12/10/2025: For the price, the meal is really good: a chicken burger with fries and a drink. It's quite cheap and filling. The only thing I noticed was that the burger bun was a little dry, but otherwise, it was really good.

23/05/2025: Tonight we went to the mall to eat right there We arrived (there were 3 of us) at 8:30 PM. Closing time was 10:30 PM. There were two people before us and all 5 of us were told that the kitchen closed at 9:00 PM. So we decided to leave. I would say bad behavior... I don't think that's the way to welcome customers I've never seen anything like this!

05/10/2025: Excellent buffet restaurant with endless food, desserts, and drinks (including beer and wine)! The atmosphere is wonderful, especially during Halloween with the themed room. Rock music, including a customizable playlist and rock-themed settings.

04/11/2025: An experience bordering on shame. A kilometer-long line at the drive-thru due to a malfunctioning terminal (for a change), and cold, absent-minded ordering on some items. The blonde manager, with a strange accent, confidently asserts that "her guys" are certain they've filled the correct order. Too bad they'd already been pointed out that the cup was missing, in the menu promotion with x factor. Poor service, from the food to the service!

31/10/2025: This is a Great Crispy McMenu; I pulled it out because there were so many people. I don't recommend taking out, or at least check what they give you: they slipped me a menu that costs €6.60 instead of the €10.60 one.

26/10/2025: For a fourteen-year-old's birthday party, I booked and agreed with the manager on the Smash menu, consisting of a burger, fries, and a small appetizer for €10, for 12 kids, plus drinks and cake, which he kindly offered at a discount from €65 to €50. That evening, the girl went to pay: €300. The next day, I called for an explanation; the famous manager answered, checked, and stammered that the kids had ordered extra items. I replied that the set menu was chosen specifically to prevent the kids from randomly ordering the whole restaurant, and he agreed with me and said he'd speak to the colleague who took the orders (but he's the manager!) and if I wanted, I could call back. I replied that if he had anything to say, he should have called me back himself. Of course, no one heard from me. Very rude and unprofessional. Avoid.

05/10/2025: I ordered with Deliveroo.. terrible experience: the rider picked up the order half an hour late, the food (if I can call it that) was extremely tasteless and the sandwich was poorly seasoned... you are the saddest McDonald's I have ever had to deal with.

07/11/2025: Since reopening, the place has changed a lot. The quality of the sandwiches has declined, and they no longer serve fries. With the decline in quality, the price of the classic burger has dropped, although one sandwich isn't enough to satisfy your hunger. The selection of sandwiches has also decreased. As for service, you now have to go and get your food yourself, along with any sauces, napkins, etc. We ordered crispy chicken for starters. The price remained the same as before reopening, but I don't think they make them themselves anymore. Despite everything, the location is nice, but honestly, I preferred it before reopening.

12/08/2025: My wife and I entrusted Simone and Sara with the open bar service at our wedding. Nothing to say except... Fantastic! They're two young, but already very experienced and very professional guys. They pampered us and made everything right. The cocktails were delicious, and they were always kind and courteous.
