04/01/2026: A good sandwich shop. A well-kept and very youthful place. The sandwiches are large and filling. The prices are quite high, but the quality is excellent.

28/12/2025: Very good hamburgers, you can customize them to your liking for an extra cost, excellent service and I found the decoration very original (hamburgers + fries €10-€17)

11/12/2025: I'm sharing my experience because I rarely feel like I have to stand with one hand in front and the other behind me in a café. Puff pastry with apples costing a modest €3.50 each because it's labeled "dry pastries." The price, of course, is given on the wrapped tray. Total for a liter of milk THAT'S EXPIRING and four ordinary pieces of puff pastry with apples... €16. I was wrong not to ask, not to check... BE CAREFUL.

22/08/2025: The place is truly charming and unique. The sandwiches are delicious, well-seasoned, and the bread is soft and flavorful. But above all, the staff is kind and helpful. We went with my three hurricane-sized children, and despite everything, the owner was incredibly kind to them. The waits complained about in some reviews didn't even occur, and there were other tables besides ours. For us, the service was impeccable.

01/02/2026: A bit disapponting experience, below expectations. Great property with all the facilities you may expect (I loved the pool and outdoor seatings). Rooms are small and bathroom not really guests friendly. Service is good but a bit disorganised sometimes and not enough focused (they messed up with our suitcase during check-out). Concierge not really friendly & helpful (they are just busy typing on their computer). Be careful to the 5% tips added at the end of your bill, quite surprising!

04/01/2026: My wife and I stayed at the Villa Agrippina Gran Meliá during the third leg of our honeymoon, and we were extremely happy with our decision to stay here. We arrived in Rome early in the morning after an overnight flight and were dropped off by our car service at the hotel. Our check-in agent, Thomas, let us know that standard check-in was later in the afternoon, but for a €100 fee, they could have our room cleaned and ready for early access. After a long flight and early morning travel, this was well worth it and allowed us to freshen up and rest before heading out to explore the city. The location of this property is excellent—very close to the Vatican and close enough to comfortably walk to all of Rome’s major sites. No matter where we explored during our three days in the city, the walk back to the hotel was never more than about two miles, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms were excellent: spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Food and drinks throughout the property were impeccable, and the service was truly outstanding. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire stay feel elevated. We traveled during the New Year holiday, and the hotel’s proximity to a popular local park gave us the chance to participate in a unique experience—watching fireworks alongside locals after a short 15-minute walk up the hill. It was a memorable way to celebrate and something we wouldn’t have experienced without staying in this location. Overall, we were very impressed with the quality of the staff and the level of service throughout our stay. When we return to Rome in the future, we will absolutely be staying at the Villa Agrippina Gran Meliá again.

The staff was incredibly kind and polite, an added bonus that makes all the difference. ​Moving on to the food, the sliced ​​beef was incredibly tender and perfectly cooked, accompanied by crispy potatoes. The salmon with green beans was also delicious, a great light yet flavorful option. We finished with pancakes: a true delight! ​The beer selection was also excellent (the red is always a guarantee). Truly a great selection, kudos to the entire Old Wild West staff!

01/10/2025: The staff was inattentive and confusing. While I was at the checkout, the guy was distracted by his phone. The music was excessively loud and inappropriate for the situation (Geolier). I could barely hear my partner. They wouldn't let me use the coupon because, according to them, "coupons can't be used here."

02/02/2026: We had chicken and a sandwich. Overall, the food was good. I'd replace that "saloon"-style door at the entrance. It's scenic but not functional. You always risk it banging into the person behind you or hitting someone if you walk in first. They need dedicated staff to both escort you to your table and let you through.

15/01/2026: Clean and welcoming place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of dishes and drinks is vast, truly something for everyone. The fried foods are good, but spicy. The chicken wings and burgers (in M or XL sizes) are excellent. The desserts are good, but not necessarily a must-try; the selection of liqueurs and digestifs is extensive and good. The only downside: when you leave the place, your clothes are filled with an unbearable frying smell. We'll definitely return...if the extractor hoods work.

18/02/2026: Beyond the food, which is more than acceptable, I'd focus on the hygiene and attention paid by some of the waitresses. People at the table don't appreciate certain unpleasant personal odors, which are truly bothersome. At the very least, wear perfume that covers these odors. I was with customers, and it was a truly unpleasant experience, one I will never repeat.
