24/11/2024: Very good food. NO service, place definitely in need of renovation... I understand the family atmosphere, but here it goes too far... dirty walls, pepper bottle ditto, paper napkins that crumble at the first touch... long times and disorganisation.. . some first courses delivered when the others at the table had already finished... too bad! The cuisine is worth it, if the context improved it would be an excellent place.

23/11/2024: I wish I could give it five stars, but waiting almost two hours for pizzas is embarrassing. It's not the first time I've gone there and I always hope that the next time I'll be able to change my mind and instead. It's a shame because you can eat well, the pizza is fantastic, but the wait ruins everything.

18/12/2024: Absolutely to be avoided starting from the floor which is often slippery, the waiters who are intrusive and the prices very high compared to the quality. Beyond the queue if you go after 8pm, once it was good now in free fall.

17/08/2024: Huge pub, in the east of Vicenza. Friendly and approachable staff. The menu is very varied, ranging from classic brewery dishes to grilled meat and pizzas. The environment is very beautiful, although in my opinion it is starting to feel the weight of a few more years. I will definitely go to drink and eat again at The Big, as I had a great time in terms of quality and portions.

23/07/2024: Easily accessible location, with ample parking. Nice and clean environment, external and internal possibilities. Good suggestions on the menu. A lot of attention from the waiters but slow in the delivery of the dishes (excellent taste though).

07/07/2024: A wonderful place, I always come to eat with a partner of mine, we have fajitas and wine and have a nice evening. Friendly and helpful staff. It's very nice to be outside in the summer. Beautiful plants. Beautiful lights.

07/12/2024: It was the second time due to the late hours during the visit to the Reggia Outlet and everything around them such as pizzerias and restaurants were closed. The service was fast and the quality was good, compared to McDonald's, but they could make the environment much more welcoming and lively... it looked like a morgue. I would perhaps recommend creating different corners for age groups, it could be an idea.

15/08/2024: Servizio al tavolo PENOSO. Venti minuti prima che qualcuno si degnasse di apparecchiare. Altri venti per ordinare 5 Hamburger. Alla fine ne portano 4. Altri 20 minuti per il quinto Hamburger. Cassiera scorbutica e maleducata. Che cena di m.... .

14/08/2024: Siamo Alessandra e Andrea, da anni clienti del locale situato in via del Cavallaccio Firenze. Troviamo ottimo il servizio e il menù (che offre molte varietà di cibi) ma in particolare eccellenti il calore e l' accoglienza che caratterizzano il personale che ci lavora. Il locale offre l' opportunità di pranzi e cene dove ci si sente liberi di vestire come più ci piace dove ci si può recare da soli in coppia in compagnia di amici in famiglia e l'ambiente passa dal romantico all' informale al divertente Super consigliato PER TUTTI anche dal punto di vista economico Grazie¡!!!

17/12/2024: I may surprise many but for me McDonald's is home! Many years ago I found myself alone in a foreign country and when I went to eat at Mc's I never felt alone! The taste of Borgo Pio hamburgers like on the island of Malta.... it's the same all over the world... it seems banal but this leaves you with a sense of familiarity that positively involved me!

18/09/2024: Dopo esserci accomodati, chiediamo cortesemente nell’ordine 3 pizze in “pala” presenti nel menu che però non erano disponibile al momento e questo andrebbe comunicato antecedentemente dell’ordine.Chiedendo una pizza doppio impasto al cameriere, ci risponde che non è possibile farle. All’arrivo delle pizze ne troviamo una poco cotta e una troppo cotta.(bruciata) Cameriere all’apparenza scocciato dopo le varie richieste poste. Unica nota positiva hamburger molto buono. Prezzo giusto. Scoglio vivamente.

31/08/2024: Delicious pizza... as a vegan... I was shocked (usually I always have to make up for it with the same sad vegetable pizza without mozzarella) but here I found so many vegan options... it's not for everyone... all you're missing is dessert. ..congratulations and thank you
