15/06/2026: I got myself a chicken teriyaki burger on the 14-th of June, around 20:30-21:00. Almost broke my tooth as i bit into the burger, the chicken somehow felt harder than steel. Honestly didn't like the whole experience, but otherwise the restaurant is alright.

29/12/2025: Soon they'll give me the food in my hand without wrapping it. I'll start by saying that I always go to drive-thru, I need to have 8 hands to pick up the stuff. They don't give you what you requested and PAID for. Out of three times, two were missing something. Yesterday I told the girl about it and she was annoyed and gave me the missing stuff. In addition to increasing the price, they also took away the paper bag!!! It's collapsing, I'll go elsewhere...

24/07/2026: Two days ago I came to Jalapeno (I'd never done that before). I ordered the sandwich and the first thing I noticed was that if I had to remove an ingredient from the sandwich, we'd have to pay €1 more. Crazy! At this point, I wonder, "Does someone with a tomato allergy have to pay €1 more?" During my time at the table, as soon as the sandwiches arrived, a woman behind me lit a cigarette. The staff, despite going around the tables, didn't dare ask her if she could put it out, thus compromising my enjoyment. I noticed something in my sandwich as soon as it arrived: I couldn't find any scamorza, so I asked a waiter to help me figure out if there had been a compromise or if they'd put so little that it wasn't even visible. In the end, the scamorza was clearly not smoked, even though it said so, but there was a slice stuck to the top slice of the sandwich. For me, it was a terrible experience, especially because of the €1 surcharge. For goodness sake, one wouldn't worry about that little, but for me, it's a no-brainer. In short, if you don't want to die, you should pay an extra €1. Deal with it, and the fries were soft and obviously frozen. As for the price, I'm not complaining too much, but I'm sorry to say it, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

11/01/2026: We went to this place at 8:30 pm, the temperature was freezing. I ordered a club sandwich and they had run out of sliced ​​meats. It can happen even if you're in the middle of service, it's not midnight. I asked for a vegan burger and it ran out of this too, and there weren't 1000 people in the place, but maybe 15. In the end, I got a cutlet with no shape or form. We left smelling of fried food, looking like we'd worked in a deli.

04/01/2026: A terrible experience in every way. From the moment we entered, my companion and I noticed a dirty and neglected environment, but despite this, we decided to go in because you can never judge from the outside. Once we were seated, we immediately realized it was extremely cold, so much so that it made our stay extremely unpleasant. We ordered an appetizer, which we had to send back because it was served cold. At that point, I checked the sauces on the table and discovered that all the mayonnaise had expired. I mentioned this to the lady in the dining room, who was rude and unprofessional; even worse, she didn't even remove the expired sauces from the other tables, even though they were the same ones. Annoyed by this correct observation, she was unable to offer us alternatives to pair with our food, and furthermore, she left the expired sauces on other tables, while customers continued to consume them. The burgers were the final blow: inedible, so salty that they completely covered every other flavor. You couldn't distinguish the ingredients; the only thing you could taste was the salt. A truly negative experience, with poor hygiene, poor-quality food, and rude staff. Absolutely not recommended.

02/06/2025: A pub with good potential. But many things to review: Staff: only two people who had to manage everything (reception, counter, kitchen) with small problems arising from this. At times even annoyed. In addition, given their difficulty in managing 15 people present, to be able to take an order, a lot of patience was needed. Precisely for this reason, potential orders were skipped because we didn't want to wait for someone to arrive after 15 minutes. Beers: there is a blackboard in addition to the menu. So you expect the blackboard to be the most up-to-date (as is done in every place). But no. A third of the beers marked were not present. And the funny thing is that the ones annoyed were the owners! As if we shouldn't even dare to consider that blackboard! Those that were present were average anyway. Food: average fried food. Hamburgers absolutely to be reviewed. Just defrosted and grilled (I worked for years in pubs and the like). Too bad because if they had been treated better they could have had their reason. In conclusion: we probably had a bad night or they didn't expect such voracity XD. These are defects that can be corrected.

13/08/2026: Terrible experience. This morning, my family and I decided to have breakfast at this McDonald's—never again! The location in question is close to other businesses where we needed to make purchases, so we took the opportunity to grab breakfast. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the unavailability of the order kiosks, all out of service. So, after queuing at the register to place our order, I found myself met by a gentleman in his 60s who, evidently accustomed to serving customers between 70 and 90 years old (it looked like a senior citizen's club), displayed some difficulty with my order: • one croissant instead of two • he added foam from the hot milk from cappuccinos to the coffee I wanted with cold milk • I had ordered freshly squeezed juice and he forgot to make it for me, starting to take the order from the old lady behind me. I had to interrupt him and remind him. The gentleman in question was alone and had to handle all the work, both at the register and at the bar. The spoons and the juice glass were dirty (I didn't use them, but poured the juice into a paper cup). The cleaner, who was cleaning the windows at the time, started wiping down the tables with the same rag and the same product. Then there were flies everywhere. This morning, we perfectly embodied the concept of "fast" food; we were very, very fast. If I can, I'll make sure not to return in the future.

24/07/2026: An excellent experience at this location! The food was delicious and carefully prepared. We ordered takeout, and I greatly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff: before handing us the bag, they meticulously checked that nothing was missing from the order—a remarkable detail and very rare to find! Furthermore, the place is very well presented: clean, quiet, and frequented by a good clientele, which makes the atmosphere pleasant even for those who decide to stop by.
