08/08/2026: I've been to El Paso twice so far, and it's a really nice place. The food is very good, not exceptional, but very good. The service is excellent, always friendly and quick when it's not too crowded. The atmosphere is nice; the first time I was there, there was a group of families whose children bothered us a bit, while the second time we sat outside and were happy. The prices are also reasonable, not too low, not too high. Overall, a really nice place, highly recommended.

30/10/2025: We had our hotel breakfast at this café, with a choice of sweet or savory. I always chose sweet, and it was always freshly made. The service was very good 🙂 The only thing I would mention is that the music was a bit loud, like background music at night, for 8 a.m., when they opened and you're still trying to relax.

27/10/2025: We had a very bad experience. We asked to sit outside and I had to ask them to clean the dirt off the table. We ordered four dishes, after a few minutes they told us that one wasn't available (without explaining why), okay we changed it. Another 5 minutes passed and we were told that another dish wasn't available either, well... also because the missing ingredient was the same, they could have notified us at the same time. Not to mention the price of an espresso Martini... €12, are you crazy? Without a drinks menu? Or at least they didn't bring it to us... In short, I'm sorry because the offer seems excellent (and in fact the few dishes we tried were) but we don't recommend it at all.

28/07/2026: The fried food wasn't good; it was burnt and heavy (onion rings and bacon). I ordered basmati rice instead of fries, and it was overcooked and sticky. Other times, everything tasted better...

18/07/2026: Terrible service and cleanliness

14/08/2026: McDonald's is a complete no-frills affair. There aren't the usual outdoor playgrounds. It opens at 10:00, so it's useless for breakfast. After opening at 10:05, they don't serve breakfast for who knows how long. By late afternoon, the salads are already sold out. The multimedia tables aren't working. Parking is limited to 3 spaces.

10/08/2026: Amazing place, I could spend a whole day admiring all the features, very quaint. Delicious bruschetta and fantastic beer. Top place also because you can listen to live bands with different genres and great music🤩. Friendly, friendly, and attentive staff.

16/08/2026: Terrible experience. The chicken was completely tasteless, basically just oily. We also waited 15 minutes for a menu, and only after asking for more information were we told they'd forgotten our order. The service was very disappointing, and the food was far from satisfying. I won't be returning.

07/08/2026: We frequent this place because we really like the BBQ ribs. We're also fans of the Caesar salad, and this time we got to try the Caesar quesadillas, which we really enjoyed. I can't say the same about the small hamburgers, which seemed reheated… 😣 and the nachos they give you to snack on while you wait for your food, which were completely smashed to bits 😵‍💫😵‍💫 (covered by three in good condition 🥲). Even though they don't charge you for them, they could be more careful to serve something a little more appealing 🤨. The potatoes were served to us one minute after we ordered them, so it's hard to believe they weren't already cooked 🙁🙁 Unfortunately, on this last visit, we didn't enjoy the pleasant experience we've had on other occasions, and it saddens us that customer service is neglected when one chooses a place to share a meal with friends. The restaurant is very spacious, and even though it was empty, we were seated at a table for two where a wall attached to the table obstructed our view, making it difficult to make eye contact with the waiters if we wanted to order anything. Furthermore, the lack of space at the table made managing the food and drinks difficult, turning the dinner into an uncomfortable experience. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I should add that the layout of our table also prevented us from taking advantage of the air conditioning, something that is much appreciated at this time of year. I regret being negative in this review, but it is necessary to be honest and realistic in this space that serves to inform customers, who have the power to choose, about good or bad experiences.

19/08/2026: Good selection of meats, interesting and comprehensive menu. Excellent service, attentive (and very friendly) staff. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, but it's fine.

09/08/2026: Everything was delicious! Superlative meat, exquisite appetizers; I recommend the onion rings and American-style nachos, and the mixed grill is mouth-watering! The desserts are out of this world; try the brownie served with ice cream, a chocolate and cream spread. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the decor was very unique, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We'll definitely be back.

17/04/2026: Arriving at the restaurant we immediately noticed that from outside there were all the tables outside to be cleared with an absurd mess, we enter the clearly chaotic environment we ask for a table for two and the girl makes us sit over there indicating a table still to be cleared so instead we decide to wait outside for a moment, we order the famous fries I kindly ask if it is possible to make a change since I am vegetarian and I ask if they could remove the bacon from the cheddar and bacon fries and I am told that it cannot be removed "to avoid making a mess in the kitchen" oh well, very medium sandwich honestly I expected much more, so much hype for nothing however I would advise you to organize yourself more and update the staff

02/04/2026: Went there for the XXXL offer. The food was really good but i had to wait for an hour outside cos it was full. Luckily it was a warm day
