22/09/2025: The service and the ice cream are simply fantastic! Super friendly and fun! We went there every evening for ice cream. The pizza isn't my thing (light, thick crust), but the toppings are super delicious! The atmosphere is typical of a sidewalk café; tidy but nothing special.

05/10/2025: Terrible experience. I'm giving the service one star because it's the only thing that can be given less. We ordered three combo dishes: a pizza, a sandwich, and a portion of chili. The service was fragmented and lasted almost two hours. At the end, we reported our complaint to the cashier, and the fairness was that, having ordered from separate sections (sandwiches, main courses, pizzas, and combo dishes), the kitchen worked independently and with different timings. We added that if they had served the entire table at once, we would have continued to wait. While we were talking, a gentleman at the cash register added, "Now I'll buy you a drink and you'll calm down." Update in Response to Management I would like to add a key clarification to my original review regarding your response, as my intention was never to stir up controversy, but rather to offer constructive feedback. It is important to clarify that our initial concern was not raised directly with the wait staff who served us, but with another cashier, unrelated to our direct service. Furthermore, following our criticism regarding the fragmented service (where some diners waited while others had already received their dishes), your management initially acknowledged the validity of our complaint. I reiterate that the purpose of our criticism was not to obtain any compensation or gift, but simply to politely report our first experience at your establishment, in the belief that feedback, if accepted, can lead to operational improvements. I note, as well as from other reviews, that the service issue The misalignment is not an isolated case. I hope that greater attention will be paid to this aspect in the future. In particular, I suggest that in the event of delays or service that cannot guarantee simultaneous delivery of dishes, staff take care to inform customers in advance of the expected delivery times when they place their orders. 15/11/2025: Guys, what a great meal!!!! Mattia, whom I met on the fly that morning during the ATP Finals event and met up with again that evening at 11 pm at the pub, is a great friend!!! I had a buffalo burger with fries, tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon... exceptional!!! Great experience, and as planned, I'm going back today around 2 pm. Emma is also a great person, very smart!!! A big THANK YOU and a big hug to everyone. 😘

09/11/2025: We arrived a little early. We had a reservation for 2:00 PM. As soon as we walked in, they seated us. A few minutes later, they came to take our order. I ordered the burger with brisket, but they told me it wasn't possible because they'd run out. (I imagine, given the time.) I was a little disappointed. They recommended the pulled pork. The sandwich itself is very good. The vegetables were very fresh and the meat was very succulent. They offer a separate menu for gluten-free options. The fries, even though they're frozen, are very crispy. The prices are reasonable. I'd gladly go back to try the brisket. The bread is also good. The wait was about 15 minutes. It takes longer for gluten-free options.

07/11/2025: Excellent place, I always love coming back. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the staff is friendly and always available. The option to create your own sandwich allows for maximum customization and is never a bad choice; the waiters also know how to recommend the best combinations. Top tip: always make a reservation.

28/10/2025: Quality, location, hospitality, menu variety: it's all there! A beautiful venue with the soul of a pub but the attention to detail of a restaurant. Highly recommended!

18/11/2025: I'm a loyal customer of the chain, but this was my first time at the ORIO CENTER. I was a bit disappointed by the atmosphere, as it doesn't have the same charm as all the others I've been to. The food is always good, although the portions were a bit small compared to others, and delivery times were a bit long, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. The staff was young and very friendly. I wrote my review before I even checked out, and I won't change it, but alas, I discovered that the restaurant isn't part of the official chain, so it doesn't qualify for discounts or points.
