21/02/2026: Small burger joint in Isola, may be they are a chain... They have great burgers here in smash style and some fried chicken sandwiches too. The price range is regular for Milano, the place its not huge but still comfortable for a fast food type. I always come back when i'm in Milano. The marketing strategy its also interesting, the slogans and hints hanging in the walls.

19/02/2026: Overpriced fast food with fast food service. 20 euro for a burger and fries.

12/05/2026: I ordered 4 Dubai Chocolate McFlurrys, paid €14.40 and, once I got home, I discovered that the amount of ice cream was completely wrong.

29/12/2025: Soon they'll give me the food in my hand without wrapping it. I'll start by saying that I always go to drive-thru, I need to have 8 hands to pick up the stuff. They don't give you what you requested and PAID for. Out of three times, two were missing something. Yesterday I told the girl about it and she was annoyed and gave me the missing stuff. In addition to increasing the price, they also took away the paper bag!!! It's collapsing, I'll go elsewhere...

21/12/2025: Slower than sloths, with faces like a funeral, and terrible service. Let's add cold fries and a sundae that looks like someone else's leftovers.... Oh, I forgot, the place was empty! I'm attaching a photo of the sundae my daughter got to give you an idea. Even my 11-year-old daughter said, "Three hours for a really bad ice cream."

16/04/2026: I'll start this review by referring to the word "fast food," a category to which the McDonald's chain belongs. I think the employees forgot this little detail; rather than fast food, they turned it into slow food. Waiting time to pay at the register: Over 30 minutes, with employees offering no explanation. The only response I received was from an employee who laughed and made ironic jokes, as if it were the customers' fault. I'd like to point out that brothers Richard and Maurice McDonald (who opened the first McDonald's) focused on something new in 1940: speed. If McDonald's is the brand we all know today, it's thanks to its "fast food" system and a lower price (even if it's no longer that convenient). If you remove this factor from any fast food restaurant, you remove part of what it's designed for, and nullify its greatest strength: SPEED. The fact remains that to pay for a menu at McDonald's on Via Notarbartolo you have to wait over 30 minutes, and only then can you wait for your order. PS: I'm giving this place one star simply because you can't give it 0.

11/04/2026: Disgusting home delivery!!! They arrived after about an hour. The food was frozen, inedible. The piadina was completely stuck to the cardboard container, so much so that I had to tear it into pieces to remove it! Disturbing! It's obvious they work without any commitment or interest! No respect for the customer!! SHAMEFUL! Get out, you'll look better! You can't hire staff in a restaurant that works in such a disgusting way! Do you even realize this???

26/10/2025: What can I say... when we go, we feel right at home. Stefano at the console delights us with so many freshly made delicacies. In the fridge, you'll find a variety of beers unlike anything you've ever seen. Definitely worth returning to... or rather, returning again...

04/05/2026: I came to Italy and really wanted to eat bistecca, so I looked it up and came here. It's delicious and reasonably priced. The wine is great too! I went to the wrong branch and it was far away, but they were happy to accommodate me.

30/04/2026: The steak was fatty and fairly tasteless, it is not a good cut of meat, the side of spinach was unseasoned , the service was good and a decent bottle of house red but shame about the quality of food served

04/04/2026: The meat is old and the cooking leaves something to be desired. The space is small. I strongly advise against it. I hope it was only in my case.

01/12/2025: Don't get ripped off! They don't bring you what you order and they even charge you for oxygen. Very nice atmosphere, but we had dinner and if I had known beforehand I would have gone to a Michelin-starred restaurant for what we spent. The average burgers cost between 13 and 16 euros (the quality is medium-low, nothing fresh), the fried foods 6.50!!!! Plus we got some mixed upside down (very poor for the price) where they promised cheese + pickles, or eggplant balls BUT NOTHING of the sort! Replaced with fried polenta and mozzarella balls. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she replied: This is what was available. Absurd. Adding that in addition to the cover charge, they asked me if I wanted some bread to go with the meat and I found it on the receipt!!! Absurd! Then again, it was bread that wasn't defrosted and good! But not even that. Total 54 euros for 2: a hamburger, a skewer, a beer (less than 6.5, not even the 33 in a can) and a canned drink.

24/03/2026: I had a double hamburger, it had no seasoning and no salad and tomatoes and not even cheese as their menu said, soggy fries apart from this the education they have towards customers is terrible, NOT RECOMMENDED, DISGUSTING NEVER AGAIN
