13/10/2024: Entrata per fare colazione ho aspettato qualche minuto prima di essere presa in considerazione. La saletta quasi vuota e c'erano tre persone al banco. Anche la cliente dopo di me si è indispettita per il servizio assente. Ho preso un cappuccio vegetale e una brioche di gusto e dimensioni discutibili al bancone spendendo 3.8€, alla stessa cifra in altri luoghi più curati e moderni trovo un prodotto e un servizio sicuramente migliori.

26/09/2024: Let's say that sympathy is something else. Zero kindness, and very bad manners, especially the owner (I think). Cardboard croissants, not good. The cappuccino good.

16/02/2025: A friend of mine and I went to eat at this restaurant, we were given a table immediately but after 40 minutes of waiting the food had not yet arrived. We asked about our dishes and they realized they had written the table number wrong so our order had been given to the next table. Unacceptable

09/03/2025: a nice place, shame about the staff, my boyfriend and I ordered but we waited for more than 15 minutes even though the place wasn't full. plus they made us pay for cream that we didn't even ask for. Rude waitresses who look from head to toe, I honestly don't recommend it

18/03/2025: Nice, stylish cafe/patisserie. Large selection of cakes and pastries. Very good cappuccino and delicious hot chocolate. Aperol Spritz also very tasty. Pastries also taste very good. Lots of tables inside and outside. Nice location right on the piazza. Very friendly staff. A waitress speaks perfect German. Cozy atmosphere. Gladly again. (March 2025)

17/03/2025: The showcase is beautiful, it immediately attracts. In fact there were 5 of us and we had only come in for a coffee but instead we sat down and all ordered and tasted it. Unfortunately, the quality does not meet expectations. The cream on the eclair was grainy and had evidently been frozen. The Maritozzo was a donut filled with cream, fried and not baked. The single portion wasn't particularly good, it had very little taste. The zeppola was saved. It disappointed me a lot. A shame because the appearance of the desserts is remarkable.

23/01/2025: Fizemos reserva devido aos comentários do Tripadvisor e não nos arrependemos. Excelente comida e atendimento. Gastamos 131 euros em 3 pessoas, com uma entrada, três pratos e meia garrafa de vinho, além de água frizzante.

04/01/2025: Vimos este lugar en una plaza que estaba vacía (ahora sabemos por qué! Pedimos la comida del día con 2 platos y ensalada o patatas por 2 a 20 euros cada uno y 2 aperol spritz. El camarero sonriente, siendo amable pensé, preguntó de dónde éramos, cuánto eran los boletos para llegar a Venecia, etc . . Nos trajo una botella de agua y 3 rebanadas de pan pequeño en una cesta con algunos palitos de pan empaquetados. La comida llegó todo en un plato porciones microscópicas y oblea de pollo delgado. Intentó persuadirnos de postre o café pero afortunadamente dijimos que no. Al pedir la cuenta, nos dio un pedazo de papel con 68 sin detalles. No había lista de precios dada para las bebidas, solo para las botellas así que no tenemos idea de cuánto costaron y por supuesto no hubo cambios respecto a los 70 euros que le dimos. Estábamos demasiado avergonzados para pedirlo, pero nos sentimos tan sorprendidos. ¿Por qué tratar así a la gente? ¿De 40 por la comida a 70? ¿Por qué? ¡Cuidado!

13/02/2025: Lovely place in the sun, on a beautiful square. Service is not really nice. The Aperol Spritz tastes like turpentine. We pointed this out, but the lady says it tastes different because they serve a different brand and the Aperol has to be paid for, she says. Then we ordered a glass of Prosecco, because we were enjoying the sun so much, but it also had a strange/bad taste. In the end I only paid for the Prosecco. Too bad, but we won't be coming here anymore.

14/01/2025: Bar facing the main square, you can take a break after visiting the city or after shopping, kindness is one of their main requirements.

20/03/2025: Total satisfaction. Everything excellent and I highly recommend the tiramisu.

17/03/2025: Get their focaccia! It is warm and toasty. Delicious pasta and great place to sit and have a lunch by the Casa Museo and square. Great place for vegetarians.

02/04/2025: Very special, original bar, cafe with a great selection of drinks, good coffee, very friendly service, nice owner, decorated with a lot of art and taste. A must. Thanks for the lovely afternoon.

15/02/2025: Place with many flaws, price too high, non-existent services, and poor cleaning.. At check in, a boy who doesn't speak Italian, I try English, and he understands what he wants. If you put the water heater for herbal teas in your room, but you don't put herbal teas and cups, what's the point...? I ask them at reception and they only bring you the cups.. absurd.. Very poor cleaning.. Room without window, the photos deceive expectations.. I'm sorry but I can't recommend it to anyone.

04/01/2025: Breakfast? Which breakfast? To make it at 10 we ate what there was, namely shortcrust pastries with a cream full of greasy oily fat. Practically ready-made products. Nothing stops you from seeing ready-made products but please taste what you sell

05/10/2024: This year new people serving and I wasn't treated very well!!! The girl had a desire to work!!!! Every time he ordered, he got boos and boos!!! I wanted to try the CHOCO LATTE AND THIS ONE GOT THE BUBBLE COFFEE!!! OF COURSE SHE WENT INTO THE BALL AND CALLED HER COLLEAGUE (GROUDY) AND EVERYTHING WAS RESOLVE!!! WELL!! I'M TIRED AND I'M DEFINITELY EVALUATING OTHER PLACES!! I LIKE OZ BECAUSE IT MAKES MEASUREMENTS TO MY TASTE BUT SPEND THE MONEY 💰 SO, EVEN NO!!

28/03/2025: Il locale è carinissimo esternamente ed anche dentro si presenta molto bene; peccato che il lato positivo si fermi qui. Il cibo più simile a una mensa universitaria, triste all'aspetto e al gusto. Neanche il cameriere è contento del posto!

25/03/2025: Esperienza deludente. Abbiamo ordinato delle salsicce ben cotte e sono arrivate crude ed acquose, le patate erano fredde e appena scongelate, casunziei con pasta troppo spessa e cruda. Prima richiesta il piatto dell’alpino ma avevano finito le uova Sarebbe stato carino se avessero proposto uno sconto o offerto qualcosa. Mi è dispiaciuto

24/03/2025: Der Service war tadellos, sehr freundlich und persönlich! Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und wirklich wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war superfein, die Weinauswahl gut! Sehr authentisch! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können das Vini da Pinto nur empfehlen!

23/03/2025: Great service and lovely restaurant, it wasn’t busy but most restaurants weren’t due to the time of year, food was lovely, good portion sizes and good value for money, would recommend, we had the prawn linguine and lasagne, both really tasty
