29/05/2025: I was with my family and we decided to go to KFC. There was a part of the place where the air conditioning didn't work, but it wasn't a problem. The problem came when I went to the bathroom and saw the door locked with a code. I asked for help from one of the short workers who saw that the door was locked, but he just gave me a look of despotic, mocking contempt. Later I asked another employee again, who very kindly opened the door for me. I just pointed this out.

21/05/2025: I arrived at the drive in no time, they took my order and the food was hot, the girl at the drive was super nice 🥹

11/05/2025: Like all Mc's, the food is terrible and expensive for the quality, the only advantage is the welcome, but that's not enough!

09/12/2024: My visit to Peterland was not recommended, the food was of no quality, cheap meat and I felt very sick afterwards and even had food poisoning. I advise you not to eat there!!!!!

03/06/2025: During my recent visits to the Roadhouse in Grosseto, I have noticed a progressive deterioration in various aspects. Small portions and questionable quality The portions, compared to other roadhouses, are small. The quality of the meat has undergone a clear decline, often resulting in it being tasteless, as confirmed by other reviews. The place has obvious organizational problems. Despite the room being half-empty, the waiting times were excessive. After 20 minutes from ordering, I was informed that the rib eye was not available. It is unacceptable that a restaurant specializing in meat is without one of its main dishes. The children's play area was activated only after four requests. During a previous visit we met the entertainer, visibly disinterested, she was often busy with her cell phone, leaving the children to entertain themselves with the few available games. An unpleasant episode saw the entertainer scold a child for dropping tokens from a game, an unprofessional behavior. The place is abandoned to itself.

21/05/2025: Roadhouse is a famous chain of restaurants based on grill. The one in Grosseto is clean, well located, has a large parking lot. Recommended

10/06/2025: We arrive and order, we meet at the table and a guy with no desire to work comes to bring us the order, 2 of us with a tray and no napkins. I go to the counter to ask for a tray and napkins, I come back and I realize that the sandwich is not the one I ordered, the chips are very old to the point of breaking, the speck & asiago nuggets are soft and oily. I go back and ask for a replacement at least for the sandwich, I go back to my table, I start eating, the meat is burnt and also I find a hair in the sandwich.. Leaving aside the poor service and the very dirty tables; but hygiene in a place that sells food would be the minimum (working within the same chain it is something like this is unacceptable)

10/06/2025: Meh, one of the worst McDonalds I've been to. Fries that were old forever and didn't taste like fries, dirty tables, meh toast and cheeseburger with burnt and dry meat, zero sauce. Even the guy who brought the tray (with the septum) to the table was rude and uninterested.

14/05/2025: I put one star because I can't put 0, the staff tonight 14/5/25 shouldn't work in contact with the public, we arrived 15 minutes before closing and were rudely kicked out because according to the woman at the grill "everything was closed", we only wanted two sandwiches... we could have been warned in a much more polite way, needless to say we will never return! Horrible experience to say the least.

08/06/2025: I have been going to this McDonald's for over 3 years, with hundreds of drinks under my belt (at least 2000 euros spent over time). Tonight, for the first time, I only had a mineral water because I was simply waiting for 7:30 pm for another evening. Incredibly, two managers started circling me in an intimidating manner, staring at me for ten minutes with an attitude that was nothing short of mafia-like, as if my mere presence was a problem. They made me understand with threatening tones that I had to leave, even though I was a paying customer and seated in a completely respectful manner. Never, in any other place in my life, have I had a similar experience. Disappointed and bitter. I will never set foot in here again.

06/06/2025: I went to Mac during my lunch break from work, it was the last day of school and the place was particularly crowded with kids. Having to go back to work I turned to an employee, and explaining the situation I asked him about the waiting times. He understood my need, and did his best not to make me wait too long, he was really kind and professional I wanted to point it out his name is Davide

27/05/2025: This burger king in Aprilia 2 has terrible customer service; I asked for a sandwich instead of meat to make it with chicken and I was told that they can't do it, which is not true, because Burger King unlike other fast food allows you to change the sandwich, I have been asked several times by other colleagues always there, but today it was not possible, and not even to come to meet the customer by proposing a substitute or advice, but just with a lack of desire and a wall continued to tell me that that sandwich since it was born as meat could not be made, even if I would have been willing to pay the difference.. I can't say the classic phrase "the customer is always right" but usually you have to meet or find a compromise to the needs of a customer, especially if you work in the restaurant sector....

25/04/2025: mi sono messa in fila alle 20:15, dopo una fila inesorabile di 45 minuti in cui la mia amica è anche svenuta per calo di zuccheri, sono finalmente arrivata alla cassa. Illusa pensavo che l’attesa fosse finita, invece ho aspettato alla cassa per altri 10 minuti, mente il proprietario discuteva al telefono, quando gli ho chiesto come mai il delivery avesse la priorità, lui mi ha risposto che avevano ordinato quattro ore prima, ovviamente mi è sorto spontaneo chiedere perché non ci avesse pensato prima agli ordini. Dopo aver pagato ho aspettato altri 15 minuti per il cibo, degli hamburger e delle patatine , ancora non capisco perché io ci abbia messo così tanto e il proprietario ha continuato a mostrarsi scortese nei miei confronti. L’unica persona che si salva in questo posto è Vanessa, una ragazza che lavora lì che c’ha tenuto a scusarsi più volte per la situazione, cosa che il suo capo non ha mai fatto. Veramente non ve lo consiglio, il cibo non è niente di che e la gestione estremamente pessima.

23/05/2025: I stopped for lunch and I have to say very frankly that if the menu has these prices, you expect to eat at least well. I don't expect to eat meat like in Tuscany or in luxury restaurants but not even like this. I ordered a rare tagliata (weighing about 250 gr.) and a small beer. At first I received a tagliata served on a grill that was overcooked and I had it taken back. In exchange I received the tagliata served just seared on a cold plate and the empty grill on which I tried to heat the meat that was also covered in pepper. On the menu they also offer the tagliata with rocket and cherry tomatoes (with an extra charge of €2) but wanting to try the meat I didn't want extra. In short, a small draft beer and a tagliata to forget €23. I would say the perfect place for a business lunch. Goodbye

14/06/2025: Unfortunately, this bar often has a poor availability of food products displayed at the counter, with frequent shortages that limit the choice for customers. The tobacconist's shop also often appears poorly cared for and neglected. The quality-price ratio is good overall, but cannot be evaluated positively in its entirety due to the limited offer of products. Furthermore, the service was slow, even for simple drinks such as a coffee. I therefore recommend greater attention in managing stocks and improving the efficiency of the service, in order to offer a more satisfying experience to customers.
