25/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance for a company dinner. The hamburger was delicious, the beer was excellent, and the baked potatoes were delicious as an appetizer. Absolutely excellent value for money. A must-see for a possible stop on the way to Sasso Marconi.

12/10/2025: Service is everything, and unfortunately, it's nonexistent in this place. Forget about having a snack during aperitivo. The €7 spritz is served without any snacks or anything to munch on, nothing. If you want more, you pay. Hamburgers start at €13.50 and up...without fries on the side. If you want fries, add €! The burgers are good, but too expensive. A large ceramic plate with a small, expensive burger in the center, empty all around, a bit sad, honestly. Beer is only served "unfiltered" craft beer; they don't offer alternatives for those who can't drink it. It's nice to eat a burger with just water, really fabulous! All topped off with terrible service. Staff not attentive to requests. The burger was thrown away. Unfortunately. Oh, ketchup and mayo, in abundance! Thank you, really fabulous. I won't be back.

09/11/2025: The staff was busy chatting among themselves, and the service was slow, if not completely absent (not only did I notice it, but so did all the customers at the tables next to mine). I work in the restaurant business myself, and seeing service like this was disappointing. It's not the first time I've eaten here, but it might be the last. I asked for ace or pear juice as per the menu, but apparently they didn't have any, and I wasn't given an alternative. I ordered Cheyenne chicken: the chicken flavor left much to be desired, but the real problem was the rock-hard bacon, inedible; I left it. The food is usually good, and the staff is attentive and fast, so I hope you resolve this.

Cons (from my stay): • For such a renowned property, the atmosphere felt a little impersonal — I missed that warm, welcoming energy you sometimes find in other luxury hotels. • As a quick overnight, I didn’t get to fully experience the spa or dining, which may be where the property shines most. 22/09/2025: The service and the ice cream are simply fantastic! Super friendly and fun! We went there every evening for ice cream. The pizza isn't my thing (light, thick crust), but the toppings are super delicious! The atmosphere is typical of a sidewalk café; tidy but nothing special.

05/10/2025: Terrible experience. I'm giving the service one star because it's the only thing that can be given less. We ordered three combo dishes: a pizza, a sandwich, and a portion of chili. The service was fragmented and lasted almost two hours. At the end, we reported our complaint to the cashier, and the fairness was that, having ordered from separate sections (sandwiches, main courses, pizzas, and combo dishes), the kitchen worked independently and with different timings. We added that if they had served the entire table at once, we would have continued to wait. 04/11/2025: We sat down at 8:50, we ordered and it arrived after an hour and a half and I would like to specify that there was us and another table, we took a portion of chips and 15 chips arrived counted for 6, plus there were no peanuts even though this is the format for which it is famous, highly not recommended, the staff is really terrible and really slow and not friendly
