19/12/2024: Dopo aver prenotato un tavolo (prenotazione confermata per telefono), al nostro arrivo puntale alle 19.30 mi è stato riferito da un cameriere scortese che il nostro tavolo era già stato occupato nonostante la mia prenotazione e che saremmo stati seduti in un altro posto, senza minimamente scusarsi per il disguido. Dopo aver ordinato e consumato il primo piatto, siamo stati sistematicamente ignorati dal personale (totalmente insufficiente per assicurare un buon servizio) e non abbiamo potuto ordinare ulteriori piatti. Spero che la direzione dell'Old Wild West intervenga per migliorare il servizio.

03/12/2024: Halal cuisine, the food is good but not plentiful. We took cheese ravioli and a piece of beef and seeing the dishes, we added lasagna. For a total of 65th with 2 drinks (4th each for 2 ice tea!!!!). Please note service fees billed 3rd but not specified.

04/08/2024: I stumbled upon it after work on the recommendation of colleagues. The cuisine and the place are not bad, it's a shame about the rudeness, but I'm putting it mildly, of the waiter. Never again just for this reason, to avoid going beyond words and having to teach him the education he would have deserved.

22/07/2024: Simple dishes, quite tasty and well prepared but nothing exciting. Nice place, friendly staff but the prices are a little high for the type of offer.

03/12/2024: Historic place at Move In, fast staff, fairly fast service, very simple dishes, small portions, low prices but also the quality of the food is in line, Fajta to forget, super small tacos, unseasoned Cesar salad... hamburger they are saved but ... they are not my favorites. If you have to eat while waiting for the film ok, otherwise... better to come for beer and snacks to share.

30/11/2024: Sandwich and beer ok.....but I highly recommend cleaning the floor before the evening service....they pointed out to me that it is standard to clean in the evening. Maybe it's worth changing the standard with an extra sweep. The response at the checkout is also a shame....

29/11/2024: I took a takeaway menu and when I got home (I live 300 meters from the place) I was surprised to find the sandwich without 2 ingredients, the chips old and cold and the drink with ice when you had asked for no ice.

09/12/2024: I go there often as I'm from the area. Always at McDrive and I must admit that when there is a queue of cars, they resolve it with the staff coming to the window to take orders. Cutting down time a lot. A few years ago they weren't exactly very fast and every now and then they made small mistakes (like Flurry instead of Sundae, or one drink for another), but for a long time now everything has been going smoothly, quickly and perfect, and there's no longer any need check the bag before leaving. I would add that in this location the large fries are actually large and not filled just over half the cardboard, as happens in the McDonald's branch in the MAXIMO shopping center for example! That's good, stand out for the better.

08/12/2024: Never seen such ignorance and rudeness.. Starting from the staff and ending with the manager.. My family and I ordered sandwiches and menus, I don't remember what it's called, but it doesn't matter. The ordered food arrived completely cold and the cheese slices intact from the fridge, as did my daughter and my wife. I informed the staff of this mix-up, the staff returned saying that the sandwiches were fine as they were. I got up and spoke in a calm and polite tone with the manager, so much rudeness and a saccharine so never seen before...pointing out the fact...The sandwiches were returned in the exact same way as the first time...In the presence of the manager I took and threw the sandwich in the waste container, so did my daughter and my wife... Wasted €25 for not eating and having received so much discourtesy and rudeness. It's so true that the young lady in charge of the service after the 2 times brought the food , I thanked her twice, with an insufficient air she didn't even bother to say please.. But how can you have such a famous company and not notice such ignorant and poorly educated staff..... Well done, keep going like this.

03/12/2023: Cozy place that recalls an American diner. Very extensive menu and suitable for all dietary needs. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Suitable for all types of customers, moderate prices and abundant quantities.

13/10/2024: Capisco, serate in cui ti arrivano 60 persone nel "pub"! Ma la vera domanda, colpa dei clienti o dello staff?? In un ambiente ristorativo di solito si da una mano, ma vedevo camerieri persi nelle balie delle onde della serata dell'Oktoberfest. Non parliamo di noi clienti!! Ho visto tavoli dove sono arrivate prima le fiorentine delle birre! Cose portate dalla cucina alla sala che anche per un pinguino erano fredde!! Conto indescrivibile!! Finendo, avevamo voglia di prendere un dolce, ma non trovando qualcuno dello staff, ci siamo arresi Dov'erano le persone che facevano parte dello staff?? Ecco dove... Certi a mangiare, altri li appoggiati alla cassa uno che faceva finta di fare 2 birre Ho messo 2 stelle solo per la birra perché per il resto se devo pagare tanto e non mangiare, credo che sarà meglio farsi la spesa da casa

19/08/2024: A very small burger restaurant - one, two tables, maybe plave for eight guests inside. I expect this is more a take-out place. Service was quick (it wasn't very busy, to be honest) and relaxed. The burgers were excellent, a bit opulent even, perhaps, but very tasty and not too greasy. I didn't try the fries but my kids did, and they reported those were fine too. All in all, we had a good meal for good money. I will be back when I'm around! (I do have to remark that this place has a "Wish burger". According to Elwood Blues, that's "when you have two slices of bread, and you *wish* you had some meat.)

04/10/2023: Frische apulische Küche, angenehme Atmosphäre an zentralem Platz mit Blick auf die Kathedrale. Hatte das Lokal vom letzten Jahr in Erinnerung und es war wieder sehr gut. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gern reservieren.

01/12/2024: 30 november around 18:30, poor customer service. the kiosk was not functioning well and we paid in double. the crew insisted it did not appear in their order cue, but they prepared our order twice, and did not give us the other one. veey dishonest.
