28/03/2026: Terrible experience. Rude and impolite staff. The service was lame, and the total was too expensive for the offer. I gave one star because you can't give zero.

04/05/2026: I visited this bar recently, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one. We had three coffees and two pastries, for a total of €15.50, but the receipt didn't even clearly list all the items. When we returned to ask the cashier for an explanation, she realized—"by mistake"—that she'd overcharged us €4, without being able to explain where this amount came from. Honestly, I find this unfair: if we hadn't noticed, we would have unknowingly overpaid, as can probably happen to many other customers, especially tourists. The only positive note was the young man who served us: he was kind and was the only one to apologize for the mix-up, even though he wasn't even responsible for the situation. I recommend paying close attention to your receipt.

05/04/2026: Lovely spot to grab a bite and a drink after visiting Basilica Sant’Antonio. Our waitress was sweet and kind, helping us navigate the menu. We had a spritz and a panini and both were a delight. Our waitress told us the chef cooking our food was a man in his 80s whom cooked it with love. Grazie mille, amici!

13/05/2026: The food was average, the club sandwiches were overpriced, the quantity and quality were poor, and the hot dogs were from the supermarket. Terrible service, a table of 12; they served the entire place before us, even though many had arrived after us. Even though we were in good company, waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for dinner seems excessive. Many places are poorly organized; with all due respect, they are working people, but the waiters aren't waiters... Given the location and the large private parking lot, there would be a lot of potential. A little less attention to the American decorations and a little more attention to the service.

17/05/2026: I don't usually write negative reviews, but I've never been treated so badly and arrogantly. Beware of the bald waiter. We wanted to have cake with my 84-year-old father and pushed two tables together at the edge of the table, as we had done without any problems in all the restaurants we'd visited on our entire vacation. The waiter completely lost his temper and loudly threw us out without any discussion. That's unacceptable.

01/06/2026: My friend was robbed of €50 by an employee. He didn't return it, the owner wouldn't listen, and the slushie was poor quality. I really don't recommend it.

02/05/2026: I've been a customer for years, and when the previous owners were there, everything was different: the pastry shop was well-kept and clean, with always sparkling windows. The croissants, coffee, and pastries were excellent, and the staff was tidy, kind, and attentive. Now, with the new owners, I must unfortunately say that the situation has gotten much worse. The place is often dirty, from the windows to the coffee cups, teaspoons, and glasses, which I've found dirty several times. The quality of the products has also declined: the pastries aren't as good as they once were, and the croissants have deteriorated. The staff, moreover, can sometimes be rude and inattentive: they sometimes forget to bring orders, like coffee or tea. It's a shame because I used to come here often with my children for breakfast. I would never go back.

06/05/2026: The food was good, but the service was pushy. I sat down with an ice cream I'd bought to go, and after the ice cream, I wanted a coffee, but they wouldn't serve me. The whole experience cost me €31 for a cappuccino, a canapé, and a double scoop of ice cream. A rip-off!!! 😁😁😁

12/03/2026: What can I say? Embarrassing. Nonexistent service and customer service. THEY DON'T USE REAL APEROL, but a Lidl sub-brand. Undrinkable coffee. Ridiculous prices. The staff are exclusively foreign, as, according to internal sources, they are exploited and underpaid. Stay away.

07/05/2026: Very small shop. Very friendly staff. The sandwiches are amazing. Great selection of pasta, oils, pesto, and more. Very good cheese. Quiet location.

07/06/2026: DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible product and awful customer service. We bought cannolis here, but before even taking a full bite, we realized that the cream filling was completely spoiled and curdled (as you can see in the photo). We immediately took it back to inform the owner. We told him it was spoiled and even offered, "Please taste it yourself; if you think it's fresh, we will pay for it anyway." The owner completely refused to even try it. He stubbornly kept insisting it was fresh without even bothering to taste a single bit. They do not care about customer health or quality. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs!

07/06/2026: What a shame! Verona is a beautiful city. It's very touristy, and that seems to be a problem. In our week in Italy, we experienced the worst service we've ever had. We didn't visit every cafe and restaurant in the old town, but two attempts yielded two results! I expect there will be more of the same. The first restaurant wouldn't give us a table for just drinks. The second cafe was even worse! They don't serve cold lattes. They don't reheat lattes when customers say they're not hot enough. At that point, it wasn't a latte anymore. We wanted espressos instead. And they don't overcharge for both drinks. On top of that, the service was impersonal and dismissive. Just before arriving, we paid a third of the price for the same drinks at the city entrance.

25/04/2026: Avoid at all costs!! I just wanted to have espresso, they made it but turned out they couldn’t accept card at that moment, and simply told me to get out rudely… should have checked the reviews before coming here…
