16/04/2026: I'll start this review by referring to the word "fast food," a category to which the McDonald's chain belongs. I think the employees forgot this little detail; rather than fast food, they turned it into slow food. Waiting time to pay at the register: Over 30 minutes, with employees offering no explanation. The only response I received was from an employee who laughed and made ironic jokes, as if it were the customers' fault. I'd like to point out that brothers Richard and Maurice McDonald (who opened the first McDonald's) focused on something new in 1940: speed. If McDonald's is the brand we all know today, it's thanks to its "fast food" system and a lower price (even if it's no longer that convenient). If you remove this factor from any fast food restaurant, you remove part of what it's designed for, and nullify its greatest strength: SPEED. The fact remains that to pay for a menu at McDonald's on Via Notarbartolo you have to wait over 30 minutes, and only then can you wait for your order. PS: I'm giving this place one star simply because you can't give it 0.

11/04/2026: Disgusting home delivery!!! They arrived after about an hour. The food was frozen, inedible. The piadina was completely stuck to the cardboard container, so much so that I had to tear it into pieces to remove it! Disturbing! It's obvious they work without any commitment or interest! No respect for the customer!! SHAMEFUL! Get out, you'll look better! You can't hire staff in a restaurant that works in such a disgusting way! Do you even realize this???

01/05/2026: It was 10:30 a.m. We wanted a sandwich, but the cashier told us that sandwiches couldn't be ordered until 10:30, so we sat down and waited. They didn't turn on the monitors until 10:45, and they didn't take our order... but go...

29/12/2025: Soon they'll give me the food in my hand without wrapping it. I'll start by saying that I always go to drive-thru, I need to have 8 hands to pick up the stuff. They don't give you what you requested and PAID for. Out of three times, two were missing something. Yesterday I told the girl about it and she was annoyed and gave me the missing stuff. In addition to increasing the price, they also took away the paper bag!!! It's collapsing, I'll go elsewhere...

21/12/2025: Slower than sloths, with faces like a funeral, and terrible service. Let's add cold fries and a sundae that looks like someone else's leftovers.... Oh, I forgot, the place was empty! I'm attaching a photo of the sundae my daughter got to give you an idea. Even my 11-year-old daughter said, "Three hours for a really bad ice cream."

28/09/2025: The atmosphere is a bit shabby, but it's nice to have lunch overlooking the sea. The welcome was warm. The pizza is very light, the sandwich soft and with the right combinations, and the fried food is good and plentiful. I recommend it.

22/09/2025: Opening hours are incorrect! Despite having a reservation, we had to wait half an hour! Service was okay.

27/12/2025: Fast service and good food The only downside is that the prices are a bit high, but it's definitely better than other comparable fast food restaurants.

11/11/2025: I have coffee and croissant here most mornings. My Italian is very weak, but the beautiful ladies who work there are always very kind and patient with my poor language skills. After a few visits, they had memorized my order. They often see me coming through their window, and have my order ready and waiting for me by the time I reach the counter. The place is small. The menu. is simple. I sit at a table 10 meters from the sea, overlooking the fishing boats, enjoying my coffee and croissant. It doesn’t get better than this.

14/04/2026: This Saturday I had finished work very late and I placed myself at the drive despite the infinite confusion of cars after the disco I didn't have the strength to go home to cook something, I was so tired that I couldn't even explain myself but luckily there was this guy who took care of the drive and he helped me a lot since I wasn't able to order, despite the confusion mine arrived almost immediately and I must say that the kindness and professionalism of this guy impressed me a lot, the order was nonetheless the chips and the sandwich were still hot and everything was present very satisfied👍👍

21/03/2026: The Mac wrap wasn't good, the meat seemed old, and the ingredients were random. I also didn't find any sauce inside. I was deeply disappointed with the Mac wrap.

21/03/2026: The MC wrap was awful, the ingredients scattered carelessly. The meat was disgusting, it felt like eating dry cardboard. This time the MC disappointed me, and the MC wrap definitely needs to be changed.

04/05/2026: I came to Italy and really wanted to eat bistecca, so I looked it up and came here. It's delicious and reasonably priced. The wine is great too! I went to the wrong branch and it was far away, but they were happy to accommodate me.
