07/05/2026: Very well played to the lady chef! Tasty burgers using high quality ingredients. Every bite was perfect. One of the best burger I had in a while. The man serving us was fun. Good job to Ponte burgheria artigianale. A few steps from the Violin museum and seems to be out of the normal tourist path so that is a win! Do not miss this place. Cheers from Canada!

11/12/2025: I'm sharing my experience because I rarely feel like I have to stand with one hand in front and the other behind me in a café. Puff pastry with apples costing a modest €3.50 each because it's labeled "dry pastries." The price, of course, is given on the wrapped tray. Total for a liter of milk THAT'S EXPIRING and four ordinary pieces of puff pastry with apples... €16. I was wrong not to ask, not to check... BE CAREFUL.

29/03/2026: A great place to eat unusual burgers. The place doesn't look great... we're on Via Pistoiese and it looks like the garage of a house down the road. Inside, they've done everything they could to make it nice and welcoming. That aside, my family and I appreciated the young woman who served our table for her proactive presence and helpfulness. The burger was also very good, without too many frills. The meat and fries were good. The cheesecake was also good. Everything was homemade. The beer from the masters is a sure thing. Well done.

The place is delightful, but what really sets it apart is the amazing service: the staff is incredibly friendly, and the welcome with spiced popcorn is a touch of class that passes the wait and makes you feel instantly pampered. The sandwiches are simply the best we've ever had, a true delight for the palate and cooked to perfection. Even the side fries, often overlooked, surprised us with their crispiness and quality. The prices are above average, but the experience is worth every penny. Highly recommended!

06/04/2026: A very nice stop just a step away from the most crowded area. Risotto Milanese was perfect and hamburger big and juicy with perfect fries.
06/04/2026: One of the most active scenes of Milan student life on a thursday. International nights were the highlight of my year there. Every week I would come here and speak to people from all over the world whislt chugging my 9% Carlsburg. Truly a sacred place.
You would be a fool not to expirience this at least once, I reccomend going on thursday (international student night) during term time.

02/05/2026: Terrible experience!!! Booked at 9:10 PM from Taranto for 10:30 PM. Arrived at 10:00 PM. We waited with two children for a table, but when we got there, they decided to favor friends from the town who had just arrived, greeting each other in the kitchen. We waited for the right time, but we had to keep waiting for some really ridiculous kids to finish their food... I would have liked to say everything was good, but maybe others will.

21/04/2026: Since they introduced the smash burgers, I only go there because I can eat the whole burger. The service is super fast, no complaints! Sometimes the meat hasn't been the best... I'm talking about the burger meat... when I go, I either get a smash or a chicken burger... the smash fries are amazing! Years ago, I stopped going there because three of us felt sick one night... then the quality improved... if they stay loyal to the quality, it will remain my favorite fast food because you can really eat in a short time and the quality is superior to MC in my opinion...

05/11/2025: This evening we wanted a beer before dinner, and we ordered two beers, both very good, with a wide selection! With the two beers, we enjoyed some fries, nice and hot and crispy. Intrigued by the burgers served at the next table, we decided to have a burger and a focaccia, which were very well cooked and excellent quality. What can I say... what a great discovery, Doktor Maltz!!! We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
19/09/2025: I've lived in Rescaldina for many years, but in recent weeks, Doktor Malz has become my weekly "refreshment spot."
Wednesdays have become my regular stop at the bar: Franco is someone who has made history here, and maybe it's the atmosphere, maybe it's the friends I've met at the bar, maybe it's the food and beer that are exceptional—honest and authentic, no frills—but every now and then, an evening like this is truly refreshing.
What can I say... just writing about it makes me wish it were Wednesday already!
