01/12/2025: Don't get ripped off! They don't bring you what you order and they even charge you for oxygen. Very nice atmosphere, but we had dinner and if I had known beforehand I would have gone to a Michelin-starred restaurant for what we spent. The average burgers cost between 13 and 16 euros (the quality is medium-low, nothing fresh), the fried foods 6.50!!!! Plus we got some mixed upside down (very poor for the price) where they promised cheese + pickles, or eggplant balls BUT NOTHING of the sort! Replaced with fried polenta and mozzarella balls. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she replied: This is what was available. Absurd. Adding that in addition to the cover charge, they asked me if I wanted some bread to go with the meat and I found it on the receipt!!! Absurd! Then again, it was bread that wasn't defrosted and good! But not even that. Total 54 euros for 2: a hamburger, a skewer, a beer (less than 6.5, not even the 33 in a can) and a canned drink.

26/10/2025: What can I say... when we go, we feel right at home. Stefano at the console delights us with so many freshly made delicacies. In the fridge, you'll find a variety of beers unlike anything you've ever seen. Definitely worth returning to... or rather, returning again...

11/11/2025: I have coffee and croissant here most mornings. My Italian is very weak, but the beautiful ladies who work there are always very kind and patient with my poor language skills. After a few visits, they had memorized my order. They often see me coming through their window, and have my order ready and waiting for me by the time I reach the counter. The place is small. The menu. is simple. I sit at a table 10 meters from the sea, overlooking the fishing boats, enjoying my coffee and croissant. It doesn’t get better than this.

04/05/2026: As a regular McFlurry consumer, I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered four McFlurrys through Glovo, but the amount of ice cream provided was significantly reduced (almost half) compared to when I pick it up directly in store. I don't recommend purchasing this product. A steal!

22/04/2026: Terrible experience. Today, April 22, 2026, at 12:50 PM, we were treated terribly by a cleaning worker (from I.M.I.). He forced us to interrupt our order and literally kicked us out of the restaurant with extreme rudeness and disrespect. ​Despite the fact that the kiosks were free and the kitchen was open, he wouldn't even let us order takeout. To add insult to injury, we weren't refunded our money. This is unacceptable behavior for a place like McDonald's.

15/06/2026: I got myself a chicken teriyaki burger on the 14-th of June, around 20:30-21:00. Almost broke my tooth as i bit into the burger, the chicken somehow felt harder than steel. Honestly didn't like the whole experience, but otherwise the restaurant is alright.

18/04/2026: The ordering screens didn't work; you couldn't even order from the app, nor use the red offers (which were 80% of them). Rude staff. I didn't even have lunch.

05/07/2026: I ordered the classic italian burger.. came to me cold without slices of tomatoes inside also the fries was super cold but wife sandwich was chicken .. was hot and all good even was the fries idk why .. but for me one time try place

04/07/2026: Half an hour after ordering, I ask at the counter about my order. The response: "You weren't here, we couldn't find you, your order is ready." I pointed out that I was sitting two tables away from the counter, and they told me they could give me my now-cold order if I wanted. WOW.

11/01/2026: We went to this place at 8:30 pm, the temperature was freezing. I ordered a club sandwich and they had run out of sliced ​​meats. It can happen even if you're in the middle of service, it's not midnight. I asked for a vegan burger and it ran out of this too, and there weren't 1000 people in the place, but maybe 15. In the end, I got a cutlet with no shape or form. We left smelling of fried food, looking like we'd worked in a deli.

04/01/2026: A terrible experience in every way. From the moment we entered, my companion and I noticed a dirty and neglected environment, but despite this, we decided to go in because you can never judge from the outside. Once we were seated, we immediately realized it was extremely cold, so much so that it made our stay extremely unpleasant. We ordered an appetizer, which we had to send back because it was served cold. At that point, I checked the sauces on the table and discovered that all the mayonnaise had expired. I mentioned this to the lady in the dining room, who was rude and unprofessional; even worse, she didn't even remove the expired sauces from the other tables, even though they were the same ones. Annoyed by this correct observation, she was unable to offer us alternatives to pair with our food, and furthermore, she left the expired sauces on other tables, while customers continued to consume them. The burgers were the final blow: inedible, so salty that they completely covered every other flavor. You couldn't distinguish the ingredients; the only thing you could taste was the salt. A truly negative experience, with poor hygiene, poor-quality food, and rude staff. Absolutely not recommended.

04/05/2026: Pizza delivery. Excellent selection, very extensive menu. Very friendly, attentive delivery service, and the kebab sandwich is also very good. I always ask for extra ingredients and they always cook them well, and they always get what they want. Good selection of soft drinks and beer.
