15/06/2026: I returned after a long time (and found it renovated) and I was honestly a little disappointed. Both the service and the food (quality/price) could be greatly improved. I hope for more attention, especially when an "obvious problem" arises with the dish and is ignored with just a "I'm very sorry."

13/08/2026: Nice place, but we were mostly just being hosted.
We wanted to sit down for a drink, but we were sitting at just one table, so there was a lot of walking around us.
Eventually, we walked to the bar to take our order ourselves, when I was clearly told that I had to sit down and they would take the order, but the waiters just kept walking around us. Eventually, someone did come over, so we ordered 2 drinks; it took a while.
Otherwise, a nice atmosphere and a beautiful place, especially great for watching football.
The toilet isn't very clean.
11/08/2026: Located just off the main drag, it’s a welcome retreat after a hectic day in central Milan. The food was outstanding—the pizza arrived piping hot with a fantastic kick, and the beer can chicken was cooked to perfection with crispy skin and juicy, tender meat. Excellent drinks menu with a great beer selection to match. I’d definitely recommend this spot and will certainly be back!

05/08/2026: We discovered Osteria St. Bartholomeo in Lucca by chance. From the greeting to the service, everything was top-notch. The ambiance was fantastic. The steak was excellent. The pasta was freshly made. The cocktails were delicious. The service was friendly, quick, and welcoming. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening. We were delighted.

18/07/2026: If you're comfortable eating at McDonald's-style tables, the rest is truly excellent.
It's located in the narrow streets of Rapallo, which makes it unique.
The owner is very friendly and approachable, and the burgers are truly delicious and plentiful.
The prices are more than fair.
If you want to eat a 🍔, come here.

27/07/2026: We've been there a couple of times both for the rib round and for the evening with the discount on the grill, always very good and the waiters are kind and helpful

07/05/2026: Reading the reviews, I went with pretty high expectations, but I have to say they surprisingly weren't met... we ordered the Buns sandwich, and it was incredibly salty; my partner couldn't finish her half. Then we ordered the Totoro with fried chicken. It was pretty bland; there were 1,000 ingredients, but I barely managed to hear any of them. The fries were okay, and the staff were very friendly, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed. Prices were average.
04/05/2026: A great place to share a simple but tasty lunch or dinner. I really like that the menu is quite short and, above all, that they continue to offer new sandwich ideas and new desserts.

12/04/2026: One of my favorite places in Catania for good sandwiches. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I recommend trying the Cis pulled pork and their pulled pork products in general; they're delicious!
The staff is very helpful and patient. For a more relaxed meal, further ahead is a well-lit square with benches, and going up the street in the same direction as the restaurant, there's a fountain next to the church (which can always be useful 😊).

08/03/2026: Some ordering kiosks closed due to electronic payment malfunction, the rest are ok.
06/03/2026: There were four of us, and they refused to give us more than one tray, saying they could only give us placemats at best. We were forced to eat at the bare table like animals. 😂
Not to mention the thirty-minute wait because they forgot our order.

19/05/2026: So in my opinion, the prices are exaggerated for a plate full of potatoes to make it seem generous.
The service, let's not even talk about it, before entering I waited 30 minutes standing near the door, then an hour at the table until they took our order. I don't know what to say so as not to seem rude.
16/05/2026: I come to Old Wild West very often because both my family and friends love it. The dishes are excellent and tasty. They pay close attention to gluten-free options, which is very important to me. The service is quick and the atmosphere is friendly, reminiscent of the Wild West.

04/04/2026: We chose to go during the week to avoid the weekend chaos and the difficulty of booking, and it turned out to be a great move. The place is delightful, but what really sets it apart is the amazing service: the staff is incredibly friendly, and the welcome with spiced popcorn is a touch of class that passes the wait and makes you feel instantly pampered. The sandwiches are simply the best we've ever had, a true delight for the palate and cooked to perfection. Even the side fries, often overlooked, surprised us with their crispiness and quality. The prices are above average, but the experience is worth every penny. Highly recommended!

The staff was polite, especially the waitress who served me and my friend, who was very kind and super friendly. She even gave us a discount!! Highly recommended ;)
