Después de tener una mala experiencia en un restaurante de muy buena reputación anoche estábamos realmente escépticos sobre esta noche, hasta que dimos el primer bocado de nuestro primer plato. Fuera de este mundo... Qué experiencia tan increíble fue... Si se encuentra en Venecia asegúrese de hacer reservas y hacerlo con antelación.

03/11/2024: Sono stata la prima volta in questo ristorante nel 2015 e avevo conservato un ricordo bellissimo di una strepitosa cena di Capodanno. Dopo quasi dieci anni sono tornata e devo assolutamente confermare il mio feedback positivo. Il locale è elegante e curato nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera accogliente e un personale altamente professionale, discreto e mai invadente. Una menzione speciale va a chi si occupava del servizio del vino: spesso nei ristoranti si tende a riempire continuamente i bicchieri, con l’obiettivo di esaurire più rapidamente la bottiglia, lasciando però il cliente a bere vino caldo. Qui, invece, la gestione del vino è impeccabile, con attenzione ai tempi ed alla temperatura, permettendo di gustare ogni calice al meglio. In questo ristorante ci si sente davvero a casa, senza la sensazione di trovarsi in un posto acchiappa-turisti. Nonostante la clientela fosse prevalentemente internazionale, le pietanze erano autentiche, rispettose dei gusti e dei sapori italiani, con un pizzico di creatività che guarda all’estero. Una cucina che riesce a sorprendere, mantenendo però la tradizione. Tornerò sicuramente!

01/04/2025: We tried this place driven by the positive reviews, but honestly, anyone who says they eat well here doesn't know where they usually eat. I took the mixed fish starter and the seafood risotto, as for the first course the fish tasted of nothing, it was all frozen fish. The risotto was terrible and I wouldn't add anything else except that it cost a whopping €20. In any case, it is clearly a tourist place that works on numbers and has no interest in the customer's well-being or in encouraging them to return, if anything the opposite. The service was hasty but punctual (even though dishes that weren't ours arrived several times), the waiter was pleasant, which I can't say for the cashier who made us pay without looking us in the face for even a second. Spend your money elsewhere.

30/12/2024: Ho un rapporto speciale con Venezia e con alcuni dei suoi locali tipici. Qui mangio i tramezzini più buoni di Venezia, accompagnati all’occorrenza da un prosecchino o uno Spritz.

20/11/2024: Siamo passati attratti dalla recensione di Franchino ai tramezzini. Molto buoni e gonfi, tanti gusti tra cui scegliere. Buono quello con cotto, formaggio e mela verde!! Buono pure il select spritz. Personale gentile

10/02/2025: Una excelente ubicación para descansar mientras camina por las calles de Venecia. Se encuentra cerca de la iglesia de Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari. Buena comida, bebidas ilimitadas, servicio rápido, camareros serviciales. Recomiendo este lugar para una corta parada.

22/01/2025: Passeggiando per Venezia, decidiamo di fermarci in questo bar per una breve sosta. Scelta azzeccata, un bar con un'ampia scelta di cicchetti, uno più buono dell'altro, con ottimi abbinamenti e ingredienti di qualità, imbarazzo della scelta anche per i vini. Personale giovane e gentile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio.

Non parlare del prezzo per quelle due ache strache che servono nei piatti. I scampi e gamberi rossi con le interiora all interno. Se devo pagare 100€ per due piatti a cranio vado a laghetto da Lionello E proprio vero le camice da cuoco e grembiule da camerieri lo possono indossare tutti

24/06/2024: Wir waren am ersten Abend in Venedig im Ristorante Carpaccio essen und waren sehr begeistert. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und die Küche war hervorragend. Wir waren noch ein zweites Mal dort und wurden nicht enttäuscht!

18/06/2024: Un bel ristorante su un canale prossimo al mare a pochi metri dalla fermata del vaporetto dell'Arsenale. Ci siamo stati più volte nel tempo, si conferma sempre di buon livello. Cucina tipicamente veneta di qualità, si consigliano i risotti (solo per due). Personale gentile.

02/03/2025: Venice at least once a year and in any case every year I don't give up my lunch break in this restaurant. Welcoming, elegant, pleasant environment, with a wonderful view of the Grand Canal. The proposals on the menu are always interesting and above all always excellent to eat. For us it is a guarantee and we promise to return next year.

08/04/2025: Dinner with friends, the owner recommended starters, first and second courses. Good first courses (spaghetti with cheese and pepper, tagliatelle with horse ragout), average starter (crushed and sliced), in short, the meat (straecca and rib-eye) with French fries. Good sweet tiramisu. On the bill €42 each for 8 people, perhaps a little high for the type of place and the quality of the food. Nothing to say about the very fast service.

28/03/2025: We took the tourist menu (fish) and the four cheese pizza. Including cover, the bill cost 29€. It is relatively affordable, but the taste is not enough. The salad was already weak. The seafood stir fry wasn't bad. Our quattro formaggi pizza was not liked either. They couldn't balance that much cheese. It was soft in the middle.
