12/10/2025: Service is everything, and unfortunately, it's nonexistent in this place. Forget about having a snack during aperitivo. The €7 spritz is served without any snacks or anything to munch on, nothing. If you want more, you pay. Hamburgers start at €13.50 and up...without fries on the side. If you want fries, add €! The burgers are good, but too expensive. A large ceramic plate with a small, expensive burger in the center, empty all around, a bit sad, honestly. Beer is only served "unfiltered" craft beer; they don't offer alternatives for those who can't drink it. It's nice to eat a burger with just water, really fabulous! All topped off with terrible service. Staff not attentive to requests. The burger was thrown away. Unfortunately. Oh, ketchup and mayo, in abundance! Thank you, really fabulous. I won't be back.

06/10/2025: Super sandwich (very good) and a great selection of beers, which I'll try soon. A little more attention next time (pervasive onion smell, chipped glass), and I won't hesitate to give it a fifth star.

The service was fragmented and lasted almost two hours. At the end, we reported our complaint to the cashier, and the fairness was that, having ordered from separate sections (sandwiches, main courses, pizzas, and combo dishes), the kitchen worked independently and with different timings. We added that if they had served the entire table at once, we would have continued to wait. While we were talking, a gentleman at the cash register added, "Now I'll buy you a drink and you'll calm down." It is important to clarify that our initial concern was not raised directly with the wait staff who served us, but with another cashier, unrelated to our direct service. Furthermore, following our criticism regarding the fragmented service (where some diners waited while others had already received their dishes), your management initially acknowledged the validity of our complaint. I reiterate that the purpose of our criticism was not to obtain any compensation or gift, but simply to politely report our first experience at your establishment, in the belief that feedback, if accepted, can lead to operational improvements. 26/10/2025: What a shame, I speak with the awareness of what I say, my first review was of excellent choice and I was very happy, today I order a burrito with fried chicken inside, sacrilegious to call it fried chicken, it seemed like a low quality multi-processed plastic thing, I taste it and reject it with shame on my part, I pay I don't want anything for free especially what was served to me, I repeat poor quality, I'm sorry I don't think I'll go back, maybe I made the wrong order my advice is to change supplier sorry if I'm being too presumptuous
