Uninterested and rude staff, the restaurant is not particularly clean, including the bathroom. We order nachos for an aperitif, which arrive with the rest of the dishes we ordered. Grilled food for 2 people (38 euros) which was definitely not for two people, little meat and a mountain of chips, with burnt beef and raw sausage. We order a beer from the menu and they tell us they don't have it. The same goes for the barley coffee. Finally we get to the cashier and find out that they don't accept Pellegrini meal vouchers. I ask if the guidelines have changed because I have always used them in all the other restaurants in the chain and they tell me that the property is different from the other Old Wild West restaurants... but they have accepted the Old Wild West loyalty program.... Unfortunately, it is absolutely not worth the money spent!
