12/04/2026: I went again because my kids love their burgers, but apparently yesterday wasn't the right night. We arrived Saturday evening around 9:10 PM, and there were several free tables. After roughly clearing the table, the guy sat us down. Long story short: they served our sandwiches after an hour's wait. In the meantime, they had served three takeout orders and four tables that had arrived well after us. They had clearly forgotten the order, and, if that wasn't enough, a sandwich was also wrong. I can understand everything, having worked in the restaurant industry myself, but at least an apology? Was it that difficult? Instead, they acted as if everything was normal. They'll definitely never see me again: there are plenty of places like this, and if service and respect for customers don't go hand in hand, you can't complain about losing customers.

06/04/2026: Excellent sandwich, shame about the fries not being up to par with the sandwich.

16/05/2026: Obscene in every way. As soon as we entered, the air was heavy and unpleasant, bordering on disgusting. The ordering tablets were practically unusable: they didn't work properly and didn't even allow you to change the ingredients on your sandwiches, which was absurd considering that this is allowed at other BK restaurants. When we went to the cashier, the situation got even worse: an interminable wait, completely disorganized staff, and total chaos behind the counter. No one bothered to serve customers; they all seemed confused and incapable of managing their jobs. After more than 15 minutes of waiting without anyone coming to take our order, we left without eating. A terrible experience, and a place to avoid. We went to Padua, a different world altogether.

16/05/2026: On the various occasions I've visited, I've always found the staff to be very friendly, with fast, and accurate service. A special shout-out goes to the morning shift on February 6, 2026. Even though I was in a rush for work, in those 10 minutes, they made me feel pampered, meeting my every need. Congratulations! I'd like to add another shout-out for the drive-thru service, which I used today. The service was fast, the order was perfect, and there was only a 7-minute wait between ordering and picking up the items!

A wonderful cinnamon scent permeates the place, with seating both inside and out, fast service, and competitive prices (from €3.50 to €6). Delicious, hot, freshly baked cinnamon rolls with toppings that make them even better 😍

26/04/2026: I sat for more than thirty minutes without anyone taking an order. I asked several times but no one gave me an answer and they didn't even ask about the time for the drink. I would say it was unacceptable and the staff were rude. I live in Chieri but I won't set foot in that place again.

25/04/2026: from such a refined restaurant that boasts of such high quality meat, to get a rib steak cooked incorrectly is shameful: meat cooked undercooked at a low temperature, totally spongy and inedible.

17/04/2026: Arriving at the restaurant we immediately noticed that from outside there were all the tables outside to be cleared with an absurd mess, we enter the clearly chaotic environment we ask for a table for two and the girl makes us sit over there indicating a table still to be cleared so instead we decide to wait outside for a moment, we order the famous fries I kindly ask if it is possible to make a change since I am vegetarian and I ask if they could remove the bacon from the cheddar and bacon fries and I am told that it cannot be removed "to avoid making a mess in the kitchen" oh well, very medium sandwich honestly I expected much more, so much hype for nothing however I would advise you to organize yourself more and update the staff

02/04/2026: Went there for the XXXL offer. The food was really good but i had to wait for an hour outside cos it was full. Luckily it was a warm day

26/04/2026: A few typical dishes from Massa. Minimal appetizer (one slice of cured meat per person, nothing special), first and second courses of average quality/quantity. Very good marinated cod. Prices are a bit above average for the place, plus a €5 membership fee. Good local wine - lovely view from the terrace.

05/03/2025: La scorsa settimana sono andata da Strike dopo tanto tempo e sono rimasta davvero delusa. Ho ordinato un cheeseburger e una porzione di patatine,insipide, e dopo circa mezz’ora ho iniziato a sentirmi male, tanto da dover tornare a casa. Dopo un’ora anche il mio compagno ha accusato dolori di stomaco. Considerando anche il costo di questi panini, consiglierei di utilizzare prodotti di qualità superiore o di verificare lo stato di efficienza di essi. Sconsiglio il fast food a chi non vuole passare tutto il giorno sul gabinetto.

29/03/2026: The ambiance is shabby, I understand that's the owner's style, but being that shabby also makes it feel dirty (see the bathroom with the heater halfway falling to the floor). The food has a lot of room for improvement: very simple sandwiches but nothing special in terms of flavor, fries that come with the sandwich are so few you could count them on one hand (or rather, two hands, since I counted them, it was 10 every time!! I've never been to a place where the fries came with the sandwich so few). The bruschetta is at least very good, but you're still hungry after one bruschetta (and I'm not usually one for big meals). The staff's kindness is nothing to write home about. If I return, it'll only be for the live events; I wouldn't go back for the food.

28/03/2026: Nice place but the managers should buy a speaker that works to play better music then remove paella from the menu it's not for them plus they have the nerve to charge 20 euros for a jug of sangria... we don't recommend it for those who want to eat well, for those who want to jump around it's fine.

24/04/2026: This medieval-style restaurant is open year-round, with convenient parking, helpful staff, and huge, well-leavened, and easy-to-digest pizzas. They offer a variety of flavors and doughs. The double malt beer recommended by the waiter was truly excellent. A must-try for good food.
