19/02/2025: **Review for Roadhouse – 5 stars** I recently had lunch at Roadhouse and I can say it was an exceptional experience! The quality of the food is simply fantastic: succulent meat, prepared to perfection, and tasty dishes that satisfy every palate. The variety of the menu is really wide, for all tastes, and the service is quick and courteous. One aspect that particularly struck me is the babysitting service offered on Saturday lunchtime. It is truly a great convenience to be able to enjoy the meal in peace, knowing that the children are welcome and entertained in a safe and fun environment. A fantastic idea that really shows how much Roadhouse cares about their customers and their experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an excellent lunch with family or friends, with impeccable service and a quality that never disappoints!

15/03/2025: It's a shame how the bathrooms are kept, on the wall and signed that they came to clean at 930, 10am the disabled bathroom under the sink a mountain of paper on the floor, dirty palette and broken tt! No soap

10/03/2025: We have been customers since I discovered I could eat there despite all my very serious allergies. A special thank you to the blonde girl at the checkout (I think the manager?) who, in a kind, patient and very professional way, reassures me every time by checking the list of allergens. Highly recommended even for those like me who have problems. Pleasant environment even if the heating would be excellent a few degrees less, it's really hot!

09/03/2025: Un esperienza terribile preferivo mangiarmi la stagnola che quel panino orribile, ma soprattutto se io ordino un condimento come wurstel con maionese e pistacchio perché aggiungete la panna che io non lo ordinata boh scioccante poi il morbidone poco piastrato insomma lo dovuto buttare quel coso. Altro che 30 e Lode L'ultima Cena..

16/03/2025: The worst Roadhouse in Italy. Waited 50 minutes to receive 2 cold dishes, after another 5 minutes they returned with the two dishes still cold. After a conversation with the manager she tells me that I don't pay for the two dishes, of course I didn't eat them, plus they make me pay a cover charge for not having eaten CONGRATULATIONS!!!! PS: the guys who serve are the only positive note.

01/03/2025: Courtesy and special empathy from Anastasia, on duty at the checkout. Gianluca's textbook latte, available at the bar; camel colour, without foam, and with perfectly whipped milk cream. For the rest, an environment with an atmosphere of clear decadence, despite - and this cannot be absolutely doubted - the continuous efforts of the staff on duty in the different time slots in wanting to restore and maintain hygiene, order and decorum which must be the absolute priority of any public establishment. Many children aged 10-12 years with different and colorful credit cards. They shout without a reason at the tables and while they are in line in front of the order totems; but this, I suppose, is the price to pay for closing the financial year with high turnover. But that's okay. Ps. The five service stars mean exactly that: recognition of the efforts and sacrifice of the gentlemen and ladies on duty every single day in this iconic outpost of so-called capitalist civilization.

27/02/2025: Fast and friendly service, better taste than in Poland and not much more expensive.

17/03/2025: Tried it today for lunch with a colleague. We opted for a 9.9 lunch menu which included a drink, a sandwich of your choice and coffee. All in all, not a bad sandwich. But I certainly feel like giving a higher rating to the courteous and kind service of the girl who served us.

09/03/2025: Good food and low price, but they don't let you finish eating, the waitress kept coming to our table and taking it away even before we finished chewing, we need a bit of tranquility, if I go out for dinner it's because I want to relax not to have people breathing down my neck

Ero già stato con soddisfazione alcuni anni fa e visto che l'altra sera mi trovavo nei paraggi con un gruppetto di amici ho pensato di riproporre il locale per un boccone veloce in tarda serata. Personale rozzo, scortese e incompetente, piatti improvvisati di pessima qualità, servizio al tavolo inqualificabile per non dire inesistente, ambiente sporco e rumoroso in barba a qualsiasi norma sull'igiene e la sicurezza nei locali pubblici, prezzi assolutamente sproporzionati rispetto alla qualità del cibo e del servizio offerto. Alla richiesta di poter pagare con bancomat la cassiera ha reagito rispondendo con maleducazione. Sicuramente non torneremo!

15/10/2024: Very normal... Indeed; slightly high prices on some products, such as prosecco and wine... Nothing special, not impressive... even the atmosphere of the place is flat, not very cheerful.....

23/03/2025: On a day of shopping at Globo (mall) we decided to have lunch here... very slow service in taking orders... the dishes arrive too quickly... in fact nothing is freshly prepared... EVERYTHING REHEATED... I was even forced to send back the Frijoles (Mexican beans) twice because both times they were brought to me cold in the centre of the plate and boiling hot on the outside... evidently reheated in the microwave. Disgusting.

22/12/2024: Waiters who watch while you wait outside without letting you in even though there are more free tables, I've never seen anything like this

15/08/2024: Avoid, we asked specifically for the price of spritz and they said 9, but then when the bill came it was 12. They later claimed only that one was more expensive, which made no sense since we ordered it after asking for the price. In general overpriced for what it is.

10/03/2025: Well-functioning restaurant with short waits and friendly service. Being located in a very busy place like a shopping center, it suffers from considerable crowding during the day. But the structure works very well and the quality of the food is guaranteed
