28/03/2025: For the food the usual… clean environment, but what makes me give 5 stars is the kindness of the staff. In particular, the kindness of a certain Silvia, who with a smile was available to change a bottle of water, also taking care of bringing it to room temperature for my daughter. Everyone would have done it, but kindness is rare to see.

On a Saturday where there must have been a few hundred people, he found the time to welcome us, exchange a few jokes, tell us his story and offer us a drink to two guys from Senigallia who had found themselves there a bit by chance. It was a wonderful evening, also thanks to him. I highly recommend visiting this place and following the Instagram page because there are so many interesting events, thank you very much, I hope that this review can repay a little of the effort and sacrifice that you surely put into realizing this beautiful project

29/03/2025: Father's Day, we decide at the last minute to come for dinner to please the girls: at the entrance to the restaurant there are at least 10 people in line, it seems strange to us... then I notice that there are only two people inside who divide themselves between table service, bar service, cash register, coffee, setting and clearing the table. If it weren't for my daughter who wanted to come here we would have gone elsewhere. With politeness and patience the girl at the cash register explains to those who get impatient that they are in a bit of difficulty because there are only two of them, finally we enter they make us sit down and even though it is almost full we order and eat without too much waiting, on the contrary. The products are always good and the dishes are plentiful, but the 5 stars go to the girls who with professionalism and great courtesy were able to handle themselves in a definitely unexpected evening

24/02/2025: 25 minutes just to take the order and the restaurant wasn't even half full, only 3 employees in the room for lunch on a Sunday and one was less eager than the other. My partner ordered the golden burger which didn't have the spicy logo on it but it was. I made the all you can ribs and ordered 4 times and all four courses arrived lukewarm and with the sauce almost dry. The fries were good, shame about the frozen cheddar sauce. The coke was almost completely out of gas, it seemed more like syrup than coke. Shameful for the famous chain.

25/02/2025: I chose to celebrate my daughter's 9th birthday here and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The children had super fun and I was super satisfied! Perfect service, clean place, good food and enjoyed by all. Valeria is a kind and helpful person with me and especially with the children ☺️

The dishes are prepared with quality ingredients, and you can feel the care taken in the choice of products. The staff is kind, friendly and always attentive to every request, making the experience even more pleasant. The dessert is simply delicious, the right ending to a successful dinner. But the Colella Lounge Pub is not just good food: the atmosphere is ideal for having fun with friends, thanks to the quiz evenings and the well-equipped games room, which make every visit a unique experience. Highly recommended for those who want to combine taste and fun in a single evening! The only flaw, in my personal opinion, is perhaps the prices are a little too high
