12/10/2025: Service is everything, and unfortunately, it's nonexistent in this place. Forget about having a snack during aperitivo. The €7 spritz is served without any snacks or anything to munch on, nothing. If you want more, you pay. Hamburgers start at €13.50 and up...without fries on the side. If you want fries, add €! The burgers are good, but too expensive. A large ceramic plate with a small, expensive burger in the center, empty all around, a bit sad, honestly. Beer is only served "unfiltered" craft beer; they don't offer alternatives for those who can't drink it. It's nice to eat a burger with just water, really fabulous! All topped off with terrible service. Staff not attentive to requests. The burger was thrown away. Unfortunately. Oh, ketchup and mayo, in abundance! Thank you, really fabulous. I won't be back.

06/10/2025: Super sandwich (very good) and a great selection of beers, which I'll try soon. A little more attention next time (pervasive onion smell, chipped glass), and I won't hesitate to give it a fifth star.

12/10/2025: Good food, obviously being a fast food the service is non-existent but my rating is dedicated to the waiting time for two sandwiches and two chips, atmosphere: lucky the NAS didn't pass by otherwise they would have closed a while ago, definitely not recommended

11/10/2025: I've been a Burger King fan for years, but I have to admit that the service has really gotten worse recently, especially the CLEANLINESS. I don't know how they can operate in these conditions, especially with HACCP regulations. I won't be returning to this location, but I highly recommend the one in Rovereto.

29/08/2025: Kebab is with tortilla 😆 Ketchup in kebab? Was worst kebab in long time. I immediately washed my mouth. But still i feeling that ugly and bad taste…. Fries was 3 days old i think 😬

26/10/2025: What a shame, I speak with the awareness of what I say, my first review was of excellent choice and I was very happy, today I order a burrito with fried chicken inside, sacrilegious to call it fried chicken, it seemed like a low quality multi-processed plastic thing, I taste it and reject it with shame on my part, I pay I don't want anything for free especially what was served to me, I repeat poor quality, I'm sorry I don't think I'll go back, maybe I made the wrong order my advice is to change supplier sorry if I'm being too presumptuous

05/10/2025: Terrible experience. I'm giving the service one star because it's the only thing that can be given less. We ordered three combo dishes: a pizza, a sandwich, and a portion of chili. The service was fragmented and lasted almost two hours. At the end, we reported our complaint to the cashier, and the fairness was that, having ordered from separate sections (sandwiches, main courses, pizzas, and combo dishes), the kitchen worked independently and with different timings. We added that if they had served the entire table at once, we would have continued to wait. While we were talking, a gentleman at the cash register added, "Now I'll buy you a drink and you'll calm down." Update in Response to Management I would like to add a key clarification to my original review regarding your response, as my intention was never to stir up controversy, but rather to offer constructive feedback. It is important to clarify that our initial concern was not raised directly with the wait staff who served us, but with another cashier, unrelated to our direct service. Furthermore, following our criticism regarding the fragmented service (where some diners waited while others had already received their dishes), your management initially acknowledged the validity of our complaint. I reiterate that the purpose of our criticism was not to obtain any compensation or gift, but simply to politely report our first experience at your establishment, in the belief that feedback, if accepted, can lead to operational improvements. I note, as well as from other reviews, that the service issue The misalignment is not an isolated case. I hope that greater attention will be paid to this aspect in the future. In particular, I suggest that in the event of delays or service that cannot guarantee simultaneous delivery of dishes, staff take care to inform customers in advance of the expected delivery times when they place their orders. 02/11/2025: I ordered a spicy hot dog and was given a cheesy one. I asked for a replacement and was given a spicy one without any complaints. Along with the hot dog, I also ordered Doritos and salsa, but the insufficient quantity and the dry consistency of the salsa made them practically inedible. The salsa tasted like it had been added twenty minutes earlier, and the fries had the appearance and texture of baked potatoes. I'm attaching a photo after a friend of mine ate half of them and then stopped eating them too: the situation is clear. Furthermore, in the spicy hot dog I received, the cheddar cheese slices weren't melted, and the underside of the hot dog was cold. The only positive note was the assistance of a very kind employee, who offered to take care of the waste for us. Unfortunately, overall, I feel compelled to leave a negative review, as the experience didn't meet my expectations. It's the only KFC in Venice, and unfortunately, this is the quality I've encountered. I hope I'm an isolated case.

07/11/2025: Excellent place, I always love coming back. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the staff is friendly and always available. The option to create your own sandwich allows for maximum customization and is never a bad choice; the waiters also know how to recommend the best combinations. Top tip: always make a reservation.

28/10/2025: Quality, location, hospitality, menu variety: it's all there! A beautiful venue with the soul of a pub but the attention to detail of a restaurant. Highly recommended!
