26/05/2026: Small place in the center of Verona, what can I say? I got a fruit salad outside at the market, and my girlfriend got two scoops of ice cream in a cup. Since we were tired, we wanted to sit down for a moment to recover, and maybe I would have gotten a bottle of water afterwards. After I sat down outside, the owner started saying that anything you order outside costs double and I would have to pay service (as if it wasn't already included in the price of the various products). So we decided to sit inside, but at that point she kicked us out FOR NO MORAL REASON because according to them I couldn't eat food that wasn't theirs (partly understandable). Plus, my girlfriend had gotten takeout, and as if that weren't enough, another requirement to sit inside was to get something to munch on, like a sandwich. I'm a waiter, and it would be unthinkable for me to behave like this and treat my customers this way. Oh, I forgot, I also wanted to skip the fruit salad so my girlfriend could rest, but they wouldn't let me in anyway. Shameful, avoid. The numerous negative reviews are TOTALLY JUSTIFIED.

26/05/2026: I'm giving it 1 star because 0 isn't possible. Terrible experience, zero customer service. I came to this place, ordered, paid regularly, and decided to get my food "to go." Shortly after, my plans changed, and I simply asked if I could sit at a table to eat what I just ordered. The answer? A categorical "no," because the initial order was for takeout. There were free tables, I had the receipt in hand, and I was paying for the food exactly like everyone else. Such rigidity, combined with a total lack of flexibility and courtesy toward the customer, is truly unacceptable. I paid real money, but apparently hospitality here is optional. If you're looking for a welcoming place that caters to the needs of those who pay, stay away. Highly discouraged, they'll never see me again.

19/12/2025: We were looking for a warm place to kill time until the ferry arrived and we came in here. We shared a huge sandwich and had some coffees! The man was super friendly.

12/05/2026: Cannot give less than one star otherwise this place would be in negative grounds. Unless you are a tourist the waiters will ignore you, there is no menu to check the prices, the quality of the food is terrible, the level of hygiene makes places like Calcutta look like the inside of a hospital. If you dare complain about anything the waiters will try to get rid of you as fast as possible. Beware they often claim their CC machine doesn't work, but only after you have eaten and force you to look for an ATM machine (you can also refuse to pay in cash as they should have warned you before they took your order) Worst experience I ever had in Venice and I wonder how it manages to survive with such a terrible reputation.

12/04/2026: We came in because we saw cannoli in the window and it looked tempting. We were two adults and two children, just planning to have a dessert and a coffee, without checking Google reviews beforehand. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. The cannoli had almost no taste at all and it was more expensive as central. The coffee was okay, but nothing special. In the end, we had the feeling this was more of a tourist trap. The bill came to 42€ for 4 cannoli and 2 coffees, likely also including a coperto for all four of us, and we had to pay cash. Prices weren’t clearly displayed outside either, not for cannolis Overall, a rather disappointing experience – we wouldn’t recommend.

18/05/2026: It's not worth saying it's a tourist trap, because it's THE tourist trap. The coffee was dirty water. I had an ice cream, and since I sat next to my partner who drank the dirty water, they charged me a cover charge! Outraged doesn't even begin to cover it. Disgusting place.

13/05/2026: Washed floor instead of preparing dessert for coffee. Had to leave. No discussion about it thou.

05/04/2025: I'm putting one star because the system doesn't allow you not to put even one, otherwise the most correct review would be a 0. There are three of us and we order two coffees. The lady is obviously resentful that I didn't take anything, and when she brings us coffees she doesn't even respond to our "thank you". I ask to use the bathroom and the lady rudely informs me that I would have to pay 50 cents because I didn't use anything. I point out that in any case there was a consumption of the group, and I inform you that I also work in catering and have never heard of anything like this. Nothing to do, I couldn't use the toilet. The two coffees were paid €3.60 and were advanced because they were terrible. A failure on every front.

07/03/2025: Friday March 7, 25 at lunchtime. Espresso / extra class - almond biscuits or something similar / can be seen in the photo - just good - service lady nice and friendly - came here on the recommendation of local citizens - thank you to the 2 Alpini gentlemen - many thanks to the restaurant - everything is fine - 💁🇦🇹🙋 greet you - oops - using the toilet was no problem either - super clean ☀️🤝 . With the best will in the world, we can't understand the negative reviews - but: an 🇦🇹 Austrian proverb says: ** as you shout (call) into the forest - that's how the echo comes back - rules of etiquette have probably been forgotten.

22/04/2026: Three coffees and three glasses of water cost a whopping €9.90. Charging €2.00 for a glass of water is pure speculation, a price that's completely unreasonable for such a service in Padua.
