The meatballs were delicious, even though the menu said 6 meatballs, but the plate only served 5. The fries? Well, those everywhere are good! They need a lot of improvement.

08/06/2025: essendo di san giorgio e abitando in zona ho avuto la possibilità di andare in questo pub svariate volte e non mi ha mai delusa. personale attento, servizio veloce e panini di buona qualità e tanto saporiti.

23/08/2025: Unpleasant experience at Bites. Despite having a reservation, we arrived after about two hours. Staff were sparse and unhelpful. The pizzas arrived around 11:20 PM, when we were already very hungry and had little patience. Two stars for the food only for the salmon pizza; the other one was unclassifiable. Honestly, it's not a place I'd recommend.

23/08/2025: Terrible organization. No point in booking, as the table won't be ready. Mediocre food; you can definitely find much better in Palermo. The all-you-can-eat on Fridays is definitely not worth it, and be careful not to leave anything on your plate because you'll definitely be overcharged. The overcharge might be okay, but wasting so much precious time standing outside isn't. I'm surprised this place is still popular. Plus, it's super noisy.

17/09/2025: Rarely do other places serve such a hot, creamy sandwich and hot, crunchy fries. The same can't be said for the ice cream and donuts, which were a bit softer than at other places.

10/09/2025: Since I was a child, I've always eaten sandwiches at McDonald's in Mercogliano. I was there the other night and had a disappointing evening. We found a hair in the sandwich, the wrong bun, and a missing number of fries. Disappointing evening due to the service.

28/08/2025: Amazing burgers with generous portions and excellent fries; you're guaranteed to eat some great sandwiches and leave feeling full and satisfied. I'll definitely be back.

07/09/2025: I placed an order with Glovo. The bacon in the sandwich tasted completely rancid. We threw it all away. A completely ruined dinner.

05/09/2025: Juicy, beautiful and delicious burger. most likely the best burger place in milan. 100% recommend. only thing id change is the amount of garlic on fries, it was a bit too much for me. other than that everything is great and is worth its price.
