15/09/2025: Super Angelo, always available!!! Highly recommended... excellent burgers and excellent beer in a casual atmosphere nestled in a sports complex (arena and soccer/rugby fields).

15/09/2025: Spacious and relaxing spaces, large parking lot and service to the sports facilities. Excellent sandwiches, crispy fries, top-notch beer! A must-try evening with the kids!

28/11/2025: Yesterday, November 27, 2025, around 12:30 PM, I went to the McDonald's in Mercogliano, located in the Moviplex. We were in line, and I had my little girl with me. I witnessed a shocking incident in the presence of my minor daughter and many other children, who listened to a rather vulgar and disgusting speech, allegedly made by a manager (a bald man), who verbally attacked, with profanities and offensive phrases, for no valid reason, a poor woman, his colleague and likely lower in rank than him, who was putting chips in their bags. The woman, from what I understand, had politely asked for the chip station to be restored. At that point, the man responded with unprecedented verbal violence and swearing, so much so that my daughter was deeply offended and distressed by the poor woman's reaction. She continued preparing fries, crying, and was visibly embarrassed and ashamed by what had happened and the insults she had received, in the presence of so many customers. I wonder if these incidents only happen at the McDonald's in Mercogliano or do they happen throughout Italy? Staff should be trained with respect and courtesy, even if you have a managerial role, you should always be respectful towards customers and colleagues.

16/08/2025: It's a MCD where there isn't enough seating at this time of year. Customers can't eat outside in 40-degree heat under the sun. The place needs to be renovated.

23/05/2025: Tonight we went to the mall to eat right there We arrived (there were 3 of us) at 8:30 PM. Closing time was 10:30 PM. There were two people before us and all 5 of us were told that the kitchen closed at 9:00 PM. So we decided to leave. I would say bad behavior... I don't think that's the way to welcome customers I've never seen anything like this!

05/03/2025: La scorsa settimana sono andata da Strike dopo tanto tempo e sono rimasta davvero delusa. Ho ordinato un cheeseburger e una porzione di patatine,insipide, e dopo circa mezz’ora ho iniziato a sentirmi male, tanto da dover tornare a casa. Dopo un’ora anche il mio compagno ha accusato dolori di stomaco. Considerando anche il costo di questi panini, consiglierei di utilizzare prodotti di qualità superiore o di verificare lo stato di efficienza di essi. Sconsiglio il fast food a chi non vuole passare tutto il giorno sul gabinetto.

12/10/2025: For the price, the meal is really good: a chicken burger with fries and a drink. It's quite cheap and filling. The only thing I noticed was that the burger bun was a little dry, but otherwise, it was really good.

26/10/2025: For a fourteen-year-old's birthday party, I booked and agreed with the manager on the Smash menu, consisting of a burger, fries, and a small appetizer for €10, for 12 kids, plus drinks and cake, which he kindly offered at a discount from €65 to €50. That evening, the girl went to pay: €300. The next day, I called for an explanation; the famous manager answered, checked, and stammered that the kids had ordered extra items. I replied that the set menu was chosen specifically to prevent the kids from randomly ordering the whole restaurant, and he agreed with me and said he'd speak to the colleague who took the orders (but he's the manager!) and if I wanted, I could call back. I replied that if he had anything to say, he should have called me back himself. Of course, no one heard from me. Very rude and unprofessional. Avoid.

09/11/2025: The atmosphere is not exactly well-kept, the chips are served lukewarm, almost cold, and the price is not exactly low for what you get.

26/10/2025: The atmosphere is small but comfortable; it's not uncommon to have trouble finding a seat at certain times and days. The drive-thru option is excellent and quick. Recommended

01/11/2025: Large space, fast service despite it being Halloween night, precise order.

23/10/2025: We often get MC at this drive-thru location, but every time, at least one sandwich or something from the menu is missing. Furthermore, we have to go back to the restaurant to get the missing portion. The drive-thru lady was really rude, saying, "You have to check your order because we don't have just one." Furthermore, once we told her that the fries were cold, she replied that it was impossible because they have a three-minute timer and that those also have to be checked by the person picking up the order. One of the worst MCs ever.

27/08/2025: Quiet location surrounded by greenery. Spotlessly clean rooms. The owner is very friendly and the food is top-notch, including wines from his own winery.

07/12/2025: Surprise! Stopped by chance. Excellent selection. Great bagna cauda. High-quality cuisine. The place is 1980s-style but cute. Service is simple but attentive and friendly. The bill is more than fair. Must try.

12/11/2025: A restaurant with a panoramic view of the lake. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the owner is incredibly helpful. The Big Onion, a large onion, is delicious, fried so you can peel off the petals and enjoy it with its unique sauce. The thin-crust pizza dough is excellent, topped with top-notch ingredients. We'll definitely be back to try the risottos, with their unique combinations. Highly recommended.

06/12/2025: I treat myself to McDonald's about once a week. Never once do they not make a mistake in the order. Sometimes the sauces are missing, sometimes they use spicy croquettes instead of the regular ones... sandwiches assembled by careless people, but after all, it's McDonald's, what could you possibly expect?

02/12/2025: You may like McDonald's or not, I go there for its offers, in the end the food is sufficient, as the saying goes, little expense, great yield, my criticism goes to the staff who work behind the scenes, especially those who make the sandwiches, mine, for example, was all out of sync, thrown there as it happened, or I'm starting to think that it was some sort of signature of the creator of this sandwich, I don't know what to think.
