If you'd like to sit down, your order will be placed on a tray and you can sit wherever you like.
Several colorful tables outside as well.
The café is located opposite the Chemistry Department and on a side street off Via Jappelli.
It's super crowded at lunchtime.
The staff is very friendly and smiling.

01/02/2026: We stopped for a quick spritz early in the afternoon. It was served with a bowl of dry, chopped chips, and the taste of the wine was undrinkable, so much so that I couldn't finish it. The service also leaves much to be desired.

We hope for an improvement.
Cappuccino and coffee are decent but expensive, €2.30 and €1.60 respectively.
A really sore point, the service: poor.

26/01/2026: Guiscardo Casellato isn't just a pastry shop in Treviso, but it is THE pastry shop in Treviso. Located in Borgo Cavour, it offers absolutely delicious artisanal products and excellent coffee service. The owner is incredibly professional and the staff is top-notch, with truly exquisite courtesy. Highly recommended! 👍
28/12/2025: Do you really want to close this bar? Of the three people at the bar, no one bothered to come to the table to order, and the bar was almost empty. We waited a few minutes, and one of them came out to the tables after politely trying to make it clear we wanted to order, pretended to tidy something up next to us, and then left. He had absolutely no desire to work; I've never seen anything like it!

24/03/2026: I went to this bakery for breakfast on Saturday morning after shopping at the supermarket next door. I walked in and was greeted warmly and with a smile by a young man, while the counter staff didn't even look at me. Since the tables were full, I waited for one of the counter staff to wave at me, but nothing happened; in fact, they were quite rude to the customers. While I waited, I looked around: cobwebs on the ceiling, dust on the electrical outlets. After a few minutes without anyone speaking to me, I decided not to have breakfast here. The only exception was the young man, who even waved me goodbye with a smile as I left.
19/03/2026: Excellent pastries and brioches. Friendly and helpful staff.

24/03/2026: Bar Duomo in Montegrotto offers a metaphysical experience: the illusion of existence. Despite the large window, the owner and waiter have mastered the art of ignoring customers so as not to interrupt their pleasant conversation. Entering in desperation, I order two coffees, explicitly requesting two glasses of water. Only the coffees arrive at the table, tragically alone. This indifference obviously deterred us from purchasing the bottles of water we had planned. The final blow comes at the register: no credit cards, only cash. A romantic and disorienting dive into the fiscal Middle Ages. We leave mortified. Congratulations for redefining the concept of hospitality.

Good service, intimate atmosphere, but Christmas decorations could be improved.

11/04/2026: Very nice. I came across this hotel on a trip and, as soon as I entered, after checking the reviews that mentioned smegma and mold, I found several hairs on my bed. In the evening, the staff was very rude and unhelpful. The hotel was located on a large, wide road, almost completely empty; in fact, the nearest store was a pharmacy.
07/04/2026: The hotel is outdated, with loose wires, we didn't even find headphones in the room, and the breakfast wasn't very rich.

11/04/2026: The food is just food. I can't say anything bad or particularly good. The service would have been fine if they hadn't tried to rip me off. The bill included a "coperto" (essentially a legal tip), and I was alone, but they charged for two, plus 15% service. After my outrage, they removed the coperto, but refused to remove the service. I wouldn't recommend it.
09/04/2026: We were warmly welcomed for just a drink. We were interested in the menu, which looked very tempting, and planned to return for dinner. A quick look at the Google reviews put us off... a very high 15% service charge (in tiny print on the menu) and an €8 setup fee per person.
So we abandoned our plan.
We ended up paying €16 for a cappuccino and a beer, and the change given for our €20 note was only in 20 and 50 cent coins... Just so you know.

22/02/2026: Terrible service, I wanted to have breakfast this morning, a lady who I think was at the bar told me that I couldn't have breakfast at the counter because she was busy, it's a shame that outside there were only 8 people sitting because it was early, if you treat customers like this it's better not to stop here and go elsewhere where there are more welcoming people, this lady is definitely not the owner of the bar, ..... congratulations

27/09/2025: Thieves! I ordered a cake for five people, and they gave me a 2 kg cake, not even pretty, for 70 euros!
14/09/2025: I ordered online, and the delivery was fine. Despite having received a truly diverse selection of cream puffs and different products, from a tartlet to pistachio croissants, I was completely disappointed across the board, and I write this with immense regret. I'm sure it was just a bit of bad luck on my part.

08/12/2025: The service was appalling; they only speak Italian, and because they didn't understand me, they were incredibly rude, especially one dark-haired woman. What an unpleasant and disrespectful woman! Go further down the road and definitely avoid this place.
07/12/2025: We stopped for coffee and a small panettone, and it was very good. Everything was delicious, and the girl was very friendly.
