16/04/2026: Horrible place. It says to take a roll in the app, but the cashiers don't process them and then you have to stand in a long line again. Many visitors of dubious reputation, you have to constantly look around. Unsanitary!

12/04/2026: It's not possible that I can't use the offers because, as the computer says, "you ate it all" when they make you buy the sandwich individually together with the coupon menu, really awful

28/06/2026: Stopped in for a simple coffee, a bit of fun and relaxation on a Sunday. I waited more than 10 minutes because there wasn't a single person at the coffee station, and the guy working the beverage service never even looked at me. I asked if someone could come over, and the girl in the dining room, whose name begins with a C, gave me a very rude, arrogant, and snobbish answer. The place was quite busy, but I've seen McDonald's work better with three times as many people. Terrible experience. I'd also like to point out the girl who made me the coffee, though she was a different person, who definitely came after word of mouth from her colleague and treated me unprofessionally. I don't recommend this McDonald's to anyone! Not even for a coffee!

01/12/2025: Don't get ripped off! They don't bring you what you order and they even charge you for oxygen. Very nice atmosphere, but we had dinner and if I had known beforehand I would have gone to a Michelin-starred restaurant for what we spent. The average burgers cost between 13 and 16 euros (the quality is medium-low, nothing fresh), the fried foods 6.50!!!! Plus we got some mixed upside down (very poor for the price) where they promised cheese + pickles, or eggplant balls BUT NOTHING of the sort! Replaced with fried polenta and mozzarella balls. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she replied: This is what was available. Absurd. Adding that in addition to the cover charge, they asked me if I wanted some bread to go with the meat and I found it on the receipt!!! Absurd! Then again, it was bread that wasn't defrosted and good! But not even that. Total 54 euros for 2: a hamburger, a skewer, a beer (less than 6.5, not even the 33 in a can) and a canned drink.

04/05/2026: As a regular McFlurry consumer, I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered four McFlurrys through Glovo, but the amount of ice cream provided was significantly reduced (almost half) compared to when I pick it up directly in store. I don't recommend purchasing this product. A steal!

11/11/2025: I have coffee and croissant here most mornings. My Italian is very weak, but the beautiful ladies who work there are always very kind and patient with my poor language skills. After a few visits, they had memorized my order. They often see me coming through their window, and have my order ready and waiting for me by the time I reach the counter. The place is small. The menu. is simple. I sit at a table 10 meters from the sea, overlooking the fishing boats, enjoying my coffee and croissant. It doesn’t get better than this.

15/02/2026: I arrived well over 40 minutes before closing at Mac Drive, as soon as I arrived I was asked to wait, the wait was 15 minutes so after asking several times I scanned the various QR codes on my own and then I was asked to go to the cashier but after another 20 minutes they told me that they could neither let me pay with my debit card nor with cash and that my order could not be processed all this for a total of 40 minutes, now I can understand everything but if you can't process my order maybe next time you tell me right away...

18/04/2026: The ordering screens didn't work; you couldn't even order from the app, nor use the red offers (which were 80% of them). Rude staff. I didn't even have lunch.

01/06/2026: I often go to Burger King in various cities, but the one in Ancona is truly AWFUL! Let's leave aside the fact that the sandwiches are smaller, but what's more, they arrive frozen; the only hot things are the fries. I pay €35 for a hot sandwich, not a cold one... if the staff doesn't want to, they should change jobs!

04/05/2026: Pizza delivery. Excellent selection, very extensive menu. Very friendly, attentive delivery service, and the kebab sandwich is also very good. I always ask for extra ingredients and they always cook them well, and they always get what they want. Good selection of soft drinks and beer.
