07/03/2026: Unfortunately, over the years, this place has truly lost everything. Skip the Mexican menu because it's a collection of frozen items and the taste leaves much to be desired. The American-style pizza is somewhat redeeming, but even there, the ingredients don't seem fresh.

16/03/2026: My order arrived an hour late. I'm very dissatisfied with the store's service and delivery handling. I will never order from this place again.

12/10/2025: McDrive experience on Sunday afternoon was awful. Wait times were incredibly long, the sandwich base was incredibly hard, and the wrong order was made for different fries than the ones I ordered. Unfortunately, I only realized this when I arrived. There's a lot of room for improvement.
29/09/2025: Super negative review. I threw a truly pitiful party. The girl who was in charge left, so I had to ask for music for the cake. I don't think this is a party to entertain the kids. I'll give it a star because I have to, but it was below zero.

24/02/2026: The place is nice, spacious, and they bring the food to the table quite quickly, but I understand that you are full of people, but can you wait half an hour at the bar? For a coffee?! There are people who huff and puff every time I don't know how they can make customers wait so long and it's not the first time so just for this service I give 2

It's a fast food restaurant, not a high-end restaurant, so there are no expectations.
The only flaw I have with this place is the outdoor play area, which has closed and has been closed since the pandemic. It hasn't reopened since then. They must be devoted to the virus and care about the health of our children, which in the spring is a great way for the kids to play outside while we parents eat. Unfortunately, and I repeat, unfortunately, it's the only McDonald's that follows this policy. WHAT A SHAME!

28/09/2025: The atmosphere is a bit shabby, but it's nice to have lunch overlooking the sea. The welcome was warm. The pizza is very light, the sandwich soft and with the right combinations, and the fried food is good and plentiful. I recommend it.
22/09/2025: Opening hours are incorrect! Despite having a reservation, we had to wait half an hour! Service was okay.

29/12/2025: Soon they'll give me the food in my hand without wrapping it. I'll start by saying that I always go to drive-thru, I need to have 8 hands to pick up the stuff. They don't give you what you requested and PAID for. Out of three times, two were missing something. Yesterday I told the girl about it and she was annoyed and gave me the missing stuff. In addition to increasing the price, they also took away the paper bag!!! It's collapsing, I'll go elsewhere...
21/12/2025: Slower than sloths, with faces like a funeral, and terrible service. Let's add cold fries and a sundae that looks like someone else's leftovers....
Oh, I forgot, the place was empty!
I'm attaching a photo of the sundae my daughter got to give you an idea.
Even my 11-year-old daughter said, "Three hours for a really bad ice cream."

12/03/2026: Classic Burger King, but they have a bad habit: they close early.
11/01/2026: We were in Florence at the end of the year and stopped at this place for one evening. It was a terrible experience, to say the least, as it was incredibly cold. There was no heating at all, and all the tables were filled with people wearing jackets, shivering from the cold. The staff told us it was broken. It was basically like eating outside in 2°C temperatures. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but I hope it helps improve the working conditions of the staff, who were working hard despite everything.
Please fix this place.

10/07/2025: The staff was a little rude, and it's unacceptable to pay 50 cents for coffee.
18/06/2025: Had the bacon and eggs. Eggs were only offered one way (sunny side up) but we're prepared well. Bacon was ok - if you prefer crispy bacon you will be disappointed.
Overall it was nice if you want something other than just a pastry and want some protein with your breakfast.
Good value for the price.

16/10/2025: We went to Americans for lunch as a group of nine without a reservation, and the experience was truly positive.
The gentleman who served us, presumably the owner, was extremely kind and friendly, attentive to everything, and always with a smile.
The burgers are excellent, tasty, and well-prepared, and we really appreciated the convenient and affordable lunch menu.
The fries are good, with a special mention for the sweet ones.
Overall, a place where you eat well and feel at ease. Recommended, we'll definitely be back!
