25/03/2025: A pleasant dinner, very large room, clean and well arranged; friendly staff, express cuisine featuring quality food. The two of us took a classic beef tartare: capers, anchovies and extra virgin olive oil, and two cuts of beef: one classic and one mushrooms and truffle; respect the cooking times very well, medium and blue respectively, dining with 2 glasses of loose house Aglianico. To finish, an overall well-made creme brulee, smooth and without lumps even if the burnt caramel should have been more homogeneous and burned with less haste. Prices in line with the average, overall good value for money. I'll leave you the receipt.

01/04/2025: spectacular food (unlike other times I stopped), crew a bit struggling with their various tasks BUT superb assistant manager, very prepared and super available, super prepared also regarding allergens (not a given), but above all SMILING. Someone promote that young guy!

Small portions and quite poor service with the waiters having to come back twice to ask for confirmation of our complicated order (one dish each and a drink). Once upon a time, the old wild west was a valid alternative, shame for those who decided to ruin it A plus to the environment for the talent of a girl who came to sing live who at least cheered up the evening with her splendid voice

29/03/2025: I am a regular customer of OWW but the experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Nothing to say about the dishes, always excellent, but a lot about the service, decidedly sloppy. No peanuts at the entrance, unlike the other places in the chain that I usually frequent, no tacos to accompany the frijoles and, finally, no chocolate with coffee, which is always there in the other OWW restaurants. Too bad, we won't be back.

25/09/2024: The main reason why you have to visit Casa Venezia is of course the homemade ice cream. You can occasionally find unusual varieties here. My favorite, which I unfortunately only found once, was Menta Naturale. White ice cream with peppermint. There were even real little peppermint leaves in there. Not this typical turquoise after eight ice cream. Of course, this is also available for people who want their usual food. 😁 Andrea please do Menta Naturale again 😉. The new lemonades are also very good and unique. As an oregano lover, I personally recommend the Foccacia Crocante for food. A sandwich with cheese, ham and lots of oregano. Super tasty. Unfortunately this year there was a little less oregano on it but I'm sure that was an exception.

08/09/2024: Here I'm just reviewing the ice cream. We have been coming to Union Lido for 30 years and since then we have always enjoyed Andrea's ice cream. It was always the best ice on the course. Last year it was great, this year we were super disappointed. It was so watery and went quickly. You could also tell by the consistency and that it was very cold. Water crystals are colder than cream or milk crystals. Unfortunately, you can no longer rely on lasting quality. Water ice cream is cheaper than cream ice cream. And the ball now costs €2. We will happily be able to do without that.

07/04/2025: Usual mc... breakfast always good and cheap. But gentlemen, a smile and a thank you are the minimum if you work in a business... if you don't feel like working, stay at home, change jobs... especially the manager present..

01/04/2025: I've been going there for years, sometimes the chips aren't freshly cooked and there really isn't much of a quantity (the can is half empty), some hamburgers aren't exactly fresh, but all in all I'd say it's ok.

18/02/2025: ludopub full of fun games! Just book a table and that's it... I recommend it for an alternative evening, shame about the limited choice of beers on tap, friendly staff!

Please don't listen to the photos on the menu...and thank goodness the sandwich is called king....if it had been called prince they would have only given us the bread. It wasn't photo worthy
