24/06/2026: Just had breakfast, two croissants, juice, and a cappuccino served at the table for €10 without a receipt. When he asked me for €10, he didn't even have the courage to look me in the face. I don't recommend it like that!!!

23/05/2026: Went in for a morning coffee - could not believe how rude & dismissive the staff were. If you want people to return to your business , try a smile and don’t slam the water glass and coffee cup onto the counter. Everywhere else we’ve experienced friendly service - not here. Don’t bother.

06/05/2026: The food was good, but the service was pushy. I sat down with an ice cream I'd bought to go, and after the ice cream, I wanted a coffee, but they wouldn't serve me. The whole experience cost me €31 for a cappuccino, a canapé, and a double scoop of ice cream. A rip-off!!! 😁😁😁

13/07/2026: We had dinner here and really enjoyed it. Very quiet, right on the beach – and lovely fairy lights. We were even able to order half an hour before closing time, and the owner offered us the option of staying longer. Great staff, everyone very friendly!

13/07/2026: Terrible experience... we had to wait over 50 minutes for three coffees, and people who arrived later were served: we seemed invisible. For the pizza, there were six of us (two of them were children), and we waited over an hour... the place was empty, maybe they only had one takeout order... beyond reproach. I'm giving one star only because I can't give less.

02/05/2026: I've been a customer for years, and when the previous owners were there, everything was different: the pastry shop was well-kept and clean, with always sparkling windows. The croissants, coffee, and pastries were excellent, and the staff was tidy, kind, and attentive. Now, with the new owners, I must unfortunately say that the situation has gotten much worse. The place is often dirty, from the windows to the coffee cups, teaspoons, and glasses, which I've found dirty several times. The quality of the products has also declined: the pastries aren't as good as they once were, and the croissants have deteriorated. The staff, moreover, can sometimes be rude and inattentive: they sometimes forget to bring orders, like coffee or tea. It's a shame because I used to come here often with my children for breakfast. I would never go back.

05/07/2026: It's hard to find the words to describe the experience we had, between the rudeness, the waiting times and the icing on the cake: water passed off as vodka on the cocktails at the modest price of €8.00.

04/07/2026: Very nice location with American inspiration, the sandwich was appreciated but the waiting times were too long, only 2 waiters on duty and 1 waitress who was a bit stressed

24/07/2026: We waited a long time for our drink orders even though the bar was almost empty. The drinks served weren't great and didn't live up to expectations. Furthermore, we weren't served any side dishes like chips, peanuts, etc., which I find quite embarrassing considering we ordered an aperitif.

14/07/2026: I absolutely disagree with the negative reviews. We've now been there three times during our Verona trip. The food and drinks were very good and reasonably priced. The staff and owners were very friendly. I'd love to come back next year.

12/05/2026: Cannot give less than one star otherwise this place would be in negative grounds. Unless you are a tourist the waiters will ignore you, there is no menu to check the prices, the quality of the food is terrible, the level of hygiene makes places like Calcutta look like the inside of a hospital. If you dare complain about anything the waiters will try to get rid of you as fast as possible. Beware they often claim their CC machine doesn't work, but only after you have eaten and force you to look for an ATM machine (you can also refuse to pay in cash as they should have warned you before they took your order) Worst experience I ever had in Venice and I wonder how it manages to survive with such a terrible reputation.

12/04/2026: We came in because we saw cannoli in the window and it looked tempting. We were two adults and two children, just planning to have a dessert and a coffee, without checking Google reviews beforehand. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. The cannoli had almost no taste at all and it was more expensive as central. The coffee was okay, but nothing special. In the end, we had the feeling this was more of a tourist trap. The bill came to 42€ for 4 cannoli and 2 coffees, likely also including a coperto for all four of us, and we had to pay cash. Prices weren’t clearly displayed outside either, not for cannolis Overall, a rather disappointing experience – we wouldn’t recommend.

08/06/2026: A disastrous experience. The staff is incredibly rude and seems to consider customers a nuisance. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with coldness and disdain. The service is rushed, unpleasant, and completely devoid of any sense of hospitality. On several occasions, we felt arrogantly treated when we had simply come for a coffee. With the competition in Venice, it's incomprehensible that an establishment could offer such deplorable service. We left with a very bad memory and will never set foot in the place again.

07/06/2026: They selled us non-fresh cannoli and when we went back telling them since this a cream product is bad and it could poisionous they didn’t even care. We left the cannoli there and just left
