03/05/2026: Truly shameful....two years ago I placed an order for €50 and couldn't get delivery because once I finished the order on the app, I didn't see the confirmation arriving, so I called and they were closed and to this day I never received the refund...today I tried to place the order on the app and everything went well, I called because this time too I didn't receive the confirmation and I heard the girl telling me that they don't deliver to Bellocchi...that can be understood but then why didn't the message that they didn't deliver to the Bellocchi area appear during the order process on their app? The girl tells me that she will refund me the refund in two or three business days or they will deliver at 9 pm, I prefer delivery at 9 pm rather than losing the money. So I can still get delivery, I paid €25 which included the €2 for delivery...when their internal delivery man arrived he asked me for another €2 for delivery because they delivered to a far away area...I'm speechless....

They don't give you what you requested and PAID for. Out of three times, two were missing something. Yesterday I told the girl about it and she was annoyed and gave me the missing stuff. 26/10/2025: What can I say... when we go, we feel right at home. Stefano at the console delights us with so many freshly made delicacies. In the fridge, you'll find a variety of beers unlike anything you've ever seen. Definitely worth returning to... or rather, returning again...

04/05/2026: I came to Italy and really wanted to eat bistecca, so I looked it up and came here. It's delicious and reasonably priced. The wine is great too! I went to the wrong branch and it was far away, but they were happy to accommodate me.

21/02/2026: Small burger joint in Isola, may be they are a chain... They have great burgers here in smash style and some fried chicken sandwiches too. The price range is regular for Milano, the place its not huge but still comfortable for a fast food type. I always come back when i'm in Milano. The marketing strategy its also interesting, the slogans and hints hanging in the walls.

11/11/2025: I have coffee and croissant here most mornings. My Italian is very weak, but the beautiful ladies who work there are always very kind and patient with my poor language skills. After a few visits, they had memorized my order. They often see me coming through their window, and have my order ready and waiting for me by the time I reach the counter. The place is small. The menu. is simple. I sit at a table 10 meters from the sea, overlooking the fishing boats, enjoying my coffee and croissant. It doesn’t get better than this.

The staff is not only untrained and incapable of preparing food, but also rude to customers, to the point of insulting, denigrating, and complaining about their jobs. The food is obscene, the portions are smaller than other restaurants in the chain, and it's poorly prepared. VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE, SHOULD CLOSE IMMEDIATELY.
